The axolotl has extraordinary regeneration capacity compared to other vertebrates. This remarkable potential has been attributed to its life-long neoteny, characterized by the exhibition of embryonic characteristics at the adult stage. A recent study provided a detailed morphological analysis of the sperm morphology of the Ambystoma mexicanum using routine and detailed histological techniques. The primary purpose of the present study is to describe a simple and inexpensive method for evaluating the morphology of axolotl sperm. In this study, spermatophore structures were collected and spread on slides and air-dried. The slides were stained with periodic acid Schiff, toluidine blue, Masson's trichrome, Giemsa, Spermac, and Diff-Quik dye for a morphological examination. The slides were coated with gold/palladium for a scanning electron microscopy examination. The sperm of the axolotl consisted of an elongated head, a neck, and a flagellum covered with an undulating membrane. The lengths of the midpiece, tail, and head were 8.575 ㎛, 356.544 ㎛, and 103.661 ㎛, respectively. In the flagellum part, the wavy membrane structure, whose function has not been explained, surrounds the tail. The data obtained from this study will constitute an important step in designing future research on the reproductive and regeneration capacity of the axolotl.

The generalization of social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly spread non-face-to-face services, accelerating the speed of non-face-to-face digital conversion technology. The importance of telemedicine, a remote service, has been rekindled in the wearable technology including the medical industry. In a situation where it is not easy for any company to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, it is a time when collaboration within the industry or between competitors is necessary. In addition to the digital-based online exhibition hall using AR-VR-MR technology, which is a major core technology of the future industry, virtual stores that can receive services such as actual shopping should be actively used. Paradoxically COVID-19 will provide new opportunities to reshape and reconnect the future of the textile and fashion industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of wearable technology products being developed as fashion items for the prevention of COVID-19 and analyze their characteristics. This study results can be used as basic data for future research on the fashion industry and education.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the collaboration and artification of the Issey Miyake fashion brand and to suggest the best course of artification that can secure the brand's value. The research methods are as follows: i) identifying the companies' strategy and flow through collaboration concepts and examples from Issey Miyake; ii) selecting Issey Miyake fashion brands and carrying out a literature review through websites, articles, and books; and iii) examining prior studies on the relationship between fashion and art. Results are as follows. The exhibition is divided into spaces for brand intangible assets, artistic collaboration with partners, art co-creation, and the aesthetics and tradition of the brand. Using exhibitions to share the artistic work of collaboration partners is expected to positively affect the brand's likability. The exhibit shares art collaborations in display cases for clothes and photographs. Artists and brands appear as an extension of the creative space and convergence design area. The artist's improvisation forms the creative space that communicates with the audience, and the convergence design area is expanded through the unifying organic connection between the various media in the fashion brand. The photographers and brands section displays the nature images of Pleats Please, as well as human and prism garment images. In these images, the viewer can perceive a story in the interplay between the human body and nature.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand fans' perception of the MLS. Particularly, this study investigates both the avid fan's perception of the MLS as well as the same perception in a potentially larger audience. This study aims at (1) segmenting the findings into three groups, (2) understanding the characteristics of these groups from the sport marketing prospective and (3) comparing the three groups to see whether there are any similarities and differences. Research design, data, and methodology: Using motivational factors alongside the 4P's of marketing, these three segments were analyzed and their similarities and differences were compared. An online survey was created and distributed through different MLS databases. Results: Prior to the distribution, a few hypotheses were made regarding the motivational factors of fans; specifically, that the quality of play has led to a lack of interest in the league and that the presence of star athletes has the potential to bring in more fans for the league. The quality of play and star athletes are important and thus a bigger emphasis needs to be placed on the designated player rule. At the same time, more television coverage as well as more exhibition games with international teams can generate more buzz for the league and garner more fans. Conclusions: This study explored motivational factors which support fanship of Major League Soccer. Further implications were discussed.
Generally, the outcomes of the historical study in some domain would be a most fundamental and basic reference for understanding the essential and core component of them. Specially in case of social science, the importance of historical research much more emphasized that would be divided into independent academic field. In Korean history including fisheries business and industry, the most remarkable historic event would be the period of Japanese colonial rule that one of the most obstacle should overcome. Though the fisheries business and industry of Korea have considerable own history, the research and study of that not so much have been performed or investigated including the period of Japanese colonial rule. Most of the existing research of fisheries history have merely focused on partial topics like 'Fishermen's Association', 'Fisheries Industry Despoliation'. And the historical study of fisheries business and industry's overall status and trend in local area except Pusan also not enough. The aims of this study are exploring the fisheries trends and status during the period of Japanese colonial rule in Tongyeong and finding out the overall major fisheries business issues that would be a better understanding the Korean fisheries industry. Achieving that Objectives, over 800 articles of media, the Japanese government-general of Korea, and other historical data were gathered, refined and analyzed. This paper focused on of major fisheries topics and issues that including overall fisheries status, trends, fisheries catches, local fisheries cooperatives and fisheries exhibition during the period of Japanese colonial rule in Tongyeong. The result of this study shows that the status of fisheries in Korea had been deteriorated for exploitation of Japanese imperialism and Japanese fisheries capitalist during that period. Though the level of Tongyeong in fisheries was very high in terms of catches ratio and population of fisherman, the distribution networks of fishermen's association was not good enough. And the Tongyeong fisheries exhibition in 1922 has positive aspects for considering both composition of organization and educational activity. Even though the results and findings would be a helpful guidelines for understanding the fisheries business trends and status under the rule of Japanese imperialism, more research and study of that should be accomplished.
