Nondestructive methods such as ultrasonic and magnetic resonance imaging systems have many advantages but still much expensive. And they do not give exact color information and may miss some details. If it is allowed to destruct some biological objects to get interior and exterior informations, constructing 3D image form a series of slices sectional images gives more useful information with relatively low cost. In this paper, a PC based automatic 3D model generator was developed. The system was composed of three modules. The first module was the object handling and image acquisition module, which fed and sliced the object sequentially and maintains the paraffine cool to be in solid state and captures the sectional image consecutively. The second one was the system control and interface module, which controls actuators for feeding, slicing, and image capturing. And the last was the image processing and visualization module, which processed a series of acquired sectional images and generated 3D volumetric model. Handling module was composed of the gripper, which grasped and fed the object and the cutting device, which cuts the object by moving cutting edge forward and backward. sliced sectional images were acquired and saved in a form of bitmap file. 2D sectional image files were segmented from the background paraffine and utilized to generate the 3D model. Once 3-D model was constructed on the computer, user could manipulated it with various transformation methods such as translation, rotation, scaling including arbitrary sectional view.

The basic principles in the "Spleen-stomach theory(脾胃論)" sets up the phases and roles of spleen-stomach (脾胃) by establishing Earth(地 坤 土) and exposing the reality of spleen-stomach(脾胃) of human body which has its own shape and form with Heaven's reality exhibited. The meaning of Earth is based on the constant meaning of Earth in 'Earth Original-Earth as extended and stable ground(坤元一正之土)' giving form and shape, and Earth's movement with circulation, then exposes itself as 'Earth as plowing land(耕種之土)' concerning both the application of Five Phases and the physical characteristics of Earth. The Yin-Yang recognition on Earth is revealed as Yin Earth(陰土)-Yang Earth(陽土). Spleen(脾) was established as Yin Earth(陰土) and Stomach(胃) as Yang Earth(陽土). The seasonal assignment of Earth is Indian Summer(長夏), which is divided from Summer, and becomes Heat(熱), and the Yin-Yang recognition of Earth comes to be the meaning of the center and border. According to the Five Phasic recognition, it becomes Earth(土) and gets to be Dampness(濕) in accordance with Six Qi(六氣). 'Extreme Yin(至陰)' indicates Qi's status exposing the fundamental meaning regarding the role of creating, changing, and propelling Spleen-Stomach(脾胃) as a characteristic Yin Earth. Earth comprehends 'Four Courses(四維)' meaning, recognizes them as four parts of the 12 Earth's Branches(辰戌丑未) and the terminals of four seasons(四季之末), and has the meaning of the president of the change in four seasons. The theory of principle in the "Spleen-stomach theory(脾胃論)" stands on the basis of the 'Form Qi theory(形氣論)' and that of 'Upbearing, Downbearing, Floating, and Sinking theory(升降浮沈論)'. It manifests the theory of movement in the interaction between Form(形) and Qi(氣), and 'Qi Interior Form Exterior(氣裏形表)' indicates that Qi(氣) moves interiorly and Form(形) exteriorly.

