  • This paper deals with design method of learning fuzzy controller for control of an unknown nonlinear plant using the self-tuning algorithm of fuzzy inference rules. In this method the fuzzy identification model obtained that the joined identification model of nonlinear part and linear identification model of linear part by fuzzy inference systems. This fuzzy identification model ordered self-tuning by Decent method so as to be servile to nonlinear plant. A the end, designed learning fuzzy controller of fuzzy identification model have learning structure to model reference adaptive system. The simulation results show that th suggested identification and learning control schemes are practically feasible and effective.

  • Fuzzy logic, neural network, fuzzy-neural network play an important as the key technology of linguistic modeling for intelligent control and decision making in complex systems. The fuzzy-neural network (FNN) learning represents one of the most effective algorithms to build such linguistic models. This paper proposes particle swarm optimization algorithm based optimal learning fuzzy-neural network (PSOA-FNN). The proposed learning scheme is the fuzzy-neural network structure which can handle linguistic knowledge as tuning membership function of fuzzy logic by particle swarm optimization algorithm. The learning algorithm of the PSOA-FNN is composed of two phases. The first phase is to find the initial membership functions of the fuzzy neural network model. In the second phase, particle swarm optimization algorithm is used for tuning of membership functions of the proposed model.

  • Fuzzy inference is very useful in expressing ambiguous problems quantitatively and solving them. But like the most of the knowledge based inference systems. It has many difficulties in constructing rules and no learning capability is available. In this paper, we proposed a fuzzy inference system based on fuzy associative memory to solve such problems. The inference system proposed in this paper is mainly composed of learning phase and inference phase. In the learning phase, the system initializes it's basic structure by determining fuzzy membership functions, and constructs fuzzy rules in the form of weights using learning function of fuzzy associative memory. In the inference phase, the system conducts actual inference using the constructed fuzzy rules. We applied the fuzzy inference system proposed in this paper to a pattern classification problem and show the results in the experiment.

  • 본 논문에서는 일반적인 신경회로망의 단점인 느린 학습속도를 획기적으로 개선한 네트워크인 Extreme Learning Machine과 전문가들의 언어적 정보들을 기술 할 수 있는 퍼지 이론을 접목한 퍼지 Extreme Learning Machine을 최적화하기 위하여 Particle Swarm Optimization 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 퍼지 Extreme Learning Machine의 활성화 함수를 일반적인 시그모이드 함수를 사용하지 않고, 퍼지 C-Means 클러스터링 알고리즘의 활성화 레벨 함수를 이용하였다. Particle Swarm Optimization 알고리즘과 같은 최적화 알고리즘을 통하여 퍼지 Extreme Learning Machine의 활성화 함수의 파라미터들을 최적화 한다. Particle Swarm Optimization과 같은 최적화 알고리즘을 통한 제안된 모델의 최적화 하고 최적화된 모델의 분류성능을 평가하기 위하여 다양한 머신 러닝 데이터 집합을 사용하여 평가한다.

  • In this paper the self-organized and fuzzy inference used stochastic gradient ascent method is proposed. Fuzzy rule and fuzzy set increase as occasion demands autonomously according to the observation information. And two rules(or two fuzzy sets)becoming to be similar each other as progress of learning are unified. This unification causes the reduction of a number of parameters and learning time. Using fuzzy inference and making a rule with an appropriate state division, our proposed method makes it possible to construct a robust reinforcement learning system.

  • In the paper is proposed a hierarchical self-learning fuzzy controller for balancing and position control of an circular inverted pendulum system. To stabilize the pendulum at a specified position, the hierarchical fuzzy controller consists of a supervisory controller, a self-learning fuzzy controller, and a forced disturbance generator. Simulation example shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.

퍼지 논리를 이용한 퍼지 딥러닝 영상 분할 (Image Segmentation of Fuzzy Deep Learning using Fuzzy Logic)

  • 본 논문에서는 딥러닝을 이용한 영상 분할에서 성능을 향상하기 위해 퍼지 논리를 적용하는 퍼지 딥러닝 모델인 퍼지 U-Net을 제안한다. 퍼지 논리를 이용한 퍼지 모듈을 영상 분할에서 우수한 성능을 보이는 딥러닝 모델인 U-Net에 결합하여 다양한 형태의 퍼지 모듈을 시뮬레이션하였다. 제안된 딥러닝 모델의 퍼지 모듈은 이미지의 특징맵과 해당 분할 결과 사이의 본질적이고 복잡한 규칙을 학습다. 이를 위해 치아 CBCT 데이터에 적용하여 제안된 방법의 우수성을 입증하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안된 퍼지 U-Net에서 더하기 스킵 연결을 사용한 모델의 ADD-RELU 퍼지 모듈 구조의 성능이 시험용 데이터에 대해 0.7928로 가장 우수한 것을 볼 수 있다.

Performance Improvement of Backpropagation Algorithm by Automatic Tuning of Learning Rate using Fuzzy Logic System

  • We propose a learning method for improving the performance of the backpropagation algorithm. The proposed method is using a fuzzy logic system for automatic tuning of the learning rate of each weight. Instead of choosing a fixed learning rate, the fuzzy logic system is used to dynamically adjust the learning rate. The inputs of fuzzy logic system are delta and delta bar, and the output of fuzzy logic system is the learning rate. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, we performed simulations on the XOR problem, character classification, and function approximation. The results show that the proposed method considerably improves the performance compared to the general backpropagation, the backpropagation with momentum, and the Jacobs'delta-bar-delta algorithm.

A New Learning Algorithm of Neuro-Fuzzy Modeling Using Self-Constructed Clustering

  • In this paper, we proposed a learning algorithm for the neuro-fuzzy modeling using a learning rule to adapt clustering. The proposed algorithm includes the data partition, assigning the rule into the process of partition, and optimizing the parameters using predetermined threshold value in self-constructing algorithm. In order to improve the clustering, the learning method of neuro-fuzzy model is extended and the learning scheme has been modified such that the learning of overall model is extended based on the error-derivative learning. The effect of the proposed method is presented using simulation compare with previous ones.
