A.I. has being developed from the technology for Big data analysis to the technology like a human being. The sensing technology of IOT will make A.I. have the more delicate sense than human's five senses. The computer resource is going to be able to support A.I. by clouding networking technology wherever and whenever. Like this A.I. is getting developed as a golden boy of the latest technologies At the same time, many experts have the anxiety and bleak outlook about A.I. Most of dystopian images of the future come out when the contemplative view is lost or it is not possible to view the phenomena objectively. Or it is because of the absence of confidence and ability to convert from the visions of technology development to the subject visions of human will. This study is not about the mass dismissal, unemployment or the end of mankind by machinery according to the development of A.I. technology and service, but more about the occurrent issue like the personal information invasion in daily life. Also the ethical and institutional models are considered to develop A.I. industry protecting the personal information.

Physicians, in order to study the causes of cancer, detect cancer earlier, prevent or determine the effectiveness of treatment, and specify the reasons for the treatment ineffectiveness, need to access accurate, comprehensive, and timely cancer data. The cancer care environment has become more complex because of the need for coordination and communication among health care professionals with different skills in a variety of roles and the existence of large amounts of data with various formats. The goals of health care systems in such a complex environment are correct health data management, providing appropriate information needs of users to enhance the integrity and quality of health care, timely access to accurate information and reducing medical errors. These roles in new systems with use of agents efficiently perform well. Because of the potential capability of agent systems to solve complex and dynamic health problems, health care system, in order to gain full advantage of E- health, steps must be taken to make use of this technology. Multi-agent systems have effective roles in health service quality improvement especially in telemedicine, emergency situations and management of chronic diseases such as cancer. In the design and implementation of agent based systems, planning items such as information confidentiality and privacy, architecture, communication standards, ethical and legal aspects, identification opportunities and barriers should be considered. It should be noted that usage of agent systems only with a technical view is associated with many problems such as lack of user acceptance. The aim of this commentary is to survey applications, opportunities and barriers of this new artificial intelligence tool for cancer care information as an approach to improve cancer care management.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of medical practitioner in the medical field during the drama 'Descendants of the Sun'. The research design is a qualitative research to analyze the role of medical staff in medical field through drama. To collect this study data, we selected the communication scenes in the medical field in the 'Dawn of the Sun'. The collected data were analyzed by content analysis method. The study results are classified into four categories; 'decision making in emergency situations', 'cooperation among medical teams', 'support for patients', 'responsibility as a medical person / ethical dilemma'. This study has limitations in analyzing the role of medical staff by analyzing a drama. However, it is meaningful that the drama explored the role of the medical staff from the third party 's standpoint.

This paper provides the emerging flow of new communication technology using ubiquitous learning (u-Learning). In the intelligent Ubiquitous environment, humans and devices with computing abilities become interoperable. u-Learning will lead students to open their minds to the world and motivate self-learning, which may lead them to learn and communicate more efficiently, and save time, cost and energy. Through case research, regarding education, learning attitude, custom and, personal relations, one must solve the fundamental issues of misuse and outflow problems regarding personal information that will be widely collected in detail than the present condition, and in order for this not to happen, further support of the law and system, plus ethical perspectives must be considered in order to progress.

In today's era, where internet technology and culture are advancing rapidly, the importance of systematic internet ethics education has been underscored to address the insufficient levels of internet ethics among college students. This research primarily focused on assessing the level of internet ethics among college students, who represent a significant proportion of internet users. The innovative Flip Learning teaching method and the introduction of the Wheeler Model, along with the application of frequency measurement theory, allowed us to explore ways to maximize the effectiveness of the education. It was confirmed that students who received internet ethics education demonstrated improved levels of ethics. This study concluded that significant progress has been made in systematizing and effectively promoting internet ethics education. It also proposed the need for systematic ethics education and provided future directions for improving internet ethics education.

In what was labeled the "nut rage" incident, the vice president of Korean Air, Hyun-Ah Cho (Heather Cho), demonstrated behavior that exemplifies corporate transgression and deviation from societal moral standards toward a flight attendant aboard a flight. Such behavior instigated the public to express negative sentiment on various social media platforms. This study investigates word-of-mouth network on YouTube in response to the crisis, patterns of co-commenting activities across selected YouTube videos, as well as public responses to the incident by employing social and semantic network analysis. A total of 512 YouTube videos featuring the crisis from December 8, 2014 through November 11, 2018, and 52,772 public comments to the videos were collected. The central videos in the network successfully attracted the public's attention and engagements. The results suggest that the video network was decentralized, with multiple videos acting as hubs in the network. The public commented on various videos instead of focusing on a few. The contents of influential videos uploaded by popular news organizations revealed not only Cho's behaviors related to the nut rage crisis but also unrelated illegal behaviors and the moral violations committed by the family members of Korean Air. The public attached derogatory remarks to Cho and her family, and the comments also addressed ethical concerns, management issues of the company, and boycott intentions. The results imply that adverse public reaction was related to the long-standing problem caused by family ownership and governance in large Korean corporations. This Korean Air scandal illustrates backlash toward a leadership breakdown by the family business conglomerate prevalent in the Korean society. This study provides insights for effective handling of similar crises.

