국내 벤처기업의 성장단계별 외부자원 활용이 기술혁신 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Utilization of External Resources on the Technological Innovation Performance Along the Stages of Growth in Korean Ventures)

  • 본 연구는 2008년 벤처기업정밀실태조사 자료를 활용하여 벤처기업의 외부자원 활용, 특히 외부협력 네트워크 활용, 정부정책자금 활용과 벤처캐피탈 자금 활용이 기술혁신 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 분석하였으며, 나아가 외부자원 활용이 기술혁신 성과에 미치는 효과가 성장단계에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지도 함께 분석하였다. 분석 결과 외부자원 활용과 관련된 모든 변수 즉, 외부협력 네트워크 활용, 정부정책자금 활용, 벤처캐피탈 자금 활용은 기술혁신 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 벤처기업의 성장단계에 따른 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 다만 추가 분석에서 기술혁신 성과에 미치는 영향이 외부자원 활용의 유형에 따라 성장단계 별로 차이가 있다는 것을 발견하였다.

국회 외부관계 기능의 다큐멘테이션 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Documentation Stretagy of External Relations of National Assembly)

  • 기록관리의 가장 중요한 목표는 기록을 생산한 기관의 행정상의 책임과 기관의 역사를 다큐멘테이션 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해서 각 기관은 그 기관에서 다큐멘테이션 되어야 할 현상 및 증거의 종류와 가치를 결정하기 위한 계획의 입안, 즉 다큐멘테이션 전략을 수립할 필요가 있다. 이 글은 국회를 둘러싼 외부적 요소들과의 관계(외부관계)의 다큐멘테이션에 초점을 두고 그 필요성과 전략을 제시하려는 글이다. 문헌연구를 통해 의회의 외부관계 기능 및 그 기능과 관련된 주요 출처들을 도출하였고 그 출처에서 어떤 기록이 생산되는지 미국의 사례를 조사하고 한국 국회의 현황을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 기초로 하여 국회 외부관계 도큐멘테이션 전략으로서 다큐멘테이션 프로그램의 법규화, 수집정책, 다큐멘테이션을 위한 안내 및 홍보의 강화, 외부기관과의 협력 및 지원체계의 수립이라는 네 가지 요소를 제안하였다.

  • 1. Rhinocleisis: In the frequency of prescription of internal therapy, tongkyutang, bangpungtongsungsan, shinisan and yeotaektongkitang are often used. In the frequency of herb of internal therapy, baekgi(白芷), bangpung(防風), kanghwal(羌活), chungung(川芎) and seuma(升麻) are often used. In the frequency of prescription of external therapy, changposan is often used. In the frequency of herb of external therapy, sesin(細辛), tongcho(通草), chungung(川芎), buza(附子) and koache(瓜薺) are often used. 2. 외부법의 종양치료활용에 대한 고찰 (A study of external applications for cancer treatment)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore some new therapies to control clinical symptoms of patients with terminal cancer by using external applications. Methods: We investigated some literatures on the external applications for cancer patients and made diagrams. Results: The results are summarized as follows. External applications are one of the traditional oriental medical methods and these are effective for pain control, ascites & pleural effusion and palpitable mass. It has some characteristics which are simple, safe and popular, but we must pay attention carefully to allergic reaction and toxicity in using external applications. The therapeutic portion of external applications are decided by discipline of syndrome and disease differentiation, and the prescriptions are composed of antitumor herb medicines. Conclusions: From the above results, it is expected that external applications are useful to improve clinical symptoms and quality of life(QOL) for patients with terminal cancer who cannot intake foods or medicines.

