현재 한국미국 자유무역협정(FTA) 협상이 진행되고 있고, 한미 FTA협상에는 지적재산권분야도 포함되어 있다. 현재까지 한-미 FTA 협상 지적재산권 분야 특히 특허분야 쟁점사항으로는 특허발명의 강제실시 제한 등이 있다. 미국은 이러한 협상을 통하여 미국 기업의 이익을 보호하기 위해서 미국 수준의 지적재산권 보호를 한국에 강요하고 있고, 앞으로도 특허분야에서 특허침해에 대한 공세가 상당히 강화될 것으로 예상된다. 이에 대한 대비 중 하나로서 미국의 선발명자 항변에 대하여 현재의 법령 및 개정법령에 대한 이해 및 우리나라 선발명자가 미국의 선발명자 항변권을 얻기 위한 대응전략에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 본다. 특허법체계하에서는 선등록주의를 채택하고 있는 국가나 선발명주의를 채택하고 있는 국가나 일정한 제한조건하에서 선사용자에게 후 발명(후출원)자에 의한 특허가 등록이 되어도 계속하여 특허된 발명을 사용할 권리를 부여하고 있다. 통상적으로는 선발명자 항변은 선등록주의를 채택하고 있는 나라에서 선등록주의의 약점을 보완하기 위해 채택한 제도로서 활용되고 있다. 미국 특허법은 선발명주의를 채택하고 있음에도 불구하고 선발명자 항변을 인정하고 있다. 따라서 미국이 동 제도를 채택하게 된 배경, 인정되는 권리의 범위 및 동 제도의 2005년도 미국 특허법 개정(안)을 살펴보고, 우리나라 선발명자가 미국의 선발명자 항변권을 얻기 위한 우리나라 특허법내에서의 대응전략 및 연구현장에서의 대응전략을 모색하는 것은 우리나라 기업들이 미국의 특허법체계하에서 진행되는 각종 공세를 대비하기 위한 사전 대비책에 시사점을 제시해주리라 생각한다.로 두께 $1{\mu}m$의 박막요소를 FIB가공과 백금 용접으로 떼어낸 후 FIB가공으로 두께가 100 nm가 되도록 한 후 투과전자현미경을 이용하여 성분 분석을 하는 것이 성공적으로 수행될 수 있었다.것으로 사료된다. 미생물을 이용한 결정질의 자철석으로부터 철의 용출 및 비정질의 2차물질의 형성은 미생물의 퇴적물 내에서 철의 순환에 중요한 역할을 담당할 뿐만 아니라 미생물을 이용한 유용물질의 침출(Bioleaching) 및 생광화작용에 따른 광물의 합성 가능성을 시사한다. 있는 균주는 1주(2.8%)만 나타났고 bla$_{TEM}$, bla$_{CTX-M}$두 가지 유전자를 가지고 있는 균주는 9주(25.0%), bla$_{SHV}$, bla$_{CTX-M}$ 두 가지 유전자를 가지고 있는 균주가 10주(27.8%)로 나타나 bla$_{CTX-M}$을 포함하는 복합유전자가 많이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 CTX-M형 ESBL을 생성하는 E. coli와 K. pneumoniae에 대한 cefutaxime의 MIC는 256 $\mu$g/m1 이상으로 ceftazidime의 16-256 $\mu$g/mL 이상보다 높은 분포를 보였다. 즉, CTX-M형 ESBL 유전자를 지닌 균주에 대한 cefotaxim의 MIC는 ceftazidime의 MIC에 비해서 상대적으로 높은 양상을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 국내의 대학병원 뿐 만 아니라 일반종합병원에서도 CTX-M형 ESBL

e-Trade 3.0 era which means the expansion of seamless e-Trade process into global business has been come. e-Trade is in the evolution stage with the reflection of time changes and IT development. Furthermore e-Trade marketing method of SMEs has been generalized. However, SMEs have not utilized e-Trade marketing very actively even if it has much benefits in exploring overseas marketing. In this regard this paper has cautiously suggested the strategic using plan of e-Marketplace and SNS along with policy improvement in order to promote extensive diffusion of e-Trade marketing. First of all, a comprehensive evaluation system has to be developed for the assessment of overseas marketing program and provide organized guideline including SMEs support system. Also e-Marketplace operation company is necessary to invent management system for supervising and detecting risk factors of participating firms and business model to share information which each e-Marketplace possesses through mutual connection. Finally, the effective supports such as short-term education and acting operation of initial account to use SNS strategically are needed and continuous contents development to adopt SNS is absolute.

