The Sacheonwangsa temple in Silla was completed in 679, just after the unification of the Three Kingdoms. In recent years, we have been critically considering the history of the chronology based on the existence of 'Geumdang of the previous generation', which has emerged through the research report of the Sacheonwangsa temple. It is the one to reconsider the construction process of the Sacheonwangsa temple centering on the re-interpretation of the construction time and the character of the first stage of the foundation which was confirmed from within the Geumdang site. The results of this study are as follows : 1)The "Chang(創) of Sacheonwangsa temple" in [Three Affairs that Queen Seondeok had already known] that it is presumed that the construction of the Sacheonwangsa temple, which was designed by Anham before 640 years ago, will convey the fact that the first of the King Munmu's reign (661 ~) has been finalized after the initial discussion. 2)Although the theories after excavations are predicated on the existence of 'Geumdang of the previous generation', there is no reason to believe that a lasting predecessor building with roof and pillar walls on predecessor buildings is considered to have been built. The foundation was associated with the "build a temple out of coloured silk(以彩帛營寺)" i.e. 'Jochang(祖創)' in 670 years before the construction plan was formally finalized. However, it is presumed that the remains of the platform construction on the premise that it will be used on the construction of Geumdang. 3)The decision to 'rebuilding( ??)' based on a formal construction plan is determined to be from 670 to 672 years. The maintaining of the original cathedral axis line, to the north on the boundary of the southern limit of the foundation flat portion, the result of developing and embodied the relative position of the Geumdang in the newly determined cathedral unfold and embody, the center of the building base and Geumdang, it is presumed that the centers of them are divided into North and south. 4)The completion of the Sacheonwangsa temple in 679 is understood as the conclusion of 'rebuilding' to "build a temple out of coloured silk" i.e. 'Jochang' in 670 years. The pent roof of the Geumdang was initially considered not to be in the plan, but it is judged to be before the completion of the Sacheonwangsa temple.

Advances in location-aware and IoT (Internet of Things) technology increase the rapid generation of massive movement data. Knowledge discovery from massive movement data helps us to understand the urban flow and traffic management. This paper proposes a method to analyze frequent origin-destination sequence patterns from irregular spatiotemporal taxi pick-up locations. The proposed method starts by conducting cluster analysis and then run a frequent sequence pattern analysis based on identified clusters as a base unit. The experimental data is Seoul taxi trajectory data between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. during one week. The experimental results present that significant frequent sequence patterns occur within Gangnam. The significant frequent sequence patterns of different regions are identified between Gangnam and Seoul City Hall area. Further, this study uses administrative boundaries as a base unit. The results based on administrative boundaries fails to detect the frequent sequence patterns between different regions. The proposed method can be applied to decrease not only taxis' empty-loaded rate, but also improve urban flow management.
Purpose: Fire load analysis was conducted to secure basic data for evaluating fire risk of educational facilities. In order to calculate the fire load through a preliminary survey, basic data related to the fire load of school facilities were collected. Method: The basic data were the definition and types of fire loads, combustion heat data for the calculation of fire loads. The fire load was evaluated by multiplying the combustion heat by the weight of the combustibles in the compartment when calculating the fire load. Result: As for the fixed combustible materials of A-elementary school, the floor was mainly made of wood, in consideration of emotion and safety in the classroom, music room, and school office, and the rest of the compartments were made of stone. The ceiling and walls were made of gypsum board and concrete, so they were not combustible. The typical inflammable items in each room were desks, chairs, and lockers in the classroom, and the laboratory equipment box and experimental tool box were the main components in the science room, and books, bookshelves, and reading equipment occupied a large proportion in the library room. Conclusion: 'The fire loads of A-elementary' schools according to the combustibles loaded were in the order of library, computer room, English learning room, teacher's office, general classroom, science hall, and music room.
A Woolen carpet from the late Joseon Dynasty was unearthed in the process of repairing Seongjeonggak in Changdeokgung. Since relics are rarer than documentary records, the woolen carpet is highly valued as a relics. It is presumed to have been woven in the late 19th or early 20th century because there is a record of repairing Seongjeonggak in 1907. In the carpet, a pattern is made by inserting colored yarn dyed yellow and red onto a reddish-purple ground weave. The selvage of the woolen carpet used cotton thread, and jute is used for the warp and weft of the ground weave. The colored patterns is made of wool in the form of loop pile. Cut piles may appear occasionally when the colored yarn changes, but are almost invisible from the surface because they are pressed tightly with a shuttered weft. Making carpets with jute and wool is thought to be influenced by the Brussels carpets of the mid-18th century. Furthermore, the woolen carpet is torn and the pattern is completely unclear; however, it is understandable that the pattern is partially repeated. Microscopic and Fourier transform-Infrared spectrometer(FT-IR) analyses were performed for the above investigation. To identify the dyes used in relics, we compared them with natural dyed fabric samples based on chromaticity measurements and Ultraviolet/Visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis) analysis. These analyses revealed that the woolen carpet's dyed green yarn did not use indigo, and reddish-purple ground weave is estimated to have used Caesalpinia sappan.
The Cadastral Renovation is a National project to investigate and survey the registration of Cadastral Record and replace the existing Cadastral Record with a new Cadastral Record by digital, and to correct the registration of Cadastral Record if the registration of Cadastral Record does not match the actual status of the land. The Business Period generally takes about one year and six months to two years. The time required is getting longer due to problems that occur in the course of the Adjustment amount after the cadastral resurvey survey due to complex structure and internal conflict due to the interest between landowners. After Boundary Decision of the real boundary, the land area is confirmed by the landowners, and the cadastral office is to settle the Cadastral Renovation by calculating the Adjustment amount according to the confirmed area and the increase and decrease of the cadastral area. Therefore, the solution plan was suggested so that reasonable Adjustment amount can be applied through empirical research applied to the time of calculation of Adjustment amount and the method of calculation of Adjustment amount. The improvement method showed the expected effect that can lead the agreement with the landowner to the shortest period, and it was also possible to set the real boundary that meets the purpose of the Cadastral Renovation. This study suggests improvements in the method of calculating standard Adjustment amount, the method of imposing Adjustment amount, and the method of boundary adjustment that does not impose adjustment amount through the cadastral Renovation and parallel studies, and it is expected that the Cadastral Renovation will be completed by 2030.

