스마트폰 소셜 네트워크 게임의 지속 사용의도 영향 요인 : 가치모형을 중심으로 (Factors Affecting the Continuous Use Intention of Smartphone Social Network Games : With a Focus on the Value Model)

  • 소셜 네트워크 게임이란 소셜 네트워크 서비스 플랫폼을 기반으로 하여 사용자 참여 및 관계 맺기를 활용한 사회적 인맥 기반 형태의 게임을 말한다. 본 연구는 HCI 분야에서 제시하는 가치모형을 중심으로 SNG의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 주는 기능적, 유희적, 사회적, 개인적 가치 요인을 검토하였다. 분석 결과 유희적 가치와 기능적 가치가 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 가치, 개인적 가치는 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 SNG의 서비스에 있어서 게임의 재미적 요인과 쉽고 편리한 인터페이스는 주요한 요소이지만, 이용자들의 사회관계적 동인은 큰 의미가 없음을 의미한다.

  • Telecommunications-broadcasting convergence in the domain of IT is a representative phenomenon that is expected to provide the saturated existing markets with a new source of profit. Especially, T-Commerce combines familiarity of TV and immediacy of the Internet which are expected to cover all the users familiar with each media and expand the existing commercial transactions. Telecommunications-broadcasting convergence in Korea, however, is focusing on technical and regulatory aspects so that research on the real users is not up to the mark yet. This is the most fundamental problem in hampering growth in the corresponding service and market. Thus, we are proposing an adoption model on T-Commerce to rapidly expand the convergence service through understanding the potential users. Perceived utilitarian and hedonic values, perceived interactivity, media substitution and personal innovativeness have been examined as the factors influencing the users' intention to adopt a new convergence service. As a result of empirical analysis, it is verified that perceived utilitarian and hedonic values and personal innovativeness directly influenced the users' intention to adopt whereas perceived interactivity had indirect affect on them. T-Commerce service providers should not only emphasize on the benefit that the older media could not provide the users with, but also provide them with more pleasure and entertaining experience during the course of satisfying the users' needs to distinguish T-Commerce from the other existing media.

싱글 소비자의 심리적 특성변수와 대인영향력에 대한 민감성이 의류쇼핑 추구가치에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Single Consumers' Psychologic Characteristics and Susceptibility to Interpersonal Influence on Clothes Shopping Pursuing Value)

  • Many researchers have focused on consumers' clothes purchase behavior, These researches could not reflect the characteristics of the single consumers' clothes purchase behavior. In addition, little has been written on the single consumer. The purposes of this study are to identify the concept and psychologic characteristics of single consumer and investigate the effects of single consumers' psychologic characteristic and susceptibility to interpersonal influence on clothes shopping pursuing value. Also, It was analyzed how single consumer' pursuing values are different based on the type of single motivation. To test research problems, Data were collected by means of a survey questionnaire, which was sent to 300 single in Pusan and Ulsan. In total, 274 were returned and 14 were unusable because of unacceptable levels of missing data. The Results were summarized as follows: First, self-efficacy, informative and normative influence were positively related to utilitarian pursuing value employee satisfaction. Also, self-efficacy, variety seeking, innovativeness and informative influence had a positive effect on hedonic pursuing value. Second, voluntary single and nonvoluntary single group had different perceptions about self-efficacy, variety seeking, innovativeness, informative influence, and hedonic pursuing value.

쇼핑가치에 따른 무인패션점포 이용의도 -기술수용모형의 적용- (The Effects of Shopping Value on the Usage Intention of Unmanned Fashion Stores -Application of Technology Acceptance Model-)

  • The objective of this study was to verify the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through the technology acceptance model and to verify the extended technology acceptance model including the shopping value as consumers' characteristic. An online survey, consisting of 626 consumers as participants, was conducted from March 13 to 19. Results of the study were as follows: This study used exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Furthermore, a covariance structure analysis using the maximum likelihood was conducted for hypothesis testing. According to the results, perceived ease of use affects perceived usefulness, which thereby affects the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through attitude. Moreover, the analysis of the extended technology acceptance model including the shopping value as the intrinsic motivation of the consumers showed that the hedonic shopping value had a significant effect on the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness influenced the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through attitude.

패션 큐레이션 서비스 이용자의 쇼핑성향, 이용동기 및 선호 이미지 유형이 패션제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Fashion Curation Users' Shopping Orientation, Usage Motives and Preferred Image Types on Fashion Product Purchase Intentions)

  • This research shows how fashion curation service consumers (both fashion and image consultants) reveal different aspects towards a preferred image type among the correlation of fashion curation service usage motivation and fashion shopping propensity. These preferences also included the purchase intentions for fashion display service products. This study surveyed 300 men and women between the ages of 20-30 who were the main consumers of fashion curation services. 'Convenience, fashion trend, and exploratory' increased purchase intentions for fashion shopping propensity, 'information search for utility, entertainment, and personal expression' increased purchase intentions for fashion curation services and 'brand identity, consumer lifestyle, and product information' increased factors for the fashion curation service preferred image type. Consumer preferences varied according to different fashion curation service image type; however, all consumer group syndicated a difference in fashion curation service actions. For instance, fashion curation service consumers preferred a consumer lifestyle image, convenience, hedonic shopping orientation, and personal expression motivation had a positive influence on product purchase intention. However, the shopping orientation of 'fashion trend, practical information exploration, and entertainment motivation' had an optimistic influence on product purchase intentions for fashion curation service consumers who preferred a brand identity image and a product information image.

