유방 확대 수술 환자의 브래지어 착용실태 및 만족도 조사 (A Study on the Brassiere Wearing Condition and Satisfaction of Augmentation Mammaplasty Patients)

  • The wearing of the correction bra is very important to stabilize the shape of an implant after breast enlargement surgery; however, the verification of the wearing effect is insufficient. This study surveyed women who experienced breast augmentation surgery, to investigate wearing condition and satisfaction with bras worn immediately after surgery and during the recovery period as well as to collect basic data for the development of an improved patient bra. The study results are as follows. More than half of the respondents stated that they wear a cupless brassiere. As a result of the satisfaction by brassiere types, the cupless bra showed the highest satisfaction. The most important factor in choosing a patient's bra after breast augmentation surgery was the "degree of breast compression". Through the application of the results of this study, the necessity of development of the brassiere for breast enlargement patients with improved function and comfort was understood. It is therefore necessary to improve the function of holding the shape of the breast and applying appropriate pressure as well as designing the ventilated material without skin irritation that is superior to the existing brassieres.

  • After the construction participants system is abolished, expectations are high for its consequences such as liquidating paper-companies, holding back low price contracts, and improving multi-stepwise subcontract structure. However, the professional construction firms have been took responsibilities and obligations as businessmen employing the chief workmen and construction workers. For this reason, it is expected that they will be charged a great deal of expenses such as increase in labor management services and laborers, the occurrence of an retirement grants, insurance fees, etc. Since the hold on power of field managers are getting weaker toward the construction workers, it is most likely to have loss in efficiency of production in the long term. Therefore purpose of this research is to analyze difficulties and the point at issues with which professional construction firms are undergoing after abolishing the construction participants system by investigating on the actual condition in the field management. For this research, we got a grip on the actual condition and analyzed the rise of a primary factor on reinforced concrete construction.

  • In this study, examined the cutting characteristics of alumuminum alloy AC8A-T6 that is used to present car piston materials. And in been holding materials machining empirically escape as result that experiment comparison changing the cutting speed and feed on various condition to choose efficient machining condition. The following results can be summarized from this research. 1. As the cutting speed decreased, principal cutting force and thrust cutting force is increased, and reason that cutting force interacts greatly in the low cutting speed is thought by result by BUE's stabilization. 2. The feed speed and cutting speed increase, friction factor is decrescent and the cause appeared the thrust cutting force is fallen than cutting force relatively because chip flow according to increase of the feed rate is constraint. 3. Though specific cutting resistance grows cutting area and the feed rate are few, the cause was expose that shear angle decreases by rake face of tool gets into negative angle remarkably as wear of a cutting tool or defect part of workpiece is cut. 4. Cutting speed do greatly depth of cut is slow, surface roughness examined closely through an experiment that becomes bad, and know that it can get good surface that process cutting speed because do feed rate by 0.1mm/rev low more than 250m/min to get good surface roughness can.

Release Pattern of Urea from Metal-urea-clay Hybrid with Montmorillonite and Its Impact on Soil Property

  • Urea intercalated into montmorillonite (MT) exhibits remarkably enhanced N use efficiency, maintaining its fast effectiveness. This study dealt with the release property of urea from metal-urea-clay hybrid with MT (MUCH) under continuous-flow conditions and the cumulative impacts of its successive application on physicochemical properties of soils. Releases of urea were completed within 4 hrs under continuous-flow condition regardless of the types and the leaching solutions. However, urea release property was significantly affected by both the form of fertilizer and the presence of electrolytes in solution. The fast release property of urea from MUCH in continuous-flow condition was not significantly affected by soil properties such as soil pH and soil texture. In addition, its successive application did not lead to any noticeable change in soil physicochemical properties, water stable aggregate rate, water holding capacity and cation exchange capacity in both sandy loam and clay loam soils. Therefore, this study strongly supported that urea intercalated into MT could be applied as fast-effective N fertilizer, in particular for additional N supply.

