순수휨 구간내 스터럽이 보강된 고강도 콘크리트 보의 휨거동 연구 (Flexural Behavior of High-Strength Concrete Beams with Confinement in Pure Bending Zone)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish flexural behavior of high-strength concrete by means of both theoretical approach and experimental analysis of beams in which confinement stirrups have been introduced into pure bending zone. The experiment was carried out on full-scale high-strength reinforced concrete beams whose compressive strengths are 400 and 700kgf/cm$^2$, and confined with rectangular closed stirrups. The test results are reviewed in terms of flexural capacity and ductility.

  • The purpose of this study is to assess performance of prepacked DFRCC material compared with the DFRCC material which is made by using general mixing method. From 4r-point bending test, bond strength test and chlorine ion penetration test, flexural stress, -deflection relations, bond strengths, and durability assessment have been obtained. From the experiments, premixed DFRCC shows relatively good performance.

  • This paper reports the results of experimental study on the effects of replacement level of hwangtoh or slag on the flexural behavior of reinforced hwangtoh-concrete beams. All the beams were singly reinforced with longitudinal bar ratio p=0.5pb and were tested under two-point top loading. The flexural strengths obtained from tests, such as initial cracking strength, serviceability strength, maximum strength, were compared with ACI 318-02.

  • This paper describes a deformation-based strut-and-tie model for the flexural members at post-yield state. Boundary deformation conditions by flexural post-yield response are chosen in terms of the flexural bar strains as the main factor influenced on the shear strength. The main purpose of the proposed model is to predict the shear capacities of the flexural members associated with the given flexural deformation conditions. To verify the proposed strut-and-tie model, the estimated shear strengths depending on the flexural deformation are compared with the experimental results. The experimental data are in good agreement with the values obtained by the proposed model.

  • 본 연구에서는 복합 재질 폐플라스틱을 재활용한 폴리머콘크리트의 압축, 휨 및 충격강도, 흡수율 및 동결융해저항성에 미치는 결합재 첨가량 및 PA 혼입량의 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 그 결과 복합 재질 폐플라스틱을 재활용한 폴리머콘크리트의 압축, 휨 및 충격강도는 PA 혼입량에 관계없이, 결합재 첨가량 및 충전제 혼입량의 증가에 따라 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 하지만, PA 혼입량의 증가에 따라서는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 복합 재질 폐플라스틱을 재활용한 폴리머콘크리트의 흡수율은 PA 혼입량에 관계없이, 결합재 첨가량의 증가에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 하지만 PA 혼입량의 증가에 따라서는 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 복합 재질 폐플라스틱을 재활용한 폴리머콘크리트의 내구성 지수는 결합재 첨가량의 증가에 따라 증가하였으나, PA 혼입량에 따라서는 감소하는 경향을 보였다.

재유화형 분말수지 출입 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르의 건조수축 및 강도특성 (Drying Shrinkage and Strength Properties of Polymer-Modified Mortars Using Redispersible Polymer Powder)

  • This study was conducted to investigate experimentally the drying shrinkage and the strength properties of redispersible SBR and PAE powder-modified mortars. Polymer-cement ratio, content of shrinkage-reducing agent and antifoamer content were manipulated as the experimental variables. The peculiarity of this study is to obtain a high early-age strength by using the portland cement and alumina cement with the ratio of 8 : 2. Until 7 days of age, the drying shrinkage remarkably increased up to $1\~2\times10^{-4}$, while it tended to decrease as the ratio of polymer to cement ratio and the content of shrinkage-reducing agent increased. Polymer-cement ratio was effective in improving the flexural, tensile and adhesive strengths: As the ratio increased, the strengths correspondingly increased. The flexural strength was in the range of $7\~11$ MPa, the tensile strength was $3.5\~5$ MPa and the adhesive strength was $1.2\~3.9$ MPa. On the other hand, the compressive strength tended to decrease as the polymer-cement ratio increased, and it was in the range of $23\~39$ MPa. All strengths, flexural, tensile, adhesive and compressive strengths, decreased as the content of powder shrinkage-reducing agent increased. It turned out that the polymer-cement ratio influenced more on the behavior of drying shrinkage and the properties of strength than the powder shrinkage-reducing agent did.

