We investigated the activity and stability of alcohol oxidase from Hansenula sp., Pichia pastoris, and Candida boidinii under the electric stimulation. The activity and stability of alcohol oxidase depended on electric output voltage, electric stimulation time. This inactivation of the enzyme under electric stimulation could be recovered by stabilizing additives such as sugars, surfactants and hydrogels. These alcohol oxidase was more stable in trehalose, Triton X-100, Brji solution and alcohol oxidase from Hansenula is more stable than that from P. pastoris, and C. boidinii. The stabilizing of enzymes against electric stimulation showed a great potential use of enzymes in biotechnology and medical engineering fields.
The silicide formation mechanisms of Co/Hf and Co/Nb bilayer on (100) Si have been investigated. We ob-served that crystallographic orientationso f the 500$^{\circ}C$ formed cobalt silcides were different each other with the varying intermediate layers. Epitaxial and non-epitaxial CoSi2 formed simultaneously in Co/Hf/(100Si. While only non-epitaxial CoSi2 formed in Co/Nb/(100) Si. The reason why the crystallographic orientation of CpSi2 is different for those two systems seemed to be relate to the formation and decomposition of stable reaction barriers at high temperature. The stable reaction barrier formed at high temperature could control the uniform diffusion of Co atoms which enables epitaxial growth of CoSi2.

In the present experimental study, the flow behavior in a semi-closed two-phase natural circulation loop was examined. Water was used as the working fluid. Heat flux, heater-inlet subcooling, and flow restrictions at the heater-inlet and at the expansion-tank-line were taken as the controlling parameters Six circulation modes were identified by changing heat flux and inlet subcooling conditions ; single-phase continuous circulation, periodic circulation (A), two-phase continuous circulation, and periodic circulations (B), (C), and (D). Among these, the single-phase and two-phase continuous-circulation modes exhibit no significant oscillations and are considered to be stable. Periodic circulation (A) is characterized by the large amplitude two-phase f10w oscillations with the temporal single-phase circulation between them, while periodic circulation (B) featured by the flow oscillations with continuous boiling inside the heater section. Periodic circulation (C) appears to be the manometric oscillation with continuous boiling. Periodic circulation (D) has the longer period than periodic circulation (B) and a substantial amount of liquid flow back and forth through the expansion-tank-line periodically ; this mode is considered the pressure drop oscillation. Parametric study shows that the increases of the inlet- and expansion-tank-line- restrictions and the decrease of inlet subcooling broaden the range of the stable two-phase(continuous circulation) mode.

The static friction coefficients of 4 samples against each different temperatures were similar values. Compared against RT, at $80^{\circ}C$ the static friction coefficients decreased from 0.130 to 0.116 that was equal from 88% to 90% of the static friction coefficients respectively. Otherwise the dynamic friction coefficients compared against RT, decreased from 0.138 to 0.088 which was from 71% to 77.5% respectively at $80^{\circ}C$. The noise characteristics were judged by s/d value. And when the s/d value was limited less than 0.8, noise concerns were released. At 3000 engaging cycles the static friction and the dynamic friction coefficient were 0.137 and 0.073 respectively. When plate pressure rose up to $195kg_f/cm^2$, the static friction coefficient decreased from 0.137 to 0.125 but this decreasing could be considered as stable. When speed rose up to 2200rpm, the static friction coefficient decrease from 0.14 to 0.13 but this decreasing could be considered as stable. At 3000 engaging cycles the amount of worn out was 0.04 : the thickness of disc was decrease from 4.72mm to 4.68mm. But regarding the normal operation condition, further more worn-out could not be expected. Therefore concerning worn-out, the basic oil could be considered as appropriate.
The discrete structure of substituted 9-benzonorbornenyl cation 3a and 3c was studied using the empirical ${\Delta}$J equation which was developed by Kelly and coworker$^5$. The ${\Delta}$J values of substituted 9-benzonorbornenyl cations were obtained from p-methyl-6,7-dimethyl benzonorbornen-9-yl (3a) and 9-methyl-6,7-dimethyl benzonorbonen-9-yl (3c) cations under stable ion conditions, and were compared with those of the corresponding ketone analog; these cations were generated by dissolving the corresponding carbinols in superacid at -120$^{\circ}$C and the nmr spectra taken at -60$^{\circ}$C~-90$^{\circ}$C. The ${\Delta}$J values are 8.7 Hz for the bridgehead carbons in cation 3c and 3.1 Hz for cation 3b. The ${\Delta}$J values at C5,8 in fused benzene ring are 14.3 Hz for cation 3c and 8.7 Hz for cation 3a. The excellent correlation of the ${\Delta}$J values with 1$^9F$ chemical shifts of p-fluorophenyl-6,7-dimethylbenzonorbornenyl cation (3d) indicate that ${\Delta}$J value is a reliable probe to charge density at adjacent cationic carbon. These NMR parameters strongly support that the symmetrically ${\pi}$-bridged nonclassical structure (type 2) of substituted 9-benzonorbornenyl cations in stable ion conditions.

We compared two typical ensemble time scale algorithms; AT1 and Kalman filter. Four commercial atomic clocks composed of two hydrogen masers and two cesium atomic clocks provided measurement data to the algorithms. The allocation of relative weights to the clocks is important to generate a stable ensemble time. A 30 day-average-weight model, which was obtained from the average Allan variance of each clock, was applied to the AT1 algorithm. For the reduced Kalman filter (Kred) algorithm, we gave the same weights to the two hydrogen masers. We also compared the frequency stabilities of the outcome from the algorithms when the frequency offsets and/or the frequency drift offsets estimated by the algorithms were corrected or not corrected by the KRISS-made primary frequency standard, KRISS-F1. We found that the Kred algorithm is more effective to generate a stable ensemble time scale in the long-term, and the algorithm also generates much enhanced short-term stability when the frequency offset is used for the calculation of the Allan deviation instead of the phase offset.