In her "After Language Poetry: Innovation and Its Theoretical Discontents" in Contemporary Poetics (2007), Marjorie Perloff spotted Steve McCaffery's and Lyn Hejinian's points of reference and opacity/transparency in poetic language, and theorizes in her perspicacious insights that poetic language is not a window, to be seen through, a transparent glass pointing to something outside it, but a system of signs with its own semiological interconnectedness. Providing a critique and contextualizing Perloff's argument, the purpose of this paper is to introduce a topological model for poetry, language, and theory and further to elaborate the relation between the theory and the practice of language poetry in terms of "the revolution of language." Jacques Lacan's poetics of knowledge and of the topology of the mind, in particular, that of "extimacy," can articulate the way how language poetry problematizes the opposition between inside and outside in the substance of language itself. In fact, as signifiers always refer not to things, but to other signifiers, signifiers becomes unconscious, and can say more than they actually says. The original signifiers become unconscious through the process of repression which makes a structure of multiple and polyphonic signifying chains. Language poets use this polyphonic language of the Other at Freudian "Another Scene" and Lacan's "Other." When the reader participates the constructive meanings, the locus of the language writing transforms itself into that of the Other which becomes the open field of language. The language poet can even manage to put himself in the between-the-two, a strange place, the place of the dream and of the Unheimlichkeit (uncanny), and suture between "the outer skin of the interior" and "the inner skin of the exterior" of the impossible real of definite meaning. The objective goal of the evacuation of meaning is all the same the first aspect suggested by the aims of the experimentalism by the language poetry. The open linguistic fields of the language poetry, then, will be supplemented by The Freudian "unconscious" processes of dreams, free associations, slips of tongue, and symptoms which are composed of this polyphonic language. These fields can be properly excavated by the methods and topological mapping of the poetics of extimacy and of the klein bottle.

The apartment housing in Korea has been rapidly constructed by adapting the most suitable construction methods as like wall structure, wet and united construction. But most of short-lived equipments usually filled in the structure which has longer life, and it causes not only to make difficult coping with the deterioration of equipments but also to let buildings remained deteriorate themselves. The buildings can be remodelled to slow down the terms of deterioration or reconstructed to give a new life of themselves, although the disposal of wastes or the lack of natural resources still be problems and unsolved that can occurred in pulling down and reconstructing the buildings. Furthermore, it is the time to need keeping with worldwide trends and movements as like sustainability or 'green growth' movements based on low carbon emissions. The researches for Long-Life Housing apartments which has durability and variation have been advanced up to now. Long-Life Housing apartments can separate their structures from equipments and interior or exterior materials of buildings. Therefore equipments or materials of buildings can be easily repaired and replaced with new ones, even if they are deteriorated themselves. Also, the construction process of Long-Life Housing apartments can be independent from the matter of proprietary rights, terms of durability, decision rights and so on. 'The law of Possession and Management of Collective Building' and the 'Regulation of Management of Collective Building' established by each local governments are already legislated for declaring the rights of using and ownership, responsibilities of each parts of apartment buildings. These laws and regulations classify the ownership of each parts of apartment buildings, and divide the ownership with public possession and exclusive possession. Therefore, this study will conduct comparative analysis between 'The law of Possession and Management of Collective Building' and 'the Regulation of Management of Collective Building' and find problems which can be occurred in future construction of Long-Life Housing apartments. It will be helpful to revise laws and regulations.

This study was undertaken to define the expression rule of six vital substances for human life(六氣) in Meridians and the rule of following of three ${\breve{U}}m$ and three Yan. In order to investigate the expression rule of six vital substances for human life(六氣), incident(標)-fundamental(本) and Ki of middle energizer(中氣) of three ${\breve{U}}m$ and three Yang(三陰三陽) were reviewed. 1, The rule of following is formed centering around fundamental Ki(本氣) between incident(標) and fundamental(本). And in case the ${\breve{U}}m$ and Yang (陰陽) disposition of incident(標) and fundamental(本) is different, whether the ${\breve{U}}m$ and Yang(陰陽) disposition of incident(標) and fundamental(本) is same as those of Ki of middle energizer(中氣), is the key point in following fundamental and activating of the vital energy(氣化). 2. As twelve channels(十二經脈) have not only fundamental Ki(本氣) but also Ki of middle energizer(中氣) at the same time, in expression of six vital substances for human life(六氣), if the fundamental Ki(本氣) is stronger, fundamental Ki(本氣) can be expressed or if the fundamental Ki(本氣) is weaker, Ki of middle energizer(中氣) can be expressed. 3. Twelve channels which is connected with each other through the relation of the interior and the exterior can be regarded as a system, in which Wind(風) and Fire(火), Dryness(燥) and Dampness(濕), Cold(寒) and Heat(熱) maintain balance through mutual control. 4. We can see that in the disease caused by the unbalance of six vital substances for human life(六氣), expression of six pathogenic factor and controlment of six vital substances for human life(六氣) are made up after the following one in the rule of following(從化規律).

