Polyethylene, has long history and is widely used, was researched due to good electrical properties by many authors. But PE under stress has the critical defects of space charge accumulation and tree growth, so various methods such as catalyst, additives and blend to improve these problems have been execute, of which we selected blending method. As in our previous papers we investigated electrical conduction, dielectric and AC dielectric breakdown characteristics, we did DC dielectric breakdown characteristics in this paper. We selected pure LLDPE, pure EVA and LLDPE films mixed with EVA as specimens, which were mixed with the weight percentages of 50, 60, 70 and 80[wt%] to be thin film. DC applying voltage speed was 500[V/sec]. The relation between dielectric breakdown characteristics and the variations of super structure due to mixing was investigated, and especially trap level at amorphous region, threshold energy increment of conductive electron at free volume were considered.

The Jiao Guan Ship was a sea ship, used by Zhang Baogao, the Silla great sea merchant, in the marine trade with china during the 8th cetury A.D. and the 9th century A.D. Studying on the Ship type of the Jiao Guan Ship is the urgent problem to be solved, in the sphere of learning abuot the history of communication between China and Korea. The authors take the initial probe into this subject , by researching Zhang Baogao's marie activities, and point out that the Jiao Guan Ship's original type should be the Sha Ship which was the sea ship sailing the sea in northern China , in the tang Dynasty. At the same time, the authors estimate the constructions and equipment of the ship.

최근 자동차에서 위치$\cdot$지리정보를 제공하는 CNS(Car Navigation System)분야로 많은 개발이 되고 있으며, 이를 휴대용 단말기에 적용해 개인화하여 서비스를 제공하고 있는 추세이다. 휴대 단말기에 적용해 개인화 서비스를 제공하는 것을 PNS(Personal Navigation System)라 하며, 이 시스템은 이동 중인 사용자가 휴대용 기기에 공간 데이터를 저장하고 사용자의 위치를 기반으로 목적지까지의 경로를 안내하는 서비스 유형으로 사용자가 휴대하는 기기에 의해 정보가 제공되기 때문에 개인화 정보 제공이라는 특징을 가지고 있다. 또한 위치기반 PNS 서비스는 단순 위치 정보의 활용만이 아니라 위치 정보를 근간으로 POI(Poin of Interest)가 제공되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 위치에 부가되는 다양한 POI의 정보와 함께 개인의 성향 정보가 적용되어야 한다. 그러나 아직까지 개인의 성향이나 특성에 따른 정보를 포함하지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 선 입력한 성향정보와 History 정보로부터 추출되는 사용자 선호 특성 정보를 데이터베이스로 구축하고, 개인 선호 특성 정보를 반영하여 웹 또는 모바일 기기를 통해 POI 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있는 PNS시스템을 제안하였다.

Ionospheric signal delay is a critical factor for precision differential GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite Systems) applications such as GBAS(Ground-Based Augmentation System) and SBAS (Satellite-Based Augmentation System). Most concern is the impact of the ionospheric storm caused by the interaction between Solar and geomagnetic activities. After brief description of the ionosphere and ionospheric storm, ionospheric models for SBAS are discussed. History of recent ionospheric storms is reviewed and their impact on GNSS is discussed. In order to support Korean GNSS augmentation system development, a preliminary study on the regional ionosphere performed. A software tool for computing regional ionospheric maps is being developed, and initial results during a recent storm period is analyzed.

2006년 영일만 신항이 개장될 경우 포항항 진입 수역은 선박 통항량이 증가하고 중대형 선박들의 입출항이 가속화될 것이다. 그러나 포항항 일부 진입 수역에는 여전히 항행 위험 요소가 존재하고 있다 즉, 호미곶 인근 해역에서의 무질서한 항행 및 교통이 폭주하고 있어 통항 안전성을 고찰하기 위하여 해상교통조사를 실시하였다. 또한 해상교통조사 결과를 선종별 및 톤수별로 통계 처리하고 통항 선박의 항적 분포 등을 토대로 통항 선박의 주요 통항로 및 통항 특성을 분석하였으며, 향후 포항항 진입 수역의 항로지정에 활용하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 정지궤도관측위성의 영상품질 보장과 이에 기반한 성공적 임무수행을 위해 필수불가결한 구성요소인 INR (Image Navigation and Registration) System의 핵심적 기술 요체를 요약하여 기술한다. 이를 위해, 그 원천기술의 모태인 최초 INR System의 근원과 이후 다른 위성시스템들을 통해 부분적 변화를 거쳐 구현된 변천과정을 검토하고, 그 핵심 구성요소와 각 구성요소의 기술적 요체를 기술하며, 이러한 기술적 요체를 포괄적으로 반영하며 과거와 현재 및 미래의 다양한 INR System들에 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 generic한 INR system 구성을 제안한다. 이는 INR System 개발의 표준적 접근방법을 제시하고 그 핵심적 기술사항과 추가적 발전가능 영역을 규명함으로써 향후의 INR System 개발, 검증 및 운용에 있어 하나의 지표로 삼고자 하기 위함이다.

