1929년 조선박람회 출품주택 개최경위 및 평면 고찰 (The Research on the Process and Floor Plan of Model Houses for The Chosun Exhibition in 1929)

  • The Chosun Exhibition was held in 1929 and the Architectural Association of Chosun(AAC) displayed model houses fur the fair. These model houses represented the new housing trend of the Chosun society, so this research was necessary to find out the facts. The main materials used for this research were issues from 'Chosun and Architecture'. The objects of this research was to find out the activity of the AAC and to classify the displayed model houses according to the structure, plan and interior. These three model houses depicted the improved housing designs at that time. Improved housing designs also depicted the convenience of everyday life, hygiene, improvement of facilities and the application of modem lift to that era. Therefore, these three houses would be revaluated as new models of houses for the Chosun society under education activity by the AAC.

해외전시회에서 참관객 만족요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction Factors of the Attendees to the Overseas Exhibitions)

  • This is the research on the correlation between the marketing activities conducted by the companies participating in the overseas exhibitions in the exhibition and the satisfaction of the visitors. I have been able to obtain the following findings through the positive research on the satisfaction of the visitors to the overseas exhibitions. The research findings show that the external elements of the participating companies such as 'external appearances of booths, interior facilities and the atmosphere', 'designs of exhibits', 'size of the participating companies', and the publicity elements of the participating companies such as 'the degree of application of mass media', 'prior publicity of the participating companies', etc. among the marketing activities conducted by the participating companies in the exhibition affect the interest and repeat business deals of the visitors. The findings also show that the elements to induce the interest of the visitors such as the booth design and display of products where the participating companies may produce their unique image and the prior publicity to the visitors constitute the important elements of marketing. It has also been revealed that the visitors whose purpose of the visits are to purchase the products and to satisfy their interest in 'the events and contents of the events affect the interest and the repeat business deals of the visitors, among the interest and repeat business deals pursuant to the characteristics of the visitors. It has also been found that the visitors who have recognized the representative brands in the exhibitions affect the interest and the repeat business deals and the visitors who have visited the exhibition several times are more satisfied than the visitors who have visited the exhibition for the first time. The comparative evaluation of the degree of importance of the marketing activities of the participating companies before the visitors' visit to the exhibitions and the degree of satisfaction after their visit reveals degrees of satisfaction in the order of 'the booth staff's professional knowledge of the exhibits', 'foreign language proficiency and their techniques of negotiation and demonstration', 'designs of the exhibits (colors and packaging), 'prior publicity of the participating companies. Such being the case, the companies participating in any of the overseas should maximize the result of their participation in the exhibition by training their staff in the products and foreign languages and through the prior publicity. It has also been found out that "the atmosphere of the booth in the exhibition such as 'launching of new products', 'external appearances of the booth, layout of the interior facilities and the atmosphere and events of the participating companies affect the interest and repeat business deals of the visitors, among the factors for the satisfaction of the visitors. Therefore, it has been proven that the external factors such as the external appearances of the booth, display of the products, launching of new products and events producing the atmosphere of the booth of the participating companies among the marketing activities conducted by the participating companies, and the extent of the training of the booth staff and prior publicity are the major factors affecting the interest and repeat business deals of the visitors.

박물관 환경디자인에 관한 기초적 연구(1)-유물의 수장화 과정과 공간특성을 중심으로- (A basic study on the Environmental Design of Museum(1)-Focusing on the Preservation Process of Collections and Characteristic of Space-)

