While the integration of chatbot and the simplification of financial terminology in Financial services' apps are increasingly common, automotive finance apps often show lower user satisfaction for complex terminol- ogy and rigid content. This study investigates the effects of chatbot interaction modes and the simplification of financial terminology on user experience in automotive finance apps. We developed prototypes for car lease tasks under different conditions: the type of user interaction channel (chatbot vs menu-based), and the usage of financial terminology. A 2 x 2 experimental survey was conducted to measure perceptions of friendliness, read- ability, trust, and accuracy. The findings revealed that chatbot interactions significantly enhance friendliness more than menu-based interactions, and simplifying terminology significantly improves readability and friendliness. However, no significant differences were observed in trust and accuracy between the conditions. Furthermore, nosignificant interaction effects were found between the two conditions across all variables. This study contributes by quantitatively assessing the impacts of chatbot consultation modes and terminology sim- plification on customer experience in financial services.

Purpose Social interest in financial statement notes has recently increased. However, contrary to the keen interest in financial statement notes, there is no morphological analyzer for accounting terms, which is why researchers are having considerable difficulty in carrying out research. In this study, we build a morphological analyzer for accounting related text mining techniques. This morphological analyzer can handle accounting terms like financial statements and we expect it to serve as a springboard for growth in the text mining research field. Design/methodology/approach In this study, we build customized korean morphological analyzer to extract proper accounting terms. First, we collect Company's Financial Statement notes, financial information data published by KPFIS(Korea Public Finance Information Service), K-IFRS accounting terms data. Second, we cleaning and tokeninzing and removing stopwords. Third, we customize morphological analyzer using n-gram methodology. Findings Existing morphological analyzer cannot extract accounting terms because it split accounting terms to many nouns. In this study, the new customized morphological analyzer can detect more appropriate accounting terms comparing to the existing morphological analyzer. We found that accounting words that were not detected by existing morphological analyzers were detected in new customized morphological analyzers.

FinTech has been discussed as an important business area towards technology-driven financial innovation. The term fintech is a combination of finance and technology, which means ICT technology currently associated with all finance areas. The popularity of the fintech industry has significantly increased over time, with full investment and support for numerous startups. Therefore, both academia and practice tried to analyze the trend of the fintech area. Despite the fact, however, previous research has limitations in terms of collecting relevant databases for fintech and identifying proper application areas. In response, this study proposed a new method for analyzing the trend of Fintech fields by expanding Fintech's terminology and using network analysis and topic modeling. A new Fintech terminology list was created and a total of 18,341 patents were collected from USPTO for 10 years. The co-classification analysis and network analysis was conducted to identify the technological trends of patent classification. In addition, topic modeling was conducted to identify the trends of fintech in order to analyze the contents of fintech. This study is expected to help both managers and investors who want to be involved in technology-driven financial services seize new FinTech technology opportunities.

The multi-projective model considers attributes and the relationships among attributes called projections. The critical features of the multi-projective model are the way of relating attributes in the description of the system, the way of reasoning incomplete projections, and the determination of connected patterns between projection. In order to get a full picture of the system, we build a set of projections. The multi-projective model can be thought of as projections of a multi-dimensional reality onto simplified “model space”. The multi-projective database modeling approach used in this paper unified the ideas and terminology of various database models. Most importantly, the multi-projective modeling is presented as a tool of database design in the relational and other database models.

Korean Emission Trading Scheme entered into force on 1 January 2015. As other Emission Trading Systems, Korean Emission Trading System also have some deficiencies to be complemented and improved. Thus, the issues that are related to legal characteristics of emission allowance and its status as a financial instrument, terminology, requisites for the designation of the business entities eligible for allocation, banking and borrowing, and the non-permanence problems in the forestry offset mechanism are reviewed and the directions of the improvement are presented. The review of the Korean Emission Trading Scheme and its relevant act and the presidential decree at its early stage may be helpful for the Korean ETS to be firmly settled and to operate properly.

The article examines the axiological psycho-philosophical understanding of the phenomenon of money and its value role in modern society. The traditional and virtual context of the representation of the money phenomenon is considered.Following the ideas of G. Simmel, the authors consider money not only as a purely economic, but also a psycho-philosophical, cultural and social phenomenon. Money appears as a result of cultural development of the world and gradually forms a monetary culture as a space of economic and social interaction of people. Under the influence of the monetary culture of one or another historical period, the character of a person's economic activity, values and life orientations are formed. Modern money culture is often called financial civilization. Peculiarities of modern monetary culture are studied, its main features and problems are determined in the article. The problem of the peculiarities of the constructive and destructive attitude of the individual towards money is identified; a psycho-philosophical and cultural-identification typology of people is described, which is based on clinical observations and interpreted through the prism of psychoanalytic theory. The concept of money is highlighted from the standpoint of a social-psychological approach. The theoretical foundations of money's influence on the decision-making process and human behavior are also revealed.

