충남 일부지역 성인의 기능성 음료 구매실태 (Actual Purchasing of Functional Beverages for Adults in Chungnam Area)

  • Aim of this study is to investigate the perception and purchasing status of functional beverages for adults in the Chungnam area. In this case, the reasons to buy the functional beverages for men were 'recovery of fatigue (43.1%)', 'quenching thirst (21.6%)', 'health promotion (19.6%)', 'supply of nutrition (15%)', and 'a loss in weight (7%)'. Otherwise the reasons to buy the functional beverage for women showed to be 'recovery of fatigue (28.6%)', 'health promotion (26.4%)', 'quenching thirst (22.1%)', 'supply of nutrition (12.9%)', and 'a loss in weight (10%)', which were significant different between the men and women subjects. The place to buy functional beverages was for singles (46.5%) a store and for married person a supermarket. The purchase of functional beverages was affected by as follows; manufactured date > original granule > nutrition sign > country > price > taste > brand > scent > color and the women are affected more than men. For functional beverages, the men preferred to buy an energy drink and vitamin drink more than the women. After the intake of functional beverages, the men and women recognized the effect on 'recovery of fatigue' and 'a loss of weight/release of a feeling of hunger/improvement of constipation', respectively. Considering the results of the study, it is necessary to clarify the function of functional beverages so that consumers can choose and take the correct functional beverage by themselves. In addition, the nutritional education should be conducted for the intake allowance for the compositions and excessive or inadequate intake of functional beverages.

예비유아교사들의 교재교구 제작 경험 탐색 (Investigating the pre-service early childhood teachers' experience of making teaching materials)

  • 본 연구는 2016년 1학기 유아교과교재 및 연구법 강의를 듣는 B대학교 유아교육과 학생 30명을 대상으로 예비유아교사들의 교재교구 제작 경험을 탐색해봄으로써 예비유아교사들의 교재교구 제작 과정에서 나타나는 다양한 경험과 그 과정에서의 어려움을 파악하고 예비유아교사를 위한 교재교구 제작 교육의 효율적인 방향과 방법을 모색하고자 하였다. 교재교구 제작과정은 탐색단계, 계획단계, 제작단계로 나누어 이루어졌다. 예비유아교사들은 교재교구 제작 탐색단계에서는 누리과정 교사용 지도서, 전공서적, 인터넷 자료 등 다양한 자료와 유치원 참관 경험을 활용하였으며, 계획단계에서는 유아의 흥미 및 수준을 최우선 고려하고, 충분하게 재료를 탐색하며 신중하게 제작방법을 선택하는 것으로 나타났다. 제작단계에서는 재 작업 방지를 위해 탄탄하게 기초작업을 하는가하면, 초기에 넘쳐났던 의욕에 비해 작업이 진행될수록 기본에 충실하려 하였다. 교재교구를 제작하면서 예비유아교사들이 경험하는 어려움으로는 특별함에 대한 부담감, 유아를 많이 경험해보지 못한 상태에서 상상으로 맞추어가는 것에 대한 어려움, 계획대로 안 될 때의 당혹감 그리고 친구와의 비교 안에서 상대적인 박탈감이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이러한 어려움을 통해 꼼꼼한 계획과 철저하게 실행하는 것이 교재교구 제작에서 매우 중요하며, 제작 전과정에서 검토와 점검이 반복되어야 함을 깨달음으로써 효과적인 교재교구 제작을 위한 더 나은 발전방향을 찾아가고 있었다.

노인의 차별경험과 자살생각 간의 관계에 대한 상실감, 우울감의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Sense of Loss and Depression on the Relationship between Discrimination Experiences and Suicidal Ideation of the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 노인차별경험이 자살생각에 미치는 영향과 상실감 및 우울감의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 노인차별경험, 상실감, 우울감이 자살생각으로 이어지는 경로를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 31개 시군구 노인복지관을 대상으로 지역별·유형별 층화표집 방법을 활용하여 노인복지관(10개소) 이용자인 65세 이상 노인 400명 대상으로 1:1 심층면접 조사하여 총 360부를 최종 분석하였다. SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 23.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식과 Bootstrapping의 분석방법을 통해서 검증하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 노인차별경험이 많을수록 자살생각이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 차별경험이 자살생각에 미치는 영향에서 상실감이 부분매개 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 우울감은 노인의 차별경험과 자살생각 간에 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 노인자살을 예방하기 위해 노인차별경험과 상실감 및 우울감이 자살생각으로 연쇄되는 것을 완화할 수 있는 정책적·실천적 제언을 하였다.

