인성 교육은 창의성 교육과 더불어 교육 개혁 과제의 핵심이자 새 학교 문화 창조의 밑바탕으로 일선 교육 현장에서 최우선으로 해결해야 할 당면 과제이다. 교육의 궁극적인 목적이 '인간에 의한, 인간을 위한, 인간의 교육' 임을 알고 있으면서도 다양한 체험 활동을 통한 인성 교육을 등한시하고 지식을 중시하는 지식 편중의 교육 활동을 전개하는 실정이다. 오늘날 교육은 웹의 풍부한 자원의 활용으로 새로운 교육형태, 학습모형 등이 점차 확산되어 가고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 학생들에게 풍부한 학습환경 제공과 비례하여 극단적인 이기풍조는 여전히 우리의 삶을 위협하고 교육을 저해하는 요인이 되고 있다. 이러한 교육적 현실로 전통적인 학습방법에서 탈피하여 사이버 공간의 학급홈페이지를 이용한 인성교육의 프로그램을 개발하여 좀더 능동적이고 시간과 장소에 제약을 받지 않는 자유로운 마음열기 대화활동을 통해서 아동들의 적성과 능력을 극대화하고 자아실현의 기쁨을 느끼게 하는 올바른 심성의 장 학급홈페이지 설계 및 구현을 통해 온라인 상에서 이루어지는 학생과 학생, 학생과 교사 등 상호작용의 장으로서 그 역할을 담당하고 쉽고 친숙한 학급홈페이지의 활용면에서 있어서도 성과가 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목표는 시각장애인을 위해 음성 인식, 음성 합성 기술을 이용하여 일반인과 마찬가지로 개인의 특성에 맞는 홈페이지를 구축하게 하는 웹 사이트 자동 생성 툴을 개발하는 것이며, 음성매일, 개인 일정, 주소록, 북마크 등을 생성 할 수 있는 개인정보관리기능은 물론 개인 맞춤 정보 생성 기능을 제공하며, 시각장애인들이 원하는 정보를 스스로 제공하여 일반인과 공유함으로써 의사소통의 통로 역할을 담당 할 수 있게 한다. 웹 사이트 자동 생성 툴에서는 기본적인 명령어를 음성인식으로 처리할 수 있게 지원하며 음성출력이 지원되는 TTS를 추가적으로 제공한다. 본 연구개발을 통해 시각장애인들이 사회적 소외감을 없애며 정보화 시대에 동등한 위치에서 생활 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

The number of cellular phone users has exceeded over twenty million recently. Some researches show that people in the twenties to thirtieth usually regard the cellular as an instrument for not only call but also Internet. It means the cellular is being highlighted as a mediator for transmitting information. Therfore it'll play an essential role soon as a gateway for unifying wire and wireless services if we can browse Internet sites, for example our own homepage or commercial site, with the cellular. This paper explain WAP topology which enable the mobile terminal to access to the Web and show a method of designing and realizing WML document on the Web.

As attention to the Internet from both companies and individuals is rapidly on the increase, hundreds of new websites are opening in a single day. Along with such a high attention to the Internet, to set up an effective website needs efficient evaluation and reliable evaluation criterions for the website. The existing homepage contests and evaluation models are limited to certain websites in a special field or to the systemic side and to the contents, which in fact weakened the development of detailed evaluation sections and items possibly measured. This study is designed to integrate and seek out methods and success factors that should be considered when a website is built up, discovering evaluation criterions and making evaluation models objectively possible to be measured. The study focused on investigation into a new measurement standard and model by considering the previous studies, in order to suggest the followings: Centering the 7 top evaluation sections by type of each website such as (1) Service, (2) Mechanism, (3) Structure & Navigation, (4) Usability, (5) Contents (6) Community, (7) Communication, the study suggests an objective and reasonable website evaluation model on a basis of common factors considered in an integral and optimum view.

이 논문은 인터넷 홈페이지를 검색하는 정보검색시스템인 미리내 시스템을 제시한다. 웹 문서의 특성을 고려하여 로봇의 기능을 확장하고, 색인, 등록, 수정, 삭제, 분류의 자동화를 구현하여 관리효율을 높인다. 자동화에 따른 문제점과 해결방법을 제시하고, 불리언질의검색 외에 자연언어질의 검색에서 질의어 확장의 방법으로 웹페이지 링크속성검색, Relevance feedback을 통한 검색효율을 높인다.

In this Paper, we try to find service quality factors form performance arts. We survey Customers Performance and make a Questionnaire based on Customer by interview and internet Homepage. We find Potential customer satisfying factor by using Kano Analysis and Timko's CS coefficient. We also discuss how to use this result, we hope our result to apply customer satisfying many fields not only Performance arts.

The characteristics of water quality variation were predicted by stochastic model in Chungju dam, north Chungcheong province of south Korea, Monthly time series data of water quality from 1989 to 2001;temperature, BOD, COD and SS, were obtained from environmental yearbook and internet homepage of ministry of environment. Development of model was carried out with Box-Jenkins method, which includes model identification, estimation and diagnostic checking. ACF and PACF were used to model identification. AIC and BIC were used to model estimation. Seosonal multiplicative ARIMA(1, 0, 1)(1, 1, 0)$_{12}$ model was appropriate to explain stochastic characteristics of temperature. BOD model was ARMa(2, 2, 1), COD was seasonal multiplicative ARIMA(2. 0. 1)(1. 0, 1)$_{12}$, and SS was ARIMA(1, 0, 2) respectively. The simulated water quality data showed a good fitness to the observed data, as a result of model verification.ion.

The purpose of this study is to review information services in public libraries based on web sites. Four evaluation criteria. interface. searching, contents and communication are usually used to measure web sites. Because interface and searching are contained hardware elements, these are not included to this review. For this study contents and communication are examined into operating at public libraries web sites. Also analyzed is gateway function providing community information services and researchers information.

In this study, two years Automatic Weather Station (AWS) data observed near the coast and islands are used to evaluate gust factors only when time averaged wind speed is higher than 5 ms. The gust factors are quite different in spatial and temporal domain according to analysis method. As the averaged time is increased, the gust factors are also increased. But the gust factors are decreased when wind speed is increased. It is because each wind speed is averaged one and a maximum wind is the greatest one for each time interval. The result from t-test is shown that all data are included within the 99% significance level. A sample standard deviation of ten minutes and one minute are 0.137~0.197, 0.067~0.142, respectively. Recently, the gust factor provided at the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) Homepage is calculated with one-hour averaged method. All though this method is hard to use directly for forecasting the strong wind over sea and coast, the result will be a great help to express Ocean Storm Flash in the Regional Meteorological Offices and the Meteorological Stations.

The purpose of this study Is to analyze the homepage contents of an auction site on the Internet. This study collected 459 cases of purchasing and selling notes, and classified them into three types. The finding showed that some of the most frequently-occurring consumer problems are concerned with delivery and return, and sellers manner. On the other hand, consumers' manner is important to sellers. The auction site itself has problems with consultation and its own system.
