더블허들모형에 의한 품질인증 수산물 수요분석 (Demand Analysis of Quality Certificated Fisheries Products using Double Hurdle Model)

  • The products of the quality certificated fisheries which are protected from environmental pollution, decomposition are hygienically safe and convenient for food. However, consumers have not yet understood the recognition of the system of quality certfication so far because of lack of demand on the quality certification fisheries. Above all, to put the system of the quality QC in place sucessfully, to understand the variation of consumer's inclination efficiently, the empirical study must be carried out by both consumer's take part in the market of the quality certificated fisheries products and how much the amount of consumption is in this market. The purpose of this study, under the preconditions where these have limited fisheries items in consumer's inclination survey, is to analyze the demand of QC though the Double Hurdle Model. Explanatory variables included were household characteristics such as housewives' age and education, her job, household income as well as their health perceptions and food purchase behaviors. Survey from 530 household was collected in Pusan City in 2003, of 502 were actually used for empirical analysis. The Double-hurdle framework proved to a better representation of the factors influencing the separate decision participation and consumption levels. According to the results of this study, whether or not, participating In the market of quality certicipating in the market of qualify certificated fisheries products is affected by how much experience and confidence these have got. housewives' having a job or not. Furthermore, the amount of consumption is mostly affected income. This value is attributed to the safety of QC fisheries products in comparison with regular fisheries. Findings suggest that the consumers put substantially high monetary value on safe food, such as high quality fisheries products. Therefore, first of all, legal and institutional systems should be clearly and strictly identified for the QC products.

한국 가정부문 직간접 에너지소비의 증가요인 분석: 1990~2000 (Decomposition of Direct and Indirect Energy Consumption Growth in Korea from 1990 to 2000)

  • 가정부문 에너지소비의 경우 주로 전력, 난방유, 휘발유, 도시가스, 지역난방 등과 같이 가계가 직접 구입하고 있는 에너지에 대하여 분석이 이루어지고 있다. 총지출 중에서 이러한 직접에너지 구입이 차지하는 비중이 작기 때문에 많은 가계들은 에너지절약에 별 관심을 두지 않고 있다. 2000년의 경우 한국 가정부문은 총지출의 6.2%만을 직접에너지 구입에 사용하였다. 본고는 산업연관표를 사용하여 1990~2000년 기간 동안 한국의 가정부문 직간접 에너지소비를 추정하고, 요인분해방법을 사용하여 가정부문 에너지 총소비 증가요인을 성장효과, 구조효과와 효율효과로 분석하였다. 한국의 가정부문은 2000년에 직접과 간접적으로 각각 1차 에너지의 약 20%와 31%를 소비하였다. 반면에 기존 에너지통계는 자가용 수송에너지를 제외한 2000년 가정부문의 에너지소비를 최종에너지의 15.5%로 추정하고 있다. 간접 에너지를 포함하면 가정부문이 1차 에너지소비의 최대 경제부문이 된다. 가정부문 에너지소비의 60%는 간접 소비다. 에너지 다소비 철강 및 화학 업종을 제외하면 간접에너지 비율이 직접에너지 비율보다 월등히 높다. 따라서 직접 에너지소비보다는 간접과 총 에너지소비가 에너지절약 정책의 주요 대상이 되어야 한다.

  • In order to expand the material recycling of waste plastics made of composite materials, it is necessary to develop the use of material recycling products and to secure their quality stability. In this paper, as a basic study to secure the stability of the quality of household waste plastic material recycling products, the quality characteristics of recycled materials according to the production period were compared and reviewed. In addition, the average tensile strength of the recycled products by production period for 4 months was 12.33 MPa, and the average density was 1.35 g/m3.

