As results of previous researches and literatures, it is known that the application of the highway-supply index including generally utilized coefficient is not adequate due to the considerable difference of its characteristics. Therefore, in this study, the efficient methodology for determination of optimal highway-supply index in urban-rural consolidated city is extensively suggested and evaluated.
