복식에 나타난 미니멀리즘 연구 (The Study of Minimalism in Costume)

  • The purpose of this study is to observe the meaning of Minimalism and the characteristics in modem fashion design. The Minimalism appeared in 1960's has affect on fashion design which are simple miniskirt or Courrage look of those days. It leads a fashion system to the simple style goes with the life style of modem persons although the characteristics are somewhat different the styles in 1960's with those of 1990's. Minimal style is not just simple style but abbriviate expression constrained at the minimum. The styles appeared to be an undecorated simple line which are a sleeveless onepiece, a simple suit with no pocket and no collar and narrow shoulder. Colors are monochrome coordination and pursue a simplicity which is monotone variation. Patterns also appeared to be a geometric or abstract pattern for example check and stripe, which intend to minimum expression. Matirials are hightech glossy coating textures which have a futuristic image. In conclusion, the Minimalism in 1990's appeared to be a post-minimalism associated with postmodernism and a hightech-minimal under the technology development.

Bacillus licheniformis가 생산하는 Extracellular Biopolymer의 생산조건 및 이용특성 (Production Condition and Utilities of Extracellular Biopolymer from Bacillus licheniformis)

  • 고추장에서 점물질을 생산하는 세균을 분리하고 Bacillus licheniformis로 동정하였다. 본 균주는 sucrose 6%, Yeast extract 0.1%, peptone 0.1%, NaC1 3%의 배지조성에서 pH를 6으로 조정하였을 때 점물질 생산량이 가장 높았고 생산량은 34mg/250ml였다. 이 점물질은 1%농도에서 필름 형성능이 있었고, 0.25-1.00%의 시험범위에서 Kaolin을 침전시키고, 유산균 현탁액을 안정화시키는 능력을 나타내었다.

Gray-scale photolithography를 이용한 바이오칩 제작 (Fabrication of Biochip Using Gray-scale Photolithography)

  • Biochip, which implements bioanalytical process on a tiny surface, is one of candidates for medical diagnosis, drug screening, and molecular sensing. In general, a type of biochip based on microfluidics is composed of microcomponents including microchannel, pump, and valve, which require complicated processes. In this study, gray-scale photolithography(GSPL) was applied to fabricate a biochip with multiple layers. A mould for casting PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane) channel, was fabricated using GSPL. A gray-photomask was prepared by printing gray patterns on a high-quality glossy paper followed by photoreducing by 10:1 onto the photo-film. The formation of multiple layers was studied according to the change of gray level of pattern and the developing time. A biochip composed of a weir(multiple layer structure) and a reaction chamber in a single microchannel was fabricated in a glass plate. Finally, we investigated the application of biochip to antigen-antibody reaction by packing the microbead coated with antibody.

Population Dynamics of Mustard Aphid, Lipaphis erysimi (Kaltenbach) as Influenced by Abiotic Factors and Different Rapeseed Mustard Genotypes

  • Mustard aphid, Lipaphis erysimi(Kalt.) plays a key role in determining the productivity of rapeseed-mustard. This pest alone attributes 30-70% losses in yield potential in different agro climatic zones with a mean loss of 54.2% in India. Considering the extent of damage caused by the pest, the present experiment was conducted at Pulses and Oilseeds Research Station during 1992-93 to 1994-95 to study the migratory nature of mustard aphid by trapping them in yellow colour pan tray and their simultaneous growth and development on three different genotypes. The temperature during noon hours is the predominant factor to govern the appearance of alate mustard aphid in rapeseed-mustard field. Stepwise regression analysis revealed that temperature and relative humidity played an important role for its development. The variety RW white flower glossy stem harboured minimum number of aphid in comparison to other two varieties B 9 and T6342. The population reached a peak of 61.28 aphids/10 cm central twig during $6^{th}$ standard week irrespective of varieties.