이동원(李東垣) 내외상변맥법(內外傷辨脈法)의 유래와 이론적 근거에 대한 고찰 (Study on the origin and theoretical foundation of I Dong-won(李東垣)'s pulse diagnosis distinguishing internal and external injuries(內外傷辨脈法))

  • Pulse diagnosis that distinguishes internal injury from external injury by comparing the left and right of the chon pulse was formed in the process of Naegyoung's pulsation theory of ST9 and LU9 being assimilated into diagnostic method by taking chon pulse. The founder of school of internal injury, I Dong-won, expanded the horizon for this method to be widely used in clinical practice by especially explaining the specific application and theoretical background. According to him, pulse at ST9 which means chon pulse at the left hand, is bigger than the chon pulse at the right hand, it reflects external injury. Bigger "entrance pulse", a chon pulse at the right hand means internal injury. The reason is the left side of the body is a path for Yanggi so it controls the exterior part and the right side of the body is a path for Eumgi to descend so it controls the interior part. Internal injury develops as the spleen and stomach get injured. If the spleen and stomach is damaged essence derived from food cannot ascend to the stomach and will flow back to the lower part. As a result, fire of Eum type formed at the lower part will shoot up to the upper part and manifests external injury-like exterior syndromes. In this case, evidence distinguishing between internal and external injury is the fact that right hand pulse is bigger than the left hand. The important reason for distinguishing between internal and external injury is because when treating external injury caused by excess syndrome, pathogenic Gi should be dispelled. However, treating internal injury cased by deficiency syndrome, requires promoting the primordial Gi.

관절 통증에 대한 외기 방사 기공 요법의 체계적 문헌고찰 (Systematic Review of External Qigong Therapy for Joint Pain)

  • Objectives The aim of this study is to analyze the therapeutic effect of external Qigong therapy for treatment of other people's disease on joint pain. Methods We searched articles from Pubmed, Chinese Academic Journals (CAJ) and Oasis online databases. Searching keywords were 'external qigong', 'external qi gong', 'qi therapy', '外气', '关节' and '기공'. After searching the articles, we performed quality assessment using Cochrane risk of bias (RoB) tool and risk of bias assessment tool for non-randomized study (RoBANS). Results Among the 117 articles were searched, 2 randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) and 2 single-group before and after studies were finally selected. All of 4 studies showed that external Qigong therapy has significant effect on joint pain. Conclusions Although external Qigong therapy has therapeutic effect on joint pain, it is not common therapy yet. However, external Qigong therapy requires more interests and studies in the future, because it is faithful therapy for Korean medicine theory.

  • 본 연구는 기업이 지식을 창출하고 혁신에 이르기 위해 노력하는 방안으로써 외부지식탐색을 제시하고 외부지식탐색의 폭과 깊이를 중심으로 혁신속도와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 국내시장에서 기업이 외부지식탐색이 가지는 루틴의 한계를 극복하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 해외시장으로 진출하고자 하는 노력을 조절효과로 살펴보았다. 기존연구에서는 외부지식탐색이 대부분 단일국가 혹은 유사 산업 간에서 나타나는 여러 가지 효과를 살펴보았다면, 본 연구는 이를 조금 더 확장하여 시장확대 개념을 도입해 그 상호작용을 실증한 것이다. 본 연구에서 사용된 818개의 유효 표본은 STEPI에서 발간하는 혁신조사를 기반으로 하였으며, 실증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외부지식탐색의 폭과 깊이는 혁신속도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 시장확대효과로써 수출성과는 외부지식탐색의 폭 및 깊이와 함께 상호작용하여 혁신속도에 조절효과를 가진다. 셋째, 젊은 기업일수록 다양한 네트워크를 선호하면서 수출증대효과와 상호작용하며 나이가 많은 기업일수록 심도있는 네트워크를 선호하면서 수출증대와 상호작용하여 혁신속도를 증가시킨다.

