The Effects of a Marine Leisure Exhibition Event's Service Quality Dissatisfaction on Complaining Behaviors and Repurchase Intentions (해양레저전시이벤트의 서비스품질 불만족이 불평행동 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study were to analyze the effects of a marine leisure exhibition event(MLEE)'s service quality dissatisfaction levels on complaining behaviors and repurchase intentions and thus to provide fundamental marketing information for the event to be more successful. In order to accomplish such study purposes, this study employed a survey method with a total of 350 visitors to a MLEE hosted by G Province in 2012. The data collected were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and following findings were derived from current study. First, levels of service quality dissatisfaction were ranged from 3.29 point to 3.85 point at 7 point Likert scale. Second, both environment and exhibition facility had a positive effect on visitors' complaining behaviors, and both employee and environment factors had a positive effect on non complaining behavior. Third, only exhibition facility had a negative effect on repurchase behaviors including revisit intention and recommendation intention. Finally, complaining behavior had a negative effect on recommendation intention as well as revisit intention. Such findings provide important marketing information for induce more visitors to a MLEE, which are an index for the event's performance.

A Comparative Study of Local Festival Motivation, Satisfaction, Loyalty: The Case of Local residents and Visitors (지역주민과 외지방문객의 축제 참여 동기와 만족, 충성도 비교 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine festival visit motivation, satisfaction, loyalty the differences between festival local residents and visitors. Data were collected with a structures questionnaire at the Jun Nam Yeosu-city of Geobuksun of festival during 10$\sim$15 apr. 2007, 430 sample were used for statistical analysis SPSS. Data analysis method were used to Crombach's $\alpha$, reliability, kaiser measurement sample adequacy, factor analysis, t-test, regression analysis. As the results of this research, first, festival visitor's motivation were composed of five factors: a new & escape, exciting & enjoy, socialization, family togetherness, local culture understand and satisfaction were composed of three factors: event program & service, convenience facilities, enjoy, shopping & food, transportation. And second, local residents were found satisfied with the interesting & enjoy. Otherwise, Visitors were satisfied with new & escape. And third, local residents of satisfaction factor were affected interesting & enjoy, Otherwise, visitors of satisfaction factor were affected interesting & enjoy, family togetherness. And fourth, local residents of event program & service factor were affected re-visit, Otherwise, visitors of satisfaction factor were affected event program, enjoy, transportation. The final local residents of event & service factor were affected recommend intension, Otherwise, visitors of event program & service, transportation were affected recommend intension. The result of this paper may help local festival planner and marketers for festival marketing strategy.

  • 본 논문에서는 실시간 시스템인 전화 교환기에서 운영되는 C언어 기반 분산 처리시스템인 uniORB 상에서 이벤트 전송을 담당하는 서비스인 Event Service의 기능을 보완하고 다양한 이벤트의 타입과 필터링 기능, QoS를 제공하는 Notification Service에 대한 실시간 버전의 설계 및 구현을 하였다.

  • The Goals of Intelligent Network(IN) provide the methods that create, test and apply the various hinds of services to satisfy the user's need. In this environments, we can create new IN service by description of GSL(Global Service Logic) using that SCE(Service Creation Environment). In the ITU-T CS-2, the various SIBs(Service Independent Building-blocks) are defined to develop the services. There are limitations to develop the various services using the SIBs defined in recommendation. So, in this paper, we define the new SIBs and implement the SCE. The new SIBs are defined in this paper are Connect SIB and BCSM Event SIB. The Connect Call SIB provides the connectivity between SLPI(Service Logic processing Program Instance) and call after connecting the calling party to called party. The BCSMEvent SIB provides the functions that request SSF to report the call processing event and receive it. In this paper, we design and implement the SCE that supports the SIBs defined by recommendation and this paper, provides GUI environment to specify GSI, and generates the code used by SCP.