우울증(憂鬱症)의 한방적(韓方的) 이해(理解)에 관한 문헌고찰(文獻考察) (A Study on The Oriental-medical Understanding of Depression)

  • According to ICD-10, The typical Depression are characterized by dejected mood, loss of interest and pleasure, feeling of helplessness. Also, other symptoms such as loss of attentiveness and concentration, guilty conscience, pessimistic attitude for the future, sleeping disorder, lack of appetite, thinking of or doing a self-injury or suicidal act may characterize Depression. These Symptoms of Depression are similar to Wool-Zeng(鬱證), Zeon-Zeng(癲證), Her-ro(虛勞), Bul-Sa-Sik(不思食), Tal-Young-Sil-Zeong(脫營失精), Bul-Myeon(不眠), Ki-Myeon(嗜眠) in Oriental Medicine. In general, Depression is classified into Wool-Zeng type and Zeon-Zeng type. The former is similar to the neurotic type of depression, the latter is similar to the psychopathic type of depression. The clear causes of Depression are not known yet. But psychodynamic and biological factors are assumed to cause Depression. Psychodynamic factors may correspond to Chil-Zeong(七情) and biological factors to Tae-Byeong(胎病) and Dam(痰) in Oriental medicine. In Occidental medicine, Depression is treated by psychotherapy and medication. Electrically-induced spasm therapy and phototherapy also used for the treatment of Depression. In Oriental medicine, Depression is treated by more various therapy such as herb medication, acupuncture and moxibustion, oriental psychotherapy and dirigation(Gi-Gong, 氣功). Depression is not easy to cure. When the treatments of Occidental medicine and Oriental medicine are mutually cooperated, more effective medical care might be expected. Therefore, futher study to treat depression by mutually cooperated therapy is necessary.

일 소음작업장 근로자들의 소음에 대한 인식 및 태도, 예방행위에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Knowledge, Attitude and the Preventive Behavior of Noise of Workers Exposed to the Harmful Noise)

  • This study was to investigate knowledge, attitude and the preventive behaviour of noise of workers exposed to harmful noise and to provide primary data for noise-exposed workers' hearing conservation and the prevention of noise induced hearing loss. Method: The subjects were 104 workers who participated voluntarily in the questionnaire. The instrument used in this study was knowledge, attitude and practice on noise-induced hearing loss tool by Rhee & Yi (1996). The data were collected from August to September, 2002 with a self-administered questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 win program for finding frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA. Results: The average age of workers was 35.9 and the current average year of working at the noise place was $5{\sim}$10 years. In the group of previous noise-exposed workers, they showed significant difference in preventive behaviors (t=4.087, p=.048). In the group of current noise-exposed workers, they showed significant difference in recognition and attitude of noise(F=4.707, p=.004). Also, the duration of wearing ear protection equipment(t=2.383, p=.019), the feeling of wearing ear protection equipment(F=3.602, p=.031) and comfortable sense of wearing ear protection (F=3.919, p=.023) was significant in the preventive behaviour of noise. Conclusion: Considering the results above, we can recognize that there are close relations among the knowledge, attitude and the preventive behaviour of noise. Therefore, it is necessary to develop education - programs for noise-exposed workers' better understanding of noise and preventive behaviors

승용차 도어의 개폐 이음 저감을 위한 도어체커 개발 (Development of a Car Door Checker for Reducing Noise in Opening)

  • A door checker holds a car door at several opening angles and limits the maximum door opening, so that the door does not bump against to passengers. Recently, the performance of door checker becomes more important as the feeling of door opening and closing effects on the quality of a car. However, some of door checkers make squealing noise when they are used for ages, which causes consumer's complaints as well as decreasing commercial value of the product. In this study, after various experiments for the noise, we concluded that the major reasons of the noise are acceleration of wearing and loss of lubricant due to impurities in working parts. Therefore, we developed a new mechanism of door checker which can resolve the major reasons of the noise. The developed mechanism is effective to prevent inflow of impurities and loss of lubricant by locating working parts in the case. We also proved that the developed mechanism does not make any noise after the test of 50,000 times of operations.

간호학생이 내린 간호진단 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Classification of Nursing Diagnoses by Student Nurses)

  • This research was done to promote improvement of practical application of nursing diagnoses and to improve the quality of nursing. The subjects of this research were 156 second year students of C junior nursing college who were giving adult patient care. The nursing diagnoses of 312 reports were analyzed using NANDA. In these case reports only nursing diagnoses were considered, of which there were a total of 982. In the data analysis the 9H of the nursing students' nursing diagnoses matched with 105 NANDA nursing diagnoses, Of these, the most frequent diagnoses were pain(165, 17.48%), anxiety(101, 10.70%), alteration in nutrition(83, 8.79%) , sleep disturbance (67, 7.10%), in activity intolerance (67, 7.10%), ineffective breathing pattern(51,5.40%). The etiology for the students' nursing diagnoses were compared with NANDA's nursing diagnoses by frequency. The most frequent etiology for the nursing diagnoses of pain was a biological etiology(50, 31%), for anxiety, situation crisis(58, 57.43%), for alteration in nutrition, indigesion(23, 27.71%), for sleep disturbance, external etiology(25, 37.32%), for activity intolerance, immobile position(22, 32.84%), for ineffective breathing pattern, pain(35, 68.63%), and for ,impaired physical mobility, pain(31, 65.96%). The most frequent etiology for constipation was inadquate digestion of water and cellulose (16, 34.78%), for fluid volume felicity, loss of body fluid (21, 52.50%), for impaired skin integrity, external etilogy(16, 43.24%), for impaired physical mobility, pain(22, 62.86%) , for knowledge deficits, cognition disturbance(9, 27.27%), for ineffective air way clearance, secretion obstruction(14, 48.27%) , for impaired gas exchange, loss of transport ability of blood oxygen(9, 37.50%) , and for powerlessness, therapy environment (5, 22.73%). The number of nursing diagnoses by pattern was exchange(16), moving(6), feeling(4), choosing(4), relating(3), communication(1), perceiving(1), knowing(1), valuing(1).

