A well-designed mesh shape of the cable net is of essential significance to achieve high performance of cable-network antenna reflectors. This paper is concerned with the mesh design problem for such antenna reflector structure. Two new methods for creating the topological forms of the cable net are first presented. Among those, the cyclosymmetry method is useful to generate different polygon-faceted meshes, while the topological mapping method is suitable for acquiring triangle-faceted meshes with different mesh grid densities. Then, the desired spatial paraboloidal mesh geometrical configuration in the state of static equilibrium is formed by applying a simple mesh generation approach based on the force density method. The main contribution of this study is that a general technical guide for how to create the connectivities between the nodes and members in the cable net is provided from the topological point of view. With the new idea presented in this paper, multitudes of mesh configurations with different net patterns can be sought by a certain rule rather than by empiricism, which consequently gives a valuable technical reference for the mesh design of this type of cable-network structures in the engineering.

본 연구는 부산시역내 미 집행된 공공공지 145개소에 대한 실태분석 및 이용현황을 살펴보고자 하였다. 따라서 우리는 미집행 공공공지를 용도지역별, 면적별, 형태별, 조성계획 수립유무에 따라 분석하였다. 부산시역내 미집행 공공공지시설의 용도지역별 분포에서는 주거지역내 포함된 공공공지가 다수를 차지하였으며, 특히 제3종 일반주거지역의 비율이 높은 편이었다. 형태별 분포에서는 선형이 가장 많이 나타났으며, 부정형과 정형의 순으로 조사되었다. 미집행 공공공지시설의 활용계획 수립유무를 보면, 전체 미집행 공공공지 중 대부분이 조성계획이 수립되지 않은 상태이며, 계획이 수립된 경우는 녹지 및 쉼터가 가장 높은 비율을 차지하였다.

As a free creature that can fly in the sky, the bird has been an object of admiration and mystery and a mediator between human beings and the heavens. This study aims to clarify the aesthetic value of birds through study of the various expressions of the bird image on clothing and by the formative will of designers. Based on the general examination of the bird image through the study of documents, this study is composed of a case analysis, which reveals on modern fashion designs. Additionally, the forms of expression of the bird image are organized according to the stereoscopic expression of shaping, the relief expression of handicraft decoration, the flat expression of surface design, and the characteristic expression of wings and feathers. The aesthetic characteristics revealed by the expression patterns are metaphorical symbolism, surrealistic humor, lyrical naturalness, and fantastical femininity. Since antiquity, the bird image continuously recreated by artists has offered aesthetic value in terms of formativeness in the external form and symbolism in the internal form. This study would help to understand the diversity of creation in contemporary fashion design.

The purpose of this study is to provide the characteristics of marketing strategy on the SPA(Specialty store retailor of Private label Apparel) brand. This research can be used as information for the domestic SPA brand to enhance its international competitiveness. The characteristics of marketing strategy on the SPA brand are as follows. 1. One company integrate vertically the process of planning, production, promotion and distribution. 2. As using the advanced information, productions, and logistics systems, they are carried out speedy management. 3. The production strategies are focused on providing new goods of fast cycle and very diverse styles in a season, developing products that accurately reflect the general market trend and consumer demands, extending the line of goods, outsourcing of the place to reduce production costs. For high-quality goods, they are collaborating with the famous designers and developing of new and green environment materials. 4. Generally, the SPA brand emphasizes the low price strategy against the quality. 5. The promotion strategies are focused on conducting various unique and high sensible VMDs, fashion shows, star marketing, campaigns, aggressive publicity, magazine & outdoor advertisement and various events through the internet website, etc. 6. The place (distribution) strategies of SPA brand are focused on launching into global, expanding number of stores, increasing large-sized stores and diversifying the forms of store and selling.

We live in a global village that requires a language with a genuinely global status as a means of communication. During the twentieth century, English has clearly emerged as the lingua franca owing to both past British political imperialism and the more recent superpower status of the United States. Further contributing to world domination of the English language is the fact that the computer and Internet sprang from the US. Whether you like it or not, you are destined to learn English at least to some extent in order to live in this global village. For the last two decades, one of the most mistaken ideas a number of Korean English teachers have had is that speaking and listening are the primary forms of language, while reading and writing are secondary. In fact, reading is regarded as a skill of much consequence to us since it provides us with access to a huge quantity of information on the Internet, of which at least 80% is written in English. Writing, too, deserves a great deal of attention because we are increasingly called upon to use standard English expressions. As diligent learners of English, we had better not forget the place accorded to language not only as a medium for exchange and constructing information but as a tool for thinking. So we should try to think in English to the point where we have thinking-in-English as a habit, thereby leading to increased familiarity with the language. Such familiarity entails, above all, possessing a command of English.

