In this paper, we consider the design of $H_\infty$ high-gain state feedback control for time-delayed linear systems with limited actuator capacities. The high-gain control means that the control permits the predetermined degree of saturation. Based on new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, we derive a result in the form of matrix inequalities. The matrix inequalities are consisted of LMIs those confirm the positive definiteness of Lyapunov- Krasovskii functional, satisfaction of predetermined degree of saturation, reachable set and $L_2$ gain constraint. The result is dependent on the bound of time-delay and its rate, predetermined degree of saturation, actuator capacity, and the allowed size of disturbances. Finally, we give a numerical example to show the effectiveness and usefulness of our result.

Dental clinicians commonly encounter extrusion of the anterior teeth due to localized alveolar bone loss in adult patients with chronic periodontitis. This pathologic migration of the anterior not only may cause loss of functional anterior guidance and continuous periodontal destruction, but also can lead to esthetic disaster. In fact, most frequently reported chief complaint of the patients with extruded anterior teeth is the 'loss of esthetics', not the periodontal problem itself. The utilization of the expertise and skills in the various dental disciplines is thought to be the best treatment modality for the ultimate functional and esthetic attainment. Interdisciplinary therapy, involving periodontics, orthodontics, and restorative dentistry, was performed for the highest levels of patient and provider satisfaction in this case.

Purpose : To assess the clinical results of second toe-to-finger transfer in traumatic amputated index finger. Materials and Methods : For the clinical evaluation, we have analyzed 12 patients with ROM of finger joints, pinch power, static two point discrimination, life functional assessment, and patient's satisfaction. Results : In genral ROM was $54.4^{\circ}$ at MP joint, $17^{\circ}$ at PIP joint and $6.7^{\circ}$ at DIP joint. Pinch power was good in 3 cases, fair in 7 cases, and poor in 2 cases. Daily life activity and patient's acceptance were satisfactory. Conclusion : Although transfered toe function may be poorer than normal finger, the hand was restored to a useful, sensate and versatile functional unit.

This paper determines the interactive effects of information technologies(IT) on corporate performances. IT was measured inclusively in terms of technology level, information level, functional level, and management level. Corporate performances were composed of the effectiveness of IT and the financial performance of a corporation. The effectiveness of IT was measured in terms of satisfaction with the support of IT department and with output information, whereas financial performance of corporation was measured in terms of market growth and profitability. Theoretical and empirical analyses lead to the followings. In the theoretical aspect, IT in a corporation needs to be measured broadly. And a study of IT related to corporate performance needs to use either a conversion effectiveness model or an intermediate effect model rather than a direct effect model. In the empirical aspect, the effectiveness of IT within an organization improves with some of the interactive effect of ITs including technology level, information level, functional level, and management level. So do some of the financial performances of a corporation.

This paper is an attempt to give an account of presupposition inheritance (henceforth PI) in conditionals from a functional-discourse perspective. The focus of study is on how to evaluate the embedded presupposition (EP) nested in the hypothetical world. I propose the view that if the EP satisfies the condition on the presupposition satisfaction, it becomes background information in the relevant world, arguing against the theories which employ simple cancellation or disappearance of those EPs. The discourse processing among discourse participants is to be considered in the light of functional significance for the explication of the contrastive mechanism of presupposition and assertion. I advance a revised model of PI in conditionals and analyze several problematic cases of conditionals, with a particular attention to their DRSs.

To fill the emotivity in the interior design, the functional factor from the provided space, the aesthetic factor including modeling factor, and even the practical factor from the convenience and the value must be considered. To carry out an achieved design by the emotivity, it must follow the recognition of the original function which comes from the emotivity design method, and it should be applied to the design process fitting into the purpose of the space. The value of the sufficient interior by the emotivity is depended on what kind of image it gives, and how much of the satisfaction it can give to the customers. And fur more, it should not be partially lean to any of the decoration and the function of the object. That is, how faithfully it was to the use and the purpose of the interior and the emotion related to all parts which are the functional side and the decorative side mainly considered in the external form is designed by the essential part of the design.