가정에서 수돗물 사용 중에 방출되는 chloroform에 대한 흡입노출 (Inhalation Exposure to Chloroform Released from Household Uses of Chlorinated Tap Water)

  • Exposure to volatile disinfection by-products (DBPs) such as chloroform included in chlorinated tap water can occur during household activities via inhalation as well as ingestion and dermal absorption. This study was conducted to examine the significance of inhalation route of exposure since humans are unintentionally exposed to volatile DBPs while staying home. Two sets of experiments were carried out in an apartment to measure: 1) the variation of chloroform concentrations in the living room air following kitchen activities (cooking and dish-washing); and 2) the variation of chloroform concentrations in the bathroom and living room following showering. Cooking, dish-washing, and showering all contributed to the elevation of household chloroform levels. Even a few minutes of natural ventilation resulted in the reduction of the chloroform levels to the background. Estimates of daily chloroform doses and lifetime cancer risks suggested that inhalation of household air during staying home be a major route of exposure to chloroform and that ingestion be a minor one in Korean people. It is also suggested that ventilation be a simple and important measure of mitigating human exposure to volatile DBPs indoors.

립스틱에서 DSC를 이용한 최대결합수량에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Maximum Bound Water Content by the Differential Scanning Calorimetry on Lipstick)

  • 보습제 베이스를 립스틱에 사용하여 보습효과가 우수한 제품개발에 응용하고자 DSC에 의한 결합수형성능, 수분보유능을 고찰하였다. 보습제 베이스를 배제한 견본에서 결합수 형성능은 5.12 %임을 알았다. 보습제 베이스함량에 따른 결합수형성능을 측정한 결과 보습제 베이스 함량이 증가함에 따라 결합수 형성능이 비례적으로 증가함을 DSC측정결과 알았다. 한편 DSC측정결과와 in vitro 수분보유능 측정법을 비교 실험한 결과 유사한 경향을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 DSC에 의한 결합수 형성능 측정법은 앞으로 립스틱 제품의 보습효과를 예측 하는데 유용한 방법으로 생각되었다.

  • 급속도로 발달한 정보기술은 산업환경 전반에 걸쳐 정보와 기능의 통합화를 이루며 우리 생활에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 사물인터넷(IoT), 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 빅 데이터 분석 등 새로운 통신 환경의 출현은 인터넷을 중심으로 한 모든 전자기기들의 연결을 가능하게 함에 따라 이제는 산업 환경을 넘어 주거환경까지 변화시키는 중요한 매체로 주목받고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 목적은 고도로 발전하는 기술과 함께 진화하는 주거환경의 스마트 가전의 유형과 그 특성을 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 그리고 이를 위해 한국, 중국, 일본의 대표적인 브랜드 상품((Samsung, Haier, Panasonic)을 선정하여 각 특성을 비교 분석 하였다. 선정된 브랜드는 GHA(General rules of intelligentization technology for intelligent household appliances)의 스마트 가전 적용 기준을 활용하여 각 유형을 분석하였다. 분류된 유형은 스마트 가전 사용자가 자율적(Self)으로 학습, 활용, 적용, 진단, 추론, 구성, 조절 등이 가능한 7가지의 유목으로 나누어졌으며, 이를 기준으로 나타난 각 국가별 브랜드 상품은 의(Clothing), 식(Food), 주(Housing)의 범주로 체계화 하였다. 브랜드별 나타난 주요 특성으로는 한국의 삼성은 원격제어 기능이, 중국의 하이얼은 전자기술의 적용이, 일본의 파나소닉은 에코나비(ECONAVI)인 에너지 절약 시스템으로 나타났다.

대도시근교 농촌지역의 농가특성과 시설농가의 경영규모 변화 - 대구광역시 문산리를 사례로 - (The Characteristics of Farm Household in Suburban Areas Classified by the Farming Types and Changes of Facility Farm Household's Management Size - A Case Study of Munsanli, Taegu -)