The thesis is a comparative analysis of Infill Technologies between Korea's long-life Mock-up House, a study driven by 'Durability and Flexibility of Long-life Housing Technology Development' of R&D, and Japan's KSI experimental house, the major example of Japan's long-llfe housing. In terms of the domestic Mock-up House, a system of building the floor first was applied. The floor material of each housing unit required a development of dry heating component that is partially substitutable in order to avoid conflict with the finishing. Also, a development of a floor system that can counteract against the construction inaccuracy was required. In the Case of an outer wall, need to make the wall with the chassis. In the case of ceiling, need to develop the double ceiling system which is good for sound insulation. Also, in comparison to KSI experimental house in Japan, it would require to develop a wiring system of the ceiling which can react to the movement of the wall. Especially, to assure the flexible nature of an internal wall, it would desperately require the research and development of the products related to components and flexible system of mechanical/electrical/communication parts as well as supporting institutionalized system for this development. Furthermore, for KSI experimental house in Japan, it would be necessary to formulate a construction manual as well as a systematic and practical planning guide to invent a new interface rule which will secure simplicity of assembling, dismantling, installation and replacement of architectural components for which research development is quite insignificant at the moment. This effort will have to continue to give a solid direction for better application of such reference manual during construction and development of long life span apartment by public sector as well as private corporations.

This study was conducted to investigate how to apply the theories of oriental medicine appropriately, which direction should be taken, and how it should be developed The results are as follows. First, to develop medicinal cuisine, it is necessary to grasp the theoretical system, considering Ohaeng and Omi, the five viscera and the six entrails, organs and body, by raising the level of understanding comprehensively about the relationship between the characteristics of each groups of Sasang Constitutions and the theories of Eumyangohaeng, and the relationship between the theory of Kimi. and food, and then to explain developed medicinal cuisine and apply those theories to inventing new ones. Secondly, to develop medicinal cuisine for health enhancement, it is also required not only to consider constitutions but also to suggest the need of knowledge for moderation in terms of regimen along with the theory of Kimi. Thirdly, to develop medicinal cuisine according to the perspective of Kimi. Theory, what should be taken into account is not only the understanding of the characteristics of food materials, but also the properties of them that the theory of Kimi, Eumyangohaeng, and Sasang Constitutions share so that it is possible to invent medicinal cuisine which is good for anybody to protect disease specific to a certain group of constitutions with, and serves as the dietary regimen customed to each constitution group. Lastly, the scientific effect of the medicinal cuisine which is developed according to the theory of Kimi., Eumyangohaeng, and Sasang Constitutions should be verified by scientific researches and clinical experiments. And it is believed to be essential for the government to make efforts to set a standard and laws to validate the medicinal effects and the process of assessment so that the systematic development can be encouraged, and to prepare guidance to food development for national health improvement.

This research is intended to analyze the necessity of the integrated organization for the performance in order to the extension of scale and the systematic promotion concerning to the Korean medicine informational project, and to research the promotional method of Korean Medicine information through the constitution of organization for preparing the informational basic. There are three main important subjects to be done in this research project. The initial issue is to devise a comprehensive and systematic plan of Korean medicine information according to the Korean Medicine Rearing Raw('03. 8). Furthermore, it is necessary to reinforce the integrated informational ability of Organizations concerning to the Korean Medicine. Finally, with the above works accomplished, the overall standard of Korean Medicine Information should be settled. Initially, we compose an advisory committee of the Korean Medicine Information in the first year. The members of the committee include the informational coordinates of related government agencies, the experts in Korean Medicine Information, and specialists in the domains of computer science and information. In the next phase, we derive the promotional strategy for 'Center for Korean Medicine Information'. In other words, by means of analyzing the current issues and outstanding problems of on-going research projects and environments, the ultimate directions of the whole activities are established. Also, we build the medium and long-range road map of Korean Medicine Information Research by setting strategy for the policy projects related to the area. With the various research activities in this project, we can achieve the following practical strategic benefits. Firstly, we can lay a foundation for the Korean Medicine Information by establishing the fundamental plan for 'Korean Medicine Information Center'. Secondly, information strategic projects about 'Korean Medicine Information Center'. Secondly information strategic projects about 'Korean Medicine Information Development' can be performed in more systematic fashion and promoted by stages. Finally, by confirming the contents of the Korean Medicine of KMS system, we invent an opportunity of new project in the field of the Korean Medicine Information by means of practicing and managing the 'korean Medicine Information Custom Service'.

