테프론 균열 주형법 開發에 관한 硏究 (A study on the Teflon crack Molding Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 이런 점을 감안하여 테프론 주형법의 장점들을 이용하되 에폭 시 덩이를 만드는 주형상자 대신에 에폭시 판과 테프론 균열이 수직성과 직선성을 유 지할 수 있도록 새로 주형대(molding table)를 개발하여 필요한 균열길이와 두께의 에 폭시판을 만들고 기계가공없이 직접시편으로 사용하여 광탄성장치에서 무늬사진을 얻 음으로서 기계 가공시에 일어나는 여러 문제들을 일소하고 시간과 경비를 크게 절약 하려고 하였으며 지금까지의 어떤 실험방법 보다도 정밀한 측정으로 응력확대계수 해 석상의 오차를 줄이는데 목적이 있다.

펄스 레이저 홀로그래픽 간섭계를 이용한 평판의 탄성파 전파 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Elastic Wave Propagation in Plates Using Pulse Laser Holographic Interferometry)

  • In this paper, the propagation of elastic wave generated by loading impact to plates made of isotropic or anisotropic material was studied. And the influence of boundary conditions(free or clamped edge) upon the reflection of elastic wave of isotropic plate such as aluminum plate showed circular interferometric fringe pattern, whereas that of anisotropic plate such as epoxy composite laminates showed elliptical one. And the transverse displacement curves obtained from experiment and theory for both plates agreed well. Also, the waves reflected from the boundary edges showed much differences according to the boundary condition of edges.

  • 본 논문에서는 다양한 조건으로 생성된 컴퓨터생성홀로그램(Computer-generated Hologram, CGH)에 대한 회절효율을 측정하였다. 이를 통해 홀로그램 재생 시 고려해야되는 생성 조건에 대해 논의한다. 위상 방식의 복소 홀로그램을 대상으로 프레넬 조건 하에서 생성된 프린지의 1차 회절 패턴의 강도를 측정함으로써 각 조건들을 비교한다.

  • This study discusses a non-contact optical technique, phase shifting electronic speckle pattern interferometry, that is well suited for a deformation measurement. However, the phase shifting method has difficulties for determinating a deformation quantitatively beacuse of the characteristics of arctan function. In order to solve this problem, phase unwrapping methods has been studied during the last few years. In this study, using phase unwrapping based on line by line scanning phase shifted fringe patterns are studied to determinate a deformation quantitatively. Also least square fitting method is applied to reduce noise and improve image resolution.

링레이저 자이로의 플렉셔 각도측정과 플렉셔 오차개선 연구 (Study on flexure angle measurement of ring laser gryo and the improvement of flexure error)

  • 간섭계를 이용한 링레이저 자이로의 플렉셔 각도 측정기법이 연구되었다. Dummy mass를 추가하여 중력가속도 이상의 고가속도 환경을 구현하였으며, 이에 따른 피에조 간섭무늬의 변화로부터 자이로 입력축의 단위 중력가속도에 대한 플렉셔 각도 변화를 조사하였다. 링레이저 자이로가 가지는 플렉셔 각도 변화계수는 2.37 arcsec/g로,플렉셔 측정 반복도 오차는 0.07arcsec/g정도로 측정되었다. 플렉셔 각도를 감소시켰을 때, 링레이저 자이로 관성항법장치의 플렉셔 오차가 뚜렷이 개선됨을 확인하였다.

Also, double exposure holographic interferometer using ruby pulse laser was formed in order to investigate transient waves. Before the elasitc wave was reflected from the edges, the elastic wave of isotropic plate such as aluminum plate showed circular interferometric fringe pattern, whereas that of anisotropic plate such as epoxy composite laminates showed elliptical one. 전자 스페클 간섭법에서의 이상적인 위상도 추출과 필터링 방법 (Ideal Phase map Extraction Method and Filtering of Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry)

  • Deformation phase can be obtained by using Least-Square fitting. In extraction of phase values, Least-Square Fitting is superior to usual method such as 2, 3, 4-Bucket Algorithm. That can extract almost noise-free phase and retain 2 $\pi$ discontinuities. But more fringes in phase map, 2 $\pi$ discontinuities are destroyed when that are filtered and reconstruction of deformation is not reliable. So, we adapted Least-Square fitting using an isotropic window in dense fringe. Using Sine/cosine filter give us perfect 2 $\pi$ discontinuities information. We showed the process and result of extraction of phase map and filtering in this paper.

보강된 실린더의 진동특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Vibration Characteristics of Stiffened Cylinder)

  • The structural characteristics of the stiffened double cylinder was investigated through experiment and analysis. The outside cylinder was excited with piezoelectric actuator and the mode shape of the cylinder with stiffening T frame was obtained by using holographic interferometry. Finite element method was applied for further modal investigation of the stiffened cylinder. The experimental results showed that the mode shape of cylinder was dependent on the exciting frequencies and the T frame showed salient effect of damping at most of the resonent frequencies. In particular frequencies, the T frame worked as a transmitter. FFM showed similar results with the experiments. This paper showed that the laser-based method such as holographic interferometry is well suited for investigation of the whole-field mode shapes and FEM has good performance to estimate the medal characteristics of the mechanical structure.

레이저 전단 간섭계를 이용한 압력용기의 내부 결함 평가 (The Evaluation of Thin Pressure Vessel′s Internal Defects by Laser Shearography)

  • Internal defects of thin pressure vessel used in the power plants or the chemical plants may be created and grow due to corrosion or creep fatigue to reduce the strength and cause critical failure during operation. Therefore it is very important to detect this defect at the early stage. For this purpose, non-destructive, non-contact and highly sensitive method should be considered for on-line application. In this paper, a laser shearographic interferometer is applied to inspect circular defects and notch defects existed inside of thin pressure vessel under the presence of pressure up to 3 times of atmospheric pressure. The influences of the defect shape and size as well as the internal pressure to the characteristic pattern in the shearography fringe are investigated, and the quantitative evaluation of the defect size is tried. Also the experimental results are compared with the destructive test results to show the applicability of this method to the quantitative evaluation of internal defects in the thin pressure vessel.

  • In recent years, shearogrpahy has significantly improved capabilities In the areas of unbend and separation detection in tires. Although shearography has many advantages fur qualitative evaluation, the technique remains the problem of quantitative analysis of inside defects, because shearography needs several effective factors including the amount of shearing, shearine direction and induced load, which exist as barrier for the quantitative analysis of inside defects. Since the factors are highly dependent on inspectors skill and also affect the in-situ workability. The factors were optimized and the size of cracks inside of pipeline and tire has been quantitatively determined.
