보조 외부 증발기를 이용한 히트펌프 건조기 성능 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Improvement of a Heat Pump Dryer with an Extra Evaporator Outside)

  • A heat pump dryer for the frozen food needs to preheat the air to a certain temperature where condensation can efficiently occur. In this study, an analysis of a heat pump dryer performance with operating conditions, an analysis of supplying heat with internal and external evaporators and a warm-up experiment with the evaporators have been performed. The results showed that the external evaporator can significantly accelerate the warm-up time of the dryer, so that it can reduce power consumption greatly. The use of the external evaporator is more efficient for higher ambient temperature. In addition, it was found that COP decreases and the range of evaporating pressure for the evaporator becomes narrower as the condensing temperature of the condenser increases.

  • 극저온 물질의 저장용기가 외부로부터 일정한 열유속을 받을 때 저장용기내의 압력상승을 해석하였다. 저장용기는 원통형 축대칭이고 윗벽과 아래벽은 단열되었으며 열유속은 옆벽에서 받는다. 유한차분법을 이용하여 저장용기내의 자연대류현상을 해석하였으며, 대상물질로는 산소, 수소 및 질소를 대상으로 하였다. 액체는 비압축성 유체, 기체는 virial 상태방정식을 만족하는 것으로 가정하였다. 기체의 2차 virial 계수는 Lennard-Jones 모형으로부터 구했다. 저장용기내의 압력상승에 미치는 주요한 인자는 외부열유속과 저장용기벽의 열용량 그리고 기체의 초기 부피비였으며, 이들중 가장 중요한 변수는 외부열유속이었다. 산소에 대해 기체를 이상기체를 가정했을 때와 virial 상태방정식을 만족하는 기체로 가정했을 때의 압력차이를 비교했다.

실내·외 블라인드의 Slat 반사율에 따라 창호 일사투과량 및 그에 따른 벽체 대류열획득량 분석 (A Study on Change in Window Transmitted Solar and the Resultant Wall Surface Convective Heat Gain with Regard to Slat Reflectance of External and Internal Blinds)

  • Nowadays, to make buildings light weight and aesthetically pleasing, curtain wall structure are commonly used. Therefore, window to wall ratio is increasing, which has caused cooling and heating load in crease in buildings as well. This phenomenon has negative impact from energy point of view. This paper analyzes window and wall convective heat gain when the slat reflectance of external and internal blinds are changed for the better understanding of the fundamentals behind the phenomena. It was observed that, if slat reflectance is increased, window transmitted solar increases and convection heat rate is clearly affected. Among six surfaces including four walls, ceiling and floor, maximum convection heat rate occurs on the south wall in summer. On the other hand, ceiling and floor showed the lowest convection heat gain, since they are shared by adjacent floors.

날아가는 섬광탄이 연료탱크 수평핀에 미치는 복사열전달 연구 (An Investigation of Radiation Heat Transfer on The Horizontal Fin of An External Fuel Tank by Flame of a Flying Flare)

  • In this paper, the effect of unsteady radiation on the horizontal fin of an external fuel tank by flame of a flying flare was analysed to see the temperature increase of the fin and the thermal impact on the fin. Radiation between two surfaces was calculated using the concept of radiation resistance of surface and space including radiation, irradiation and shape factor for two flying trajectories of a flare, maximum temperature of 2200 K, emissivity of 0.95, flying velocity of 30 m/s, and thermal surface area of $0.01m^2$. The result shows that the temperature increase of the fin is 0.236 K, and the thermal effect on the fin is ignorable. And it was found that temperature is increased a little because small amount of heat energy can be radiated due to the short exposure time to the heat source.

ESS 리튬배터리의 과충전 및 외부수열에 따른 화재위험성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Fire Risks Due to Overcharge and External Heat of ESS Lithium Battery)

  • 본 논문은 ESS 리튬배터리의 과충전 및 외부수열에 따른 화재위험성에 관한 실험적 연구이다. 과충전 실험결과 벤트 발생 후 가연성 가스 및 연기가 서서히 증가되다 착화가 발생했고, 충전된 에너지가 한순간에 급격히 방출되면서 화염분출 및 불티를 동반한 폭발적인 연소형태가 나타났다. 반면, 외부수열 실험결과 벤트 발생 후 엄청난 양의 가연성 가스 및 연기가 다량 배출되다 착화되어, 방출된 에너지로 인해 충전된 에너지양 자체가 급격히 감소되어 화염발생 후 과충전과 비교했을 때 소극적인 연소형태가 나타났다. 소손특성 분석결과 육안 및 X-ray 검사를 통해 과충전과 외부수열(외부화염)의 차이점을 찾을 수 있었다. 즉, 과충전의 경우 내부 극판이 완전히 파괴되어 부서지고, 극판에서 천공이 관찰되었으나, 외부수열의 경우 내부 전극판의 소손정도가 심하지 않고 형태를 유지하고 있었다.

