In 21st Century business world, services are carried out in multifaceted, competitive and rationality manner that are characterized by evolving many factors, which are often unpredictable. On-the-go banking is a product in financial sector. However, it faces serious pitfalls being it riskiness. Bank customers compete for time-saving options. On contrary, PCBs compete for marginalizing its operating costs for enhancing its revenues. On strategic tactics, PCBs targets city customers in multi-facets including offering incentives for enhanced usages of on-the-go banking. Influencing customer's intention, attitude and behavior in banking, PCBs also offers incentive under market system along with often informational asymmetry. However, it causes exploitation. In most cases customers don't read terms & conditions of services. They don't save contract-copy. These weaknesses cause abuses. Customer faces hidden charges, extra fees, account hacked. Addressing the issue, Voluntary Insurance Option is proposed where PCBs will introduce it as a product of bank-services. Transferring risk away from customer will benefit both PCBs and bank-customers. This product can attract new customers who were on the brink using digital banking but just felt it was too risky. This model can facilitate the parties involved for increasing usage of on-the-go banking-services while customers can maintain optimal utility of usages.
CALS/EC is about doing business electronically. It is based on the electronic processing and transmission of data, including text, sound and video. It encompasses many diverse activities including electronic trading of goods and services, online delivery of digital content, electronic fund transfers, electronic share trading, electronic bills of lading, commercial auctions, collaborative design and engineering, online sourcing, public procuremet, direct consumer marketing, and after-sales service. It involves both products(e.g. consumer goods, specialised medical equipment) and services(e.g. information services, financial and legal services); traditional activities(e.g. healthcare, education) and new activities (e.g. virtual malls). CALS/EC will be emerging to replace and substitute the role of the conventional market. By changing and eliminating some processes of the transactions, the electronic market and the electronic commerce will redistribute the power and hence the benefits of the market activities. Traditional way of doing business may enter into the new electronic market because the role and function of trust and established reputation will be reinforced in the electronic market. The CALS/EC through the Internet has been in the spotlight in the shopping behavior of the consumers. Accordingly Corporates are trying to adapt themselves to those rapidly changing environments being affected by the Internet. Among others, particularly to be noted is the CALS/EC between corporations and consumers whose potential growth can be considered very substantial. This report, focusing on the introduction of CALS/EC for the logistics of SMEs, will allow us to prepare more efficiently for the coming 21st Century. It is obvious that CALS/EC is fast becoming the useful way of exchanging not only information but products in business between firm-to-firm and firm-to-customer.

This study investigates how financial resources and entrepreneurial orientation (EO) may influence the performance of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Twenty-seven interviews were conducted and evaluated using the method of GABEK® (A GAnzheitliche BEwältigung von Komplexität - holistic processing of complexity). The research demonstrated that access to financial resources has significantly mediated EO's effect on the SMEs' performance. The study found that financial autonomy, enhanced through both personal financing and availability of external finance sources, plays a central role in supporting the EO dimension of autonomy and enhancing the SMEs' performance. In particular, the other EO dimension of risk-taking is stymied by lack of funds with which to take commercial and market opportunities. However, when an innovation strategy is pursued and adopted, access to finance can be facilitated, either through financial institutions or through other governmental funding programs attracting high potential innovators. Furthermore, financial barriers, difficulties accessing bank financing, and legal issues have a detrimental impact on SMEs' growth. The study has implications for policy-makers in the UAE, specifically in terms of sending a signal for lending institutions to consider strategies that provide access to affordable financial services to satisfy SMEs' needs.

This study aims to analyze the causality relationship between sectoral stock markets (agricultural, financial, industrial, and mining sectors) and economic growth in the short and long term as well as to analyze whether it has similar types or not. The data used is quarterly time-series data (first quarter 2009 to fourth 2019). To determine the causality relationship, this study conducts a variable and multivariate causality test. The results of the varying granger causality test show that there is only a one-way relationship, where the economic growth of the agriculture sector affects its shares. A one-way relationship also occurs in stocks of the industrial sector, which has an influence on economic growth. The multivariate causality test shows that the economic growth of the agricultural sector has a two-way causality relationship, and it also exists between the industrial sector and the financial sector stock markets. The two-way causality relationship between the stock market and sectoral economic growth is a convergence towards long-term equilibrium. The findings of this study suggest that the government through the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange have to maintain stability in the stock market as a supporter of the national economy.
The easy payment service is a payment and remittance service that uses a simple authentication method. As online transactions have increased due to COVID-19, the use of an easy payment service is increasing. At the same time, electronic financial industries such as Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, and Toss are diversifying the competition structure of the easy payment market; meanwhile overseas fintech companies PayPal and Alibaba have a unique market share in their own countries, while competition is intensifying in the domestic easy payment market, as there is no unique market share. In this study, the participants in the easy payment market were classified as electronic financial companies, mobile phone manufacturers, and financial companies, and a SWOT analysis was conducted on the representative services in each industry. The analysis examined the user reviews of Google Play Store via a topic modeling analysis, and it employed positive topics as strengths and negative topics as weaknesses. In addition, topic modeling was conducted by dividing news articles into political, economic, social, and technology (PEST) articles to derive the opportunities and threats to easy payment services. Through this research, we intend to confirm the service capabilities of easy payment companies and propose a service activation strategy that allows gaining the upper hand in the market.

In a recent study, the phenomena of attention being drawn to the media business, particularly over-the-top (OTT) services, was the focus. Particularly, after the Squid Game was broadcast in September 2021, the total number of Netflix users had topped 213.6 million since the company first entered the domestic market. Domestic companies have also introduced OTT services like 'Wave', 'Tving', and 'Watcha Play' to capitalize on this market trend. However, questions persist about how Korea's native OTT providers, both large and small, are being harmed by Netflix's strong financial position and massive content quantity. In order to offer realistic performance metrics, we analyze Coupang Play among domestic OTT service providers after reviewing the business model and management strategy of representative OTT service firms.

The uniqueness of labour as a factor of production is that labour services cannot be separated from the employee. However, since the object of sale is only the services of the employee, not an employee himself, the labour conditions, determined by the labour and collective agreements or other agreements concluded at other levels and within the current legislation, are equally important. Speaking as a subject of labour, a person can realize his or her labour potential by the way of self-employment, that means to act as an independent producer seller of their products. Another way of labour potential realization is hiring, that means offering of the services as a hired employee to the employer, who is the subject of ownership. In this case there is an exchange under the principle: qualification and working time of the worker - for wages and profits. Each enterprise is confronted with a set of goals, among them - economic and social leadership. For their achievement the company uses all the available arsenal of resources - material, land, financial, labour. This indicates the equivalence of all types of resources in achieving the goal. But this is not quite true, because every resource can be included in production only through the activity of labour and people. And this activity depends on the attitude of the company to its employees, the degree of their motivation and stimulation.
