간호 시뮬레이션 교육에서의 심리적 안전(psychological safety)에 관한 개념분석 (Psychological Safety in Nursing Simulation Education: A Concept Analysis)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호 시뮬레이션 교육에 있어 심리적 안전 개념의 명확한 속성을 규명하고 파악하여 다양한 시뮬레이션 교육에서 간호학생의 심리적 안전을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육환경 조성에 기여하고자 함이다. Walker와 Avant (2010)의 개념분석 단계를 사용하여 15개의 심리적 안전과 관련된 문헌을 선정하여 분석하였다. 간호 시뮬레이션 교육에서 심리적 안전의 속성으로는 다음 4가지가 도출되었다: 1) 편안한 느낌이나 상태; 2) 두려움 없이 행동할 수 있는 상태; 3) 조직에 대하여 신뢰할 수 있는 느낌; 그리고 4) 자신에게 무해하다는 느낌. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 선행요인, 속성, 결과 등을 고려하여 심리적 안전을 보장하도록 하는 학습환경을 조성한다면 시뮬레이션 교육의 학습효과를 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Visual Tactile Attributes in Online Product Presentations for Improving Purchase Intention

  • Online shopping is increasing worldwide. Providing customers actual feeling of the product is essential in online shopping. Various technological aids can be used to support visual feeling. When delivering visual tangibility, it is important to study which attributes are significant in product presentations that best portray the actual tactileness. In this perspective, we suggest 'visual tactility' (VT) as a parameter for delivering tangibility in visual presentation. By measuring visual tactility in different product types, latent factors of visual tactility were identified and their influence on purchase intention was determined in this study. We defined material properties of touch such as surface texture, hardness, temperature, and weight as Visual Tactility (VT), the influential factor of tactility. We investigated the influence of VT on product purchase intention and analyzed tactileness within four online product presentations: single static picture, multi static pictures, zoom, and video. Our purpose was to investigate underlying effects of visual tactile attributes on touch and determine their influences according to online product presentation formats. Our results showed that visual tactility positively affected purchase intention and that each attribute differed in importance according to product type. Moreover, this study revealed a strong relation between online product presentation and VT attributes. These results provide a guide when selecting which presentation is optimal for delivering a product's tactility in online shopping situation.

  • To interpret the perception that originates from tactile sensibility during people touch and recognize the object surfaces, this study focuses on the development of a friction model that can describe the interaction of a stylus pen sliding over the counter surfaces. In addition, the study includes several other experimental factors such as the pressure, temperature, and topology of surface, which can have an effect on the emotional user experience concerning various surfaces; this research aims to suggest a method to quantitatively evaluate the relation between these experimental parameters and emotional user experience. Accordingly, the objective of research comprises the friction characteristic technology for measurement of fine tribological behavior and a standard to quantify the emotional feedback. Existing panels or input devices that provide interaction feedback about user actions simply operate with a single frequency vibration or sound response. On the contrary, this research investigates various interaction characteristics including friction force, frequency, and surface topology synthetically. Using the developed model, which can explain the relation between the friction parameters and emotional user experience, developers can design their product in order to provide the user with expected emotional sensibility. Consequently, it can contribute to reduce the development cost about sensitivity model.

노인의 소속감, 무력감과 영양 상태와의 관계 (Relationship between Sense of Belonging, Powerlessness and Nutritional status of Elderly People)

  • This study was performed to analyze health problems in older adults in a comprehensive manner, including usual living habits, nutritional status, and society psychological factors. Research was conducted by a structured questionnaire by interviews with a test group of 316 people over the age of 65 from April 2012 to August 2012. Elderly people's dietary intake was assessed using NSI (Nutrition Screening Initiative) by the 24-hour retrospective method, and elderly people's feeling of helplessness and sense of belonging were assessed using the measuring device. Material analysis, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS. Elderly people with increased age showed higher chances of being in the high-risk and undernourished group. Elderly with high NSI showed low intake of fat, protein, fibrin, vitamin C, E, $B_1$, $B_2$, Niacin, K, Fe, Zn, and Cu than those with low NSI. Findings from this comparative analysis indicate that elderly with better nutritional status showed a lower feeling of helplessness than those with poor nutritional status. Overall, elderly people consumed a b road variety of foods, and social emotional stability of elderly people increased at optimal dietary levels.

홑겹 속옷 디자인 개발 (The development of unlined underwear design)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction for the development of unlined underwear design. A style for unlined underwear can take strong points and compensate for weak points by using the characteristics of wire brassieres and bralettes. As a method for research, we based our study on literature and data such as previous studies, professional books, internet articles, and fashion magazines. As a result of analyzing the brassiere's status in lines like 'FOREVER 21' and 'VICTORIA'S SECRET', we determined that 'FOREVER 21' reflects the trend of unlined style underwear, and 'VICTORIA'S SECRET' has both unlined and wire brassieres to make breast correction. In the case of unlined style brassieres, a wire is put in order to gather the chest for compromising comfort and correction. In order to express the possibility of expressing various feelings even in unlined style, Design 1 lets everyone know that unlined underwear can be very comfortable as a daily, not used only occasionally for events. Design 2 demonstrates that besides the artificial feeling of using the strap for a special day or event, it can be expressed naturally by using the lace as it is. Design 3 expresses the luxurious and sexy, rather than the low-grade decadent sexy, by using the feeling of the single layer lace and the pearl decoration for wedding and honeymoon.

