자기치유 물질을 이용한 그라우팅공법의 현장적용성 평가 (Evaluation of field applicability for grouting method using self-healing grout material)

  • 소규모 설비, 시공 용이성 등 다양한 장점으로 인하여 국내의 건설현장에서 광범위하게 사용되고 있는 그라우팅 관련 기술은 과거에 비해서 비약적으로 발전되었지만 품질의 균질성, 장기 내구성 및 환경공해 등의 문제점에 대한 개선 노력은 현재까지도 지속되고 있다. 최근 국내에서는 물유리계 그라우팅 재료가 갖는 낮은 강도와 내구성, 용탈현상 발생 등의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 자기치유 물질을 이용한 그라우팅공법이 개발되었다. 자기치유 물질을 이용한 그라우팅공법은 주입재가 지반 내 물과 반응하여 생성한 결정 성장형 자기치유 물질에 의해서 주입재와 지반이 일체화되기 때문에 지반의 내구성 및 차수성 향상, 용탈방지 및 친환경성 등을 기대할 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 △△터널 및 주변지반을 대상으로 자기치유 물질을 이용한 그라우팅공법의 예비시험 및 현장적용(표준관입시험, 현장투수시험, 공내 전단시험, 공내재하시험, 지시약반응시험 등)을 실시하였고 시공 전·후에 대한 실규모 시공조건에서의 주입범위, 차수 및 지반개량 효과 등을 비교, 분석하였다. 예비시험 및 현장적용 결과를 바탕으로 자기치유 물질을 이용한 그라우팅공법의 현장적용성 및 개량효과는 양호한 것으로 파악되었다.

  • 궤도상부(레일, 체결구, 침목)를 완전하게 잘 지지하기 위해서는 궤도하부(도상, 노반)가 충분한 강도를 가지고 균질한 강성을 가져야 한다. 궤도의 수직지지강성은 궤도하부의 상태(세립분 함량, 함수비)에 크게 영향을 받는다. 따라서 궤도의 수직지지강성을 평가하기 위하여 궤도하부의 상태를 평가하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 궤도하부의 상태를 진단할 수 있는 GPR/PBS/LFWD로 구성된 궤도기초상태평가법을 제안하였다. 제안된 궤도기초 상태평가법의 적용성을 평가하기 위하여 실내 실험 및 현장시험을 수행하였다.

  • In this study, the evaluation for utilization of waste landfill was performed by field test to use waste landfill as construction site(Nangido in Seoul). The site where dynamic compaction test was carried out was divided by 4 yards. Yard 1, 2 were not eliminated widening of cover soil and Yard 3, 4 were eliminated it. Dynamic Compaction Pilot Test was carried out by the 15ton heavy tamper with drop height of 20m in Yard 1, 3 and with drop height of 15m in Yard 2, 4 We evaluated the compaction ability, optimum compaction number and noiseㆍvibration through field test, monitoring. To make use of waste landfill as a construction site, The dynamic compaction method is suitable for using in waste landfill as a construction site among the ground improvement methods.

  • In order to solve problems such as scattered dust, dust and chemicals harmful to the human body, workability in a confined space, quality performance, and the like generated during the field construction of the conventional waterproof sheet construction method, a waterproof sheet is used as a PC formwork, Which is produced by pouring concrete after PC installation, and evaluating the applicability of the development method in comparison with the construction method of polypropylene waterproof sheet construction method and the construction period, safety, quality, construction cost.

  • Pushover analysis is frequently used for evaluation of seismic performance and determination of seismic demand of a building structure in the current structural engineering practice field. However, pushover analysis has a advantage for estimation of seismic demands, which cannot account for the contributions of higher modes to response or for a redistribution of inertia forces because of structural yielding and the associated changes in the vibration properties of the structures. Recently, Chopra and Coel(2001) derived uncoupled inelastic dynamic equation of motion with several assumptions in the pushover analysis. By using this approach, pushover analysis for each mode is carried out and modal pushover analysis method, which can consider higher mode effects of the building, was suggested. The principle objective of this study is to introduced the modal pushover analysis by Chopra et al.(2001) and investigated the applicability and validity of this method for the steel moment frames subjected to various earthquake ground motions.

