Owing to the digital revolution, Internet Commerce and Electronic commerce, revolutionize the way of doing business and making payment. The entrance of the Internet has a prominent for spread of Electronic Commerce and those phenomenons will result in paperless trading and cashless trade. By virtue of Internet, an increasing share of business transactions occurs online. Electronic payment is essential for the smooth progress of the electronic commerce as electronic payment plays the important role in the electronic commerce, that is, the value transfer restyling from the electronic commerce. Traditionally international settlement systems such as letters of credits, remittance and documentary collections operated as important and poplar method of payment, Now, information technology has made it possible to pay for the sale of goods and services over the internet. In international trade, there are service providers (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) to settle payment electronically through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to Conduct comparative analysis with approach manner functional respect systematic respect, role. It is shown which the Electronic payment system is better. In this study, the author attempts to find the problems is (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) and solutions in switching from the documentary payment system to the electronic one. This conclusion of this study can be summarized as followings. In resoect of the law, bolero should seek to prevert the users from being treated unfairly due to multilateral agreement on Rulebook. TradeCard, BeXcom do not have the proper law that users are governed. so far as the practice problems concerned, stability of computer's operation and security of message interchange should be warranted and improved continuously. Through the standardization of the electronic document and the development of software, the examination of the shipping occuments must be done automatically. Bolero should induce more banks to take part in Bolero, and make the carrier the cost and time in managing the traditional document which will be used for the time being. In respect of information technology and security, to deduce the risk in the electronic settlement system and positively uses the global authentication guideline(Identrus).
A letter of credit is the best settlement among various means of payments until now. A letter of credit plays very important roles in rational and smooth international trade. Letter of credit is usually used in international trade. But many people have to prepare a lot of transport documents in order to transact with L/C. Therefore, the transactions will be happened to delay in international trade very often. Owing to the EDI, international trade will be materialized with electronic business of E-commerce. If we transact with the electronic documents, it will be reduced the time very much in international trade. Generally speaking, all relating parties transact with L/C complying with UCP, but there are no ruling articles about electronic documents in UCP. If all parties want to transact with electronic documents in global business, UCP has to contain the electronic provisions. So, ICC published eUCP on 2002. The purpose of the study was to analyze original electronic papers and provisions through foreign precedents in UCP and eUCP. If we want to exchange the electronic document, the UCP provisions about electronic documents would be revised as follows: UCP provision 20(b) would be revised, “Unless otherwise stipulated in the credit, banks have to accept as an original documents, a documents produced or appearing to have been produced: (i)by reprographic, automated or computerized systems (ii)as carbon copies,; provided that it is marked as original and, where necessary, appears to be signed. A document may be signed by handwriting, by facsimile signature, by perforated signature by symbol, or by any other mechanical or electronic method of authentication."

This paper presents the design of a fuzzy power system stabilizer (FPSS) using an adaptive evolutionary algorithm (AEA). AEA consists of genetic algorithm (GA) for a global search capability and evolution strategy (ES) for a local search in an adaptive manner when the present generation evolves into the next generation. AEA is used to optimize the membership functions and scaling factors of the FPSS. To evaluate the usefulness of the FPSS, we applied it to a single-machine infinite bus system (SIBS) and a power system simulator at the Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute. The FPSS displays better control performance than the conventional power system stabilizer (CPSS) for a three-phase fault in heavy load, which is used when tuning FPSS. To show the robustness of the FPSS, it is applied with disturbances such as change of mechanical torque and three-phase fault in nominal and heavy load, etc. The FPSS also demonstrates better robustness than the CPSS. Experimental results indicate that the FPSS has good system damping under various disturbances such as one-line to ground faults, line parameter changes, transformer tap changes, etc.

This paper presents a novel digital video steganalysis scheme against the spatial domain video steganography technology based on a spatial temporal detector (ST_D) that considers both spatial and temporal redundancies of the video sequences simultaneously. Three descriptors are constructed on XY, XT and YT planes respectively to depict the spatial and temporal relationship between the current pixel and its adjacent pixels. Considering the impact of local motion intensity and texture complexity on the histogram distribution of three descriptors, each frame is segmented into non-overlapped blocks that are $8{\times}8$ in size for motion and texture analysis. Subsequently, texture and motion factors are introduced to provide reasonable weights for histograms of the three descriptors of each block. After further weighted modulation, the statistics of the histograms of the three descriptors are concatenated into a single value to build the global description of ST_D. The experimental results demonstrate the great advantage of our features relative to those of the rich model (RM), the subtractive pixel adjacency model (SPAM) and subtractive prediction error adjacency matrix (SPEAM), especially for compressed videos, which constitute most Internet videos.