The biological nutrient treatment is formed with repetition and rearrangement of anaerobic, anoxic and oxic tank. In this case, VFAs is generated in the anaerobic tank and the anoxic tank. The VFAs is an important factor for removal of nitrogen and phosphate and SVI. So, in this study I investigated to find a relationship among the generation rate of the VFAs according to the change of F/M ratio and the characteristic which can eliminate organic matter and nitrogen according to the change of residual concentration of the VFAs and the efficiency of the process and also SVI in wastewater treatment. $A^2/O$ process was used for wastewater treatment. F/M ratio was under the control of the change of MLSS concentration. When the F/M ratio was changed from 0.16 to 0.08 kg-BOD/kg-MLSS/day, the VFAs's production volume increased based on the reduction of F/M ratio in batch reaction. And the residual concentration of the VFAs decreased at first and then increased later. SVI and SS were high when F/M ratio was $0.16kg/kg{\cdot}d$ and showed stable status when F/M ratio decreased $0.11{\sim}0.13kg/kg{\cdot}d$. However, SVI and SS continuously increased with decrease of F/M ratio and were high at $0.08kg/kg{\cdot}d$. In the result of comparison between residual concentration of the VFAs and denitrification rate in anoxic tank, the less residual volume of the VFAs was in anoxic tank, the higher denitrification ratio became. The optimal residual-concentration of the VFAs considering SVI and removal efficiency of nitrogenwas $1.4{\sim}2.2mg/L$. At that time F/M ratio was $0.11{\sim}0.13$ kg-BOD/kg-MLSS/day.
In a customer-based industry, customer retention is the competitiveness of a company, and improving customer retention improves the competitiveness of the company. Therefore, accurate prediction and management of potential dormant customers is paramount to increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. In particular, there are numerous competitors in the domestic card industry, and the government is introducing an automatic closing system for dormant card management. As a result of these social changes, the card industry must focus on better predicting and managing potential dormant cards, and better predicting dormant customers is emerging as an important challenge. In this study, the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) methodology was used to predict potential dormant customers in the card industry, and in particular, Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) was used to efficiently learn data for a long time. In addition, to redefine the variables needed to predict dormant customers in the card industry, Unified Theory of Technology (UTAUT), an integrated technology acceptance theory, was applied to redefine and group the variables used in the model. As a result, stable model accuracy and F-1 score were obtained, and Hit-Ratio proved that models using LSTM can produce stable results compared to other algorithms. It was also found that there was no moderating effect of demographic information that could occur in UTAUT, which was pointed out in previous studies. Therefore, among variable selection models using UTAUT, dormant customer prediction models using LSTM are proven to have non-biased stable results. This study revealed that there may be academic contributions to the prediction of dormant customers using LSTM algorithms that can learn well from previously untried time series data. In addition, it is a good example to show that it is possible to respond to customers who are preemptively dormant in terms of customer management because it is predicted at a time difference with the actual dormant capture, and it is expected to contribute greatly to the industry.
N,N'-(bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-tetracarboxylic)-bis-L-amino acids 3a-g were synthesized by the condensation reaction of bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic dianhydride 1 with two equimolars of Lalanine 2a, L-valine 2b, L-leucine 2c, L-isoleucine 2d, L-phenyl alanine 2e, L-2-aminobutyric acid 2f and L-histidine 2g in an acetic acid solution. Seven new poly(amide-imide)s PAIs 5a-g were synthesized through the direct polycondensation reaction of seven chiral N,N'-(bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-tetracarboxylic)-bis-L-amino acids 3a-g with bis(3-amino phenyl) phenyl phosphine oxide 4 by two different methods: direct polycondensation in a medium consisting of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP)/triphenyl phosphite (TPP)/calcium chloride ($CaCl_2$/pyridine (py), and direct polycondensation in a tosyl chloride (TsCl)/pyridine (py)/N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) system. The polymerization reaction produced a series of flame-retardant and thermally stable poly(amide-imide)s 5a-g with high yield. The resulted polymers were fully characterized by FTIR, $^1H$ NMR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, inherent viscosity, specific rotation and solubility tests. Data obtained by thermal analysis (TGA and DTG) revealed that the good thermal stability of these polymers. These polymers can be potentially utilized in flame retardant thermoplastic materials.
The pBT-L transgenic mice carrying human TPO gene in conjunction with bovine $\beta$-casein promoter express human TPO in milk during lactation. In this study, stability of germ line transmission and expression of pBT-L transgene integrated into host chromosome were monitored up to generation F10 of transgenic pBT-L/15 line. When male mouse of generation F8 was crossbred with normal females, approximately half of offsprings (51.3$\pm$18.98%) were identified as transgenic mice. Generation F9 and F 10 mice also showed similar transmission rates (43.8$\pm$18.98% and 71.4$\pm$26.98%, respectively), implying that pBT-L transgene can be transmitted stably up to long term generation in the transgenic mice. Expression levels of human TPO from milk of generation F9 and F10 mice were 1.1$\pm$0.33 mg/ml and 1.1 $\pm$0.45 mg/ml, respectively, which are similar to expression level of generation F2 mice. In conclusion, our results suggest that transgenic animals once established will continuously pass their transgenes to the progeny through the breeding program with the same productivity of human protein in their milk.