비정규직 방문간호사의 직무불안정성이 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Non-Regular Visiting Nurses' Job Insecurity on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the job insecurity, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of non-regular visiting nurses working at public health centers, and evaluate the effects of job insecurity on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Methods: This study was a descriptive survey study. One hundred forty-three visiting nurses, who were non-regular hired by 16 public health centers in B city, were selected using a convenient sampling method. Results: The results were analyzed using SPSS/Win 21.0. A feeling of helplessness (among job insecurity factors) and retention intention significantly affected the job satisfaction of non-regular visiting nurses, and their explanation power was 20%. Retention intention, a feeling of helplessness, and age significantly influenced the organizational commitment, and their explanation power was 26%. Conclusion: Therefore, it would be necessary to stabilize the employment type, provide appropriate promotion and compensation for nurses according to their work performance, and reduce the number of non-regular employees to increase the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of non-regular visiting nurses.

한류콘텐츠의 인기 요인, 소비 경로 및 효과에 관한 연구:인도네시아 시장을 중심으로 (A Study on the Popular Factors, Consumption Paths and Effects of Korean Wave Contents: Focused on the Indonesian Market)

  • 본 연구는 한국 드라마, 음악, 영화 등 한류콘텐츠를 중심으로 인도네시아 시장 진출을 위한 방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 인도네시아 현지인들이 한류콘텐츠를 좋아하는 이유, 소비 경로, 한류콘텐츠에 대한 호감도와 그 효과에 대해서 실증적으로 알아보았다. 연구결과, 한류콘텐츠의 인기 이유는 콘텐츠 자체의 품질과 해당 콘텐츠의 인적 매력도 등으로 확인되었다. 그리고 소비경로는 주로 TV를 통해 이루어졌으며, 한류콘텐츠의 호감도는 한국에 대한 호감도 및 한국에 대한 방문의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

외국인 노동자에 대한 한국인 노동자의 태도 (Attitudes of Korean Workers towards Foreign Workers)

  • 이 연구는 외국인 노동자에 대한 한국인 노동자의 태도와 이러한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고자 한다. 자료는 외국인 노동자를 고용하고 있는 서울 및 경인지역 기업의 한국인 노동자 500명을 대상으로 한 서베이에서 수집되었다. 연구결과, 한국인 노동자 가운데 외국인 노동자에게 자기들과 같은 노동권을 주고 이들의 가족을 한국에 데리고 올 수 있도록 허용하는 것에 대해서는 과반수 약간 넘는 인원이 동의하는 데 비해 외국인 노동자에게 영주권이나 시민권을 주는 것에 대해서는 과반수 약간 못 미치는 인원이 동의했다. 외국인 노동자에 대한 태도는 다문화주의, 외국인 노동자와 같이 일한 기간, 학력이 증가함에 따라 그리고 외국인 노동자에 대해 느끼는 위협감이 감소함에 따라 보다 호의적이 되는 경향이 있다.

미국'남부문학'은 현존하는가?-『머쉰 드림』에 나타난 미완성의 기억과 기억의 물질성 (Is "Southern Literature" Alive?: Machine Dream's Incomplete Memories and Their Materiality)

  • Keeping in mind the hybridity and plurality of Southern Literature, this paper discusses the traits of Southern literature in Jayne Ann Phillips's first novel, Machine Dream. The novel's frequent use of memory and oral reconstruction of a family history accompanied by the feeling of loss in the process of depicting the South's past typically signifies "The Southern" which reminds us of the works of William Faulkner, Katherine Ann Porter, and Eudora Welty. Nevertheless, Phillips's South is more fragmented and her narrative is more evasive and varied than any of her Southern predecessors. The South of the twentieth century from the period of Depression until 1972 is reconstructed differently depending on memories and desires of the four members of Hampson family in this novel, either as a place of nostalgia or as the place of trauma or as the place to survive only in memory. The oxymoronic title of the novel, "machine dreams" signifies that dream and memory of the South cannot remain independent in its epistemological entity but exist as a mixture of materiality of every day life in the modern South. The hybridity of this dream and of the South is what defines itself as Southern. Yet Phillips retains feeling of loss and lament enough to create a modern Southern novel rooted in Southern Literature. Thus, the title itself works an antinomic signifier of both the presence and absence of the dream of the South and of Southern Literature.

How Consumers Spend and Distribute Money Tainted by Anger

  • Purpose: Anger has become one of the dominantly experienced emotions in recent years, particularly under the COVID-19 pandemic. Considering the critical role that anger plays in consumers' lives, the present research examines how feeling angry about money influences consumers' spending and money distribution decisions. Research design and methodology. Three experiments were conducted using different emotion induction methods (i.e., dictator game, autobiographical recall, and scenario). Results. Feeling angry about money decreased pro-social spending (i.e., less money distribution to the others), but it did not affect virtuous or utilitarian spending for the self-unlike past finding on negative feelings that increased utilitarian spending. Furthermore, whereas anger-tainted money decreased pro-social spending of that money, guilt-tainted money increased pro-social spending. However, the effects of guilt versus anger were not completely symmetrical. The antagonistic effect of anger was diffusive across spending on distant and close others, whereas the pro-social effect of guilt was limited to distant others. Conclusions: These findings help policy makers and financial institutions forecast how money will be distributed or circulated when it is likely to be dampened by anger under the pandemic. They also highlight the importance of examining the effects of discrete emotions (e.g., anger vs. guilt) beyond valence.
