The purpose of this study is to analyze the expressional traits and internal meanings of fake design in the 2000s' fashion, based on study of art and design area. For achieving the purpose, this study performed related research works and a demonstrative analysis of fashion collection photographs. The scope of this study is from 2000 to 2009. The results are as follows. Fake design uses trompe-l'oeil which is an art technique related to the meanings of 'deceive or fool the eye'. This eye-deceiving technique has been used for a long time in the art, and particularly noticed as one of techniques of Surrealism. Art works using trompe-l'oeil express familiar and unreasonable world at the same time, and also the fusion of reality and fabrication. Fake design in design area of the 2000s makes people take daily life in unfamiliar way by unusualness and breaking the boundary between real and fake. By fake design, people can enjoy fun and a sense of freedom with amusement rather than unpleasant of being deceived. Fake design in the fashion of the 2000s uses eye-deceiving technique and also focuses on the concept of 'fake'. The expressional traits were categorized as realistic expression, surrealistic expression and fake value expression. The internal meanings were analyzed as breaking boundary between real and fake, rediscover dailiness, new attitude to traditional thinking. In conclusion, fake design in the fashion of the 2000s gives playfulness, fun, feeling of release and will be pursued continually.

In an attempt to isolate novel molecules that may play a regulatory role in adipocyte differentiation, we devised an experimental strategy to identify adipose tissue-specific genes by modifying cDNA microarray technique. We used genefilter membranes containing approximately 15,000 rat non-redundant EST clones of which 4,000 EST were representative clones of known genes and 11,000 ESTs were uncharacterized clones. A series of hybridization of genefilter membranes with cDNA probes prepared from various rat tissues and nucleic acids sequence analysis allowed us to identify two adipose-tissue specific genes, adipocyte-specific secretory factor (ADSF) and H-rev107. Verification of tissue-specific expression patterns of these two genes by Northern blot analysis showed that ADSF mRNA is exclusive expressed in adipose tissue and the H-rev107 mRNA is predominantly expressed in adipose tissue. Further analysis of gene expression of ADSF and H-rev107 during 3T3-L1 adipocyte differentiation revealed that the ADSF and H-rev107 gene expression patterns are closely associated with the adipocyte differentiation program, indicating their possible role in the regulation of adipose tissue development. Overall, we demonstrated an application of modified cDNA microarray technique in molecular cloning, resulting in identification of two novel adipose tissue-specific genes. This technique will also be used as a useful tool in identifying novel genes expressed in a tissue-specific manner.

There had been studied for a function of fashion illustration that has various capability of differentiation among fashion products since year 2000. A fashion products adopted the illustration is stand out not only to increase the goods profits by consumers who is willing to purchase the products with specified identity but also to execute differentiation strategy in a market. The aim of this study is the theoretical approach of fashion illustration and examined the development process of the products based on the supporting documents of cooperations, other records and actual application cases. Also, expression techniques of fashion illustration, image features and etc. are mainly studied and following representative results are projected through the data. First, the success of fashion commercialization using fashion illustration should have mutual organic function which requires three factors such as product project, marketing, the role of illustration. Second, An illustration of hand drawing expression technique is more helpful in differentiation of fashion product than using computer graphic, embroidery, collage technique and the fashion products vividly expressed with sensuous illustration tend to have higher preference. Third, the possibility of success the fashion products is often affected by the distinct identification and the precise positioning while the illustration is used.

The purpose of this study is to discover the techniques and the trends of expression of modern knitwears focusing on the 1990's after. The resorts of this study is as follows: The techniques of expression of knitwears are classified by the sections on the techniques and the styles of expression. The divisions into the techniques are knitting, crochet, macrame, netting, knotting. And the divisions into upon the styles of expressions are color, pattern, texture, relief and seeing through The techniques of expression on the modern knitwears are expressed characteristic of variety and composition, are expended to the art wear by translated into art. According to a wide sense, ecology, ethnic, modern are the themes of knitwears of 1990's after. The characteristic technique of expression according to the themes are expressed by the harmony of image, yarn, color, silhouette, techniques of expression. The modern knitwears are tried by mixed and various techniques, developed to the area of art wear, escaping from simple and practical item.

