간이식 수혜자의 자가간호이행, 사회적 지지, 생리학적 지표 (Self-care, Social Support, and Biological Markers in Liver Transplant Recipients)

  • Purpose: To examine the relationships between self-care, social support, and biological markers in liver transplant recipients. Methods: The participants included 118 liver transplant recipients who visited outpatient clinic at Y University Hospital in Seoul from April to May, 2013. Questionnaires consisted of self-care and social support scales. The biological markers were collected by reviewing electronic medical records. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA with Scheff$\acute{e}$ post-hoc test, and Pearson's correlation. Results: The self-care score was significantly higher in a patient group within 6 months post-transplant when compared to a patient group post-transplant 3 to 5 years (F=3.10, p=.018). The self-care showed positive correlation with social support with statistical significance (r=.36, p<.001). Conclusion: As the self-care in liver transplant recipients had a positive correlation with social support from family and healthcare providers, the development of comprehensive long-term nursing intervention systems including counseling, education, and support in consideration of progress of time period after transplantation is necessary to enhance self-care behaviors among this population.

  • This paper presents the case study of the CE by collaborative system and proposes a model of the CM group for the cable supported bridge. The cable supported bridges have a large project scale and need a high level of construction method. Therefore an advanced construction management system is required for successful completion of project. The construction management (CM) group which control design management, construction plan, subcontract, technical support and R&D is organized for the cable supported bridge project. The CM group established a collaborative system with construction site and drew an effective management of cost, process, quality, safety for each project. Furthermore, the CM group established the procedure of construction management based on the construction engineering (CE) items and performed the project management on the construction phase. Efficiency of cost reduction and site control is maximized by using a collaborative system.

  • Object-Oriented Modeling Technique (OMT) [1] promotes better understanding of requirements, cleaner designs, and more maintainable systems. A development of Group Decision Support System (GDSS) needs this advantage of OMT. GDSS designed through OMT proposes 3 modelings, object modeling, dynamic modeling, and functional modeling. This paper illustrates a design of GDSS using these 3 modelings. By exploiting the object-oriented paradigm, this design results in a highly system-independent design. And this paper shows some implementation issues including a tip of C++ code.

Generative AI parameter tuning for online self-directed learning

  • 본 연구는 온라인 원격교육에서 코딩 교육 활성화를 위해, 생성형 AI 기반의 학습 지원 도구개발에 필요한 하이퍼 파라미터 설정을 제안한다. 연구를 위해 세 가지 다른 학습 맥락에 따라 하이퍼 파라미터를 설정할 수 있는 실험 도구를 구현하고, 실험 도구를 통해 생성형 AI의 응답 품질을 평가하였다. 생성형 AI 자체의 기본 하이퍼 파라미터 설정을 유지한 실험은 대조군으로, 연구에서 설정한 하이퍼 파라미터를 사용한 실험은 실험군으로 하였다. 실험 결과, 첫 번째 학습맥락인 "학습 지원"에서는 실험군과 대조군 사이의 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았으나, 두 번째와 세 번째 학습 맥락인 "코드생성"과 "주석생성"에서는 실험군의 평가점수 평균이 대조군보다 각각 11.6% 포인트, 23% 포인트 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, system content에 응답이 학습 동기에 미칠 수 있는 영향을 제시하면 학습 정서를 고려한 응답이 생성되는 것이 관찰되었다.

Effects of Various Types of Bridge Exercise on the Walking Ability of Stroke Patients

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of various bridge exercises on walking ability. Method: The subjects were 30 stroke patients. They were divided into a bridge exercise group on a stable support surface (Group I), a bridge exercise group on an unstable support surface (Group II), and a bridge exercise group combined with whole body vibrations (Group III). 10 subjects were randomly assigned into each group. The subjects of this study had 30 minutes of nervous system physical therapy including gait training and strength training. In addition, each group underwent a 30 minutes session five times a week for eight weeks. Before intervention, LUKOtronic was used to measure step width and step length, time was measured with a 10 m walking test, and time and number of steps were measured with the figure 8 walking test. After the intervention, remeasured and analysis was performed for each group. Results: As a result of comparing and analyzing the change of walking ability between groups, there was a statistically significant difference. As a result of the post hoc analysis according to the change of walking ability among groups, the change of walking ability was larger in Group III than in Group I and Group II. Conclusion: Based on these results, it is confirmed that the bridge exercise combined with whole body vibration was more effective for walking ability. Based on these findings, this study proposes an effective program for elite athletes as well as stroke patients.

