  • 1. 서론 : 다양한 산업공정에서 대기중으로 배출되는 휘발성유기화합물들은 물리, 화학적성질과 그들이 생성되는 기술적인 조건등에 따라 소각, 응측, 흡착, 흡수 등의 처리기술들이 사용되어왔다. 이러한 기존의 처리기술들은 안전성, 성능, 운전비, 시설공간 및 비용 등의 면에서 크게 만족스럽지 못하였다. 이에 비하여 분리막을 이용한 공정은 배출가스에 대한 처리농도범위가 광범위하고 장치가 간단하여 시설투자비 및 운전비용이 낮으며 제거효율도 매우 높은 것으로 알려져 왔다. 본 실험에서는 비다공성의 중공사막모듈을 통한 휘발성유기화합물의 분리특성을 고찰하였고, 휘발성유기화합물의 농도와 feed가스의 유량 및 막양단의 압력차 등을 변화시키면서 막의 성능을 실험적으로 조사하였다.

  • 1. 서론 : 반도체 제조공정중 wafer가공 공정에 사용되는 많은 양의 RO 초순수는 미세한 규소입자를 비롯하여 비교적 낮은 농도의 불순물을 포함하고 있으나, 현재 1차세정후 공정폐수로 전량 희석되어 폐기되고 있다. 반도체 제조공정에서 발생되는 이러한 세정폐수를 적절한 전처리와 분리막 처리를 통하여 유가물질인 Si 입자를 회수하고, 처리수를 재이용함으로써 환경오염의 감소 및 공업용수의 증대를 도모할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 고분자 분리막을 이용하여 반도체 제조공정중 발생한 세정중의 유가물질인 Si를 회수하고, 용수를 재이용하기 위하여 한외여과용 평막을 제조하여 Si 함유 폐수에 대한 막성능을 평가하였으며, 또한 상용 tubular 및 hallow fiber막의 성능과도 비교하였다.

Synthesis of Aminated Hollow PP-g-GMA Fibrous Ion-Exchanger for Separation of Urokinase (유로키나제 분리를 위한 아민화 HPP-g-GMA 중공사 이온교환체의 합성에 관한 연구)

  • We synthesized HPP-g-GMA copolymer using pre-irradiation method by E-beam and aminated HPP-g-GMA using amination reaction. Degree of grafting increased with increasing GMA monomer concentration and showed the maximum value of 130% at 1.46 M of GMA. The degree of amination increased with increasing the degree of grafting. When the degree of grafting was 100%, degree of amination showed the maximum value of 37.4%. The ion exchange capacity of aminated HPP-g-GMA was about 3.78 meq/g, and it showed remarkable adsorption ability of hollow fiber ion exchanger. Through the BET analysis, the surface area of aminated HPP-g-GMA was 54.83 $\m^2/g$ and the mean pore size was $26\AA$. These showed the decrease of surface area and the slight increase of the mean pore size. SEM results show that the thickness of fiber increased after the step of reaction and there pore blocking phenomena was not observed. The aminated HPP-g-GMA was synthesized successfully and found to be suitable for the adsorption and separation of anion.

Non Thermal Process and Quality Changes of Foxtail Millet Yakju by Micro Filtration (미세여과에 의한 비 가열살균 좁쌀약주의 제조 및 저장 중 품질변화)

  • Micro-filtration (MF) or ultra-filtration (UF) system with hollow-fiber cartridge was introduced in order to improve the Quality level of commercial foxtail millet Yakju, which has an off-flavour and/or undesired colour after the thermal treatment. The filtration effects of cartridges such as MF (0.65, 0.45, 0.2, 0.1 $\mu$m) and UF (500 K dalton) were investigated. The physicochemical and sensory characteristics of the Yakju were then evaluated during the 6 months storage at room temperature. The exclusion ability of microorganism in samples was confirmed in all cartridges, but 0.45 pm MF-cartridge was suitable in the Yakju manufacture due to its superior filtration rate and efficiency. Changes in reducing sugar and colour difference of foxtail millet Yakju untreated or treated by heat ($65^{\circ}C$${\times}$10 min) were observed during the storage; after 6 months the L-value of thermal-treatment sample was decreased and its b-value, however, significantly increased so that its color became dark, in comparison to non-thermal treatment sample. This decrease of reducing sugar is assumed that color change is associated with non-enzymatic browning reaction. Sensory Quality of foxtail millet Yakju produced by non-thermal treatment was better than that of thermal treatment.