Origami’s formative characteristics have been used in modern fashion design usefully. This article categorized origami expression methods by making technique as three category; producing methods, organized principles and expressive characteristics. And then, this article argued characteristics of fashion design used origami expression methods. Fashion design using origami expression methods had three characteristics; basic tailoring, decorative surface, fluidity & rhythm. The proceeding article on paper folding argued formative aspects of paper folding widely, while this study focused on origami’s basic expression methods in detail and clarified characteristics of fashion design used origami. This article’s originality existed in that point. And also a result of this study would be regarded as a important sources in design processing of fashion design.

In the study will look into how Baroque concepts are expressed in architectural space by analyzing the concepts of Baroque formative vocabularies applied in his architecture through a Spanish architect Paolo Portoghesi. Baroque is regarded as the philosophical thought that means enlargement toward diversity of a firm and fixed trend beyond the concept of a certain epochal form of 16th and 17th century architecture. In addition, it is from the free attitude and the intelligent and formal stereotype, and signifies common conditions more than one style in architecture history. Paolo Portoghesi proposes to express gestalt approach by Baroque precedent in his architecture through plasticity and geometric collision technique. Here, the expression of plasticity means the effect that gives formative rhythm to Baroque curved structures. That is the method to expand the formative possibility by changing various materials such as bricks, concrete, and timbers. Second, the geometric collision technique is the technique to constitute the flat form of overall space through the juxtaposition technique, Baroque symmetrical and homogeneous geometric manipulation technique. Accordingly, this study will overcome Inlimitation of formative monotony and expression of abstraction that modernism architecture has, and examine formative waste and conflicts which may be derived from impractical architectural languages of the concept of excessive disorder or the minimum form. This discussion is considered as the first step to tune balance between productivity and formativeness in modern architecture.

This study analyzed contextual expression types in modern fashion show space derived from the architecture based on Pepper's Contextualism. Pepper's Contextualism theory was applied to fashion showcases of the world's four largest collections from 2010 to 2020 by analyzing contextual expression in architecture, resulting in six contextual expression types. The first type was natural environmental contextual expression in which a modern fashion was fused with the natural environment using the natural environment's context. The second type was a temporal contextual expression expressed by blending the theme of a fashion show and an artificial environment that could express past, present, and future issues. The third type was a spatial contextual expression that extended in a flat or three-dimensional direction. This expression could connect with customers in the field. The fourth type was an associative contextual expression that could formally present the theme of a fashion show or a designer's inspiration by borrowing a specific place. The fifth type was an ideological contextual expression that could express a designer's concept or value through a fashion show's design. The sixth type was a contextual communication expression that could allow viewers to immerse themselves in the space of a fashion show venue mentally through a morphological or virtual technique and experience a fashion show.