In Korea, the traces of Mongolian history and culture are often found in Korean life and customs. Under these perceptions, this study has attempted to develop the learning contents using the Mongolian historical and cultural heritages in Korea. For this, the perspective on Mongolia in Korean History and Social Studies textbooks and the exhibition of Mongolian cultural materials in a museum have been analyzed. In addition, this study has researched a plan to develop learning contents for exhibition and education using the Mongolian historical & cultural heritage and folklore materials in Korea and people's perspective on Mongolia in the ancient western maps as a way of understanding the historical and cultural heritage between Korea and Mongolia. In addition, a way of taking advantage of the Mongolian historical and cultural heritage in Korea from the view of world history has been proposed to share historical views and promote cultural exchanges between the two countries. Furthermore, the development of learning contents of the museum using the historical and cultural heritage between Korea and Mongolia could be grounds for humanistic studies from the view of understanding multiculture and characteristics of international culture.

Present, we cannot expect the maximum studying effect in a home economics and the drill unit of secondary schools because of several problems. Such problems can be enumerated as follows. 1. The explaination of a making process in texts would be difficult for the students who have a poor understanding to grasp. 2. The much effort would be made due to teacher’s repeated exhibition, by which the progress of a text might be unreasonable. 3. The teachers unaccustomed to the drill might treat it carelessly and become to avoid it. 4. The skill to grasp a general work flow might be lack. Baseing on such problems, this researcher did using a medium of Video in teaching method of home economics. For this purpose, the quality of Video Tape would be important. Above all, we made out the script of Video Tape through advices of specialists in Video medium, majors in home economics, and the students teaching of home economics and the concerned persons, by which we recorded a gather skirt, as a finished goods, especially of the characteristics of each kind of a skirt. Next, we recorded and produced the total steps from a preparation of skirt-making to a finishing as using a V.T.R. shot technique. The Video would be screened and the supplemented explaination of a teacher would be added in a step of instruction. In the development of instruction, students would begin the making. The expected effects according to using Video Tape are as follows. 1. The making order of text would be exhibited by a model directly and the explaination of a narrator would be added concurrently, by which students would understand it easily as confirming each step. 2. All students can watch these steps owing to a close up, one of the V.T.R Techniques. Accordingly, the teacher’s efforts would be decreased and the proper progress of a text could be maintained because of no repeated exhibition of a teacher. 3. To the teachers unaccustomed to and interested in a drill, the medium would become a subsidiary means. 4. Study all steps of a making, students would become to understand the general flow of a work. Therefore, it might be possible to generalize another units of a making. However though this study was designed don a basis of such effects, the using effects based on only the existing study results, and was focused on the production of a medium. Because this research would be a teacher and there was noncooperation of secondary schools, it was impossible to experiment in schools, which was the prime limitation of this study. Therefore we should be experiment further for the continuous studying.
Nosong-dong is used to be center of the administration, education and transportation in Jeonju. It has ironically been the location of the city's prostitution quarter 'called Seonmichon'. This place is recently selected as an area of urban regeneration by Jeonju. The project has involved numerous programs which gradually transfer this place for the women's rights and arts. This paper focuses on exploring the socio-cultural meanings of a community museum, an archive for gender equality, and an exhibition site for local artists. The Seonmichon quarter has long been stigmatized as an area of ill repute and regarded with contempt by the surrounding neighborhood. It is space where polarized interests are entangled. City authority has tried to reflect this by presenting a variety of perspectives on the Seonmichon district. An initiative of the community museum has been its hosting of several exhibitions around the themes of women's rights and community arts. The most remarkable aspect of the exhibitions that have taken place in the heart of the Seonmichon district has been the active participation of local community residents as a catalyst for progressive social change. The paper's overall purpose is to provide an introduction and analyze the process of development of the exhibition initiative, and further examine the social role and meaning of the community museum in Nosong-dong, as well as its future tasks and directions.
This study developed and applied a maker education program for an elementary school's science unit on 'Animal Life'. It examined the program's impact on students' academic achievement and creative problem-solving ability. The theme of the maker education program was 'creating a robot virtual reality (VR) exhibition hall mimicking animal characteristics'. It explored scientific concepts and creatively created a robot VR exhibition hall in accordance with the TMI maker education model. Findings revealed that the program significantly improved students' academic achievement and creative problem-solving ability (p<.05). This study provides evidence for the effectiveness of maker education in elementary school science classes and suggests that using maker education can increase students' interest in and engagement with science learning. To implement maker education more actively in elementary school science classes, stakeholders should develop various topics and programs. Additional research investigating the effectiveness of maker education in different age groups and various other areas of elementary science education is required to generalize the results of this study. Moreover, educational and teacher capacity building is required for educators to utilize maker education effectively.
The ICT-based curation as a series of experiences with the mobile exhibition-guide applications or guide programs in art galleries helps visitors fully immersed in the exhibition and allows them to have more informative and convenient guide experience at art galleries. This study aims to verify how the factors of ICT-based curation affects the commitment and satisfaction of visitors at art galleries, figure out whether the visitors' commitment has effects on their satisfaction, and then finally test the impact of their commitment and satisfaction on their revisit intention. In order to validate the cause-and-effect relationships between these factors, the ICT-based curation in this paper is categorized into five factors - gamification, quality of image/video information, quality of sound/text information, contextual offer, and instant connectivity. The main results of the study are as follows. First, only the gamification has significantly positive effects on the commitment of art gallery visitors, while other two factors - the instant connectivity, and the quality of sound/text information - have significantly positive effects on the satisfaction of visitors. Second, the commitment of visitors also has significantly positive effects on their satisfaction. Third, the commitment of the visitors don't have significantly positive relationship with their intention of revisit, but the satisfaction of the visitors have significantly positive relationship with their intention of revisit.