Study on the Influence of Service of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty of the Tourist Industry Event (관광산업이벤트에 관한 서비스품질이 고객만족도와 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study, focused on customers of tourist industry events, aims to examine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The overall explanatory power ($R^2$) on the dependent variable 'customer satisfaction' in relation to service quality was found to be 47.1%, and the overall explanatory power($R^2$) on the dependent variable 'customer loyalty' in relation to service quality was 36.6%. The F-test, which was conducted to determine the statistical significance of the above regression equation, showed a value of 157.599, thus confirming the statistical significance of the regression equation on how service quality affects customer loyalty. The t-test, was conducted to determine the statistically significant variables of service quality of tourism industry events (t=5.359, p= .000). Furthermore, the analysis showed that customer satisfaction had a positive (+) influence on customer loyalty (t=12.554, p= .000). Therefore the hypothesis that the quality of service affects customer satisfaction and loyalty was supported. As a result, it was found that the higher the level of service quality, tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, confidence empathy, and event quality, the higher the customer satisfaction level.

  • With increasing interest in ubiquitous computing technology, an infrastructure for the short-distance wireless communication has been extended socially, bringing spotlight to the security system using the image or location. In case of existing security system, there have been issues such as the occurrences of blind spots, difficulty in recognizing multiple objects and storing of the unspecified objects. In order to solve this issue, zone-based location-estimation search system for the image have been suggested as an alternative based on the real-time location determination technology combined with image. This paper intends to suggest the search service for the image zone-based location-estimation. For this, it proposed the location determination algorism using IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee's RSSI and for real-time image service, the RTP/RTCP protocol was applied. In order to combine the location and image, at the event of the entry of the specified target, the record of the time for image and the time of occurrence of the event on a global time standard, it has devised a time stamp, applying XML based meta data formation method based on the media's feature data based in connection with the location based data for the events of the object. Using the proposed meta data, the service mode which can search for the image from the point in time when the entry of the specified target was proposed.

Policy-Based QoS Management for SLA-Driven Adaptive Routing

  • This paper proposes a policy-based quality of service (QoS) management framework for adaptive routing decisions. We present an approach considering interior gateway protocol (IGP) for path discovery mechanisms and QoS-aware policies for configuring the network elements. The integration of the aforementioned modules into this policy-based network management (PBNM) system is demonstrated by conducting experiments in a real environment, the hellenic public administration network SYZEFXIS. These experiments combine different traffic conditioning mechanisms through event detectors, consider IP service level agreement mechanisms that interoperate with the PBNM system and analyze the enforcement of IGP and QoS policies. Finally, validation and measurement tools are used to prove the efficiency of this framework. It is shown that this architecture offers significantly increased performance and learning capabilities, while the PBNM system achieves adaptive QoS routing through automated configuration considering the avoidance of suboptimal routing issues or under-performance conditions of the network entities.

  • Windows Event Log is a format that records system log in Windows operating system and methodically manages information about system operation. An event can be caused by system itself or by user's specific actions, and some event logs can be used for corporate security audits, malware detection and so on. In this paper, we choose actions related to corporate security audit and malware detection (External storage connection, Application install, Shared folder usage, Printer usage, Remote connection/disconnection, File/Registry manipulation, Process creation, DNS query, Windows service, PC startup/shutdown, Log on/off, Power saving mode, Network connection/disconnection, Event log deletion and System time change), which can be detected through event log analysis and classify event IDs that occur in each situation. Also, the existing event log tools only include functions related to the EVTX file parse and it is difficult to track user's behavior when used in a forensic investigation. So we implemented new analysis tool in this study which parses EVTX files and user behaviors.

  • The objective of this research is to analyse the effect of family restaurant quality on the customer satisfaction level, by surveying college students who have used family restaurants. As these days well developed industrial society, not only service business but also most of business area needs to high quality service. For survey results, this study analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis.

  • Multimedia synchronization model for distributed, continuous or discrete media that was guaranteed high quality of service is requited in developing multimedia application software. In this paper we have specific object controller which is called dynamic key media that is changed by user event generation. This becomes media whose event occurrence and periods can't be predicted. For event occurrence not only audio but also text and image can be chosen for key media and performs its role. Object controller transfers information for next transition. The proposed model offers high qualify of services by permitting maximum allowed jitter and skew in playout time and verified its effectiveness by simulation.
