공동주택 커뮤니티 공간에 나타난 감성적 표현 특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the emotional expression in community space of apartment house)

  • For the past years, Korean Housing policy have been focused on quantity rather then quality, when they provide housing. Focusing great quantity on housing led monolithic and standardized house forms in limited area. Most of our traditional residental environment, which made Koreans to communicate with neighbors, disappeared from the result of providing great quantity on housing. However, the increase of the income and standard of living, changed people's view. People start to demand for the place which is commodious and comfortable to live. Moreover, more leisure time caused people to communicate with their neighbors. To meet the demands of new forms of housing, they started to provide a community space to increase sense of belonging and community spirit for the residents in apartment house. The forms of past house which is defined by uniformity is delivered from rational thoughts. People can get emotional satisfaction from Community space because it provides opportunity of communicating and increase community spirit. This research is to classify the emotional expression in Community space and analyze the elements that is expressed in community space of apartment house.

대구시 장래가구 추정과 주택정책의 함의 (Estimating Housing Demands and Setting Out Suitable Housing Policies for a Metropolitan City of Daegu)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate the housing demands in order to address a suitable housing policy for a metropolitan city of Daegu in South Korea. Although the population of Daegu declines, a number of households increase since a number of people per households decrease. Currently a household with four people is a main housing type, however it is expected that a household with one or two increase. In 2017, a household with one will be dominant. Estimating housing sizes and their demand, the households below $60\;m^2$ gradually decline while those over $85\;m^2$ is expected to rise. Nevertheless, the demands for the house below $60\;m^2$ in its size increase at 39.2 per cent. Currently a house with $60\;m^2$ is being constructed. In particular, that of $85\;m^2$ gradually increases. The current trends may result in the widening gaps between the household demand and supply of Daegu. Therefore, it is recommended that relevant local authorities and developers should consider providing various house sizes by taking the current housing demand of Daegu into account.

유기농업의 공익기능에 대한 경제적 가치 평가 -실험선택법을 적용하여- (Estimating the Economic Value of Function for Public Benefits on Practice of Organic Farming - Using Choice Experiments)

  • The objective of this paper is to apply choice experiment methods to estimate non-market value of organic farming and its policy implication. A preliminary survey shows that the attributes of organic farming are reduce environmental pollution, bio-diversity improvements, cultural diversity improvements and maintain local community, reduce green-house gas emissions, energy saving, landscape improvements and tax for organic farming improvement policy. Questionnaire was eight different choice sets presented to each respondent. Implicit values of the attributive levels of organic farming have been calculated into tax money costs per house. This paper compared the six feasible scenarios in terms of willingness to pay per year. This study is expected to contribute to government's organic farming policies and quantitative information related to practice of organic farming.

중국 연길시 근교 농촌주택의 변천에 관한 조사연구 -하룡촌 소하룡(小河龍)마을을 중심으로- (The Study on the Change of Rural Housing around Xiao-He-Long Town, Yian-Ji-Shi in China)

  • The dwelling transformations of Xiao-He-Long town have been begun with China Economy Policy in 1904. The characteristics of change progress are as follows ; 1. As with pine tree living for a thousand years and increasing profits nearby Yian-Ji-Shi, Xiao-He-Long town as rural district has changed in appearance. 2. In accordance with improvement of rural life after China Reformation and Open Economy policy, residents have a tendency to secure a minimal house site area $400{\sim}500m^2$, and a spacious house which is able to consist barns for farming. 3. Dwelling plan type If Korean-Chinese consists of 'whetongjib, 6 module of Korean traditional unit. 'Whetongjib' has undergone with a corridor attached in porch, main entrance from south to north. 4. Construction materials as structural members bring about a change as result of influencing economic profits nearby Yian-Ji-Shi.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the direction for a process of change of the Community Space of Apartment Complex in national capital. Before looking at the change of Community Space of Apartment Complex, the study has been made of the chronological change in the policy of the house and the kind of Community Space since the 1960's. The method of this study is analyzing the existing study and the case study that is systematized present situation of each Community Space. The following are found out from this study, the policy of house in Korea has been developed to suitable direction, Community Space of the Apartment has been varied for the living environment in quality.

