본 연구는 서울·경기 지역의 화장품을 사용하고 있는 18세부터 50대까지 남녀 317명을 대상으로 소비자 특성에 따른 화장품 품질(안전성, 안정성, 기능성, 사용성) 인식과 만족도의 차이를 분석하였고 부작용 경험에 따른 화장품 품질인식이 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 화장품 품질 요인 중 사용성에는 만족하고 있었으나 안전성, 안정성, 기능성 인식은 낮게 나타나 전반적인 품질 개선이 필요하였고 특히 남성과 40대의 화장품 품질 인식과 만족도가 낮게 나타나 이를 위한 맞춤형 솔루션이 필요하였다. 화장품 부작용을 경험한 경우와 안 한 경우 모두 사용성과 기능성의 순서로 만족도에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳐 사용성과 기능성 인식의 제고가 만족도를 높이는 주요 요인으로 나타났다. 제품의 품질을 개선하고 소비자 인식에 긍정적 영향을 주는 요소들을 보완하는 것이 품질 인식과 만족도 향상에 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구에서는 신제품개발의 실시에 있어서 가장 중요한 기능분석의 단계를 제품의 설계 단계에서부터 소비자의 만족도를 조사하여 반영하였다. 품질기능전개를 이용하여 전개함으로서 원가절감과 품질개선의 합리적인 기능분석을 실시하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 가치공학과 품질기능전개(QFD: Quality Function Deployment) 의 상호연계에 대한 필요성과 적합성을 분석하였다. 사례연구에서는 이러한 이론적인 배경 하에 품질기능전개를 이용하여 VE 기능 분석을 의료기기 제품에 적용하였다. 본 연구결과 소비자의 만족도와 품질기능전개를 이용하여 나타난 제품의 가치가 연구결과와 일치하고 있음을 파악하였다.

소셜 네트워크 게임이란 소셜 네트워크 서비스 플랫폼을 기반으로 하여 사용자 참여 및 관계 맺기를 활용한 사회적 인맥 기반 형태의 게임을 말한다. 본 연구는 HCI 분야에서 제시하는 가치모형을 중심으로 SNG의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 주는 기능적, 유희적, 사회적, 개인적 가치 요인을 검토하였다. 분석 결과 유희적 가치와 기능적 가치가 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 가치, 개인적 가치는 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 SNG의 서비스에 있어서 게임의 재미적 요인과 쉽고 편리한 인터페이스는 주요한 요소이지만, 이용자들의 사회관계적 동인은 큰 의미가 없음을 의미한다.

This study evaluated designs via the consumers' function and design preferences survey for using product design images, virtual avatar wearing images and product explanations that identified consumers' function and design preferences for knee protection pads as well as to develop movement assistive knee pad designs. We developed Design A for men and Design B for women. For Design A, the front of the knee supports muscles and alleviates pain with a hole. Mesh material with good ventilation was applied to enhance wearing comfort. The color was achromatic for a modern style, and the hook fastener and loops enabled easy wear and removal of the pad while controlling size and pressure strength. For Design B, taping details seamlessly support muscles in the knee area with fabrics less than 0.1 cm thick and with long sleeves in the diverse sizes. The design's satisfaction assessment showed that potential consumers were satisfied with Design A and Design B for overall design and functional features. Over 77% wanted to use/wear and purchase designs; in addition, over 78% expected it would help with walking and relieve knee pain. The results can be helpful for designers when deciding designs for manufacturing and commercializing kneepad products.

이 논문은 산후관리시설의 현 실태와 시설을 이용한 사용자들의 만족도를 비교 조사하여 산후관리시설의 효율성과 만족도를 높이기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 연구된 것이다. 상세한 연구를 위해 산후관리시설 중 산모실로 연구 대상을 한정 하였다. 이 논문을 위한 기초 자료는 240명의 산모를 대상으로 한 설문조사와 산후관리시설에 대한 관찰 조사를 병행하여 수집하였다. 설문조사는 2003년 3월 8일부터 2003년 3월 29일에 걸쳐 실시되었고 이 자료는 SPSS-WIN을 이용하여 빈도분석 하였다. 논문의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사용자의 만족도를 결정하는 부분에 있어 산모실의 소음, 통풍, 자연채광 같은 환경요소가 대단히 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 산모실 면적, 창문의 유무, 개인 화장실 및 샤워실 등의 기능적인 요소들도 산모들의 이용 만족도에 중요한 요소가 됨을 발견 하였다.

It is essential to apply compression bands or pressure garments that can stabilize the breast implants and breast shape as well as help shape the breast to the desired shape immediately after breast augmentation surgery. It is necessary to study the compression garment which is able to properly cover a deformed breast due to the operation and shape it as a beautiful breast. The subjects of the study were 6 women who experienced breast augmentation surgery with an under bust size of 70 or 75, cup size of C cup with a hemispherical and conical shape. We analyzed the dissatisfaction and satisfaction factors through the evaluation of the 4 types of commercial compression garments and developed the new functional post-operative bra which can be worn immediately after the operation according to the breast characteristics of breast augmentation patients. We have developed new bra patterns; a front opening type garment with wings and a band type garment both sides that allow the band to be pressed from the front center. The comparative wearing evaluation indicated that the superiority of the new compression garments also provided a higher the satisfaction of the newly developed bra (front adjustable style) than a commercial band.

