마을굿의 보전과 민속전승의 의미 - 서울지역의 부군당굿을 중심으로 - (The Preservation of maul-gut and meaning of the folklore-transmission)

  • In Seoul city, The maul-gut(마을굿) called bugundang-gut(부군당굿) have been transmitted by people lived on the banks of han-river. The purpose of this document is to make a study the present meaning of bugundang-gut that have been transmitted in metropolitan city. The bugundang-gut was the official ritual in a government office during the Chosun dynasty. However, the bugundang-gut had been spread along kyunggang(경강, Han-river in Seoul) in the late Chosun period. At that times, the population kyunggang area was increased with the inflow of outside population and the commercial destrict was extended to many district along kyunggang. The main points of this study are as follows. Firstly, I investigate that bugundang-gut have been transmitted by a Seoulite to the backbone. They are the main body of bugundang-gut transmitting from generation to generation. Secondly, I study about nami-janggun-sadangje(남이장군사당제) appointed to seoul city immaterial cutural properties. It is a kind of bugundang-gut. So namijanggun-sadangje was appointed to seoul city immaterial cutural properties, as it was supported by a local autonomous entity. Thirdly, I investigate a plan that can be handed down an offspring in seoul city. We must revise the cultural properties system like that of Japan. Even though many bugundang-gut isn't appointed to cutural propertie except nami-janggun-sadangje, we must recognize their importance and keep a record character of bugundang-gut by investigation in detail. Fourthly, I think that bugundang-gut must be developed a regional public holiday. If it is developed a regional public holiday, many young person can be take part in bugundang-gut.

중·한·일 세 나라의 주거민속 연구 -조왕(竈王)- (Comparison of House Folkore in China, Korea and Japan)

  • This research on the house folklore in China, Korea, and Japan is focusing on a kitchen God that is common in these three countries. This god originated in China and has subsequently influenced Korea and Japan. Today, all three countries use the same name of this kitchen god which is called Youngwang(竈王) as its name has been spelled in Chinese. In China, this kitchen god has been believed in two different ways. The Han people have developed their belief in Youngwang while another creed has been originated from other ethnic groups. Because of the particular house style with upper stories of ethnic groups in the southern and southeast areas of China, a kitchen fireplace is centered in the house. Han people in China also worship painted depictions of kitchen gods. And the ethnic groups believe it has three stone legs for a fire box. These differing beliefs has bad influenced on Korea and Japan. The kitchen god of Cheju island (off the south Korea coast) is believed to be almost the same as among the ethnic groups in China Interestingly, form of belief in the kitchen god in Okinawa (off the south coast of Japan) is almost identical as in the southern area of China Custom in China. Korea, and Japan regarding the kitchen god symbolized family values healing, initiating a new daughter-in-law to reveging the kitchen god, etc. are all the very similar. A fireplace and its fire are very important and, have many taboo, attached. Existing rich tales of kitchen gods are similar in the three countries. Moreover, people in the three countries, think that the clay or time plaster of the fireplace with bring good luck on New Year's eve. However, Korea kitchen god features one thing that is different from those China and Japan, that is that water symbolizes the kitchen god in Korea. A painted kitchen god as they are popular in China, has influenced only some Buddhist temples in Korea.

  • 토가족(土家族) 모고사(毛古斯) 춤은 상서(湘西) 토가족의 오래된 하나의 의식무(儀式舞)이다. 이는 인물, 대화, 단순한 스토리와 일정한 연출의 격식을 갖춘 일종의 원시적 춤이다. 또한 이는 중국 무용계와 연극계 전문가들로부터 중국 무용, 연극의 가장 원초적이고 살아있는 화석으로 인정받고 있다. 본 고는 철학, 종교학, 인류학 및 민속학 등 다각도에서 모고사(毛古斯) 춤의 원시 숭배 표상 뒤에 담긴 상고 시대에 남긴 여러 가지 정신 기호와 문화적 함의에 대해 해독하도록 하고자 한다. 이 여러 가지 정신 기호는 즉 자연 숭배, 토템 숭배, 조상 숭배와 생식 숭배이다. 그 강렬한 원시 숭배의식은 모구스춤의 공연과정의 시종에 내포되어 있으며, 그 행위와 정신 이념은 결코 미신과 봉건적인 행위가 아니라, 토가족의 풍부한 역사문화, 풍속과 정신내용을 진실하게 반영하고 있다. 이러한 원시적 생태의식이 살아서 번성해온 진정한 원인을 탐구하고 모고사(毛古斯) 춤에 덮인 베일을 벗기려 함으로써 우리에게는 이 두터운 역사를 담아낸 예술 형식의 깊은 내면을 더 잘 이해할 수 있도록 도와준다.

