With the latest developments in ICT(Information Communication Technology) technology, research on Intelligent Car, Connected Car that support autonomous driving or services is actively underway. It is true that the number of inputs linked to external connections is likely to be exposed to a malicious intrusion. I studied possible security issues that may occur within the Connected Car. A variety of security issues may arise in the use of CAN, the most typical internal network of vehicles. The data can be encrypted by encrypting the entire data within the CAN network system to resolve the security issues, but can be time-consuming and time-consuming, and can cause the authentication process to be carried out in the event of a certification procedure. To resolve this problem, CAN network system can be used to authenticate nodes in the network to perform a unique authentication of nodes using nodes in the network to authenticate nodes in the nodes and By encoding the ID, identifying the identity of the data, changing the identity of the ID and decryption algorithm, and identifying the cipher and certification techniques of the external invader, the encryption and authentication techniques could be detected by detecting and verifying the external intruder. Add a monitoring node to the CAN network to resolve this. Share a unique ID that can be authenticated using the server that performs the initial certification of nodes within the network and encrypt IDs to secure data. By detecting external invaders, designing encryption and authentication techniques was designed to detect external intrusion and certification techniques, enabling them to detect external intrusions.

Objective To investigate differences in plantar pressure distribution between a normal gait and unpredictable slip events to predict the initiation of the slipping process. Methods Eleven male participants were enrolled. Subjects walked onto a wooden tile, and two layers of oily vinyl sheet were placed on the expected spot of the 4th step to induce a slip. An insole pressure-measuring system was used to monitor plantar pressure distribution. This system measured plantar pressure in four regions (the toes, metatarsal head, arch, and heel) for three events: the step during normal gait; the recovered step, when the subject recovered from a slip; and the uncorrected, harmful slipped step. Four variables were analyzed: peak pressure (PP), contact time (CT), the pressure-time integral (PTI), and the instant of peak pressure (IPP). Results The plantar pressure pattern in the heel was unique, as compared with other parts of the sole. In the heel, PP, CT, and PTI values were high in slipped and recovered steps compared with normal steps. The IPP differed markedly among the three steps. The IPPs in the heel for the three events were, in descending order (from latest to earliest), slipped, recovered, and normal steps, whereas in the other regions the order was normal, recovered, and slipped steps. Finally, the metatarsal head-to-heel IPP ratios for the normal, recovered, and slipped steps were $6.1{\pm}2.9$, $3.1{\pm}3.0$, and $2.2{\pm}2.5$, respectively. Conclusion A distinctive plantar pressure pattern in the heel might be useful for early detection of a slip event to prevent slip-related injuries.

Accidents or faults in the transmission and distribution system are never completely avoidable, and short-circuit and earth faults are occurs despite the efforts of the TSO and DSO. Recently, the connection to the transmission and distribution system of large-capacity new and renewable distributed power has increased rapidly and has various effects on the operation of the system. In order to minimize this, connection standards such as FRT (Fault-Ride-Through) have been established to provide wind turbines or solar inverters. In the event of a major faults of the power system, the operation support shall be provided so that the operator can stably operate the system by smoothly performing connection maintenance or rapid system separation. In this paper, in order to appropriately determine whether the FRT condition, which is the grid connection criterion for a representative DERs, is sufficient, a detection system using a PMU (Phasor Measurement Unit) that measures a synchro-phasors was designed and deployment and a system accident due to a generator step-out to analyze and evaluate the proposed system based on the case.

In this study, we aim to design an action game that increases the user experience. In order to increase the immersion of the game, the characteristics of the game used by the user were analyzed, and the systemic and visual characteristics of the game were designed with reference to each characteristic. The proposed method uses Unity 3D to implement an interaction system between objects in the game and is designed in a way that allows users to immerse themselves in the game. To induce immersion through the visual elements of the game, 2D objects and players are placed in a 3D space, and a 2D dynamic light shader is added. It is composed of inter-combat rules and monster behavior pattern collision detection and event detection. The proposed method contained the user experience with the implementation thesis, and showed the game's possibility of leading the user's affordance.
This study was objected to show the complexity of groundwater flow system in a site-scale area as a design parameter of the groundwater monitoring network for early detection of pollutant leakage from a potential source of groundwater contamination (e.g., storage tank). Around the tanks, three monitoring wells were installed at about 22~25 m deep and groundwater level and temperature had been monitored for 22 months by 2-minute interval, and then compared with precipitation and temperature data from nearby weather station. Annual variation of groundwater level and its response to precipitation event, variation of groundwater temperature and delayed response to that of atmospheric temperature indicate the complexity of groundwater flow and flow paths even in the relatively small area. Thus, groundwater monitoring network for early detection of contaminant leakage should be designed with full consideration of the complexity of groundwater flow system, identified from the detailed hydrogeological investigation of the site.

