  • The purpose of this research is to find out ways of disposing unused cloths focusing on the environmental protection. To achieve its aim, previous researches are studied and simultaneously a survey has been done for housewives in Taejeon city. Collected data have been analyzed by the SPSS program. The result of this research is as follows. On the questions concerning planned clothes buying, meaningful differences are obtained according to their ages, degrees of education, occupations, patterns of housing. On the period wearing cloths, meaningful difference is shown only by the age. the first reason for disposing of unused cloths is that the cloths become unfit for the body, second is that the designs or colors become so old that the consumer does not like it any more. On the ways of currently disposing of unused cloths are very much different from on the ways of desirable disposal of unused cloths. On the questions of recycling, the experience of wearing used cloths given by others is high. On the question of 'what would you do if you were given used cloths?', the commonest answer is 'I would wear them because it would be beneficial economically.', 'I wouldn't wear them.', 'I would wear them because it would be any help for resource frugality or pollution prevention'. On the question of the experience of getting used cloths voluntarily, 38.1 percentage of pollees has answered yes, 62 percentage no.

  • The lifestyle of customers visiting nail shops is categorized into four such as the types of 'pursuit of fashion', 'pursuit of brand', 'conservative frugality', 'premeditated pursuit'. Subjects are divided into 3 groups such as a 'pragmatist group', an 'achievement-oriented group' and a 'brand-oriented group'. Customers satisfaction level was measured in the subcategories of a 'personal service', a 'technical service', a 'facility service' and an 'after-sales service'. Their satisfaction levels depending on the types of customers' lifestyle have meaningful differences in a 'technical' and an 'after-sales' service. The 'pragmatist group' shows the highest mark in a 'personal service' and an 'achievement-oriented', it prefers the 'personal' and 'facility service' evenly. The 'brand-oriented' group shows high concern in the 'technical service'. Concludingly, the types of customers' lifestyle which influence their revisiting of the nail shop have deep relation to customers' satisfaction level in the 'personal', 'technical', 'facility', and 'after-sales service' of nail shops. Especially the 'facility service' is highly influential in customer's revisiting.

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the adap-tation of traditional beauty of dress in Baek Eui for the establishment of tradition of dress culture. Especially, the color of the traditional dress rep-resent a symbol which is connedted with the na-tional character and the evvironment. But it is hard to examine closely because color preference are transformend with the times. This study is framed within the limits of the next themes : the origin, history and meaning of the Baek Eui ; the philosophical theory of cosmic Five Elements and the Prohibition of Baek Eui ; the beauty of Baek Eui. As the national character is indicative of the conservativeness and the purity, Koreans have kept up wearing Baek Eui spite of the occasional prohibition. Since the color of the dress represen-tatived the signs of the social class and the power, over the eighty persent of the common people put on the Beak Eui : ramie and flax fabrics that has it's own color in Chosun-Dynasty. I think that the use of natural color harmony is prominent and the beauty of Baek Eui is the naturality and the non-artificiality. The meaning of the symbol on the Korean Beak Eui is the divinity, the holiness, the purity, the cleanliness, the modesty, the frugality, the integ-rity, the constancy, the elegance, the simplicity.

  • The system of washing and shrouding a dead body is a series of procedures for encoffining in funeral rites, which are taken after death indentification by using CHOKWANG and praying for the resurrection of a dead body by calling a soul departed from the body. The washing and shrouding a dead body (hereinafter reffered to as "YEOMSEUP") is the broad concept which contains the procedures of washing, clothing and shrouding the body. The clothing includes washing, putting rices into the mouth. and then dressing while the shrouding includes first wrapping, second-wrapping and encoffining. The clothes for YEOMSEUP (all clothes and articles for funeral rites are designated) will be put in the coffin along with a dead body according to the YEOMSEUP procedures. Dasan, a SILHAK scholar in the late Yi Dynasty, pointed out some problems of the funeral rites observed in those days. At the same time, he found that the problems had arisen from the misinterpretation of the original descriptions in Chinese characters. and had tried to correct them. The books written by Dasan basically emphasized his ideology reshaping the whole procedures by trimming and removing meaningless formalities which are too much luxurious and wasteful and making them as a part of the original principles of the funeral rites. His Intents are clearly shown in his wrings on practical ettiquttes, such as SANGRYESAJON and SANGUIJEOLYO. In its attempt, this study aims at reformulating the DASAN\\`s SANGRYESAJON in terms of YEOMSEUP methods. A lot of virtues of the Dasan, like WOOSU, SIMUI, DAEDAE, MO, SORYUMHYO and DAERYUMHYO could also be found accordingly. The merits and characteristic in funeral rites are an obedience in filial duty, the pursuit of frugality. and the efficiency of practical functions. It could be said that the resurvey of DASAN′s theory on YEOMSEUP procedures is a meaningful work today when the original meaning of funeral rites fades out. Furthermore, discussions of refined burial service and encouraging cremation designed to improve land use, which are widely spread among people, could weaken the basic philosophy of YEOMSEUP and more likely propagate the atmosphere of despising the dignity of human beings.