This study aimed to develop a VR-based digital therapeutic intervention for the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD. The research combined medical data with virtual reality technology to develop an algorithm for ADHD diagnostic scales and implemented a VR-based digital therapeutic platform using a head-mounted display (HMD). This platform can be used for the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD in children and adolescents. Additionally, we four VR games were developed, including archery timing, Antarctic exploration, grocery shopping, and rhythm-based drumming(RBD), incorporating various psychiatric treatment techniques based on cognitive-behavioral therapy(CBT). To evaluate the usability of this digital therapeutic intervention, a group of experts specialized in counseling psychology participated in the study. The evaluations received highly positive feedback regarding the ability to access the system menu while wearing the HMD, the consistency of terminology used in menus and icons, the usage of actual size for 3D graphic elements, and the support for shortcut key functionality. The assessments also indicated that the games could improve attention, working memory, and impulse control, suggesting potential therapeutic effects for ADHD. This intervention could provide a daily treatment method for families experiencing financial constraints that limit hospital-based therapies, thereby reducing the burden.

In spite of the importance of a fishing industry, neither any terminology defined in details nor academic systems to educate the workers in the fishery were established in the fisheries social education. The fisheries social education was considered to be the practical area around the actual fields. Therefore, on-site education was very important. Accordingly, this study collected and analyzed theoretical basis of a social education and data on the rural adult education and examined the actual status of the fishing industry in Korea and fisheries extension services enterprise and fisheries developmental enterprise corresponding to the actual fisheries social education conducted in Korea. On the basis of these frames, this study summarized the direction for the progress of fisheries social education that has not been studied until now for the purpose of suggesting the future directions of the fisheries social education as follows; The recognition on the importance of fisheries social education and fundamental researches in the fisheries social education should be extended. The practical development of fisheries social education should be realized. Fisheries extension services enterprise should be evolved by fishermen. The abilities of instructors in the fisheries social education should be improved. The academic factors in the fisheries social education should be emphasized. Inter-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary approaches should be adopted. Various programs should be developed for the progress of the fisheries social education. The exclusive department in charge of the fisheries social education should be established. The information system for the fisheries social education should be secured. The industry, academic organizations and the organs should make cooperation. The fisheries social education should be provided by general social education institutions for the progress. The fisheries development should be deployed on the basis of environmental preservation. It is necessary to deploy the new fishing village movement like the Saemaul movement to the fisheries. The administrative and financial supports for the fisheries social education should be expanded. It is essential to cultivate the future fishermen for the international competitiveness.

Concept analysis is a strategy that examines the attributes or characteristics of a concept. It is a formal linguistic exercise to determine those defining attributes. The basic purpose of concept analysis is to clarify ambiguous concepts in theory, and to propose a precise operational definition which reflects the theoretical base of the concept. The concept of maternal role is too broad and variable in expression, therefore there has been no authentic definition nor standard opinion for this concept. The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept of maternal role which in turn will help in the development of a theory of maternal role attainment. In order to analyze the concept of maternal role, much effort was extended to look up "maternal role" in various dictionaries and literature, but only a few cases were found which listed this terminology. Consultation on the meaning of "mother" and "role" separately was then done and consequently a definition of "maternal role" was obtained through concept analysis of these two words independently, finding their attributes and unifying them. The attributes of the concept of maternal role which was analyzed based on the steps of concept analysis by Walker & Avant (1988) are : 1) Women who have pregnancies 2) Women who have a child 3) Women who rear a child 4) Expected behavior according to social status 5) Learning through social cultures 6) Social interrelationships. The antecedents of the maternal role are : 1) women who are pregnant and deliver a baby, must keep in contact with their child. 2) Circumstances for childrearing must be provided. 3) Formation of self-concept as mother should be developed, cognitive activity, which is necessary for the nurturing activity, financial support and preparation of childrearing should be provided. And the consequences of the maternal role are : 1) Improvement 2) Changeability 3) Ambiguity 4) Stability Through this concept analysis, the concept of the maternal role is defined as "expected behavior by social interrelationships and learned nurturing behavior through social cultures."

The concept of "public health care (public health and medical services)" as discussed in South Korea is used in an unclear sense, with a meaning unlike the terminology used worldwide. The terms "public health care (public health and medical services)" and "health care (health and medical services)" have the same legal definition in Korea. Globally, "public health care (public health and medical services)" refers to medical services provided to the public that are operated as publicly funded resources, but in Korea, this term is confined to limited medical services prescribed by the government. The following considerations regarding "public health care (public health and medical services)" in Korea are proposed: All medical services performed by the state, regional governments, health care institutions, or health care workers to protect and promote the health of the people should be clearly established as "public health care (public health and medical services)" by definition. The financial burden borne by the state through national health insurance should be increased to an appropriate level to clarify the state's responsibility. Improving public health is an urgent priority in Korea, and this goal can be achieved by improving regional public health through systematic relationships between the state and regional governments, establishing a Ministry of Health, and efficiently allocating public health doctors who are important for providing regional medical care in rural and remote areas. It will be possible to actively deal with infectious diseases at the national level through establishment of a Ministry of Disease Control and Prevention.