A New Record of Amalda rubiginosa (Olividae: Gastropoda) from Korea

  • The family Olividae includes predatory species with medium-sized, glossy, elongated oval-shaped shell. As sand-dwellers, they are broadly distributed in tropical and subtropical oceans. They feed mostly on other mollusks and carrions including sea snails and bivalves. To date, two species in the genus Amalda (subfamily Ancillinae) have been reported in Korean waters. In this study, Amalda rubiginosa (Swainson, 1823) was collected from Korean waters and morphologically described in details as a first record.

  • This study investigated if a requirement for screen gloss is needed in the TCO Requirements and was, therefore, targeted towards finding an acceptable reflex level. The results show that a glossy surface has an impact on the visual ergonomics, and for this reason we believe that a requirement is needed. Although, the results do not point to a single value that is better than another, so a selection for a requirement level has to be augmented with additional information. Such a discussion is given and 60 gloss units at 60 degrees ($GU_{60}$) was selected as the new requirement level for the TCO Requirements (TCO '03 and TCO '05).

Third, Hair cuticle damages are a little permanent waving method after mixing ample and permanent wave solvent in permanent wave dyed humans hair.

현대패션에 나타난 블루의상의 특성 (Characteristics of Blue Costumes in Contemporary Fashion)

  • This paper purports to find the characteristics of blue costumes as expressed in modern fashion. As such, we made an empirical analysis, using 436 works from 2006 S/S through 2010 F/W collections. Result indicated that modernness was emphasized by applying a minimum expressive technique to items of a simple form, and an image of simplicity was emphasized by placing focus on the rational color image of blue. Second, images of blue, such as trust, stability, and success were expressed as refined elegance through the combination of tight silhouettes, glossy and translucent materials, and indirect exposure. Third, natural image was expressed through natural silhouettes, soft or natural materials, gradation of various tones, and natural motif decorations as well as the color itself. Fourth, dynamic image was expressed by introducing fashion items, mostly worn by men only, to simple and tight forms or through the inspiration of a masculine fashion image. Fifth, abstinent image was expressed by using an image of religious apparel or symbols, covering up the body, minimizing details, and using a dark blue tone.

손상모발의 염색 후 무색 헤어매니큐어 관리시점에 따른 형태적 변화 (The Metamorphosis by Management Term of Colorless Hair Manicure after Dyeing Treatment on Damaged Hair)

  • The results of study for colorless hair manicure, which is well known for its useful point and supplement damaged hair glossy, luster, elastic and soft one are as follows. Hair protection effect by the management time of colorless hair manicure products, as below. When it comes to dyed hair group's hair surface condition. both level 3 and level 6 hairs cuticle changed to be irregular. And lose of cuticle has been observed with a fact that the space between cuticles are not clear. In case of manicuring, manicuring 2 weeks after dyeing is better complemented surface damage than manicuring right after dyeing. So, in case of making cuticle morphologic of good hair quality in manicuring dyed hair, it's more effective to manicure right after dyeing to both level 3 and level 6 hair.

무광부식 패턴을 갖는 자동차 내장부품인 HD Switch Panel의 제조 및 전사성 평가 (Development and transcription estimation of an automotive interior plastic part(HD Switch Panel) with no glossy etching pattern)

  • 본 연구에서는 미세 무광부식 패턴을 갖는 HD Switch Panel 부품을 설계하고 금형을 제작하였다. 이를 위하여 사출성형 Simulation(CAE)을 이용하여 사출성형 공정의 문제점과 부품의 변형량을 예측 하였다. 또한 금형표면의 가열온도와 실제 금형온도의 비교함으로써 공정변수 조절을 통한 사출성형 조건의 최적화를 달성할 수 있었다. 한편, 순간금형표면가열을 이용한 성형기술인 E-MOLD를 적용하여 자동차 내장부품용 HD Switch Panel을 제작하였고, 전자현미경과 원자현미경을 이용한 표면 평가를 통하여 무광부식 패턴의 전사율 향상으로 인한 무광 특성이 향상됨(2.5이상$\rightarrow$1.5~1.7)을 확인하였다.