  • Preservation space is a functionally$\ulcorner$core$\lrcorner$in a museum. Gernerally, it is a common view that collections are exhibited within 5% of total stored collections. So that, part of collections are cycled exhibition space centering around preservation space, and that is a important mechanism of collections circulation in a museum. It is the best way that collections should be $\ulcorner$conserve$\lrcorner$ in a stable condition, but inevitably collections are exposed as stable condition, but inevitably collections are exposed as called $\ulcorner$exhibition$\lrcorner$. For that reason the function of $\ulcorner$exhibition$\lrcorner$. For that reason the function of $\ulcorner$exhibition$\lrcorner$for 'showing' and the function of $\ulcorner$preservation$\lrcorner$for 'conserve'are contrary to each other's concept, so it is principle of scheme that these concepts should be functionally connected with and planned$\ulcorner$match$\lrcorner$. In addition, various studies (for example, comparative analysis of collections, examination of collections for conserved condition or special exhibition, and classification of new item, etc.) are worked in preservation space. Therefore, preservation space should not be considered as a warehouse, should be composed not only$\ulcorner$comfortable place to rest of collections$\lrcorner$but also $\ulcorner$part of study room$\lrcorner$in a museum. So that, environment of museum should be established by plan to preservation and management. The point of plan to museum is that minimize dangerous element for collections, and then develop an essencial element of space for$\ulcorner$conservation$\lrcorner$and$\ulcorner$exhibition$\lrcorner$. The reason why with a few exceptions (buildings which have being exposed or extremely minor part of collections) most of collections have been lasting its life during over hundreds of years with adapting itself to natural features, so scheme of preservation facilities should be made up with understanding and analysis generic character of collections, and then establish proper temperature and humidity environment.

측정방법에 따른 유물전시관 기획전시실 내 알데하이드 농도 분포 특성 비교 (Comparison of Aldehydes Concentrations Characteristics According to Measurement Methods in Temporary Exhibition Hall)

  • 본 연구에서는 기획전시실을 대상으로 능동시료채취(Active type)와 확산형 시료채취(Passive type) 방법에 의한 전시실 내 외 알데하이드의 연중, 계절별 농도를 조사하고 측정방법에 따른 농도 비교를 통해 측정방법 간의 상관성을 비교하였다. 그 결과, Active type에 의한 전시실의 총알데하이드는 Passive type 보다 6.4배 높았다. 가장 높은 농도로 조사된 폼알데하이드는 여름철 농도가 가장 높았고 환경부 전시시설 기준을 초과하였다. 폼알데하이드의 연평균 I/O비는 5.4이었고 아세트알데하이드는 1.9로 알데하이드는 기획전시실 내부에서 다량 발생함을 확인할 수 있었다. 두 방법 간의 폼알데하이드 상관계수와 t-검정 결과, 강한 양의 선형관계임을 확인할 수 있었다.

문화시설과 도시공원이 지역별 자살률에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Cultural Facilities and City Parks on the Regional Suicide Rates in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 문화복지환경이 지역별 자살률에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 문화복지환경을 문화시설과 도시공원으로 구분하였고, 문화시설로서 공연시설, 전시시설, 도서시설의 개수를, 도시공원으로서 도시공원면적을 수집했다. 또한 전국 지방자치단체 143개의 시, 구를 중심으로 2011년 통계청 자료 등 4개 기관의 자료를 회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 공연시설과 도시공원은 통계적으로 유의하게 자살률을 감소시키며 전시시설과 도서시설은 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 발견했다. 이는 공연시설과 도시공원과 같은 활동적인 요소가 우울 및 스트레스 해소에 영향을 주었기 때문인 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구는 우리나라의 심각한 문제인 자살률을 낮추는 효과적인 방안으로서 문화복지환경의 가치 및 효과를 재조명하는 것에 그 의의가 있다.

백화점 옥상정원의 이용현황 및 개선에 관한 조사연구 -대전, 충청지역 백화점 및 대형 점포를 중심으로- (A Study on the Utilization and Improvement in Department Store Roof Garden -Focused on the Case of Daejeon and Chungcheong-)

  • Recently, the roof garden of the large commercial facilities has been changed as a complex cultural space follow the users' diverse needs. It is focused on large commercial facilities on Seoul and Gyeonggi area but large commercial facilities of the province still has not been able to respond to the needs of users. Thus, the present condition of roof gardens was compared space components with physical environmental factors in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Daejeon, Chungcheong. Throughout the comparison, roof gardens in Daejeon and Chungcheong area were focused on finding ways to improve As a result, roof gardens in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were applied to a variety of factors in space components experience, learning, performance, exhibition and etc. It is composed to take place of various acts in the roof garden. On the other hand, roof gardens in Daejeon and Chungcheong were not applied a variety space components by comparing Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Physical environmental factors also were insufficient by comparing Seoul and Gyeonggi area the landscape, awning facilities, amenities for handicapped. As described above, space components and physical environmental factors in Daejeon and Chungcheong area roof gardens were insufficient. To perform the role of the roof garden changing as a complex cultural space and to confront to the users' needs space component such as learning, performance, exhibition should be considered during planning. And physical environmental factors supportable space components should be considered together.