이 연구의 목적은 국제합작투자기업의 전략적 동기, 성과 목표 및 만족, 경영상 통제, 부서간 갈등, 자원 기여, 투자 환경 및 경쟁과 같은 중요한 변수들을 확인하고 베트남에 있는 한국과 일본 합작투자기업의 경영 관행상의 차이점을 비교하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 베트남 파트너와 합작기업을 하고 있는 베트남의 한국과 일본기업을 표본 분석에 사용했다. 연구결과는 베트남에 있는 한국과 일본 기업의 경영 관행상에 유의한 차이가 있다고 나타났다. 또한 베트남에 있는 이러한 국제적인 합작 기업의 성과에 관하여 모기업의 만족도에도 차이가 있다는 것을 발견하였다.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Korean medicine treatments on pain reduction and functional improvement of patients after rotator cuff surgery. We studied 10 patients who had admitted to Dunsan Korean Medical hospital after have being diagnosed as rotator cuff tear and got a surgery at other hospital from April 30, 2014 to April 30, 2019. This study was conducted as retrospective study which analyzes patient's medical records. Statistical analysis was performed using the IBM SPSS statistics 24 program. We used Numeric Rating Scale to evaluate pain reduction, Range of Motion to evaluate shoulder functional improvement and Five-point likert scale to evaluate the patient's satisfaction. The result showed that Korean medicine treatments statistically significantly reduced pain on the patients after rotator cuff surgery. Although there were improvement of Range of Motion, it wasn't statistically significant. In conclusion, we found that the Korean medicine treatments showed a positive effect on pain reduction of patients after rotator cuff surgery and got a high satisfaction.

Purpose: Transverse type or volar oblique type of defect of thumb tip can be covered by Moberg flap or second toe pulp free flap. We compared these two methods in functional result, patients' satisfaction, and sensation, etc. to find a better way to cover the defect of the thumb tip. Methods: From 2003 to 2006, we chose the patients randomly with preoperative pictures. The patients had the defect of the thumb tip which is either transverse or volar oblique type. The 6 patients were treated with Moberg flap and other 6 patients were treated with second toe pulp free flap. We have analyzed the results by 2 point discrimination, side pinching power test, pulp to pulp pinching power test, pain scales (visual analogue scale), satisfaction scales of the patients (functional and aesthetic), the degree of the range of motion, etc. Results: All flaps survived without any complications. In the cases of Moberg flaps, the value of static 2 point discrimination test was 5.6 mm, and the value of moving 2 point discrimination test was 4.8 mm. In the cases of second toe pulp free flaps, the values were 9.6 mm and 9.3 mm. In the cases of Moberg flaps, the value of the Side pinch power test was 6.6 kg, 4.4 kg. In the case of second toe pulp free flaps, the values were 4.8 kg and 2.5 kg. The value of aesthetic satisfaction scale of the patients in Moberg flaps was 5.6, the value of functional satisfaction scale of the patients was 3.6. In cases of second toe pulp free flaps, the values were 5.6 and 3.6. The active range of motion of Interphalangeal joint in the cases of Moberg flaps was 46.6 degree, and the active range of motion of metacarpophalangeal joint was 55 degree, in the cases of second toe pulp free flaps, the values were 36.6 degree and 59 degree. Conclusion: As a result, when the defect of the thumb tip is transverse or volar oblique type, we suggest that the operators choose Moberg flap to cover the defect of the thumb tip.

본 연구는 SNS에서 지각된가치(기능적가치, 사회적가치)와 스트레스(복잡성, 불안감)가 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 특히 본 연구는 SNS 유형이 SNS 지속사용의도에 미치는 직·간접적인 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구모형은 SNS를 사용하고 있는 461명의 응답자를 대상으로 테스트하였으며, 신뢰도, 타당성, 경로 및 위계적 회귀분석을 수행하기 위해 SPSS 21.0과 PLS 2.0이 사용되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기능적가치와 사회적가치는 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 복잡성은 만족에 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 불안감과 만족은 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, SNS 유형은 지속사용의도에 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 불안감과 지속사용의도 간의 관계에서 SNS 유형은 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 불안감은 개방형 SNS 보다 폐쇄형 SNS에서 지속 사용의도에 더 강한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 폐쇄형 SNS의 기업들은 개방형 SNS 사용자들을 유인하는 전략과 사용자 이탈을 방지하는 전략을 동시에 추진해야 할 것이다. 반면에 개방형 SNS의 기업들은 새로운 신규가입자 유치를 위해 노력해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 폐쇄형 SNS의 기업들은 여러 가지 부가 아이템과 시스템적 장치를 제공함으로써 SNS 사용자들이 불안감을 떨치기 위해 노력하여야 할 것이다. 반면에, 개방형 SNS의 기업들은 SNS 사용자들이 충분히 사회적 관계를 잘 유지하고 있다는 메시지를 지속적으로 제공하여야 할 것이다.
