  • Recently the theory of the multiple Gamma functions, which were studied by Barnes and others a century ago, has been revived in the study of determinants of Laplacians. Here we are aiming at evaluating the values of the multiple Gamma functions ${\Gamma}_n(\frac{1}{2})$ in terms of the Hurwitz or Riemann Zeta functions.

  • As a generalization of (i, j)-weakly m-continuous functions [43], we introduce the notion of weakly M(i, j)-continuous functions and obtain many characterizations and some properties of the functions. We show that the function is a unified form of some functions between m-spaces and certain kinds of weakly continuous functions in bitopological spaces.

  • The purpose of the present paper is to introduce and study new subclasses of analytic functions which generalize the classes of Janowski functions with respect to k-symmetric points. We also study certain interesting properties like covering theorem, convolution condition, neighborhood results and argument theorem.

  • The well-known theory of differential subordination developed by Miller and Mocanu is applied to obtain several inclusions between $Carath{\acute{e}}odory$ functions and starlike functions. These inclusions provide sufficient conditions for normalized analytic functions to belong to certain class of Ma-Minda starlike functions.

  • The main object of this paper is to investigate several majorization problems involving two subclasses $S_{p,q}(\gamma)$ and $C_{p,q}(\gamma)$ of p-valently starlike and p-valently convex functions of complex order ${\gamma}{\neq}0$ in the open unit disk $\mathbb{u}$. Relevant connections of the results presented here with those given by earlier workers on the subject are also indicated.

  • The theory of generalized Bessel functions is reformulated within the framework of an operational formalism using the multiplier representation of the Lie group $T_3$ as suggested by Miller. This point of view provides more efficient tools which allow the derivation of generating functions of generalized Bessel functions. A few special cases of interest are also discussed.

  • The purpose of the present paper is to investigate Confluent hypergeometric distribution. We obtain some basic properties of this distribution. It is worthy to note that the Poisson distribution is a particular case of this distribution. Finally, we give a nice application of this distribution on certain classes of univalent functions of the conic regions.