  • 본 연구는 소셜미디어인 유튜브의 강박적 사용에 대해 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 성격 특성 관점(호감성, 성실성, 신경성, 외향성, 개방성)과 이용 동기 관점(실용적, 쾌락적, 사회적 동기)을 동시에 고려한 연구모형을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 위해 설문방법을 이용하였고, 분석을 위한 데이터는 165개의 데이터를 적용하였다. 자료의 분석은 구조방정식모형을 사용하였다. 실증분석결과는 첫째, 호감성과 성실성이 높을수록 강박적 유튜브 사용이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실용적 이용 동기가 높을수록 강박적 유튜브 사용이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 유튜브 이용자들에게 강박적 사용의 위험성을 경고할 뿐만 아니라, 자체 관리 전략을 개발하는데 도움을 준다는 점에서 의미가 있다 하겠다.

Brain Mechanisms of Cognitive, Emotional and Behavioral Aspects of Taste

  • Taste is associated with hedonic evaluation as well as recognition of quality and intensity. Taste information is sent to the cortical gustatory area in a chemotopical manner to be processed for discrimination of taste quality. It is also conveyed to the reward system and feeding center via the prefrontal cortices. The amygdala, which receives taste inputs, also influences reward and feeding. In terms of neuroactive substances, palatability is closely related to benzodiazepine derivatives and $\beta$-endorphin, both of which facilitate consumption of food and fluid. The reward system contains the ventral tegmental area, nucleus accumbens and ventral pallidum and finally sends information to the lateral hypothalamic area, the feeding center. The dopaminergic system originating from the ventral tegmental area mediates the motivation to consume palatable food. The actual ingestive behavior is promoted by the orexigenic neuropeptides from the hypothalamus. Even palatable food can become aversive and avoided as a consequence of postingestional unpleasant experience such as malaise. The brain mechanism of these aspects of taste is elucidated.

Solo 소비자의 쇼핑성향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Solo Consumers' Shopping Orientation)

  • Changing demographics and social values suggest that marketers will see an increase in the number of solo customers. Solo consumer often have different reasons for their solo consumer shopping experience. Proper offer of the shopping environment or services and proper training of the service provider to recognize these different motivation will result in a higher level of satisfaction for all solo consumer. The purposes of this study are to identify the demographic characteristics of solo consumer and investigate the difference of solo consumer' shopping orientation in clothes shopping process. To test research problems, Data were collected by means of a survey questionnaire, which was sent to 250 single in Pusan and Ulsan. In total, 224 were returned and 25 were unusable because of unacceptable levels of missing data. The Results were summarized as follows: First, solo consumer had higher incomes, and higher education experience. Second, solo consumer and non-solo consumer (companion consumer) group had significantly different shopping orientation about ostentationbrand, convenience, and hedonic.

Empirical Study on the Acceptance of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) Based on the UTAUT2 Model

  • To achieve the widespread use of Mobility as a Service (MaaS), a novel transportation platform, it is important to increase consumers' intention to use MaaS. Therefore, this study clarifies the determinants of consumers' intention to use MaaS based on the UTAUT2 model. The research model is tested using structural equation modeling based on data from a web-based questionnaire survey of Japanese consumers. The results show that performance expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, and price value have significant effects on the intention to use MaaS. Moreover, the relationship between the intention to use MaaS and independent variables is moderated by old age. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed based on the findings.

  • 통신과 방송의 융합은 오늘날 디지털 환경의 가장 대표적인 혁신이자 신기술로 이미 포화상태에 이른 개별 시장의 한계를 극복하기 위한 대안으로 제시되어 통신 사업자와 방송 사업자 등을 비롯한 관련 산업군의 많은 기업들이 시장에 진입하고 있다. 그러나 해당 서비스 및 시장의 성장이 기대에 미치지 못하는 것이 현실이데, 그 원이 중 하나로 사용자에 대한 이해가 부족하다는 점을 지적할 수 있다. 기존의 통선 기술은 사용자의 도구적 목적을 지원하는 반면, 방송 서비스는 내재적 가치인 오락 기능을 제공하기 위해 주로 사용되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 개별적인 통신과 방송 영역이 융합되었을 때 사용자의 태도와 의사 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하는 것이다. 연구 모델은 내재적 동기인 유희적 가치와 외재적 동기인 실용적 가치, 그리고 융합 서비스의 실제 사용에 있어 내 외부적 조건이 되는 인지된 통제성을 주요 변인으로 제시하고 있다. 이를 검증하기 위해 대표적인 통신 방송 융합 서비스인 DMB를 대상으로 실증 분석을 실시하였다.
