Agricultural environmental indicators (AEIs) are useful tool for evaluating environmental performance induced by agri-environmental policy measures. General and specific criteria have been set to assess the linkages between policy measures and environmental states. In addition, a number of specific AEIs such as nutrient balance indicators and farm management indicators have been posit to review environmental performance associated with agri-environmental policy measures. The proposed environmental subjects encompass soil quality, qualities of underground and surface water, water resource preservation, species and genetic diversity, diversity for wildlife habitats, and agricultural landscapes. The developed AEIs may contribute to establishment or adjustment of environmental targets and ex-ante or ex-post evaluation for environmental performance associated with policy measures. In addition, the AEIs may be useful to consider introduction of new agri-environmental measures and enhance policy efficiency by assessing environmental performance, considering specific locality, and harmonizing support measures.

In modern society as people adapt to social and cultural changes, people prefer high-scarcity designed products rather than standardized ones. Consequently, this adaptation lays a foundation in art and cultural domains to express uniqueness and individuality. The purpose of this study is to develop fashion designs by fusing fashion painting and handicraft techniques through creative and various artistic expressions. The researchers studied the sociocultural background of modern handicraft fashion using document-based research methods. Based on the characteristics of modern handicraft, we produced six garments that applied fashion painting techniques. In this study, the origin of fashion painting was found in ornaments such as tattoo or body-painting. We determined that modern designers were using various fashion painting techniques and motives as unique and advanced ornamentary skills. Harmonizing various handicraft techniques(dyeing, embroidery, quilt, patchwork, beads, fashion painting, etc.) centered on fashion painting enabled creation of unique fashion design through varieties of artistic expressions.

In this study, the goals and the short and long term plan to attain the goals were set up through the analysis of non-government environmental protection organizations actual conditions which were grasped through interview and questionnaire. The goals and the plan were modified and elaborated through 3 times environment experts conferences and a public hearing. The goals were as follows: a) Laying down the guidelines on the organizations. b) Establishing a view of environment. c) Paying a public attention to importance of environment. d) Activations the practice in environmental protection movement. e) Harmonizing the relations between the organizations themselves. government and the organizations, industries and the organizations. f) Establishing the government support system to the organizations in leagal. administrative and financial aspects. g) Enhancing the potentialities on research and development in environmental protection technology. In the short and long term plan, the specific activities to be driven up to the year 2000 were presented by stages.

In this paper, we propose an integrated spatial and view scalable video codec based on high efficiency video coding (HEVC). The proposed video codec is developed based on similarity and uniqueness between the scalable extension and 3D multi-view extension of HEVC. To improve compression efficiency using the proposed scalable multi-view video codec, inter-layer and inter-view predictions are jointly employed by using high-level syntaxes that are defined to identify view and layer information. For the inter-view and inter-layer predictions, a decoded picture buffer (DPB) management algorithm is also proposed. The inter-view and inter-layer motion predictions are integrated into a consolidated prediction by harmonizing with the temporal motion prediction of HEVC. We found that the proposed scalable multi-view codec achieves bitrate reduction of 36.1%, 31.6% and 15.8% on the top of ${\times}2$, ${\times}1.5$ parallel scalable codec and parallel multi-view codec, respectively.

The purpose of this study is to develop mechanisms of nD model-based design by the combination of 2D drawing standards and 3D building models from the current 2D and text-based design. The aim of this study can be archived by defining the 2D model extension definitions for the IFC model development and harmonizing existing 2D standards. The paper examines 1) 3D Representation of Building Element and Building Services element, and 2D Model extension of IFC2X.2, 2) Basic development of additional 2D element that should be added to IFC model, and 3) mapping method between current 2D standard and IFC2.X2. Following this approach, the interoperability problem between 3D model and 2D drawing can be solved and finally an extended data model could be developed.

The purpose of this study is to support the integration from current 2D drawing-based design to future 3D model-based design. In this paper, an important theme is the combination between the STEP-based 2D drawing standards (i.e., AP202) and the IFC-based 3D building model standards. To achieve the purpose, two methodologies are proposed as follows: the development of IFC extension model for the 2D shape data representation by harmonizing ISO/STEP AP202; and the development of mapping solution between IFC 2D extension model and KOSDIC by constructing the exchange scenario for 2D shape data representation. It is expected that the proposed IFC2X2 2D extension model and mapping solution will offer the basis of development of the integrated standards model in AEC industry.

The author conducted an experiment on the relativity between the mandibular buccal and lingual cusp inclines by means of measuring full arch plaster cast teeth of the fifty student subjects of the College of Dentistry, Seoul National University. The results were as follows: 1. The statistical relativity between the mandibular buccal and lingual cusp inclines in individual tooth was hardly recognized. 2. In the cusp incline data of the whole posterior teeth, the rough basis for the harmonizing with the other occlusion factors was recognizable. 3. The cusp inclination itself was incomplete in mechanical balance, therefore, it might be said that there were a lot of possibilities that the cusp incline may act as a potential etiological factor to give rise to occlusal diseases.

The objective of this paper is to propose a Web-based Negotiation Support System(NSS) to facilitate conflict resolution between departments in a firm. As the management environment is recently becoming more complex and competitive, the need for harmonizing department functions in a firm is increasing much more than ever. In literature, most of conflict resolution approaches have been based on a sort of behavioral concepts including regular meeting or conference. However, as the department functions are wired through the Internet, a new approach to conflict resolution using the web-based technique is deemed necessary. For this purpose, we developed a Web NSS and illustrated a typical case in which conflicts between production and marketing functions are resolved using the Web NSS.

Pharmacogenetics is opening a new era of precision medicine in psychiatry. Drug-metabolizing enzymes are characterized by genetic polymorphisms, which render a large portion of variability in individual drug metabolism. Dose adjustment based on pharmacogenetics knowledge is a first step to translate pharmacogenetics into clinical practice. However, diverse factors including cost-effectiveness should be addressed to provide clinical recommendation. To address current challenges in pharmacogenetics testing in psychiatry, this review provides an update regarding genotyping (SNP analysis, array, and next-generation sequencing), genotype-phenotype correlations, and cost-effectiveness. The current updates on pharmacogenetics in psychiatry will provide guidance for both clinician and researchers to have a consensus in harmonizing efforts to advance the pharmacogenetics field in a part of precision medicine in psychiatry.
