홈/원정 방식으로 치러지는 스포츠 리그에서 일반적으로 홈팀의 승률이 50%가 넘는 현상에 대해 Courneya와 Carron (1992)은 홈팀의 이점(home advantage)이라는 용어로 설명하고 있다. 오늘날 스포츠 경기에서 홈팀의 이점은 자연스러운 현상으로 받아드려지고 있어 팀의 경기력 평가에서 중요한 요소의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 홈팀의 이점을 고려한 선형모형과 로지스틱 회귀모형을 이용하여 KBL 2006-2007 시즌에서 각 팀의 경기력을 평가하였다.

In this paper, we introduced our designed TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) based MAC (Medium Access Control) protocol for Home Networks called HomeTDMA. We have implemented and tested it in a test bed using crossbow motes and TinyOS. We also have compared HomeTDMA and CSMA (Carrier Sense Multiple Access) in terms of space and time complexity, channel access time, delivery success ratio, and throughput. Based on our results, HomeTDMA has an advantage over CSMA on channel access time, throughput and delivery success ratioIn the case of complexity, HomeTDMA is more complex compared to CSMA. Thus, CSMA is more appropriate in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) where memory, energy, and throughput are important parameters to be considered. However, HomeTDMA has a natural advantage of collision free medium access and is very promising for home networks where a reliable transmission or data transfer and congestion control is highly preferred.

본 논문에서는 스마트 홈 제어를 위해서 라즈베리파이 서버 기반으로 SEN Remote HMI 앱 툴을 활용하였다. 스마트 홈 구현을 위한 관련된 많은 제품들이 출시되어 있지만 대기업에서 주도하여 구축한 스마트 홈 시스템의 폐쇄성 및 인터넷 서비스 회사(ISP)의 관련 제품들의 연동성 부족으로 인해서 활용성이 제한적이다. 이에 개방형이며 저가인 라즈베리파이를 서버로 구축하고, 안드로이드 기반의 그래픽 프로그래밍 소프트웨어인 SEN Remote HMI를 활용한 스마트 홈 제어 시스템을 구축하였다. 이를 기반으로 라즈베리파이와 아두이노의 인터페이스를 통한 시스템 확장 및 추가적인 연동을 구축하면, 스마트 홈 구현을 위한 사물인터넷(IoT) 환경으로 확대가 가능해 질 것으로 기대된다.

The ubiquitous smart home is the home of future that takes advantage of context information from user and home environment and provides automatic home services for the user. User's location and motion are the most important contexts in the ubiquitous smart home. This paper presents a method positioning user's location using four cameras and some home context parameter together with user preferences provided. Some geometry math problems would be raised to figure out approximately which area is monitored by cameras. The moving object is detected within the image frames and then simulated in a 2D window to present visually where user is located and show his moving. The moving ways are statistically recorded and used for predicting user's future moving.

Network industry is complex combined with various fields of industry, such as communication, broadcast, construction, and home appliances. Moreover, it's fairly lucrative since the growth industry makes lots of added values, interacting with the others. The network industry, usually called 'Ubiquitous', connects some home appliances and makes an integrated system that you can use them with whenever and wherever. A demand for network security, however, has skyrocketed due to the relatively low safety. It's been expected that the market of home security is going to be grown up nearly 30 percent every year. Recently, analog surveilance cameras have been replaced with digital ones, and they will be providing stronger security services taking advantage of mutual interaction with related industies. In this paper, a mobile monitoring system for home security is proposed, which makes it possible to supervise all home appliances wherever you're, using the conventional wired/wireless network infra.

The purpose of this study was to establish which factors were considered when fashion companies discussed the intention of employing the internet in various capacities. A total of 228 candidates were surveyed between 17-11-07 and 17-01-08. The collected data was used to conduct various descriptive and comparative analyses. Firstly, environmental factors considered important were internal pressure, external pressure and uncertainty of the market. Organizational factors considered important were support of the chief executive officer, capacity of the organization and future directivity. Profit factors considered important were elevation of the business, customer relationship management, advantage of the internet and reduction of expenses. Prohibitive factors considered important were miscellaneous expenses, secession of the customer, internal opposition of the organization and convertible expenses. Secondly, fashion companies regarded internal pressure, external pressure, support of the chief executive officer, capacity of the organization, future directivity, elevation of the business, customer relationship management, advantage of the internet and miscellaneous expenses as important when discussing the introduction of the internet.

In this paper, to support a QoS level appropriate to the user in Wireless Home Network based Wireless LAN, we propose a QoS support architecture which includes Wired Network and Wireless Network. Actually, an important problem to support QoS in Wireless Home Network is approached not only on a MAC level in Wireless LAN but also on a integrated method to combine Network layer with Datalink layer. By applying the integrated QoS support method, it is possible to provide QoS support architecture using a Wireless LAN terminal with a minimum changing, and the proposed scheme has advantage of QoS support method, which is more superior than a existing scheme to support QoS in MAC level of Wireless LAN. Simulations results show that overall performance of the proposed scheme can be improved.

본 논문에서는 웹 프로그래밍 기술이 없이도 일반 사용자가 웹 데이터베이스 구축과 함께 멀티미디어 홈페이지를 작성하도록 해주는 시스템(웹삐에로) 개발을 기술한다. 본 시스템은 페이지 에디터, 웹 데이터베이스를 자동 구축해주는 데이터베이스 마법사와, 웹 데이터베이스의 생성 및 수정을 지원하는 데이터베이스 관리자로 구성되어 있다. 데이터베이스 마법사는 홈페이지 템플릿과 연동되는 데이터베이스를 자동으로 생성하고 로컬 사용자 영역에 서버를 자동적으로 구축하는 기능을 갖는다. 페이지 에디터는 DHTML(Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language) 컴포넌트를 기반으로 구현되었으며 멀티미디어 홈페이지를 대화형으로 쉽게 제작할 수 있게 한다. 데이터베이스 관리자는 웹 데이터베이스를 생성, 수정 및 유지 보수하는 기능을 제공한다. 본 시스템은 웹 데이터베이스 프로그래밍 기술이 없이도 웹 데이터베이스와 연동되는 홈페이지 작성을 쉽게 구축하도록 하는 특징을 갖는다.

홈오토메이션 기술은 가정 안의 각종 기기를 서로 유기적으로 결합하여 가정생활의 편리성 향상과 안전을 확보하여 인간의 생활수준을 향상시키고자하는 기술을 의미한다. 그러나 대부분의 이러한 시스템들은 사용자의 입력에 의하여 설정된 작업만을 자동으로 수행하는 데에 그치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 센서 네트워크를 이용하여 사용자의 행동을 추론할 수 있는 데이터를 수집하고 그 데이터를 활용함으로써 사용자의 상황을 인지 및 추론하여 사용자가 원하는 자동화 서비스를 제공하는 알고리듬 및 시스템을 구현하였으며 시스템의 동작성능을 실현을 통하여 검증하였다.