Determination of Bergenin in Different Parts of Bergenia ciliata using a Validated RP-HPLC Method

  • Bergenia ciliata (Family: Saxifragaceae) is a folklore remedy for the treatment of various ailments in Asian countries. Bergenin (1) has been isolated as an active constituent in many studies, however, the amount of bergenin has not been determined in all parts of the plant. A simple RP-HPLC method was developed to determine the amount of bergenin in methanol extracts of leaves, rhizomes and roots of the plant. Separation was achieved on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column maintained at 25 ℃ using isocratic solvent system (water: methanol: acetic acid; 62.5:37:0.5 v/v/v) adjusted at pH 2 0 at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. and detected at 275 nm. Correlation coefficient (0.9952) showed linearity of concentration (5-200 ㎍/mL) and response. The values of LOD (0.00947 ㎍/mL) and LOQ (0.02869 ㎍/mL) indicated that method was sensitive. The recovery of bergenin was 99.99-100% indicating accuracy of method. The methanol extract of rhizomes contained higher amount of bergenin (19.4%) than roots (9.2%) and leaves (6.9%). It is concluded that methanol extract of rhizomes is a better source of bergenin than other parts of the plant. The findings are useful for standardization of bergenin containing extracts and herbal preparations.

전남농촌지역에 입지한 종가자원 현황과 활용의식 연구 (A Study on the Current Status of Resources and Utilization Perception of Head Family Houses Located in Jeonnam Rural Area)

  • This study aims to investigate and analyze the utilization perception of members of head families based on a survey on the history, folklore, architectural resources of head families. In order to identify the direction of utilization of Jeonnam head family resources, tangible and intangible resources, and spaces and places to contain programs were researched. The results of the study were summarized as follows. 1) Head family houses in Jeonnam could be categorized into head families that preserved the original form of head family houses, head families that preserved a part of head family houses, head families that newly built head family houses while the original forms thereof have disappeared, and relocated head families of which eldest grandsons no longer reside, where only the sites of the head family houses remain or relocated to a different place. 2) In the case of perception of members of head families on the utilization of head family resources, 27 head families consented to the utilization, 35 head families opposed to the utilization, and 6 head families were undecided on the utilization out of a total of 68 head families. 3) The results of investigating and analyzing the desired type of programs of each head family by categorizing the programs into lodging, food, meditation, education, and tourism, as many as four programs were desired, while some families desired 2 or 3 programs at the lowest, showing an overlapping characteristic.

  • Mongolian folk songs are inspired by Mongolian labor songs and are classified into long and short songs. Mongolian long songs have ancient origins, are rich in legends, and are a great source of folklore. So it was inscribed by UNESCO in 2008. Mongolian written literature is formed under the direct influence of oral literature. Mongolian long song has 3 classes: ayzam, suman, and besreg by their lyrics and structure. In ayzam long song, the world perfectly embodies the philosophical nature of world phenomena and the nature of human life. Suman long song has a wide range of topics such as the common way of life, respect for ancestors, respect for fathers, respect for mountains and water, livestock and animal husbandry, as well as the history of Mongolia. Besreg long songs are dominated by commanded and trained characters. In this paper, we proposed a method to classify their 3 types of long songs using machine learning, based on their lyrics structures without semantic information. We collected lyrics of over 80 long songs and extracted 11 features from every single song. The features are the name of a song, number of the verse, number of lines, number of words, general value, double value, elapsed time of verse, elapsed time of 5 words, and the longest elapsed time of 1 word, full text, and type label. In experimental results, our proposed features show on average 78% recognition rates in function type machine learning methods, to classify the ayzam, suman, and besreg classes.