2000년대 들어와서 국내 캐릭터애니메이션 TV광고들은 특정한 광고품목에 한정되지 않고 다양한 광고품목에서 나타나고 있다. 이와 함께 새로운 캐릭터유형들과 표현기법들로 수준 높은 작품으로 제작되어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구논문에서는 캐릭터미학이론과 광고수사학이론을 바탕으로 캐릭터애니메이션 TV광고표현의 특징을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 최근 4년간 발표된 광고들을 품목별, 캐릭터유형별, 표현기법유형별 분류, 조사를 통해서 캐릭터 애니메이션 TV광고의 표현경향과 흐름을 분석해보고자 하였다. 조사 결과 국내 캐릭터애니메이션 TV광고품목들은 제과, 음료 식품 등을 중심으로 나타나고 있었으나, 해를 거듭하면서 다양한 품목들로 확장되어 나타나고 있었다. 캐릭터유형에서는 인물과 동물캐릭터들이 주된 유형으로 나타났으나, 제품캐릭터, 가상캐릭터, 혼합캐릭터 등도 점차 증가 추세를 보이고 있었다. 표현기법유형에서는 셀 애니메이션기법이 주된 표현기법으로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 풀(Full) 3D 기법, 셀과 실사, 셀과 3D, 클레이애니메이션기법 등의 순서로 나타나고 있었다. 이러한 분석추이로 볼 때 향후 국내캐릭터 애니메이션 TV광고품목들은 타깃(Target)들의 관여수준에 따라 다양한 품목에서 계속 나타날 것으로 보인다. 캐릭터유형에서도 인물과 동물캐릭터유형이 주된 유형이 될 것이며 이와 함께 가상 및 혼합캐릭터유형들이 새롭게 변형되어 등장할 것이다. 표현기법에 있어서도 셀 애니메이션기법을 기본으로 하되, 3D기술과 결합된 실사기법과 새로운 표현재료를 이용하는 기법들이 등장하여 될 것이다. 이렇듯 국내 캐릭터애니메이션 TV광고들은 광고품목과 캐릭터유형, 표현기법에서 더욱 새로운 차원으로 폭넓게 확장되어 갈 것으로 예상된다.를 보였다._d)$의 비$(L_d/D)$에 따른 전면교각에서의 수류변화의 영향이 후면교각에 작용하여 상호 복합적인 흐름 및 세굴특성을 나타내므로 이와 같은 복렬형 원주군의 세굴특성을 파상형 원주교각에 적용하여 국부세굴의 크기 변화를 해석하였다. 따라서, 교각주위에서의 수류특성 및 세굴의 변동은 원주군 및 교각파상의 크기와 간격 등과 같은 구조물의 배열조건과 Froude 수, 수심 등의 수리학적 조건에 따라 달라지므로 이의 조건을 체계적으로 변화시켜 가면서 교각주위에서의 국부세굴 및 세굴 감소특성을 검토하였다. 실험결과 오목 및 볼록 파상형 원주 주위에서의 세굴크기는 원형원주와 비교하여 전체적으로 감소하는 것으로 확인되었으며 특히 오목형 $B/\acute{h}=3$에서는 세굴경감효과가 탁월하여 70%이상 감소하는 것으로 확인되었으나 볼록형 $B/\acute{h}=5$에서는 세굴촉진특성이 나타나고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 파상형 원주에서는 하강류나 와류를 파상형의 내부로 유도하여 세굴의 크기를 조절할 수 있는 최적의 파상이 존재하고 있는 것으로 예측되었다.원 분야 소프트웨어의 개발에 기본 토대를 제공할 것으로 판단된다.았다. 또한 저자들의 임상병리학적 연구결과가 다른 문헌에서 보고된 소아 신증후군의 연구결과와 큰 차이를 보이지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 자극에 차이가 있지 않나 추측되며 이에 관한 추후 연구가 요망된다. 총대장통과시간의 단축은 결장 분절 모두에서 줄어들어 나타났으나 좌측결장 통과시간의 감소 및 이로 인한 이 부위의 통과시간 비율의 저하가 가장 주요하였다. 이러한 결과는 차가운 생수 섭취가 주로 결장 근위부를 자극하는 효과를 발휘하는 것이

The transition diagram, as well as the regular expression, can be used as a formal description for a language acceptable by a finite automaton or for the behavior of a sequential switching circuit. But, if we are given one of these two descriptions, we shall find that it is not easy to get the other counterpart description. This paper is to show an easy method to find the equivalet regular expression from the transition diagram, by the aid of a graph-transformation technique.

RNA is a polymeric molecule implicated in various biological processes, such as the coding, decoding, regulation, and expression of genes. Numerous studies have examined RNA features using whole transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) approaches. RNA-seq is a powerful technique for characterizing and quantifying the transcriptome and accelerates the development of bioinformatics software. In this review, we introduce routine RNA-seq workflow together with related software, focusing particularly on transcriptome reconstruction and expression quantification.