  • 우리나라의 농촌에서는 산업화와 밀접히 연관되면서 시설작물의 재배가 증가해 왔고, 특히 1970년대 이후에는 대도시 주변지역에서 급격히 증가해 왔다. 개별농가의 영농유형은 농업노동력의 양보다는 질적 수준과 관련이 있으며, 노동력의 질적 수준에서는 특히 경영주의 연령이 중요하다. 경영규모는 경영주의 연령과 관련이 있으며 미작 재배농가보다는 시설작물 재배농가의 경영주 평균연령이 더 젊고 경영규모가 더 크다. 시설작물 재배의 주목적은 영농을 통한 상업성의 제고가 가장 원인이지만 부족한 노동력 때문에 경영규모에는 한계가 있고 특히 농산물 가격의 불안정과 수익성 악화는 적극적인 경영규모 확대를 제한하고 있다. 시설작물 재배농가의 경영규모 확대는 농지의 매입보다 임차지의 확대를 통해 이루어지며, 이때 영농조건이 유리한 농지를 중심으로 임대차가 발생된다. 결과적으로 대도시 근교 농촌지역의 유지와 발전을 위해서는 영농의 상업화와 수익성 제가 중요한 요인이지만 토지이용의 효율성 측면에서는 농지의 자연적 조건이 중요하게 작용된다. 그러나 농외부문의 취업기반이나 교육시설의 보완 없이는 촌락 공동체의 유지측면에서 가족 구성원의 분리문제와 농업노동력 부족문제가 해결될 가능성이 낮다.

가구 형태별 성인 여성의 전자상거래 식품 구매 실태 (E-commerce Food Purchases by Adult Women according to their Household Types)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze e-commerce food purchase behavior and the perceptions of adult women according to their household types. Methods: The e-commerce food purchases of 318 adult women were surveyed and analyzed according to their household types (one-person or couple household (OCH); a household with children (HC); a household with parents (HP)). Results: The total amount of food purchases over 6 months through e-commerce according to household types was in the descending order of OCH (60.3%), HC (57%), and HP (55.1%) thus showing a significant difference (P < 0.05) in behavior between household types. The reasons for purchasing food through e-commerce included: a lower price than offline (30.8%), convenient delivery and transportation (30.2%), and food diversity (21.1%). When purchasing food online, the most important factor was price and quality, followed by quick and accurate delivery for OCH, exact information given about the product for HC, and recommendation from other consumers for HP (P < 0.01). The main foods purchased through e-commerce were coffee, tea (42.1%), instant and frozen foods (39.9%), water, beverages, dairy products (37.7%), snacks, bread, rice cakes (31.5%), and functional foods (27.4%). The percentage of respondents who were very satisfied or satisfied with their e-commerce food purchases was HP (84.1%), OCH (69.9%), and HC (65.6%) in that order (P < 0.05), and 96.5% of all subjects stated that they would be willing to purchase food through e-commerce in the future. The advantages of purchasing food through e-commerce were seen to be the highest in order and payment convenience with 4.1 points out of 5, followed by low price (4.0), variety of products (3.9), and ease of food purchase (3.9). Among the disadvantages listed, concerns about product damage and deterioration during delivery and differences between the displayed product and the delivered product were the highest with 3.7 points. Conclusions: The characteristics and perceptions of female consumers according to household types are important factors in enhancing the reach of e-commerce, and in preparing guidelines for food selection through e-commerce.

RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF OIL/WATER EMULSION AND OIL/LIQUID CRYSTAL/WATER SYSTEMS AND THEIR CONSUMER PERCEPTION IN HAIR CARE PRODUCTS

  • Liquid crystal known as a rheological barrier to coalescence of oil droplets, increases emulsion stability, water-holding capacity and promotes active material penetration to skin. Some investigation for its rheological characteristics have been reported but its relations to consumer perception have been rarely published. In this study, oil/water emulsion and oil/liquid crystal/water systems were manufactured using the same composition or Behenyltrimethylammonium chloride/Cetostearyl alcohol/Lanolin oil. and rheological properties or each system were investigated with Cone and Plate rheometer. The formation of liquid crystalline phase was observed with polarized microscope and Differential Scanning Calorimeter. Continuous shear experiment, creep, yield and water holding capacity were measured for oil/water and oil/liquid crystal/water systems. The results were compared with sensory evaluations. Oil/liquid crystal/water system showed higher,viscosity at the same shear rate. higher viscoelasticity and higher yield stress than oil/water system. These properties were expected to show good spreadability and excellent richness without waxiness in hair can: products of creme type. This expectation was consistent with the results of sensory experiments. Water-holding capacity was evaluated by measuring residual water of specimens at specific temperature and relative humidity. Oil/liquid crystal/water system was proved to have higher ability to hold water in comparison with oil/water system. The results indicated that oil/liquid crystal/water system was of benefit to rheological properties creme type hair care products.
