This study was performed to investigate nurses’ perception for nutrition education. The subjects of this study were 197 nurses and 94 nursing assistants working at hospitals in the Kyung-nam area. The survey was conducted by using a self-administered questionnaire in November, 2001. The results were as follows : Sixty-seven point seven percent of the subjects were nurse, 32.3% were nursing assistant. Average age of subjects was 26.9 years old, average nursing experience was 5.7 years, and 70.7% of the subjects graduated from a junior college. The average nutrition knowledge score was 14.3$\pm$2.5 out of possible 20 points. Seventy-four point two percent of the subject responded that nutrition education is very necessary for patient, and positive responses in the nurse were higher than that nursing assistant(p<0.001). Only 8.6% of the subjects had nutrition education training. The perceptions about a suitable person for nutrition counseling and nutrition education indicated dietitian(69.3%) and nurse(21.3%). Fifty-two point eight percent of the subjects responded that they would not participate in nutrition education themselves and the main reason for this was that they believed lack of expert knowledge(43.4%), and that such courses should be taught by specialist(40.5%). Forty-eight point eight percent of subjects had nutrition counseling experience for patient, and nurses, married nurses and those over 2 years of nursing careers had significantly higher nutrition counseling experience for patient than nursing assistant, unmarried nurses and those under 2 years of nursing careers(p<0.05-p<0.001)

Objectives: Following the global COVID-19 pandemic, with the escalation of remote medical care formalization in Korea, there is a pressing need for objective data in the Korean medicine field to respond to remote treatment medical care policies. This study aims to investigate the perceptions and acceptance of remote treatments among Korean Medicine Doctors (KMDs). Methods: After expert reviews and pilot testing, the 31-question survey covered participant characteristics, experiences, forms, intentions, and perceptions related to Remote Treatments. The survey was electronically distributed to members of the Association of Korean Medicine, and 662 clinical KMDs provided valid responses. Results: Among respondents, 76.1% engaged in remote treatments, utilizing various platforms. Those with experience in Remote Treatments showed a significantly higher willingness to continue participating during the institutionalization process (p<0.001). 49.7% of respondents stated that traditional Korean medicine is competitive in remote treatments, with the main reasons being the ability for regular management after herbal medication(26.1%) and increased patient satisfaction due to sufficient counseling compared to Western medicine(25.2%). Respondents preferred Remote Treatment conditions with a treatment time of less than 10 minutes(47.6%) and equivalent fees to in-person visits(45.6%). Regarding suitable intervention tools during Remote Treatment, respondents favored non-covered herbal prescriptions(39.0%), covered herbal granules(24.6%), and non-covered herbal granules(23.0%). Conclusion: This study investigated the perceptions and acceptance of KMDs regarding remote treatments. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers aiming to establish effective policies for Remote Treatments suitable for the Korean medicine healthcare environment.
This research treated the secondary school teachers as the research scale and the research targets included the following: secondary school (employ unit), center of teacher education, and qualified teachers. In terms of these three groups of people, the topics of exploration focused on the perception of suitable teachers, perception of evaluation standard during the process of teacher examination and the relationship among teacher examination systems. The research was managed by two phases: the first phase referred to literature reorganization, expert interview, the qualities and conditions of suitable teachers, important evaluation standard during the process of teacher examination and teacher examination system used; the second phase included questionnaire survey, employ school acquisition, the perception of centers of teacher education and qualified teachers toward the suitability condition and examination evaluation standard in the first phase and teacher examination system used. This research found out that as to the perception of suitable teachers, through data collection, there were six factors reorganized. The levels of their importance were as follows: education devotion, teaching capacity, class management, capacity to guide special students, capacity to communicate with the parents and the will to undertake administrative works. Noticeably, employee unit and centers of teacher education apparently valued class management more, compared with trained teachers; as to evaluation standard of examination, the analytical result found out that the perception of three groups were different in terms of the views toward educational works, written examination data, candidate's age, club experience at school and capacity to use multimedia support teaching materials. This research further proposed six suggestions for centers of teacher education and trained teachers: (l) employ schools considerably valued educational devotion; (2) trained teachers tended to neglect the importance of class management; (3) employee unit considerably cared about the new teachers' competence to use multimedia support teaching materials; however, trained teachers did not have the same view; (4) employee unit considerably cared about new teachers' views toward educational works as well as the candidates' ages; (5) generally speaking, trained teachers neglected the importance of club experience at school; (6) the data revealed that written examination data was not relatively important in terms of teacher examination.