  • 우리나라 주택유형 가운데 대부분을 차지하는 공동주택은 급격한 도시화가 진행됐던 과거, 공급위주에서 소비물량의 한계에 직면하며 수요중심으로 전환되었다. 따라서 주택품질에 대한 소비자의 요구도는 다양화 다변화되고 있으며, 이를 충족시키기 위해서는 건설단계에부터 하자 예방을 위한 효율적이고 체계적인 품질관리가 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공동주택 하자의 효율적이고 체계적인 관리를 위해 최근 5년 이내 입주가 완료된 공동주택 사례를 대상으로 발생빈도 및 하자보수 손실비용 분석과 거주자 만족도조사를 실시하여 보정 및 수치화에 의한 정량적 공동주택 하자 위험성 평가표를 구축 제시하였다.

  • A small apartment housings in Korea, which is built mass-product from 1980s, are dissatisfied, in spite of good condition, due to the growing living areas and changing lifestyle of the residents. Many of them confronted with slum areas and the kinds of housing stock accumulated much more in Korean contexts. For the existing small houses, it could be discuss an adaptation model to the increasing requirement standards of the house residents; wider living area, new facilities and a style of new residence. A social policy for elderly people who are handicap in physical and economical aspects, is home stay system rather than national support. But it is not easy to find the three generation family house in Korea context, specially apartment house. This paper deals with the vertical unification typology of two dwelling units to one, in order to supply three generation houses by remodel existing small apartment houses constructed by Korea National Housing Corporation. The use of convert houses into vertical expansion are expected to be a house of three generation family, it can also enhance privacy against conflictive activities in a house. And also the merging types of two dwelling units into one can be used as a device to get rid of the monotonous characteristics and gain diversity in the declining stock housing.

준구조적 계량 모형을 이용한 기술 획득과 연구 개발의 관계에 관한 실증연구: 한국의 제조업을 중심으로 (Complementarity Between the Technology Acquisition and In-house R&D Evidence from the Korean Manufacturing Sectors)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 자체 연구개발 활동과 외부 기술획득이 대체관계인지 보완관계인지를 실증적으로 검증하고자 한다. 구체적으로, 2002년 한국의 제조업을 대상으로 조사된 기술혁신조사를 바탕으로 구축된 자료를 사용하고, 준구조적(semi-structural) 실증분석모형의 개발하였다 . 이 모형을 헤크만(Heckman)의 2단계 추정방법으로 실증 분석한 결과, 기업의 연구개발 활동과 기술획득은 보완관계를 갖고 있으며, 기업의 연구개발에 영향을 마치는 여러 요인들 중 정부의 연구개발 지원 정책과 대기업 계열사 여부가 긍정적인 영향을 보이며, 기술획득에는 실패한 프로젝트의 존재가 중요한 요인으로 추정되었다.

  • Korean Society have changed already an agricultural society to industrial society. and changed industrial society to the an information society now. Korea society is suffering from the process a lot of pain. In this situation, the housing condition in rural areas tend been getting worse. The purpose of this study is to establish guidelines for the architectural planning. Previous studies relating to housing is divided into a few theme, we can be considered. First, the study on rental housing industry development, research on housing policy, the study on housing supply, the study on management and residents of rental housing. According to this study, public housing in Hyogo each locality, climate, availability may reflect the complex consists of the design. For example, a single-family homes, 2 row houses, townhouses type. House Plans are similar to the urban housing. So this house as the city's life can be reflected. So the house plans to respond to people's lives. The house characteristics of the four housing complex is appropriate for rural circumstances, housing location, the roof shape, and the harmonious color. This house forms makes good the view with the surrounding natural environment.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest basic data to establish policy directions for improvement on quality of rural housing in Korea. A literature survey were used fur study The contents of survey includes policy supports in rural Korea and rural America. The results of the study grasped the situations that the newly built and repair, a vacant house, landscape and welfare with the support of rural housing policy in Korea. Also rural affordable housing policy examined supports of RHS programs in USDA variously. Based on the results, some policy directions to rural housing and community were suggested.