The purpose of this paper is to explain the meanings and uses of the English auxiliaries SHALL/WILL. The complexity of modern usage of SHALL/WILL has been one of the most disputable themes of traditional English grammar. The paper purported to address the study and analysis of diachronic and synchronic approach to the two auxiliaries. A general view of the figures of Fries'(1925) survey was added for further investigation. The results of the study showed that these auxiliaries express some of various modal meanings associated with the volitional or emotional attitude of the speaker without implying futurity. The findings also suggested that the use of SHALL in present-day English is restricted to non-volitional future with the first person but the practice of this use is also diminished by the expansion of the use of WILL, and the original meaning of WILL, 'to desire or wish', has generally been replaced by other verbs or modal forms. But sentences which seem to indicate futurity are often tinged with modal senses. Therefore, WILL/SHALL should be considered to act either as tense auxiliary or as modal auxiliary depending on situational contexts in which it occurs.

In the EFL context, Korean students don't have enough opportunities to directly experience the target culture, prompting the need to offer some well-organized culture education in class. The goals of this study are to analyze how many cultural contents are reflected in High School English textbooks and to suggest an implication for cultural learning. These textbooks were carefully examined, focusing on the cultural contents, by four categories: 'cultural skill section', 'cultural patterns', 'related language skills', and 'target countries'. The results of the analysis were like the following: First, although many of the textbooks are dealing with the culture skill sections, their contents were still wanting consistency and were small in quantity. Second, as for the cultural patterns, the pages dealing with behavioral culture were 43%, spiritual culture, 35.7%, material culture, 21.3%. Third, as for the related language skills, the cultural contents in the textbooks were organized in the order of listening, reading, speaking, writing, and cultural skill sections. Since it is impossible to separate language skills from culture, we suggest that the aspects of target culture should be incorporated in various forms into the learning situations. Fourth, as for the issue of target countries, the contents about the general or whole English culture were insufficient. So we suggest that English textbooks should play an essential role in providing students with various cultural information about various English speaking countries.

In this paper, we propose a simple algorithm to calculate the number of passing cars at night by using an image processing sensor for digital black and white images with 256 tone levels. To recognize cars, we capture their head lamps. The reflection of the head lamps is one of the most troublesome factors in recognizing cars. The main problem in this paper is how to recognize cars under the influence of the reflection of the head lamps especially in rainy days. In general, the image of a head lamp is nearly circular and the reflection is long and narrow. On the difference of these forms, we can exclude the reflection in our proposed algorithms For real-time operation and simple calculation, we recognize the existence of cars using fifteen lines with 256 tone levels. In the experimental application on a road, the recognition rate of a real-time operation is more than 90%. Moreover, we will also explain briefly how to recognize passing cars for 24 hours.

Purpose: To make a contribution to raising the quality of nursing and home healthcare services through reviewing the present state of home healthcare nurse specialist training institutions and education programs and creating concrete measures to establish high-quality education courses. Method: International comparative study of accreditation criteria and curriculum in home healthcare nurse specialist program. Result: The Authorization Standards of home healthcare nurse training institutions consists of 8 items, 23 evaluation criteria and 72 evaluation indexes. Proposal to develop a specialist training program: Curriculum. Modify and complement a present homecare nurse education program. Curriculum I. Designate two forms of certification. The first certification has been granted the authority to serve as a manager and open a home healthcare agency to nurses having masters degrees and clinical experience for five years. The second certification is allowed to perform general home healthcare after having completed a short term training course. Currculum 2. To meet increasing demands, granting a certification to perform home healthcare to registered nurses having clinical experience of more than three years. Conclusion: These results can be utilized in the home healthcare educational program for raising the quality of nurses and home healthcare services.

현재 우리가 흔히 사용하고 있는 컴퓨터의 인터페이스는 모든 사용자들이 주어진 환경에 적응하여 사용하도록 유도, 강요하는 일반화된 형태이다. 하지만 사용자의 요구는 매우 다양하며 일반 환경과는 쉽게 부합될 수 없는 사용자 환경을 가지는 계층이 존재한다. 이러한 요구에 대응하여 본 연구는 '비언어적 의사소통 방법'을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 인간의 여러 행동 양식 중 입을 통한 '불기(blowing)'를 컴퓨터와의 상호작용에 적용시키는 것인데, 이것은 세 가지의 형식으로 제안되었다. 첫 번째는 그림을 그리는 프로그램이고, 두 번째는 아케이드 형식의 게임이며, 세 번째는 이야기를 전개하는 인터랙티브 북이다. 그 결과로, 본 연구에서 제안된 방법들이 향후, 인간과 컴퓨터 사이의 인터페이스 개발에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