This study was conducted to identify and analyze the educational needs for program outcomes in nursing students. Participants included 256 nursing students at K college, and a survey was conducted from October 30 to December 22, 2017. Data was analyzed with SPSS WIN 20.0 using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Borich's Needs Analysis, and the Locus for Focus Model. Results found that subjects recognized that the present level was high about 'Apply therapeutic communication skills,' 'Provide fundamental nursing skills' and 'Understanding nursing profession standards'. 'Provide fundamental nursing skills', 'Apply a nursing intervention', 'Understanding legal and ethical standards of nursing practice and implementation' were the most important sub-elements of program outcomes. In according with the Borich's needs value and the Locus for Focus Model, 'Apply a nursing intervention', 'Explain the importance of the role and cooperation within the healthcare team', 'Provide fundamental nursing skills', 'Execute the nursing process', 'Understanding the legal and ethical standards of nursing practice and implement' were identified as the top priorities of educational needs. Results of this study are expected to be used as basic data to develop outcome-based curriculum and nursing education programs.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the ethical implications in UCC participation. This paper aimed at examining the advent of UCC as a critical media tool in interactive two-way communication and the effect of ethical questions on the level of UCC participation. The findings show that uncertainty avoidance gives an positive and significant effect on privacy concern and regulatory preference, but it is not related to copyright invasion in Korea and U.S.A. It is shown that privacy concern does not influence on UCC retrieval in Korea whereas it is positively related to UCC retrieval in the United States. Also, privacy concern has not relationship with UCC production(modification, recreation, generation) in both nations. In the case of regulatory preference, it posits an significant and positive effect on UCC retrieval in Korea while it is not related to UCC retrieval in the United States. Also, regulatory preference does not affect on UCC production in Korea whereas it influences on UCC generation without impacting UCC modification and recreation in U.S.A. Finally, the results show that copyright invasion has stronger relationship with UCC recreation and generation than UCC modification, and it is positively related to UCC retrieval in both nations.

The purpose of this study is to see how a CEO's ethics affects each company's business performance, as the ethical management of global companies are being one of the social issues at this time, particularly in construction companies. The survey was conducted amongst the engineers and managers who are currently engaged in domestic major companies as well as small businesses, and analyzed based on the frequency, reliability, factor, and multiple regression method. The results are as follows by use of SPSS 20 as a statistical analysis tool. CEO's ethics has a positive effect on financial performance, business ethics, organizational achievement, social achievement. The study found that the higher ethical sense a CEO has, which is one of the highest values of CEO, the higher ownership an employee has, and the more a CEO has a communication with the employees, the more credibility is mutually built, which will be a driving force of company's development. This study needs more wide study for on the effect of CEO's ethics on the business performance of general company in the future.

In this essay I aimed to analyze the concept of cultivation in east asian aesthetics. Most people regarded traditional asian paintings as an artwork that was obviously an artwork by artists. Moreover, they emphasized the cultivation of artists in their creation and used to accept the concept of cultivation which means cultivating one's mind. Generally speaking, to cultivate one's mind meant enlarging one's ethical behavior and he or she became a better person. And in creation, it meant considering all things more deeply. In this point of view, it was too vague to notice the meaning. What is an accurate meaning of cultivate artist's mind? What was the relation between creation and cultivation? In confucian philosophy, the concept of cultivation had two meanings. One was to enlarge one's ethical behavior and the other was to improve one's knowledge about things. The knowledge implied all of the one's experiences about things. Thus, the knowledge meant what he communicated with under his surroundings and created. In this perspective, to analyze the case of "Dohwaguenmungi" and "Limchungochi", cultivation was related to 'you(游)' and 'jing(精)'. It implied all of the artist's efforts to make communication with his objects deeper and wider, at last, he created his own meaning about object that he experienced. Therefore, I suggest that when we use the concept of cultivation in the context of creation, it should be used as the meaning related with improving one's knowledge about things.