Network anomaly detection in Software Defined Networking, especially the detection of DDoS attack, has been given great attention in recent years. It is convenient to build the Traffic Matrix from a global view in SDN. However, the monitoring and management of high-volume feature-rich traffic in large networks brings significant challenges. In this paper, we propose a moving window Principal Components Analysis based anomaly detection and mitigation approach to map data onto a low-dimensional subspace and keep monitoring the network state in real-time. Once the anomaly is detected, the controller will install the defense flow table rules onto the corresponding data plane switches to mitigate the attack. Furthermore, we evaluate our approach with experiments. The Receiver Operating Characteristic curves show that our approach performs well in both detection probability and false alarm probability compared with the entropy-based approach. In addition, the mitigation effect is impressive that our approach can prevent most of the attacking traffic. At last, we evaluate the overhead of the system, including the detection delay and utilization of CPU, which is not excessive. Our anomaly detection approach is lightweight and effective.
Purpose - The bank payment obligation is a transaction method that combines the certainty of L/C transactions with the speed of remittance payments, so the main purpose of this study is to highlight the superiority of bank payment obligation, noting the difference between bank payment obligation and L/C transactions. In addition, we would like to examine how bank payment obligations can actually be applied to support various valuable proposals such as post-shipment and post-shipment finance according to the payment process.. Design/methodology - This study focused on literature based on data from ICC and SWIFT along with previous domestic and international studies. In terms of a research method, a literature review was adopted with electronic trade-related books and journals and policy-related reports from international trade-related agencies. Findings - Unlike L/C transaction, BPO transaction verify the data inquiry process based only on the combination result of the established baseline and dataset. Accordingly, it is superior to L/C transaction in that there is no confrontation between the parties over the results of the inquiry, and clear transactions are possible according to the principle of proof after prepayment. In addition, unlike credit transactions, data inconsistency acceptance procedures confirm payment obligations in consideration of importers' intentions. As a result, as long as trade documents are in the hands of exporting countries, flexible document disposition is possible in response to the situation after payment, which is more advantageous than L/C transaction. Originality/value - Specifically, from the importer's point of view, BPO transactions have the advantage of reducing the manpower required to prepare and review trade documents and processing transaction negotiations with exporters advantageously due to the strength of payment obligations. From the perspective of the exporter, it has the advantage of enabling rapid recovery of trade payments and reducing the risk of importer's cancellation of transactions or content change. From the perspective of participating banks, it is possible to strengthen relations with importer and obtain high commission income by increasing the role of bank reduced by reducing L/C transaction.

A malicious Uniform Resource Locator (URL) recognition and detection method based on the combination of Attention mechanism with Convolutional Neural Network and Long Short-Term Memory Network (Attention-Based CNN-LSTM), is proposed. Firstly, the WHOIS check method is used to extract and filter features, including the URL texture information, the URL string statistical information of attributes and the WHOIS information, and the features are subsequently encoded and pre-processed followed by inputting them to the constructed Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) convolution layer to extract local features. Secondly, in accordance with the weights from the Attention mechanism, the generated local features are input into the Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) model, and subsequently pooled to calculate the global features of the URLs. Finally, the URLs are detected and classified by the SoftMax function using global features. The results demonstrate that compared with the existing methods, the Attention-based CNN-LSTM mechanism has higher accuracy for malicious URL detection.
Micropayment is an electronic payment system for small value transaction. It needs to use a little amount of resources, such as communication and computation due to its small value. In other words, the processing cost for the micropayment must be less than the value of the payment. Several kinds of transactions are suitable for micropayment, eg. the purchasing of train tickets or digital newspapers. Since micropayment systems are designed for small-amount payment the key factor for any micropayment system design is believed to be the minimization of resource consumption without compromising the standard security. In this paper, we propose an adaptive agent approach to credit-based micropayment system, which employs the concept of dynamic balancing between the resource consumption and the risk in the system. As a result of the dynamic balancing, our system not only solves the problem of global overspending but also uses fewer amount of resources than existing approaches. Our approach limits the amount of money spent by untrusted customers to all merchants. Thus, our approach provides a boundary of the global overspending. In addition, for trusted customers, our approach requires less scale of communication for verifying authorizations than all existing approaches.

The climate change due to the increased consumption with fossil fuel and rise of the oil price have been serious global issues. Automobile industry consumes 30% of the oil every year and causes air pollution and global warming by the exhaust emissions and carbon dioxide ($CO_2$). The demand of two-wheeled vehicle increases every year due to the parking and traffic problem caused by the increased automobiles in the urban area. Approximately 50,000,000 two-wheeled vehicles were produced in 2008. The development and sales of the hybrid two-wheeled vehicle industry become active due to its increased market demands. In this paper, the change of the motor and battery efficiency, driving distance, hill climbing ability with the change of the motor capacity was analyzed. Simulation of the peculiarities in urban driving schedule(World-wide Motorcycle Test Cycle(WMTC), Manhattan driving schedule), constant speed(10 km/h, 35 km/h) of small electronic two-wheeled vehicle was also carried out. Through the simulation result, appropriate capacities of the motor and battery for urban driving was acquired.
