최근 인터넷 정보가전산업은 다양한 통신 기기와 통신이 가능하게 되었지만 각 가전기기들과의 통신이 많아지고 복잡해지고 있다 이런 기기들을 효과적으로 관리하고 기기 전체를 통합할 수 있는 홈네트워크 형태의 기술개발은 아직 진행 중에 있으며, 사용자에게 효과적인 QoS를 지원하기 위한 방법론의 고려가 부족한 실정이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는QoS지원을 위해서 홈네트워크와 인터넷 기반의 policy-based network기술을 통합할 수 있는 미들웨어 서비스에 관하여 언급하였다.

LED 조명을 홈네트워킹에 적용하기 위해서는 홈게이트웨이와 LED 조명 사이에서 신호를 전송하는 전력선통신이 필요하며, 양방향 전송을 위한 적절한 통신방식이 요구된다. 또한 한 개의 LED 조명을 이용해서 여러 가입자를 서비스하기 위해서는 LED의 특성에 맞는 적절한 다중화방식이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 전력선통신과 가시광통신을 결합함으로써 빌딩 내부 넓은 범위를 서비스할 수 있는 홈네트워킹 시스템을 제안하고 테스트베드를 이용하여 성능을 시험하였다. 이때 가시광통신의 다중화에는 LED 비선형성을 극복하기에 적절한 Binary CDMA 방식을 이용하였으며, 역방향 전송에는 적외선을 이용하였다.

네트워크 기술의 발전과 가전기기의 디지털화로 인하여 컴퓨터를 포함하는 댁내의 정보기기들은 물론 오디오/비디오, 냉장고, DTV 둥을 하나의 네트워크로 연결함으로써 사용자가 집안 어디에 있든 모든 정보가전기기들을 제어할 수 있다. 이러한 홈 네트워크 환경은 원격제어 및 홈 서비스 제공을 위하여 전화선을 포함한 다양한 유무선 네트워크에 연결될 수 있다. 이로 인하여 외부 네트워크에 연결된 정보가전기기들은 공격에 의한 보안 취약성을 가진다. 따라서 디지털홈 환경에서의 보안 프레임워크 구축을 위한 취약성 분석 및 보안 요구사항 연구가 필요하다.

A term of home automation that was in fashion only a few years ago has not been used any more. Nowadays, We have been used a term of home network or digital home than home automation much. While internet infra is diffused at home, data network corp., communication corp., electric appliance corp. and home automation control system corp. which we did not mind each other particularly constructed consortium, and they have designs on home network market. Also, cellular phone's growth tried home networking by using not only wired internet but also broadband wireless communication. Regardless, many solutions are coming out it is few to be applied to real life because the standard is not determined with the protocol each other. Therefore, we developed home network system using USB(Universal Serial Bus) that has the possibility most in home networking standard. The mobile USB home control system is excellent at expansibility and portability. Also we can complete low cost and stable system using an embedded system.

There are two standards currently compete for the dominance of IP telephony architecture. Those are H.323 protocol suit by International Telecommunication Union Sector T(ITU-T) and Session Initiation Protocol/Session Description Protocol(SIP/SDP) by International Engineering Task Force(IETF). This paper has been studied a adaption VoIP in home networking, Especially SIP-based call screening service in home gateway. And then this paper has designed SIP-based call screening service in home gateway working protocol, verified them.

Home networking is the collection of elements that process, manage, transport, and store information, enabling the connection and integration of multiple computing, control, monitoring, and communication devices in the home. In this paper, we review the state of the home networking technologies and analyse the trends of the patent information.

In this paper, the SPINS, a sensor network security mechanism, was researched to design a system to be applied to home network structure and check the security of which degree was ensured by a virtual network of home networking middleware. Sensor Network security mechanism SPINS provides data confidentiality and authentication by SNEP, and provides authenticated broadcast by ${\mu}TESLA$. We designed the system that applied SPINS to home networking middleware basic structure.

인프라스트럭처 모드 기반의 무선랜(Wireless Local Area Networks)을 사용하는 무선 홈네트워크에서는 모든 무선 단말간의 통신이 액세스포인트를 통하여 이루어진다. 따라서 무선 단말이 음영 지역(Dead Zone)으로 이동하면 이동한 무선 단말과 액세스포인트간의 통신이 불가능하여 끊김없는 연결(Seamless Connection)을 제공하지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 기존의 무선 홈네트워크 플랫폼에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 애드 혹 모드로 동작하는 무선 홈네트워크 구조에 대하여 연구하고 있지만, 애드 혹 모드 기반의 무선랜은 인프라스트럭처 모드 기반 무선랜에 비하여 네트워크 용량이 제한되는 문제가 있다. 그리고 무선 단말의 이동성을 지원하기 위해서는 애드 혹 라우팅 기법이 필요하다. 그러나 기존의 AODV 및 DSR 라우팅 기법은 무선 채널 정보를 참조하지 않고 네트워크 계층에서 독립적으로 라우팅을 수행하기 때문에 무선 채널의 상황에 빠르게 대처할 수 없어 끊김없는 연결을 제공할 수 없다. 이에 본 논문에서는 종단간 끊김없는 데이터전송을 보장하기 위한 ESCOD(End-to-end Seamless multi-hop COnnection based on Dual network mode) 기반의 무선 홈네트워크 플랫폼과 VLR(Virtual Link Routing) 기법을 제안하였다. 구현된 시스템의 성능을 평가한 결과, VLR을 탑재한 ESCOD 기반의 무선 홈네트워크 플랫폼은 기존의 AODV 및 DSR 라우팅 보다 낮은 패킷 전송의 실패율과 빠른 패킷의 평균 전송시간을 제공함과 동시에 기존 인프라스트럭처 모드만을 제공하는 무선 홈네트워크 플랫폼보다 넓은 통신 범위와 향상된 TCP 성능을 확인하였다.

Due to the rapid spread of high speed Internet access and the contents digitization, the demand for the copyright protection of digital contents has increased continuously so that the digital rights protection technology becomes one of the inevitable components in the digital content providing services. This paper describes the current trend of DRM(Digital Rights Management) technology and how to implement the system for the protection of digital assets in the digital home networking environment.