  • This research was verified detection way of intercept vehicles and performance evaluation after system installation using image detector as detection way of ground installation. By image recognition algorithm was on the trace of moving orbit of violation vehicles for detection way of intercept vehicles. When moving orbit is located special site, utilized geometric image calibration and DC-notch filter. These are cognitive system of license plate by making signal. Then, Bright Evidence Detection and Dark Evidence Detection were applied to after mixing. It is applied to way of Backward tracking for detection way of intercept vehicles. After the field evaluation of developed system, it should be analyzed the more high than recognition rate of minimum standards 80%. It should rise in the estimation of the site applicability is highly from now.

사용후핵연료 연소도 측정을 위한 감마선 검출기의 분광특성 연구 (Spectroscopic Properties of Gamma-ray Detector to Measure the Burnup of Spent Nuclear Fuel)

  • Burnup of spent nuclear fuel should be determined accurately for the safety storage of spent nuclear fuel. In this study, a gamma detection system was developed as a part of basic research to measure the burnup of spent nuclear fuel, and its performance was evaluated using a calibration source. The prototype of the gamma detection system was based on a semiconductor sensor using a CZT (Cadmium Zinc Telluride). For quantitative evaluation, tests were conducted using 137Cs, 134Cs and 252Cf calibration source. In the performance evaluation, Its field applicability was verified by assessing the energy resolution, the detection linearity and the shielding attenuation according to the nuclide.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design an objective and comparable diagnostic system for diagnosing the technology level of military maintenance depots and verify its actual applicability. Methods: Literature Review, Capability Maturity Model Integration, Analytic Hierarchy Process. Results: Military maintenance depot maintenance quality level diagnosis items, Maintenance quality level by maintenance technology area, Guidelines for diagnosing maintenance quality level, Quality level comparison results by area and implications for improvement. Conclusion: In order to systematically evaluate the maintenance quality of military maintenance depots, this study was conducted with the goal of designing an overall maintenance quality diagnosis system, including diagnosis areas, diagnosis items, and a diagnosis score award system, by improving the existing evaluation method. In addition, the newly developed maintenance quality diagnosis system was applied to actual evaluation activities and the results were returned to members, confirming the usefulness of the developed maintenance quality diagnosis system in the field.

철도화물서비스를 위한 Hub-and-spoke 운송전략의 적용과 평가: 유럽 사례를 중심으로 (An Application and Evaluation of Hub-and-spoke Strategy for Rail Freight Service in European Networks)

  • The hub-and-spoke strategy is widely used in the field of transportation. At the field of rail transportation, however, it is difficult that we find an application case of this strategy because of modal characteristics. According to the fast growth of containerization and the development of transshipment technology, presently, the hub-and-spoke strategy is introduced by operators on actual European rail freight transportation. However, it is hardly to find empirical studies evaluating the applicability of transportation strategy. In this context, this study analyzed the applicabilities of hub-and-spoke strategy in the actual network of European rail freight. For the application and evaluation of the characteristics of hub-and-spoke strategy, it utilized a service network design model for rail freight. Utilizing this model, it analyzed the efficiency of furnished rail freight services, the potential locations of hubs, the characteristics of O-D flows by the types of trains and service links, and the types of paths of O-D flows. Finally, it proposed some implications and the further study topics.

해안구조물 기초의 건설을 위해 울산지역에서의 심층혼합공법을 사용한 CMD-SOIL의 적용성 평가 (Evaluation of Applicability of CMD-SOIL using the Deep Mixing Method in Ulsan Area for the Construction of Coastal Structure Foundation)

  • 세계 무역 및 항만 산업 환경이 변화함에 따라 선박의 대형화 및 고속화에 대한 대응 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 부산, 울산 등 광역도시를 중심으로 신항만의 건설이 이루어지고 있다. 일반적으로 신항만 건설은 모래 또는 자갈을 사용한 다짐공법이 적용되고 있다. 하지만 모래 또는 자갈이 부족하고, 단가상승으로 인해 경제성 확보가 어려워 최근에는 단시간에 요구되는 압축강도를 확보할 수 있는 심층혼합공법이 사용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 순환자원을 이용한 CMD-SOIL을 울산지역에 적용하고, 실내 배합시험 및 현장 확인 보링 결과를 분석하여 적용성을 판단하고자 하였다. 시험결과, CMD-SOIL은 설계 배합강도 이상을 나타내었고, 고로슬래그 시멘트와 유사한 성능을 확보할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 현장에서의 확인 보링 결과, 설계 기준강도 이상을 충분히 확보할 수 있어 울산지역에서의 현장 적용성을 고려할 때 CMD-SOIL의 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