AIS가 도입된 이후 선박확인절차에 필요한 VHF교신량 감소, Ship to Ship, Ship to VTS간 안전통신의 기회증대와 RADAR에서 발생하는 Swap(물표바뀜)현상 감소 등 자동으로 선박정보를 수신함으로써 VTS구역의 전체적인 통항이미지를 관제사가 쉽게 그릴 수 있어 보다 안전한 관제업무를 수행하는데 기여하고 있다. 하지만 AIS탑재선박의 증가로 AIS기지국/선박국 통신환경에 따른 채널간섭과 AIS신호의 ERROR(오류) 정보 등이 관제업무를 더욱 위험한 상황으로 만드는 경우들이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 관제업무를 수행함에 있어서 경험하였던 AIS ERROR 정보로 인한 위험했던 상황들을 분석하여 다른 관제사가 업무 수행시 합리적인 판단을 내릴 수 있도록 AIS특성 및 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The virtual engineering technologies have been broadly used for the design, testing, manufacturing and maintenance works of industrial product. Recently many VR systems with walk through navigation and web databases; such as design and installation database. load history database, maintenance history database et al. are developed. However, the virtual engineering in railroad industry is not well developed compared to other industries like automobile, air, shipbuilding. In this paper, we explain the strategy that we have applied the virtual engineering technology to the design works of rolling stock and our plan to build the virtual testing laboratory(VTL) in the Korea Railroad Research Institute.

SOLAS 선박은 SFI group 코드 기준으로 적어도 83종의 장비를 탑재해야 하고, 각각의 장비는 다시 수 개에서 수십 개의 컴포넌트로 구성이 된다. 선박 운항 중에는 이러한 장비의 정상적인 운영이 보장되어야 하고, 문제 발생시 즉각적인 수리를 위하여 원격유지보수의 요구사항이 높다. 본 연구는 항해통신장비의 원격유지보수에 적합한 장비의 분류체계를 제시하고, 적절한 데이터베이스 구조를 도출하고자 했다. 연구 결과, 선박 항해통신장비의 원격유지보수를 위하여, 장비의 분류체계는 장비의 종류, 모델, 컴포넌트로 계층화되어야 하고, 고장모드와 영향분석, 질의응답, 수리이력, 상태정보와 예방정비 등의 테이블을 장비 모델 기준으로 구축하는 것이 효과적임을 알게 되었다. 140개의 항해통신장비 모델과 750개의 컴포넌트에 대하여 데이터베이스를 구축하였고, 실질적인 효과를 평가하기 위하여 선박장비 수리전문가가 클라우드 앱을 이용하여 검색 결과의 유용성을 평가하였다.

부산은 18세기말 서양에게 처음으로 알려졌다. 이후 19세기말 조선이 강화도 조약을 시작으로 국제 열강들에게 개항되었을 때에도 중요한 국제적인 개항장이었다. 국제 선박들의 왕래가 늘면서 부산항의 항만시설과 등대의 중요성이 부각되었다. 등대의 설치와 관리는 부산해관원들이 담당하였다. 개항기 해관의 작업들은 봉건사회에서 근대국가로 변천하는 조선의 역사적 기원이 된다. 이처럼 소중한 역사임에도 불구하고 개항기 해관문서들이 상당부분 소실되어 정확한 역사를 알 수가 없었다. 그러나 조선의 내부문서와 외교문서 그리고 국내외 언론들에 의해 작성된 기록들을 비교 검토함으로써 객관적인 사실관계를 정립할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 최근 출간된 자료들과 수집된 고지도들을 바탕으로 조선말 개항기 부산항에 설치된 근대식 등대를 확인하는 것을 우선적인 목적으로 한다. 이를 통하여 대한민국 근대사의 올바른 정립에 객관적 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