Due to the spread of COVID-19, the use of public transportation such as urban railroads has changed significantly since the beginning of 2020. Therefore, in this study, daily time series data for each urban railway station were collected for three years before COVID-19 and after the spread of COVID-19, and the similarity of time series analysis was evaluated through DTW (Dynamic Time Warping) distance method to derive regression centers for each cluster, and the effect of various external events such as COVID-19 on changes in the number of users was diagnosed as a time series impact detection function. In addition, the characteristics of use by cluster of urban railway stations were analyzed, and the change in passenger volume due to external shocks was identified. The purpose was to review measures for the maintenance and recovery of usage in the event of re-proliferation of COVID-19.

One of the most frightening aspects of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) is their ability to cause death in very small quantities without being visible to the public. The military authorities are making considerable effort to ensure the survivability of the combatants in the event of NBC(Nuclear, Biological and Chemical) contamination. Therefore, in this study, modules were developed for the measurement of the positive pressure and for the detection of the chemicals used for the control of the various shut-off valves used in an NBC shelter. In addition, a high performance gas tight shut-off valve was developed that can overcome the disadvantages associated with manual manufacturing, such as the occurrence of defective products and high manufacturing cost. By applying the positive pressure measurement and chemical detection modules, this valve was able to be used to control the facility. The developed gas-tight shut-off valve maintained airtight characteristics at a pressure loss of 28[Pa] at the prescribed wind velocity and an internal pressure of 30[kPa]. It is expected to be possible to control the gas-tight shut-off valve through the remote measurement of the positive pressure, thereby ensuring the foreign independence of import substitution and defense related technology in the future. In addition, by installing these valves in all of the intake ports or exhaust ports connected to the outside of the NBC shelter, it is possible to prevent the damage resulting from the rapid inflow of the storm pressure caused by conventional weapons and nuclear explosions, thereby protecting the people and equipment in the shelter.
This study examines the concepts of counter-act against the Bio-terrorism and the reaction system in advanced countries, thereby to find out reaction system necessary to Korea. Acts on anti-Bio-terrorism is divided to detection stage, protection stage, diagnosis stage and detoxication and neutralization stage according to flow of event occurrence. As for detection stage, Korea is developing it as contact type, while advanced countries are under development of the devices that may detect the terrorism from the remote distance. It is necessary for Korea to develop the remote-distant detection system as well as the contact type of device that may promptly operate. Among the protection gears, the quality of Korea's gas mask is recognized worldwide, but that of other outfits should be improved by applying the state-of-art science technology. The diagnosis device also should be developed to the extent that the dispatched initial action team may make immediate decisions necessary in the field. As the current trends for detoxication materials worldwide require the improvement to new materials harmless to human body and equipment, Korea is also required to acquire those materials. The technology for neutralization means the development of vaccine and antibiotics and it requires the development made by shared efforts worldwide. For this purpose, it is necessary to further develop Korea's medical technology. In addition, the further efforts are required in terms of reaction manual, training model, public communication efforts and preparation for trauma syndrome.

Due to the development and increased usage of Internet services such as IoT and cloud computing, a large number of packets are being generated on the Internet. In order to create a safe Internet environment, malicious data that may exist among these packets must be processed and detected quickly. In this paper, we apply MongoDB, which is specialized for unstructured data analysis and big data processing, to intrusion detection system for rapid processing of big data security events. In addition, building the intrusion detection system(IDS) using some of the private cloud resources which is the target of protection, elastic and dynamic reconfiguration of the IDS is made possible as the number of security events increase or decrease. In order to evaluate the performance of MongoDB - based IDS proposed in this paper, we constructed prototype systems of IDS based on MongoDB as well as existing relational database, and compared their performance. Moreover, the number of virtual machine has been increased to find out the performance change as the IDS is distributed. As a result, it is shown that the performance is improved as the number of virtual machine is increased to make IDS distributed in MongoDB environment but keeping the overall system performance unchanged. The security event input rate based on distributed MongoDB was faster as much as 60%, and distributed MongoDB-based intrusion detection rate was faster up to 100% comparing to the IDS based on relational database.

A thermal power plant has a heat exchanger tube to collect and convert the heat generated from the high temperature and pressure steam to energy, but the tubes are arranged in a complex manner. In the event that a leakage occurs in any of these tubes, the high-pressure steam leaks out and may cause the neighboring tubes to rupture. This leakage can finally stop power generation, and hence there is a dire need to establish a suitable technology capable of detecting tube leaks at an early stage even before it occurs. As shown in this paper, by applying acoustic emission (AE) technology in existing boiler tube leak detection equipment (BTLD), we developed a system that detects these leakages early enough and generates an alarm at an early stage to necessitate action; the developed system works better that the existing system used to detect fine leakages. We verified the usability of the system in a 560MW-class thermal power plant boiler by conducting leak tests by simulating leakages from a variety of hole sizes (ⵁ2, ⵁ5, ⵁ10 mm). Results show that while the existing fine leakage detection system does not detect fine leakages of ⵁ2 mm and ⵁ5 mm, the newly developed system could detect leakages early enough and generate an alarm at an early stage, and it is possible to increase the signal to more than 18 dB.