로켓 모션테이블 실시간 모의시험

  • 본 논문은 KSR-III 개발경험을 토대로 모션테이블을 이용한 로켓 6자유도 실시간모의시험(HILS) 방안에 대해 다루고 있다. 모션테이블 HILS 시험을 통해, 3축 모션테이블의 동특성 지연에 따른 제어루프의 안정성을 판단하고 종합 HILS 시험을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하게 된다. 모션테이블 HILS 초기화 시험을 통해, 관성항법장치 초기정렬을 위한 초기자세 각 유지 알고리듬 시험, 발사시작 신호 모사를 통한 시각동기화 시험, 외부기록계를 이용한 실시간 조정시험 등을 수행하게 되고, 개루프 HILS 시험을 통해 정상 상태 비행 상황 및 슬로싱, 벤딩, TWD, 바람, 추력비정렬오차 등의 영향이 존재하는 비행 상황에 대한 모션테이블 운용 시험을 수행하게 되며, 최종적으로 모션테이블 자세각을 궤환루프의 입력으로 궤환시킨 폐루프 HILS를 통해 제어루프의 안정성 시험을 완료하게 된다.

흡착조건이 키토산의 지방질 흡착 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Adsorption Condition on Fat-binding Characteristics of Chitosan)

  • To study the lipid adsorption characteristic of chitosans with different molecular weights and the degrees of deacetylation, in vitro test and near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopic analysis have been performed for the measurement of lipid adsorption characteristics of chitosan. The degrees of deacetylation in chitosans were $70{\%},\;85{\%}\;and\;92{\%}$ at different deacetylation times (1 hr, 2 hrs, 3 hrs), respectively. The molecular weight of each chitosan was controlled by enzymatic hydrolysis, and then the molecular weight of the chitosan was 4 kDa. The bulk density, water holding capacity and fat binding capacity of each chitosan powder were $96.2-504.0{\%},\;374.4-1217.9{\%},\;and\;307.0-659.3{\%}$, respectively. The higher molecular weight of chitosan was exhibited the lower bulk density and the higher water and fat binding capacities. Bindinf capacities of chitosan powders to bile salts, cholesterol and linoleic acid were $41.2-63.3{\%},\;40.8-67.4{\%},\;42.6-72.6{\%}$, respectively. In NIR spectrum of lipid adsorbed chitosan the occurrence static eletronical binding between chitosan and lipid was identified by NIR spectrum peak induced from combination of carboxylic group in lipid and amino group in chitosan. In conclusion, the higher degree of deacetylation and molecular weight of chitosan showed the higher lipid binding capacity and the lipid adsorption of chitosan were occurred by combination of carboxylic group in lipids and amino group in chitosan.

CuO-SnO2/camphene 슬러리의 동결 및 소결조건이 Cu-Sn 다공체의 기공구조에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Freezing and Sintering Condition of CuO-SnO2/Camphene Slurries on the Pore Structure of Porous Cu-Sn)

  • The present study demonstrates the effect of freezing conditions on the pore structure of porous Cu-10 wt.% Sn prepared by freeze drying of $CuO-SnO_2$/camphene slurry. Mixtures of CuO and $SnO_2$ powders are prepared by ball milling for 10 h. Camphene slurries with 10 vol.% of $CuO-SnO_2$ are unidirectionally frozen in a mold maintained at a temperature of $-30^{\circ}C$ for 1 and 24 h, respectively. Pores are generated by the sublimation of camphene at room temperature. After hydrogen reduction and sintering at $650^{\circ}C$ for 2 h, the green body of the $CuO-SnO_2$ is completely converted into porous Cu-Sn alloy. Microstructural observation reveals that the sintered samples have large pores which are aligned parallel to the camphene growth direction. The size of the large pores increases from 150 to $300{\mu}m$ with an increase in the holding time. Also, the internal walls of the large pores contain relatively small pores whose size increases with the holding time. The change in pore structure is explained by the growth behavior of the camphene crystals and rearrangement of the solid particles during the freezing process.