  • Objectives: The goal of this study was to characterize Suvarna Bhasma Parada Marit by using the Ayurvedic test parameters, physico-chemical tests, and various instrumentation techniques. Methods: Suvarna Bhasma, an Ayurvedic formulation manufactured as per Bharat Bhaishajya Ratnakar 5/8357 (BBR), has been studied using various instrumentation techniques: X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX), laser particle size distribution (PSD) analysis, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), and physico-chemical parameters, such as the loss on drying (LOD), loss on ignition (LOI), and acid insoluble Ash (AIA) were determined. In addition, Ayurvedic tests, such as Rekhapurnatva (enterable in the furrows of the fingers), Varitaratwa (floatable over water), Nirdhoomta (smokeless), Dantagre Kach-Kach (gritty particle feeling between the teeth), were performed. Results: The XRD study showed Suvarna Bhasma to be crystalline in nature and to contain more than 98% gold. The mean size of the gold crystallites was less than 10 microns, and the morphology was globular and irregular. Suvarna Bhasma contains gold as its single and major element, with EDAX and FT-IR spectra showing that it is more than 98% pure gold. The moisture content (LOD) is less than 0.5%, the LOI is less than 2%, and the AIA is not less than 95%. The Ayurvedic tests, as specified above, helped to confirm the quality of Suvarna bhasma prepared as per the text reference (BBR). Conclusion: This chemical characterization of Suvarna Bhasma performed in this study by using modern instrumentation techniques will be helpful in understanding its pharmacological actions and will help in establishing quality protocols and specifications to substantiate the safety, efficacy & quality of Suvarna Bhasma.

노령화에 대한 애도 - 영화 '수상한 그녀'의 정신분석학적 탐색- (Grief about Aging - Psychoanalytic search of the movie 'Miss Granny'-)

  • 본 연구는 영화 '수상한 그녀'에서 노령화에 대한 애도의 과정을 융 복합적으로 분석하였다. 영화의 내용을 반복적으로 탐색하면서 주인공이 노화과정에서 나타난 노년의 상실감을 애도의 과정으로 해석하면서 정신분석학적으로 탐색하였다. 즉 노화 과정을 인생의 재해석 과정과 향후 삶에 대한 발달적 태도 변화를 애도의 심리세계로 정신분석학적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과의 애도과정은 '상실과 결핍' ${\rightarrow}$ '도피와 퇴행' ${\rightarrow}$ '탈동일시와 탈집중' ${\rightarrow}$ '새로운 현실 적응'으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과에 의하여 상담자는 내담자의 애도작업이 원만하게 이루어지도록 심리적 애도환경 조성에 주력해야 할 뿐 아니라, 내담자의 애도능력 향상을 위한 복합적 상담기법을 구사할 수 있어야 함을 제언하였다.

양파분말 첨가가 식빵의 품질특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Onion Powder Addition on the Quality of White Bread)

  • Physicochemical properties of dough and bread supplemented with onion (Allium cepa L.) powder were investigated. Farinographic characteristics of dough showed that addition of onion by 2% and 4% increased water absorption, however, as the onion added more the water absorption decreased. Addition of 2% onion delayed time for development of dough a little, while more than 4% onion shortened the development time significant1y. A reduction in stability and an Increase in weakness of dough were observed by addition of onion. Addition of onion powder resulted in a reduction of extendibility and an increase in resistance to extension of dough as measured by extensograph. Amylographic analysis showed that addition of onion increased gelatinization temperature and decreased maximum viscosity. Moisture content, baking loss, height and volume of bread tended to decrease with the addition of onion powder. Lightness of bread crust and crumb decreased as the onion powder added more, while redness and yellowness increased. Bread tilth onion powder had mode free amino acid. especially, Arginine. aspartic acid, glutamic acid and alanine, than control. The addition of onion hardness of bread increased, but springiness decreased as the onion added more. Sensory evaluation of bread indicated that addition of 2% and 4% onion powder enhanced springiness, mouth feeling, appearance, hardness, moistness and overall acceptability.