미술관 전시실의 공간형태와 동선의 상관관계 연구 - 연결로(Connectors)의 위치에 따른 공간 유형 중심으로 - (A Correlation Between Spatial Configuration and Circulation in Exhibition Space - Focused on the Position of Connectors -)

  • In modern city, art museum is regarded as significant institutions because it includes educational roles beyond the means of facilities for historical exhibitions. Based on these flow, various research of museum's space with view from the operational point to the spatial analysis point has been approached. Moreover, it is required to address human behavior in art museum space on the ground that lots of audience move simultaneously. In the field of interior architecture, it is also necessary to analyze how design elements affect the human behavior directly and use the method of controling a circulation. In this research, based on the role and importance of the basic components of the interior space, re-interprets the exhibition space based on the relevant theory, to comprehensively examine the influence the shape of the space is on the substantially walking behavior. Therefore, first is to determine whether the spatial type corresponding to the position of the connectors in the exhibition space. Second is to conduct the investigation observation for gathering the actual viewing exhibition circulation. Finally, it analyzed whether the observed actual circulation and planned circulation matched. As the result, the position of the connectors is that causes the difference of the spatial configuration, which affects the viewing circulation was found. The significance of the research is to present the form to plans of the interior space as a method of reducing congestion perception of viewing circulation.

전시회 서비스 품질과 참가 기업의 성과와의 관계: 한국개최 국제전시회 참가기업의 전시 담당자의 인식을 중심으로 (The Relationship Between the Exhibitors'Show Performance and the Service Quality of Trade Shows : As reported by participating exhibitor managers in International Trade Shows held in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is first to identify the dimensions of a trade show's service quality and the dimensions of the exhibitors' show performance, and thereafter determine the relationship between the trade show's service quality and the exhibitors' show performance. This study attempted empirical research, together with a literature review, to discover the effect of service quality upon on exhibitors' performance. A survey was conducted during an international trade show that was held in Korea where more than 100 businesses participated. The sample was selected from among the people who were in charge (e.g., managers) of their own private businesses. As a result, the study validated nine dimensions of a trade show's service quality: host and public relations, security, reputation and reliability, access, customer service, exhibition program, physical facilities, convenient facilities, and attendance cost. The study also identified five dimensions of the performance of participants: sales performance, information collection, networking, image building, and motivation. Overall, the empirical results of this study verified that there is a correlation between the performance of exhibitors and the service quality. of trade shows.

시지각적 요소를 갖춘 건축물 위험징후 측정 모니터링 시스템 설치 가이드라인 개발연구 (Developing the Installation Guideline of Building Monitoring Systems for Hazardous Symptom Measurements with Visual Perception)

  • 연구목적: 최근 노후한 안전관리 미비 시설물의 구조적 결함으로 인한 건축물 및 시설물 붕괴사고 등이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 전시 공간 건축물의 위험징후를 분석하고 계측기술을 개발하기 위해 시지각적 요소를 갖춘 건축물 센서 모니터링을 위한 최적의 센서 위치를 결정하는 상시 모니터링 시스템 설치가이드라인을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 위험징후 계측 기기의 구성요소, 설치위치, 기기의 경보 기준, 관리 방안 등을 제시한다. 연구결과: 센서의 위치를 결정하고, 통일된 시지각을 갖춤으로서 분석을 위한 신호처리 기술을 확보하고, Test-bed 운영 통해서 센서 모니터링 기반의 최적 '위험징후 감지장치'를 구성하는 방안을 제시하였다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 전시 공간 건축물 붕괴로 발생할 수 있는 재난으로부터 대비하고, 안전관리 역량을 강화에 기여할 수 있다.