Mechanism of Glutamate-induced $[Ca^{2+}]i$ Increase in Substantia Gelatinosa Neurons of Juvenile Rats

  • The glutamate receptors (GluRs) are key receptors for modulatory synaptic events in the central nervous system. It has been reported that glutamate increases the intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ concentration ($[Ca^{2+}]_i$) and induces cytotoxicity. In the present study, we investigated whether the glutamate-induced $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ increase was associated with the activation of ionotropic (iGluR) and metabotropic GluRs (mGluR) in substantia gelatinosa neurons, using spinal cord slice of juvenile rats (10${\sim}21 day). $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ was measured using conventional imaging techniques, which was combined with whole-cell patch clamp recording by incorporating fura-2 in the patch pipette. At physiological concentration of extracellular $Ca^{2+}$, the inward current and $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ increase were induced by membrane depolarization and application of glutamate. Dose-response relationship with glutamate was observed in both $Ca^{2+}$ signal and inward current. The glutamate-induced $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ increase at holding potential of -70 mV was blocked by CNQX, an AMPA receptor blocker, but not by AP-5, a NMDA receptor blocker. The glutamate-induced $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ increase in $Ca^{2+}$ free condition was not affected by iGluR blockers. A selective mGluR (group I) agonist, RS-3,5-dihydroxyphenylglycine (DHPG), induced $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ increase at holding potential of -70 mV in SG neurons. These findings suggest that the glutamate-induced $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ increase is associated with AMPA-sensitive iGluR and group I mGluR in SG neurons of rats.

Willemite 결정유에 NiO 첨가가 발색에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Color Development of Willemite Crystalline Glaze by Adding NiO)

  • When metal oxides are added into crystalline glaze, colors of glaze and crystals are similar as colorants generally. But the case of NiO in zinc crystalline glaze is different from general color development. When NiO is added to zinc crystalline glaze it can develop two or three colors. The active use of color development mechanism by adding NiO to the zinc crystalline glaze to control color of the base glaze and crystal with stability is investigated. This report is expected to contribute to the ceramic industry in improving application of zinc crystalline glaze. For the experiment of NiO, the quantity of NiO additives is changed to the base glaze for the most adequate formation of willemite crystal from previous research and firing condition: temperature increasing speed $5^{\circ}C/min$, holding 1 h at $1270^{\circ}C$, annealing speed $3^{\circ}C/min$ till $1170^{\circ}C$, holding 2 h at $1170^{\circ}C$ then naturally annealed. The samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-vis, and Micro-Raman. The result of the procedure as follows; Ni substitutes for Zn ion then glaze develops blue willemite crystals, as if cobalt is used, on brown glaze base. When NiO quantity is increased to over 5 wt%, willemite size is decreased, and the density of the crystal is increased, at the same time $Ni_2SiO_4$ (olivine) phase, the second phase, has been developed. The excessive NiO is reacted with silicate in the glass then developed green $Ni_2SiO_4$ (olivine), and quantity of $Ni_2SiO_4$ (olivine) is increased as quantity of willemite is decreased. It is proved to create three colors, blue, brown and green by controlling the quantity of NiO to the zinc crystalline glaze and it will improve the multiple use of colors to the ceramic design.

열가소성 유리섬유/PP 복합재의 반구돔 열성형 평가 및 비직교 구성방정식을 이용한 FEM 수치해석 (Half-dome Thermo-forming Tests of Thermoplastic Glass Fiber/PP Composites and FEM Simulations Based on Non-orthogonal Constitutive Models)

  • 본 연구에서는 유리섬유/폴리프로필렌 기반의 열가소성 복합재의 열성형 시험 평가를 위해, 성형온도에서의 인장 및 면내 전단 물성 시험을 실시하였고, 이를 비직교 구성방정식을 이용하여 정량화 하였다. 이를 통해 실험값과 잘 일치하는 고온에서의 인장 및 전단 물성값을 수식화하여 얻을 수 있었다. 열성형 시험을 위해 반구돔 시험을 실시하였고, 이형제 사용 유무 및 홀더의 무게를 달리해가며 성형품의 최종형상을 비교하였다. 그 결과 이형제를 사용하면 성형품의 대칭성이 확보되고 주름 개선 효과에 유리하다는 것을 확인하였고, 적당한 힘의 홀딩력 제어가 필수적이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 더 나아가 비직교 구성방정식이 고려된 열성형 수치해석을 실시하여 실험 결과와 유사한 양상을 확인할 수 있었고, 홀딩력이 낮을 수록 주름이 많아지고, 마찰력이 클수록 더 많은 펀치력을 필요로 함을 확인하였다.