The Internet marketing of hospital is being considered as a strategic requirement that can satisfy the customers. Therefore, it is very important to understand the effects of the medical information on the Internet on the actual consumers. In this study, the paths through which the attitude and satisfaction of the medical information consumers that visit hospital web site are formed for the medical information through the quality of the medical information on the Internet and usability of hospital web site were examined respectively according to the medical examination and treatment subjects that respectively deal with medical acts and cosmetic acts through light metabolism recovery. The usability of hospital web site, rather than medical information quality, had positive effects on the attitudes toward the medical information distributed in the corresponding web site and the satisfaction of use of hospital web site in the case of visitors of the hospital web site for the medical examination and treatment subjects of essential medical examination and treatment and emergency medical treatment, and, on the other hand, the result of analyzing the path of the medical examination and treatment subjects of cosmetics and functional improvement revealed that the medical information quality had positive effects on the medical information attitudes and the usage satisfaction of hospital web site. Accordingly, the attitudes toward the medical information distributed through the web site by the visitors of hospital web site is formed from the quality of medical information and web site usability, and, ultimately, they become generally satisfied with the hospital web site. Such process is revealed different1y according to the medical examination and treatment subjects for which consumers desire to obtain information.

As many universities introduce e-Learning classes as formal courses, numerous research topics relating to c-Learning such as, defining e-Learning, identifying factors affecting successful e-Learning deployment and examining relationships between the factors in e-Learning classes need to be focused on. However, most researches thai have been undertaken only consider the positive side or right functional dimension. This can result in e-Learning dissemination at universities being overlooked. In accordance with this indispensability, the negative factors, which are potentially inherent in e-Learning learner's perception and affect personnel e-Learning acceptance in university classes need 10 be acknowledged. The purpose of this study was to identify the negative factors affecting personnel e-Learning acceptance and to analyze the interrelation among the factors in this research model. The two independent variables avoidable convenience and reliant convenience, based on pilot test results, and self-efficacy and perceived playfulness, based on the relevant literature, are used to examine the research model. The research problem was tested with data collected from 446 respondents in 12 universities. This study developed and empirically analyzed a model representing the relationship by using the Structural Equation Model. The major findings of this study are, firstly, that the higher reliant convenience is negatively affecting the degree of system use and learner satisfaction, whereas avoidable convenience is only affecting the learner satisfaction. Secondly, the higher self-efficacy and stronger perceived playfulness affects the degree of system use as well as learner satisfaction. Finally, the degree of system use affects the learner satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to explore factors affecting the effect of e-learning, and to find out the casual relationship among these factors. Subjects are 2,091 students who have participated in e-learning based class during the period of second semester in 2013. Those of them, 1,732 students response to the survey questions. After gathering data, they are analyzed by using Confirmative Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. From the result of Confirmative Factor analysis, data have reduced four factors, and are named as four latent variables likes e-learning effect, contents satisfaction, managing assistant factor, and system functional factor. From the result of Structural Equation Modeling, it is known as the relation and impact among factors: (a) "managing assistant factor" affects to "contents satisfaction" directly. (b) "contents satisfaction" affects to "e-learning effect" directly. (c) "system function factor" affects directly to "contents satisfaction", but does not affect directly to "e-learning effect". (d) both "managing assistant factor" and "system function factor" have an indirect effect on "e-learning effect" via "contents satisfaction".

This study aims to find out the influences of user behavior, content characteristics, functional factors and user's perception in cost on user satisfaction and continuous intention in N-Screen service. Web survey was conducted for 498 users who have used N screen service. The results show that the most influential factor contributing to user satisfaction is user interface. VOD diversity, payment system, cost, channel diversity are also meaningful factors. Identifying the critical factors which impact on user satisfaction, this study can provide the basic data for activating OTT service in smart media environment.