Nanotechnology has been growing constantly and it is becoming the leading technology in scientific research and development. Although nanotechnology has important applications in broad variety of fields without boundary of any particular industrial area, the study of nanotechnology related to its commercialization has been conducted in a few ways. To put that figure in context, this study investigates public and expert perceptions about negative potentials of nanotechnology. Through a series of surveys with public (N = 541) and experts (N = 62), we analyzed about public willingness to pay for nano-applied products. Survey results showed that public and experts preferred nano-applied products in the order of electronics, cosmetics, and food and medicine. Experts express high payment intention to electronics rather than public intention. In addition, the survey results showed the purchasing intention of both public and expert group was affected by the attributes of nano-applied products in the order of risk fatality, risk chance, certification, and labeling. But experts put more importance in risk fatality than risk chance comparing to public. Through the case analysis of the effects of labeling and certification, we revealed either labeling or certification can induce both public and experts to buy the nano-applied products with high risk chance and low risk fatality. However, for the nano-applied product with high risk fatality and low risk chance, both labeling and certification are simultaneously required to make customers have positive purchasing intention. The result of this study could be utilized for the nanotechnology-based company to get the consumer behavior information about nano-based product and to establish their marketing strategy.
We have experienced a revolutionary development in e-business related technologies during the last decade. This research is an effort to figure out and predict the direction of technological development in the area of electronic business. Current e-business related technology typology has been revised with a thorough literature review and expert focus groups. An instrument was developed to measure experts' perception on seven dimensions of e-business related technology. Based on this survey results, e-business technology roadmaps were developed and presented. Policy implications were discussed at the end.

The effects of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on manufacturing are spreading by policies to secure or strengthen the manufacturing competitiveness of each country. Strengthening policies on manufacturing necessitate nurturing manpower for smart manufacturing. This study examines the difference of the experts' perception about the educational curriculum to develop the knowledge of Product Lifecycle which covers the whole knowledge area of product development among the knowledge areas aimed at fostering the manpower of smart manufacturing for the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution Era. Experts were aware that future developments in digital development, production, and new product development are most important, and that they feel that the whole knowledge area is generally weak. In this study, the implications for the development of educational curriculum in the future are derived from the perception difference of knowledge on Product Lifecycle obtained through expert survey.

Purpose : This study aims to investigate social welfare and students' image of social workers and determine the relevance of these factors to the academic system, gender, and their motivations when selecting a major. Methods : For this study, social welfare students from two two-year colleges and two four-year universities were randomly selected, and 320 students from social welfare departments who understood and agreed to participate in the research took the survey. The data analysis of this study was conducted using SPSS 23.0. Results : The Social Welfare Department students' perception of a social worker's image was shown to be positive. In the social worker image based on academic background, the first grade was found to be more positive than the second, third, and fourth grades. The professional image was more positive than the traditional, social, and vocational images. The gender-based social worker image showed that females were more positive than males. Females were more positive for the professional image, and males were more positive for the traditional image. Regarding the image of social workers based on students' motivation when choosing their major, it was found that volunteer jobs were more positive in terms of traditional images, social images through recommendations, and professional images with aptitude and interest. Conclusion : In sum, most of the students in the social welfare departments had a positive perception of the social worker position. They had a more positive image at the time of admission. Finally, students who entered the school with an expert awareness of social welfare were more positive.
Although Due to industrial development and urbanization, the number of schools closing due to a decrease in the school-age population is increasing due to the phenomenon of relocation from farming and fishing villages. Closing schools are used as social and cultural facilities, or they are used to generate income by providing education and experiences. Agro-healing is an activity that promotes psychological, social, and physical health by using rural resources. By reflecting the Agro-healing in the services operated by the closed school, the perception of the provision of the Agro-healing service was investigated as a way to provide a therapeutic service to visitors and to increase the utilization of the closed school. The questionnaire consisted of 10 questions, a total of 5 questions related to demographic information, a total of 5 questions related to the perception of agro-healing activities in closed school facilities. As a result, 347 people participated in the survey. The higher the awareness of agro-healing, the need for a agro-healing expert, the satisfaction with the use of rural closed school facilities, and the willingness to participate in agro-healing activities, the higher the awareness that the provision of agro-healing services was necessary by the state. Theses results are expected to be useful as basic to data to solve the diverse limitation in rural closed school and agro-healing activities.
Recently, the domestic BIPV market is expected to revitalize with the introduction of the "zero-energy building certification system(2020~)", but it is somewhat stagnant due to the rigidity of definitions in the current domestic BIPV construction standards. Also, since there is delaying revision on definition and standardization of BIPV, the system is so weak that there are cases where it has been approved as BIPV simply by installing a structure on the wall and fixing the module roughly. The damage caused by this can be passed on to consumers, and it can only create a negative perception of BIPV and jeopardize the entire market. The BIPV definition was prepared through a Delphi survey of related experts about market stagnant cause, unreasonable regulation, etc, and a revised plan was derived accordingly.

According to the presentation of the new national curriculum, this study aims to analyze teacher's perceptions of the information education for lower grade students in elementary school. Before conducting survey, analyzing overseas and domestic researches were preceded. The questionnaires were collected by an online survey of 166 incumbent elementary school teachers after verification by an expert group. As a result, contrary to the basis of the information education curriculum to be strengthened, teacher's stagnant negative perceptions could be confirmed through various measurement variables. Before the introduction of a new national curriculum in 2024, it is a time when efforts to improve teacher's perceptions of information education for lower graders are particularly necessary.
