Through previous studies, it was reviewed how to improve the insulation performance of weak areas by installing heated wires as a solution to the corners pointed out as weak areas when applying the insulation gang form and the existing pouring areas.

IT evolution and the e-business has emerged as a new economic activity and beyond the time and space limitations. But the enterprises located in GangWon-Do area have been too inactive in their willingness and readiness to adopt e-business models and processes owing to the lack of the directions of e-business, the insufficient network infrastructures and capitals, etc. In this circumstance, as part of this research, this papers have conducted a survey on the e-business and information conditions and status among the enterprises located in GangWon-Do Chuncheon area. In conclusions, this study on the informatization of the enterprises and e-business enlarge strategies for building competition of local enterprises located in GangWon-Do Chuncheon area.

Introduction : Kim-Young-hun (김영훈), with the pen name of Cheong-Gang (청강), was born in the late 19th century. He led an active life as an eminent Korean traditional medical scholar until the mid-20th century. He opened a Korean traditional medical clinic in the heart of Seoul and kept records of his clinical experiences. Methods : Filing of clinical records: Cheong-Gang's records, at present owned by the College of Oriental Medicine, Kyunghee University (경희대학교 한의과대학), are classified into prescription charts and medical examination charts. In this study, only the medical examination charts were filed. Results : The total number of the medical examination charts from 1915 until 1974 is 393, and the titles are sorted according to date. This paper is the first filing research on the medical examination charts.

비콘 서비스란 가까운 범위 안에 있는 사용자 위치를 찾아 메시지 전송, 모바일 결제 등을 가능하게 하는 스마트폰 근거리통신 서비스로, O2O 실현에 핵심적인 역할을 담당한다. 비콘을 활용하면 사물과 상황인식, 콘텐츠 푸시, 실내위치 측위, 자동체크인, 지오펜스 등 다양한 서비스 제공이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 비콘을 활용하여 출석을 체크하는 자동 출석 시스템을 구현하였다. 자동 출석 시스템에서는 사용자가 강의실에 들어오는 것을 인식하여 출석 검사를 하며, 이 자료를 인터넷을 통하여 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 다양한 강의를 구별할 수 있으며, 들어온 시간, 나간 시간 등의 검사가 가능하며, 이를 좀 더 보완한다면 상황인식 시스템으로써 다양한 서비스와 연계시킬 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 R.Box와 연결되어 미세먼지정보를 무선으로 전송하는 아두이노 기반의 시스템을 제안한다. R.Box는 라즈베리파이를 기반으로 다양한 센서로 구성된 일반목적의 IoT 허브이다. 아두이노와 미세먼지센서를 이용해 미세먼지농도를 측정하고 데이터를 WiFi를 통해 R.Box로 전송한다. 아두이노와 R.Box는 TCP 소켓 방식으로 통신하며 이 시스템을 통하여 원하는 위치의 미세먼지정보를 확인할 수 있다.

We experienced two case of persistent Horner's syndrome which might be side effect of stellate ganglin block(SGB). Case one, a 35 year old male patient with severe pain and hyperesthesia of the right thumb. We performed repeated SGB with 1% mepivacaine 5 ml on the right side daily. After 9 times of SGB, he had continued ptosis, photophobia for one month and miosis for 6 months. Second case, the patients was a 21 year old male. He visited at our pain clinic to be cured of both sudden deafness which had begun two week ago. We performed SGB on both sides alternatively twice a day. About a week later, hearing ability of the left ear was recovered. After then we performed SGB only the right side. 34 SGB was performed in two months after that he got persistent Horner's syndrome.