Among a number of factors related to the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, prescriptions do important work. Traditional eastern doctors also placed emphasis on prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion, and a lot of experiences have been accumulated. The method forms prescriptions of Sa-am acupuncture therapy pivots on five transport points. Studies show prescriptions are made on the basis of the theory of 'Wang Xiang Xiu Qiu Si'(旺相休囚死) used engendering and restraining of five phases, and it is considered the principle of transformed prescriptions through this theory. Because there is still no study analyzing prescriptions of Sa-am acupuncture by existing principles, we report opinion about Combination principle of points in them. 1. We studied history of acupuncture and moxibustion, development and kinds of points' Combination principle. 2. Around Combination principles of points in Classic of Difficult Issues and Internal Classic, we analyzed and compared between Combination principles of points in Sa-am acupuncture therapy and them in Korea and overall acupuncture methods. 1. There were many Combination principles of acupunture point combination in Classic of Difficult Issues, Internal Classic and Korea acupuncture methods. For example, Point combination of the same meridian, Point combination of the different meridian, Exterior-Interior point combination, Point combination of the same name meridian, Point combination of the multiple meridian, Point combination of Adjacent and Distant points, Left-Right point combination, Anterior-Posterior point combination, Superior-Inferior point combination, Brook point and Stream point combination, Triple energizer point combination, Eight meeting point combination, Five transport point combination, Source-Connecting point combination, Alram point and Transport point combination, Mother-Sun meridian combination, Empirical point combination, Important point combination, Point combination according to syndrome. 2. Existing Combination principles of points in prescriptions of Sa-am acupuncture therapy included every rule. 3. They could be evidences that prescriptions of Sa-am acupuncture therapy are forms inheriting and developing acupuncture and moxibustion treatments.

Objective : In South Song era, Choe Ga-eon(崔嘉彦) built Seowonam(西源庵), lived as a hermit and communicated with Juja(朱子) in LuShan(廬山), JiangXi province(江西省), JiuJiang city(九江市). Maekgyeol(脈訣) written by him significantly influenced the forthcoming medical doctors, who took over his studies and were called the school of Seowon. Little information about his life and his successors encouraged this study. Method : The core contents of Maekgyeol(脈訣), his life based on Waryongamgi(臥龍庵記) and Seowongamgi(西源庵記) written by Juja(朱子) and his successors on the basis of various medical books were investigated. Result : The Seowonam(西源庵) is located at the entrance of xiufeng Scenic spot(秀峰景區) which is 6km west from center of Xingzi county(星子縣), JiangXi province(江西省), JiuJiang city(九江市). The points of Maekgyeol(脈訣) are inferring the symptom of wind, energy, cold and heat by categorizing seven exterior and eight interior pulse into four pulses of float, sink, slow and quick and diagnosing a disease of three warmer and the five viscera and the six entrails by subordinating four pulses to Chon, Gwan, and Cheok(寸關尺). By writing the book of Sawonron(四原論) he clarified the clinical point, pulse, disease, symptom, treatment with learning the cause of a disease through pulse, understanding the symptom through a disease, and giving a remedy through a symptom. Then he communicated with Juja(朱子) assigned to NanKangJun(南康軍) as a ruler. He helped Juja(朱子) to build Waryongam(臥龍庵) and Juja(朱子) wrote Seowonamgi(西源庵記) for him. Conclusion : The members of medical doctors of the school of Seowon were Choe Ga-eon(崔嘉彦) and his follower Yu Gae(劉開), Yugae's disciple Eom Yong-hwa(嚴用和) and Ju Jong-yang(朱宗陽) and Ju Jong-yang's disciple Jang Do-jung(張道中). They, who were famous for pulse, had contributed to advancing study of pulses in the field of oriental medicine.