풍력발전 타워용 원형단면 강재 쉘의 극한휨강도 (Ultimate Flexural Strength of Cylindrical Steel Shell for Wind Tower)

  • 풍력발전 타워용 원형단면 강재 쉘에 대하여 재료 및 기하학적 비선형 유한요소법으로 극한휨강도 해석을 수행하였다. 쉘의 기하학적 초기변형, 반경 대 두께비, 적용 강종 등이 극한휨강도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, Eurocode 3와 AISI 설계기준에 의한 설계휨강도와 유한요소해석으로 구한 극한휨강도를 비교하였다. 비선형 FE 해석에는 DNV-RP-C202에 제시된 쉘의 좌굴모드와 유로코드에 규정된 진원도 허용오차 및 용접에 의한 변형을 기하학적 초기 결함으로 고려하였다. 원통형 쉘의 반경 대 두께비는 60~210 범위를 고려하였으며 SM520과 HSB800 강재로 제작된 것으로 가정하였다.

휨인장강도 평가 방법에 따른 콘크리트 원형패널의 휨거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Flexural Behavior of the Round Concrete Panels according to the Evaluation Method of Biaxial Flexural Tensile Strengths)

  • 이 연구에서는 휨인장강도 평가 방법에 따른 무근 콘크리트 원형패널의 휨거동을 비교하기 위해 유한요소해석과 실험을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 ASTM C 1550 round panel test(RPT) 시험법과 biaxial flexure test(BFT) 시험법을 적용하여 콘크리트 원형패널의 휨인장강도를 측정하였으며, 두 원형패널에 작용하는 응력 분포를 알아보기 위하여 패널의 아랫면 중앙에 두 개의 변형률 게이지가 직교하도록 부착하여 하중-변형률 관계를 측정하였다. 실험 결과 RPT 시험체와 BFT 시험체의 파괴 형상은 유사하게 관찰되었으며, 두 시험체 모두 중앙 아랫면의 하중-변형률 관계 또한 모든 방향에 일정한 것으로 나타나, 시험 시 등방성 휨인장응력 상태에 놓이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. RPT 시험에 의한 평균 휨인장강도가 BFT의 경우보다 29% 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 두 시험체의 휨인장강도 분포 모두 정규분포를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, RPT 휨인장강도의 변동계수(coefficient of variation)와 BFT의 변동계수는 각각 8%와 6%로 측정되었다. 이는 BFT 시험을 통하여 신뢰할 수 있는 이방향 휨인장강도 측정이 가능한 것으로 판단된다.

재생잔골재를 사용한 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르의 물성 (Physical Properties of Polymer-Modified Mortars Using Waste Concrete Fine Aggregate)

  • This study was undertaken to examine the feasibility of recycling waste concrete fine aggregate to prepare polymer-modified mortars. The specimens of polymer-modified mortars were prepared by using styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) latex and polyacrylic ester(PAE) emulsion as a polymer modifier. The formulations for specimens were prepared with various replacing ratios of waste concrete fine aggregates as parts of standard sand and various polymer cement ratios. For the evaluation of the performance of polymer-modified mortars, various physical properties were investigated. As a results, water cement ratio of polymer-modified fresh mortars increased with an increase of recycled fine aggregate, but decreased with an increase of polymer modifiers. The compressive and flexural strengths of polymer-modified mortars decreased with an increase of recycled fine aggregate, but flexural strengths increased with an increase of polymer modifiers.

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of the emulsifier ratio on strength properties of the polymer-modified mortars using methylmethacrylate-ethyl acrylate(MMA/EA) latexes, and to obtain basic data necessary to develope appropriate latexes for cement modifiers. Polymer-modified mortars using MMA/EA latexes are prepared with various monomer ratios, and tested for air content, flexural and compressive strengths. From the test results, we knew that the water-cement ratio is decreased and the air content is increased with an increase in the amount of emulsifier. In general, the superior flexural and compressive strengths of polymer-modified mortars using MMA/EA latexes is obtained at a bound MMA content of 60 percent and a emulsifier ratio of 6 percent.