본 논문은 패션 디자인 분야에서 완성된 의상의 모델 사진을 활용해 다양한 원단(직물)을 직접 Draping함으로써 새로운 디자인을 창출할 수 있고 직접 샘플이나 시제품을 제작하지 않고도 시뮬레이션만으로 의상 작품을 확인 할 수 있다. 또한 모델과 원단 이미지에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하여 실시간으로 Mapping 결과를 확인할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 그리고 여기에서 추출되는 시제품을 3D 모델에 입혀 시뮬레이션 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 과정으로 우선 여러 옷감 조각들을 이용하여 가상의 3D 인체 모델에 옷을 입히기 위한 의복 시뮬레이션 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 3D 인체 모델 파일과 2D 재단 패턴 파일을 읽어 들인 다음에 mass-spring model에 기반한 물리적 시뮬레이션에 의해 의복을 착용한 3D 모델을 생성한다. 본 논문의 시스템은 사실적인 시뮬레이션을 위하여 인체 모델을 구성하는 삼각형과 의복을 구성하는 삼각형 사이의 충돌을 검사하고 반응 처리를 수행하였다. 인체를 구성하는 삼각형의 수가 매우 많으므로, 이러한 충돌 검사 빛 반응 처리는 많은 시간을 필요로 한다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 Octree 공간 분할 기법을 이용하여 충돌 검사 및 반응 처리 수를 줄이는 방법을 이용하여 사실적인 영상을 생성할 수 있었고, 수초 이내에 가상 인체 모델에 의복을 입힐 수 있었다.

현대인은 시각, 제품, 환경 디자인뿐 아니라 웹 콘텐츠, 애니메이션, 영상자료 등의 홍수 속에서 생활하고 있다. 그러므로 현대의 소비자는 그 어느 때 보다도 많은 선택권을 가지고 있으며 모든 디자인 결과물은 소비자에게 다양성을 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 우리는 디자인의 발전과 더불어 색채를 통한 새로운 감성을 개발함으로써 소비자에게 한 발 더 가까이 접근해야 한다. 그리고 새로운 감성을 창출하여 소비자에게 제안해야 한다. 본 MCC 팔레트는 디자인 할 떠 보다 정확한 감성을 적용하여 개인적인 편견을 없애고, 사용자에게 디자인 의도를 정확하게 호소하기 위한 것이다. MCC 팔레트는 한국적인 정거와 감성언어를 연구하고, 문헌적인 자료와 사진자료를 통해 감성 형용사를 수집하였다. 그리고 수집된 형용사를 균등하게 배분하였으며, 배분된 형용사를 각각 감성의 분야별로 정리하여 체계를 수집하였다. 그리고 각각 형용사별로 3색, 4색 배색을 하고 이들의 결과를 색채 전문가와 디자이너에게 설문 및 자문을 통하여 팔레트를 구성하였다. 그 결과 보다 실용성이 높은 색채 팔레트를 완성하였다. 완성된 배색은 웹상의 www.mcdri.net에서 운영되고 있으며, 또한 winders로 프로그램 되어 CD-ROM형 소프트웨어로 개발하였다. 인구결과로 만들어진 MCC 팔레트는 감성 자료 검색 데이터베이스를 구축함으로써 개발 후 실질적으로 적용이 가능하며, 각 매체별 색채오차 해소, 색채 배색의 검색을 통한 아이디어 개발, 사용층 및 사용대상에 대한 체계적인 접근을 용이하게 한다. 즉 산업체 활성화, 실무 사용자의 편의 도모, 디자인 교육 활성화를 위한 정보제공 등 산업계 및 교육계에 많은 도움이 될 것이다.