노인의 건강성과 자아통합감의 영향경로에서 가족지지 매개효과 -연령집단에 따른 차이를 중심으로- (Mediated Effect of Family Support in Influence Route of Health Condition and Self-integration of Old People -Focused on Difference by Age Group-)

  • 본 연구는 노인들의 연령집단별 신체 심리 사회 건강성, 가족지지, 자아통합감의 관련성을 파악하고, 건강성과 자아통합감의 관계에서 가족지지의 매개효과를 분석하고자, B광역시의 65세 이상노인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 신체 심리 사회 건강성, 가족지지, 자아통합감은 '전기노인' 집단이 모두 높았고 '초고령'으로 갈수록 낮아졌다. 둘째, 전기, 후기 연령집단은 사회건강성과 심리건강성이 자아통합감에, 또 85세 이상 초고령집단은 심리건강성과 신체건강성이 자아통합감에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 모든 연령집단에서 건강성과 자아통합감 영향경로에 가족지지 매개효과가 있었다. 따라서, 노인연령 집단에 따른 가족지지의 다양한 개입과 자아통합감 향상을 위한 건강증진시스템에서 연령범주별 차별화된 서비스제공과 사회원조전략이 필요하다.

웹 기반 그룹 협동 시스템에서 동기화된 협동을 지원하기 위한 능동형 웹 서버 설계 (A Design of the Active Web Server Supporting Synchronous Collaboration in the Web-Based Group Collaboration Systems)

  • The web-based group collaborative systems are emerging as enterprise-wide information systems. Since data in group collaborative systems are apt to be shared among multiple concurrent users and modified simutaneously by them, the web-based group collaborative systems must support synchronous collaboration in order to provide users with synchronized and consistent views of shared data. This paper proposes an active web server which can facilitate synchronous collaboration in web-based group collaborative systems. To accomplish such a goal, the active web server manages dependency relationships between shared data and web browsers referencing them and actively propagates changing details of the shared data to all web browsers referencing them. And, this paper examines usefullness and effectiveness of the active web server to apply it to the ball-bearing design example of concurrent engineering design systems. The prototype system of the active web server is developed on a commercial Object-oriented Database Management System (ODBMS) called OBJECTSTORE using the C++ programming language.

PLM 시스템 활용도 향상 방안의 중요도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Importance of Measures for Improving PLM System Usage)

  • Purpose This paper attempts to identify items for improving the usage of PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) systems and suggests ways to prioritize improvement items on the basis of importance. It also tries to find out differences in the importance of improvement items due to the company size, the industry, the job, or the PLM solution. Design/methodology/approach Through a survey from participants to a PLM System Conference, data were collected from a sample of 181 users who had the previous experience in using a PLM system. In order to figure out the differences in the importance among user groups, the F-test with the Scheffe test as a post-hoc analysis was used in case of equal variances and the Welch test with the Dunnett T3 test was used in case of unequal variances. Findings This study sorted out 25 improvement ideas according to their importance assessed by the PLM system users. The top five ideas are improving data consistency, error minimization, fast system response time, enhancing user recognition, and business process improvement. The support group puts higher importance than the general user group in data consistency, fast system response time, enhancing user recognition, business process improvement, dedicated team for data consistency, continuous support from management, hardware performance upgrade, output linkage to other systems, and shortening problem solving duration. The largest company group attaches significantly higher weights than the smallest company group to data consistency, error minimization, fast system response time, business process improvement, dedicated team for data consistency, security with proper access management, output linkage to other systems, and better user interface.

3PL 업체의 기업물류 운송비용 산정을 위한 의사결정 지원시스템 개발 (Development of a Decision Support System for Estimation of Transportation Cost of 3PL Provider)

  • The percentage of 3PL (Third-party Logistics), which uses third party businesses to outsource elements of the company's distribution and fulfillment services, is increasing steadily. To provide 3PL service to the customers, it is needed to estimate the total transportation cost and propose the unit cost to the customers. In this paper, we develop a decision support system for estimation of transportation cost of 3PL provider considering various transportation services, such as direct transportation, multi point visiting transportation, and cross docking. The system supports route planning of vehicles by using algorithms based on tabu search and dynamic programming.