The purpose of this study is to examine the concepts of cultural administration and art management, their context, and elements that each concept pursues, and to establish the domains and systems of cultural administration and art management in Jeju. Seven values were selected through the consideration of commonalities and differences and previous studies, and sub-indicators of each value were determined. Factors were analyzed using the AHP method. Cultural administration is based on the areas of publicity, equity, and transparency, while art management is based on productivity, publicity, and responsiveness. Cultural administration needs to focus on a system for the preservation and utilization of local culture, co-evolution of culture, and expansion of culture and arts education. Art management needs to focus on the level of achievement of goals, the level of output versus input, and the system for preserving and utilizing local culture. In addition, it was found that there is a need to establish a system in Jeju with a common aim of the co-evolution of culture and preservation and the utilization of local culture.
The purpose of this study aimed to analyze factors on motives to tree burial and choice conditions to tree burial site in order to suggest policy direction for the desirable settlement of tree burial. For those purpose, this study performed questionnaire, targeting 522 visitors of funeral hall all around Korea. As the result, the factors of motives to tree burial were extracted as follows: funeral ceremony progressed along with trees, simplicity, memorial site's easy insurance, environmental friendliness and consideration toward descendants. The factors on choice conditions to tree burial sites were extracted as follows: beauty of natural scenery, emotional mood as a memorial site, convenience, stability and economic feasibility. Based on the results of factor analysis, this study suggested policies related to motives to tree burial as follows: develop various types of tree burial sites, develop a funeral ceremony suitable for tree burial, come into wide use of tree burial as a social welfare service, develop tree burial methods capable of many burials, and improve professionalism to manage tree burial system. In addition, this study proposed related choice conditions to tree burial sites as follows: establish natural forest scenery, convert existing graveyards into tree burial sites, select easily accessible places for tree burial sites, form tree burial sites as places for both rest and memory, and reduce using fee of tree burial site.

In this study, a formula was derived to calculate the damage impact distance using the Chemical Accident Response Information System (CARIS) so that local governments can decide on the evacuation and notification of 13 types of substances. The National Institute of Chemical Safety selected 16 out of 97 types of accident preparedness substances in 2018 and called them residents' evacuation preparedness substances. In a chemical accident, local governments should prepare for resident notification, such as emergency disaster texts. Using the CARIS in Chungju, this study modeled the damage-affected distances of 13 types of substances for the evacuation of residents. Under all conditions, the coefficient of determination R2 was 0.99 or higher, representing a range of at least 0.9921 to a maximum 0.9999. The relative standard deviation between the damage impact distance obtained using the calculation formula, and the CARIS result was compared. The minimum separation distance was corrected considering the actual chemical accident response situation, and the range was found to be between 0.58 and 5.97%. The damage impact distance can be calculated at the site using the calculation formula derived from the research, and local governments can determine whether to evacuate or notify residents.
Due to recent mid-scale earthquakes in the Korean Peninsula, the Korean central and local governments are preparing new measures for earthquake hazard mitigation. Geological and geotechnical information is essential for earthquake hazard assessment. Thus, related data have been collected and assimilated as DBs by various national organizations. However, several problems arise when local governments intend to use this information to establish earthquake hazard mitigation measures. In the case of the geological information, small-scale geological maps make it difficult to acquire detailed information, whereas lithofacies and faults do not often match at the boundaries of large-scale geological maps. Significant geotechnical information is lost due to lack of digitalization. Present study proposes four policy plans for geological and geological information management. First, it is necessary to link industry-academictechnology fields to use the information that has already been or to be produced more efficiently and professionally. Second, local government regulations are required to be enacted and revised to accumulate a lot of geological and geotechnical information. Third an expert system should be prepared to improve the quality of the information. Fourth, it is necessary to establish a dedicated department and expand budget support for efficient information management.
In this paper, we propose a post-processing method through interpolation of hole regions that occur when extracting point clouds. When image matching is performed on stereo image data, holes occur due to occlusion and building façade area. This area may become an obstacle to the creation of additional products based on the point cloud in the future, so an effective processing technique is required. First, an initial point cloud is extracted based on the disparity map generated by applying stereo image matching. We transform the point cloud into a grid. Then a hole area is extracted due to occlusion and building façade area. By repeating the process of creating Triangulated Irregular Network (TIN) triangle in the hall area and processing the inner value of the triangle as the minimum height value of the area, it is possible to perform interpolation without awkwardness between the building and the ground surface around the building. A new point cloud is created by adding the location information corresponding to the interpolated area from the grid data as a point. To minimize the addition of unnecessary points during the interpolation process, the interpolated data to an area outside the initial point cloud area was not processed. The RGB brightness value applied to the interpolated point cloud was processed by setting the image with the closest pixel distance to the shooting center among the stereo images used for matching. It was confirmed that the shielded area generated after generating the point cloud of the target area was effectively processed through the proposed technique.
