This study will analyze Karl Largerfeld's design of Chanel to suggest the designer's strategy succeeding haute couture. His significant stylistic interests include the revealed structure of the garment, the modifications between fine art and fashion, the combination of the traditional restraint of the couture with the flourishes of the wildest street fashions and effects that turn garments upsides down or insides out. The House of Chanel today recognizes that commercial success ultimately lies in re-working Chanel's signature designs in a modern idiom. That the essence of theses designs remains so desirable is due to Karl Lagerfeld's successful interpretation and is ultimately an accolade to the founder-Gabrielle Chanel. During the reign of Coco it would have been difficult for any woman who wanted to look young and modern to go wrong with her fashions. The same can be said of Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel today. Clothes with the Chanel imprimatur no doubt will remain just as fashionable into the twenty-first century.

The $4^{th}$ Industry Revolution was advocated by Klaud Schwab who is founder of World Economic Forum at the Davos Forum in 2016, and there are big differences on ICT based $4^{th}$ Industry revolution in the aspects of speed, scope and impact compared with the 3rd Industry revolution. Creating new industries and values through technology such as internet of things, cloud, big data, and artificial intelligence are included in the meaning of The $4^{th}$ industry revolution. In this article, the direction of change to water technology in response to the $4^{th}$ Industry revolution is surveyed. 4G Water Infra should minimize environmental impact under the consideration of sustainable development and advanced technologies. To solve the existing water infra problems, it is common and fundamental that the intake water from nature can be regarded as borrowed from nature and it should be returned to natural state with improved water quality. Government, academic organizations and industries should prepare and collaborate together in order to help our country with outstanding capabilities in infrastructure construction and ICT to lead the 4G water technology development.

This research is based on Jungian psychology. The founder psychoanalysist Jung introduced the notion of unconsciousness. This researcher made Mandala figures as an intermediary between consciousness and unconsciousness, and then took Mandala figures a research starting point. Until now, Mandala has been used therapy tool for emotional stability. But, this researcher tried Mandala coloring to develope cognitive and emotional abilities for early childhood. This paper is a result of experiment to recognize geometric and spacial conceptions for early childhood.

A rapid growth of science parks worldwide since 1980s is caused by both the widespread perception that technological innovation is the essential element for the economic development and the notified cases of successful high technology cluster like Silicon Valley. Analyzed in terms of R & D employment and expenditure, new product launches, patent registration, qualifications of the founder, self-rated technological level and the like, the technological level of the science parks in the U.K. reveals very high. While nealy half of the firms on the science parks are represented to be formally linked with universities, the use of the library is referred most frequently among the types of the linkages. R & D links such as contract research, sponsored research, test and analysis were rarely mentioned. Summing up, science parks play an important role for the development of high-tech industries with superior technological characteristics. But in reatlity, there remains so much difference among the individual parks and their location. In addition the individual parks and their location. In addition, institutionalization of the technology transfer with univeristies that only when the science parks are based on the innovative environment they can be successful in the capability of the technological innovation.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the signification system between logo and brand image systematically in imported fashion luxury brands through semiotic approach. For this purpose, 29 luxury brands were selected from 3 department stores. According to the visual characters of logo, the types of logo used in the imported fashion luxury brands were classified into three types and the results of this study were following : First, the luxury brands used the brand logo in common that represent the name of founder or fashion designer to deliver the character of company's own brand and to emphasize the spirit of a craftsman. Second, the luxury brands also used the brand logo that design the brand initial in symmetry of the right and left or top and bottom to emphasize a unique spirit of the brand. Third, the luxury brands used the brand logo that represent or symbolize a specific animal or object to express the special quality of the brand in descriptive type. Forth, the luxury brands used the most frequently black color in brand logo that symbolize a perfection, immortality and solemnity, etc.