崔溥 《漂海錄》 行程與其拍攝意義研究 (A study on the deeds of Choi Bu and its filming significance)

  • 崔溥(公元1454~1504),字淵淵,號錦南。曾任李氏朝鮮弘文館副校理(五品官員),1487年赴濟州島執行公務,期間因其父亡故,故於1488年閏正月初三回家奔喪,卻不幸在途中遭遇暴風雨,所乘船舶受損,致其在海上漂流了近半月之久。後其在「大唐國浙江台州府臨海縣界」(今三門縣)登陸後經陸路到達杭州,後於杭州乘船沿京杭大運河經水路至北京。明朝弘治皇帝親自接見並賞賜了崔溥後,從北京走陸路過山海關,經鴨綠江返回了自己的國家。崔溥在中國滯留了4個半月,136天,行程將近9000里地。回國後,他用漢文寫出了《漂海錄》一書,這部以日記體形式的著作共5萬余字,一定程度上記錄了明朝弘治初年中國京杭運河流域的地理,城市,民俗等方面內容,為後世研究明朝時期的政制,司法,運河,城市,地志,民俗以及海防提供了重要的文獻記錄。

  • 본 논문의 목적은 푸틴 시대의 국가 정체성의 문제를 정치 및 문화 상징의 분석을 통해 살펴보는 것뿐만 아니라, 러시아 국가 정체성 문제 진단을 위한 모델을 창조해 보이는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 19세기 전제 러시아 시기로부터 현대 포스트-소비에트 시기까지 러시아의 국가 및 문화 정체성이 어떠한 일관되고 반복적인 리듬 구조 속에서 전개되어 왔는지를 제시해 보이고 있다. 삼각형-사각형이란 역학관계 모델을 제시하면서 본 연구가 주목하는 것은 정치 및 문화 상징(물)이 사용되고 있는 구체적인 맥락과, 이것들이 간직하고 있는 정치, 문화적 함의는 무엇인지, 그리고 어떠한 논리 속에서 통시적으로 이러한 상징(물)이 사용되는지를 파악하기 위한 민속 및 허위민속의 배경이다.

베트남의 음악시, 까쭈: 형식, 구조, 내용 (Poem in Ca Trù: Type, Structure, Content)

  • 까쭈(Ca trù)란 베트남에 뿌리를 둔 민속음악의 한 종류이다. 까쭈에는 시가 아주 중요한 위치를 차지한다. 그렇기 때문에 많은 음악 연구자들은 까쭈는 '음악시'라고 말한다. 이러한 특징은 노랫말에서 분명하게 볼 수 있는데, 까쭈의 주된 가락이면서 독립된 시의 쟝르이기도 한 것이다. 베트남 민속음악 가락 중에서 까쭈는 유일하게 생겨난 것이어서 시라는 것이 '말하는 노래'인 것이다. 이러한 것은 베트남의 민속음악(극)이라고 할 수 있는 쩨오, 꽌호, 핫잠 등과 같은 곳에서는 유사한 현상을 찾아볼 수 없다. 또한 까쭈의 가락이 특정한 일부 가락에서 멈추지 않고, '말하는 노래'의 수량이 추천 개이며, 수 세기를 통해서 창작되어 왔다. 이 글은 까쭈 장르의 구조, 운과 가락, 내용 등에 대해서 연구하여 이 '말하는 노래'가 완전한 시라는 것을 증명하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 '말하는 노래'는 베트남 만의 고유한 것이며, 차후 신시운동에서 8행시를 만들어 내는 기반이 되었다고 볼 수 있다.

단골에 관한 외식서비스의 연구 주제 분석 (Theme Analysis of Foodservice Research on Dangol)

  • "Dangol" is a native Korean word originating from 18 century folklore. Dangol is often used as a keyword and term in consumer marketing and foodservice industry research. However, a variety of other terms have also been used to express the concept of Dangol, including loyalty, brand loyalty, Choongsung, Choongsung level, loyal customer, Dangol customer, Dangol intention, and store loyalty. Due to a lack of clear conceptualizations of Dangol, terms such as Dangol, Choongsung, and loyalty are often mixed in their use, even in a single study. This study confirmed whether Dangol is being used interchangeably with loyalty in domestic literature by applying an integrated literature review of studies found on Google Scholar. Of the studies that have been published since 1990, 219 studies were analyzed. The first analysis yielded eight research keywords related to Dangol. Dangol intention, Dangol doctor, and Dangol faith were the most commonly used at 18.2%, followed by Dangol customer and Dangol relationship at 13.6%. The second analysis yielded nine research keywords related to loyalty. Out of the 99 cases, loyalty program occurred most frequently at 46%, followed by loyalty at 20%. The third analysis yielded 22 research keywords related to Choongsung in total. Customer Choongsung was most frequent at 28%, followed by trademark Choongsung at 14%. Finally, the results of the content analysis on Dangol was summarized as "designated relationship for business transaction and the relationship between the seller", "the customer when a single transactional relationship is established continuously".