  • In the 17th century, Europe had changed from medieval feudalistic ages into an absolute monarchy taking Catholicism and absolute monarchism together. On the other hand, Holland achieved prosperity in economy, culture, and arts through gradual enlightment of the people by winning independence from Spain, and religious reformation. The culture dress and its ornaments at the time was led by the governing class such as royal families and its aristocracy in Europe, while Holland, united republic country at the time, brought civil costume nationwide wholly by civil class and its effect to other neighboring countries in Europe. In addition, the origin of modern dress and its ornaments dates back to that time. Moreover, civil-looking dutch paintings found its sources in routine daily life and became realistic. With this respect, in this research, we put our purpose of the research in making a better and more understanding of the modern costume and its ornaments and exploring the spirit of human beings by analyzing dutch civil costumes shown in these artistic works. It is very important that this research is rather renovational comparing with prior ones focused on those of ruling classes. As a result of the research, the distinguished parts of the civil costumes appeares as following beauties. First, functional beauty was respected such as natural waist line, peplum, gather of the skirt and sleeve, apron, head towel were some of the examples to those in their costumes and its ornaments. Second, with respect to humanity under rough natural surroundings and long struggle with outside tribes, humanity of costume was brought by optimistic and even free mind to them. The three quater sleeve showed wrist and deep-cut decollete in their dress and ornaments. Third, with respect to simplicity, religious effect on the leading civil class demanding self-abstinence, frugality, and thrift in their way of life resulted in black-tone simple costumes with white collar in their costumes and its ornaments.

  • To injection mould polymers, designing mould is a key task involving several critical decisions with direct implications to yield quality, productivity and frugality. One prominent decision among them is specifying sprue-bush conduit expansion as it significantly influences overall injection moulding; abstruseness anguish in its design criteria deceives direct determination. Intuitively designers decide it wisely and then exasperate by optimising or manipulating processing parameters. To overwhelm that anomaly this research aims at proposing an ideal design criteria holistically for all polymeric materials also tend as a functional assessment metric towards perfection i.e., criteria to specify sprue conduit size before mould development. Accordingly, a priori analytical criterion was deduced quantitatively as expansion ratio from ubiquitous empirical relationships specifically a.k.a an exclusive expansion angle imperatively configured for injectant properties. Its computational intelligence advantage was leveraged to augment functionality of perfectly injecting into an impression gap, while synchronising both injector capacity and desired moulding features. For comprehensiveness, it was continuously sensitised over infinite scale as an explicit factor dependent on in-situ spatio-temporal injectant state perplexity with discrete slope and altitude for each polymeric character. In which congregant ranges of apparent viscosity and shear thinning index were conceived to characteristically assort most thermoplastics. Thereon results accorded aggressive conduit expansion widening for viscous incrust, while a very aggressive narrowing for shear thinning encrust; among them apparent viscosity had relative dominance. This important rationale would certainly form a priori design basis as well diagnose filling issues causing several defects. Like this the proposed generic design criteria, being simple would immensely benefit mould designers besides serve as an inexpensive preventive cliché to moulders. Its adaption ease to practice manifests a hope of injection moulding extremely alluring polymers. Therefore, we concluded that appreciating injectant's polymeric character to design exclusive sprue bush offers a definite a priori advantage.

  • This paper diagnoses the financial knowledge of the college students and their values on financial situation. Another emphasis is given to the classification of surveyed college students based on their financial knowledge and values and the financial traits of each classified group is also analyzed. Statistical analysis was conducted using Cronbach's ${\partial}$, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple range test with total number of 733 questionnaires. Primary results of the research are as follows: First, overall score of financial knowledge was 62.65 points, showing the highest points in spending while lowest in savings and investment. Senior classes, students majoring in liberal arts, students with financial education and media experiences scored high points. Second, overall score of college students on financial values was 3.92, resulting in high points on credit and frugality but points on sharing with others were low. Thirdly, all surveyed students were classified into 4 types based on the mean scores on financial knowledges and values. Total 31.7% of students belonged to Type 1 where students scored high points on financial knowledge and values. Type 2 had about 22.4 % of students whose financial score was high but value score was low. Type 3 occupied 24.2% and this group scored low points on financial knowledge but high points on financial values. Type 4 occupied 21.8% and was a group of students whose scores for financial knowledge and values were low. Finally, Type 1 and 3 groups showed better desirable behaviors for financial management and expressed higher satisfaction status for finance than Type 2 and 4. Type 1 is a group of students whose subjective financial level was high. Monthly income was highest in Type 2 and financial stress was lowest in Type 1.

  • In this paper, 274 traditional fairy tales of South and North Korea were selected for research. The research was performed using a content analysis chart, and found differences in the number of characters, how ideology and social setting affect categorization of the characters, and what values are represented in the fairy tails of each country. Analysis of the general characteristics of traditional fairy tales of South and North Korea shows that South Korean traditional fairy tales have more cases where $1{\sim}4$ characters appear. In North Korean fairy tales, 5 or more characters generally appear. Analysis of the categories of characters in traditional fairy tales of South and North Korea found that characters fall into categories of family, friend and tutor, village, and the native country more often in South Korean fairy tales than in North Korean fairy tales. Character categorizations of county and foreign countries are found more often in North Korean fairy tales. In particular, the difference in character categorization of family, friend and tutor, and county shows that different ideology and social setting affected categories of characters. Research on traditional fairy tales of South and North Korea shows that traditional fairy tales of South Korea have chosen self-respect, self-restraint, fidelity(responsibility), understanding others, manners and honesty as themes more often than those of North Korea and subjects such as frugality, sharing, order and rules, cooperation and patriotism(ecosystem protection) we found more often in those of North Korea.