Glycine soja Sieb. et Zucc., a predominantly selfing annual, has been served as a reservoir of germplasm for soybean, G. max (L.) Merr., cultivar improvement. This study describes the levels and distribution of genetic variation within and among 22 Korean populations of G. soja using starch gel electrophoresis. The species maintains very similar levels of genetic variability within populations observed in most other annuals. At the population level, the mean percent of polymorphic loci (P) was 32.6%, mean number of allele per locus (A) was 1.32, and mean expected heterozygosity (He) was 0.112. In addition, total genetic diversity (HT) calculated only for polymorphic loci was 0.347. However, significant differences in allele frequencies among populations were found for all loci (P<0.001 in each case) and, on average, about 70% of the total variation in the species is common to all populations. Indirects estimate of the number of migrants per generation (Nm=0.58, calculated from mean GST) indicates that gene flow is low among Korean populations of the species. In addition, analysis of fixation indices revealed a substantial heterozygote deficiency in most populations and at all loci. This indicates that most populations sampled may have been substructed largely due to inbreeding (predominantly selfing) and restricted gene flow, coupled with founder effect and genetic drift. Considering a high genetic divergence among populations, it is recommended that several Korean populations of the species should be preserved, especially such as populations in the eastern and southeastern Korean peninsula with high variation.

construct containing reporter gene(pFV4CAT) regulated by carp $\beta$-actin promoter was microinjected into the one-cell stage egg of mud loach (Misgurnus mizolepis), and was successfully expressed, possibly by the integration into the genome. Both mean hatching success and early survival of the microinjected groups were not significantly different with those of control groups (P>0.05). The incidence of transgene was ranged from 7 to 48% based on the PCR and/or Southern blot analyses with the DNA prepared from fin or blood tissue. The spatial and temporal patterns of expression of the pFV4CAT gene, measured by in situ immunohistochemical analysis peroxidase-conjugated anti-CAT antibody, were variable among the experimental individuals. These results suggest that carp $\beta$-actin promoter is effective to express other transgene in mud loach, such that this promoter can be useful in the generation of valuable transgenic mud loach.

Marcel Breuer is considered one of the most important furniture designers of the 20th century. He studied at the Bauhaus in Weimar from 1920 to 1924 and in 1925 became master of the furniture studio at the Bauhaus in Dessau. Virtually from the outset, he was one of the most prolific and inventive designers at the bauhaus and fulfilled its claim to create designs for serial production. Gropius, the Bauhaus founder, had a profound influence on his furniture designs. In 1925, Breuer created the tubular-steel armchair, which revolutionized design and technique in the field, marking the advent of a new era. The furniture that was developed, by him and by others, from this design - technically cool, but light, elegant and clear - became the very symbol of modernism. Despite the success of his tubular-steel furniture, Breuer went on to explore the use of other new materials, such as aluminium and plywood. He made use of these new materials, which were associated with new technologies, to create new forms, as it were, some which proved to be foreunners of later developments in furniture design. Breuer had a profound influence on the evolution of modern design through his furniture designs, which received worldwide recognition and acclaim. His work unified functionality and beauty in a way that was to become a valid expression of its time and simultaneously far ahead of it.

This paper reveals the influence of urban and social contexts on the early building layout of Japan Women's College (JWC), one of the first women's colleges in Japan. According to the unpublished plans, the main building and other major structures, at the first stage, formed a three-sided quadrangle with site-wide organization, which was similar to contemporary National colleges. This impressive design, however, disappeared in the final plan. Although the school is the largest in student number and in campus ground size compared to other contemporary private colleges at its establishment, the subdivided land acquired in the private land market forced JWC to give up the organic composition of buildings. Under the framework of donation-based finance, it needed to start construction quickly for further support from the public, which prevented the school from acquiring enough time to adjust land ownership. These constitute the major differences with national schools. The founder's emphasis on the physical exercises, which reflected the public interest in physical strength of mothers in the time of wars, gave preference to securing sufficient open space over the order of buildings.