In order to resolve the AAEM species migration routes and the interaction relationship between biochar structure and AAEM species during biomass pyrolysis, experiments were performed in an entrained flow reactor with $N_2$ at $500{\sim}900^{\circ}C$. ICP-AES, XPS and SEM-EDX were used to examine content and distribution of AAEM species and the physicochemical structures of biochar. The results show that at $500{\sim}700^{\circ}C$, the precipitation rate of AAEM species is relatively high. At high temperature (>$700^{\circ}C$), the AAEM species continue to migrate from interior to exterior, but little precipitation from biochar surface. And the migration of AAEM species is mainly realized by the C-O bond as the carrier medium. The AAEM species on biochar surface are mainly Na, Mg and Ca (<$700^{\circ}C$), while changing to K, Mg and Ca (${\geq}700^{\circ}C$). From $500^{\circ}C$ to $900^{\circ}C$, the biochar particle morphology gradually changes from fibers to porous structures, finally to molten particles. At $700{\sim}900^{\circ}C$, Ca element is obviously enriched on the molten edge of the biochar porous structures.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to research the Left-Renying and Right-Qikou pulse diagnosis. Methods : We set up locations of the Renying pulse(人迎脈) and the Qikou pulse(氣口脈) on left hand and right hand. On the basis of the medical texts and papers, we researched the relations between the Left-Renying and Right-Qikou pulse diagnosis and the etiological factors(病因), background of appearance of the Left-Renying and Right-Qikou pulse diagnosis, and practical use of medical practitioners of many generations to the Left-Renying and Right-Qikou pulse diagnosis. Results & Conclusions : The Left-Renying and Right-Qikou pulse diagnosis is a method to diagnosis the etiological factors, while it could also be assumed as a tool to apply herbal medicine. This assumption could be made based on the seventh volume of 『Maijing(脈經)』 of Wang Shuhe(王叔和). Chen Wuze(陳無擇) emphasized its function to distinguish etiological factors in 『Sanyinjiyibingzhengfanglun(三因極一病證方論)』, as did Li Dongyuan(李東垣) in 『Neiwaishangbianhuolun(內外傷辨惑論)』. Meanwhile, the connection between Left-Renying and Right-Qikou pulse diagnosis and Zangfu(臟腑) seems to have first been made in 『Maiyu(脈語)』 of Wu Kun(吳昆), while 『Zhenjiazhengyan(診家正眼)』 of Li Zhongzi(李中梓) shows traces of progress since the 『Maiyu』.

The different growth steps of human show the different energetic phenomenon such as the strength of triple energizer, the sale of extra meridian, and the stability of 12 meridians. So we have to understand the physiological and pathological phenomena on this point of view. Especially atopic dermatitis means the loss of adaptability under the lack of genuine energy. If you approach to this disease not with any perception of excess or deficiency of the human genuine energy but with simple symptom enumeration or partial diagnosis, it will be dangerous. So we must approach to this disease with more concrete and objective body-centered standard. Thus when we cure and diagnose infants with this disease, we should focus on stablizing the "Energy of Earth(土)" digestive ability, under the consideration of inducement to the enough "Byun-Jeung-Hu(變蒸候)" and the function of Triple Energizer. Through this process we can lead infants to the beginning equipment state(始全). Until 7 years old, we should stabilize the Link Vessel(維脈) by clarifying interior and exterior classification of Nutritive Element and Defensive Energy to control the child's energy of metal(金), water(水), wood(木) and fire(火) in the basis of the energy of earth(土). And also we should stabilize the Heel Vessel(？脈) through the Water and Fire complement each other to control the movements and to control sleep and awakening. Through this process, we can lead children to the basal equipment state(本全). After then, until adolescent phase, we should control 12 meridian and 8 extra meridian by leading vital function to be harmonized and prosperous on the basis of the meridian to reach the mature equipment state(旣全). Adult atopic dermatitis should be controlled through conciliation between meridian and internal organs by differentiating male from female.