보조용기의 열전달특성이 공기스프링의 성능에 미치는 영향 (Effectiveness of a Heat Transfer Characteristics of an Auxiliary Chamber for Performance of an Air Spring)

  • The air spring is used widely because of the easy change of spring constant, and, a superior vibration and shock insulation performance. Among the apparatus using the merits of that, the air spring connected an auxiliary chamber has been developed and used as a component of suspension system for an automobile and a railroad car. The purpose of this study is to suggest a design method reflecting heat transfer effect for an air spring system connected auxiliary chamber. In order to do so, this study investigates change of reaction force along with variations in heat transfer coefficient, and, analyzes an effectiveness of a heat transfer characteristics of an auxiliary chamber for external force attenuation characteristics and impedance characteristics of an air spring connected an auxiliary chamber.

액화가스용 기화기의 외측 열전달에 대한 수치해석 연구 (A Numerical Study on Heat Transfer of External Surface of Ambient Evaporators)

  • In this paper, natural convection around the ambient evaporator was numerically studied using commercial computational fluid dynamics software. From the simulations, temperature and velocity fields around the evaporator were found as a function of evaporator size and liquefied gas flow rate. The heat transfer coefficient at the external surface of the evaporator was also calculated from the simulation results. In order to give the heat transfer coefficient for various conditions, correlation between Rayleigh number and Nusselt number was proposed.

  • It has been known that the nosebleeding is a king hemorrhage occured to be damaged yang-rak (陽略) & lung. the results obtained were as follows; 1. The cause of nosebleeding were divided internal external, these were lung-heat(肺實熱), wind-heat(風熱), dry-heat(煥熱), wind-cold(風寒), summer-heat(暑熱), and those were transporting of Liver-fire(肝火犯肺), Liver-kidney-fire(肝腎陰虛熱傷肺), Stomach-fire(胃火熾盛), Heart-fire(心火千肺). 2. The treatment of external ; Chungpaesulyul(淸肺泄熱), Yanghyuljihyul(凉血止血), Sanpungchungyul(散風淸熱), Jaeumchungjo(滋陰淸煥). 3. The treatment of internal ; Chungkansahwa(淸肝瀉火), Yanghuljihyul(凉血止血), Jayumganghwa(滋陰降火), Chunguysahwa(淸胃瀉火). The cause of nosebleeding was almost heat (fire), and the treatment were Sanpyo(散表) & Chungri(淸裏).

외부 열적 환경 변화에 따른 압전작동기 제어성능 열화 고찰 (Control Performance Investigation of Piezoelectric Actuators under Variation of External Heat Environment)

  • This paper proposes experimental results for control performance deterioration of a piezoelectric actuator under high temperature conditions due to external heat environment. In this work, a heat environment from 30 ℃ to 190 ℃ is established by a heat chamber which is capable of high temperature of heat environment. Inside the heat chamber, an experimental apparatus consisting of the stack type of piezoelectric actuator, laser sensor, gap sensor and temperature sensor is established. After evaluating temperature dependent blocking force, displacement and time response of a piezoelectric actuator inside the heat chamber, tracking control performances are evaluated under various temperature conditions via proportional-integral-derivative(PID) feedback controller. The desired position trajectory has a sinusoidal wave form with a fixed frequency. Control performances are experimentally evaluated at both room temperature and high temperature and presented in time domain.

기후변화 대응 건축물 기화냉각시스템 적용에 따른 외부 열환경 변화 연구 (Changes in the External Heat Environment of Building Evaporative Cooling Systems in Response to Climate Change)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in the external thermal environment, following the application of evaporative cooling systems in buildings, in response to climate change. In order to verify changes in the external thermal environment, a T-test was performed on the microclimate, Thermal Comfort Index (TCI), and building surface temperature. Differences in microclimate, following the application of the evaporative cooling system in the building, were significant in terms of temperature and relative humidity. In particular, temperature decreased by more than 7% when the evaporative cooling system was applied. According to the results of the Thermal Comfort Index analysis, the Wet-Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) was below the limit of outdoor activities, indicating that outdoor activities were possible. The Universal Thermal Climate Index (UTCI) values were within the very strong heat stress range when the evaporative cooling system was not applied, When the system was applied, the UTCI values were within the strong heat stress range, indicating that they were lowered by one level. The building surface temperature decreased by ~10% or more when the evaporative cooling system was applied, compared to when it was not applied. Finally, the outside surface temperature of the building decreased by ~12% or more when the system was applied, compared to when it was not applied. We conclude that the energy saving effect of the building was significant.