외부강선 파단실험을 통한 노후 PSC 교량의 보강효과 평가 (Evaluation of Reinforcement Effect of Deteriorated PSC Beam through Cutting Its External Tendons)

  • 본 연구에서는 장기공용 중 외부강선보강공법에 의하여 보강된 PSC Beam교량에 대한 강선 파단 시험을 통하여 보강효과를 분석하였다. 외부강선 보강효과를 분석하기 위하여 기 보강된 강선을 인위적으로 절단하면서, 교량의 처짐과 변형률을 측정하였다. 또한 강선절단 전과 후에 재하시험을 실시하여 교량의 거동변화를 평가하였다. 실험결과에 의하면 외부강선 절단 전과 후의 재하시험을 통하여 보강효과가 교량의 거동특성을 크게 변화시키지는 않지만, 보강시의 긴장력에 의하여 고유진동수는 증가하였다. 외부강선 절단시의 처짐과 응력 계측결과로부터 보강효과가 충분히 유지되고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 구조해석 결과와도 잘 일치하였다. 따라서 외부강선을 이용하여 노후교량을 보강할 경우 정밀구조해석을 통하여 그 효과를 예측할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Multi-dimensional wind vibration coefficients under suction for ultra-large cooling towers considering ventilation rates of louvers

  • Currently, the dynamic amplification effect of suction is described using the wind vibration coefficient (WVC) of external loads. In other words, it is proposed that the fluctuating characteristics of suction are equivalent to external loads. This is, however, not generally valid. Meanwhile, the effects of the ventilation rate of louver on suction and its WV are considered. To systematically analyze the effects of the ventilation rate of louver on the multi-dimensional WVC of ultra-large cooling towers under suctions, the 210 m ultra-large cooling tower under construction was studied. First, simultaneous rigid pressure measurement wind tunnel tests were executed to obtain the time history of fluctuating wind loads on the external surface and the internal surface of the cooling tower at different ventilation rates (0%, 15%, 30%, and 100%). Based on that, the average values and distributions of fluctuating wind pressures on external and internal surfaces were obtained and compared with each other; a tower/pillar/circular foundation integrated simulation model was developed using the finite element method and complete transient time domain dynamics of external loads and four different suctions of this cooling tower were calculated. Moreover, 1D, 2D, and 3D distributions of WVCs under external loads and suctions at different ventilation rates were obtained and compared with each other. The WVCs of the cooling tower corresponding to four typical response targets (i.e., radial displacement, meridional force, Von Mises stress, and circumferential bending moment) were discussed. Value determination and 2D evaluation of the WVCs of external loads and suctions of this large cooling tower at different ventilation rates were proposed. This study provides references to precise prediction and value determination of WVC of ultra-large cooling towers.

Comparative Study of Infraspinatus and Posterior Deltoid Muscle Activation According to Angle of External Rotation of Glenohumeral Joint

  • Background: Based on the understanding of the muscle activation relationship between the infraspinatus and posterior deltoid muscles to according to the angle of motion during external rotation on glenohumeral joint, effective shoulder joint strengthening exercise for the prevention and rehabilitation of shoulder injury due to muscle strength imbalance can be performed by achieving the ideal muscle activity ratio during exercise. Objectives: To compare and analyze the muscle activation changes and activity ratio of the infraspinatus and posterior deltoid muscles according to the glenohumeral external rotation angle. Design: Quasi-randomized trial. Methods: The study included 48 healthy male and female adults who provided informed consent for participation in the study. All the subjects performed isometric glenohumeral external rotation by setting the angle of motion to 30°, 45°, and 60° using a 5 kg resistance weight pulley. On surface electromyography, the differences in muscle activation and activity ratio between the infraspinatus and posterior deltoid muscles were investigated. Results: A significant difference in muscle activation was found in the comparison between the infraspinatus and posterior deltoid muscles according to the glenohumeral external rotation angle (P<.05). The muscle activation levels of the infraspinatus and posterior deltoid muscles were highest at the external rotation angles of 30° and 60°, respectively. The muscle activity ratio between the infraspinatus and posterior deltoid muscles also showed a significant difference (P<.05) and was highest at the shoulder external rotation angle of 30°. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that muscle activity is the highest at the shoulder external rotation angle of 30° in healthy individuals.
