This paper deals with the analysis of actual state and establishment method of the power source installations in the entertainment spaces. This paper shows the result that investigate actual state of the power source installations in the entertainment spaces. In this paper, in other to improve the safely and authoritativeness of entertainment spaces, an author propose establishment method of the power source installations in consideration of the special quality of stage equipments.

In this paper we will concentrate on the Quality Control Policy which should be enforced as a part of the Total Quality Control considers the global concepts, the establishment Procedures, and the evolution and operation of Quality control policy to achieve effectively it. For enforcement of the Qualify control policy shall be focused for considerations : (1) suggestion of the optimum control policy (2) suggestion of a comprehensive plan and promoting method quality control (3) suggestion of matters that need special consideration at the time of decision of a comprehensive management of control policy thereof. (4) A comprehensive Proposal (5) suggestion of a plan for progress of the Quality control system and the supplementary plan In the future, accordingly, establishment d its own policy control level is desirably more reasonable, and the Total Quality Control System that employes the control efficiency of periodical and systematic and rationalization and radical reform of the enterprise management problem as the restrictive conditions must be applied for quality control system.

The purpose of this Study is to analyze the economic effect of the project for the establishment of the Convergence Zone of the Gyeongbuk Industry-University Convergence Area aimed at activation of R&D of companies within the Kumoh Technology Valley. As the result of the analysis, the investment of 56.837 Billion Won in the establishment of the Convergence Zone of the Gyeongbuk Industry-University Convergence Area had the effect on production inducement valued at 133.582 Billion Won, effect on added value inducement valued at 41.764 Billion Won, effect on import inducement valued at 16.794 Billion Won and the effect on employment inducement numbered at 4,992 persons.try.

The Slaughterhouse is the place where animals are butchered for food. This study is to investigate the establishment and transition of slaughterhouse operated in Busanbu(釜山府) as public facilities during Japanese Colonial Period. It was established in relation to the application of hygienics which the idea of modern natural science and technology produced at that time. The establishment of slaughterhouse was based on the leading knowledge of public health. It also provided important revenues for the local government and became one of the techniques of Japanese Colonial Rule. The slaughterhouse was turned into the public management in 1921 and had to be shifted twice. Eventually, it had an effect on the culture of food greatly.

In order to achieve this goal, we consider the following issues: a retrospective analysis of the concepts of "giftedness", "intellectually gifted personality"; the experience of working with gifted youth abroad is analyzed; features of work with gifted student youth are revealed; educational and methodological support and practical work with gifted students are analyzed; an empirical study was conducted to determine the attitude of gifted youth to organizational forms of work with them; developed a scientific circle as a form of work with intellectually gifted student youth. A set of methods is used, in particular: theoretical methods: comparison, analysis, synthesis and generalization; empirical methods: analysis of documentation and results of pedagogical activity, observation.

In according to the rapid economic growth and strengthening of economic cooperation of Asian-Pacific countries, Pusan is capable of developing to the international trade center of Pan-Pacific Area. Therefore a lot of functional preparations are required for the international trade center. First the expansion and functional specialization of harbor which is a gateway of international physical distribution is required. Second, raising physical distribution inducement effect through establishment of free trade zone and producing financial and information service accompanied with trade activity through establishment of international financial center and teleport are necessary. And the research complex of high technology (sciencepark) which utilizes the industrial base of Pusan area is necessary for the development of Pusan toward the international trade city. And the establishment of marine sightseeing complex in Pusan utilizing the ocean natural resource is helpful for the growth of Pusan to the international trade center.

This study would analyze a survey conducted with 609 workers to use the results as materials for the settlement of safety culture for the characteristics of the establishment by assessing the status of the workers' exposure to harmful risks and the impact on safety culture to present the following conclusions. This study has significance in that it found that exposure to harmful/dangerous factors in the establishment and the workers' experiences of occupational accidents affect their perception of safety culture and that in particular, 'worker safety priority' of the safety cultural factors was an important factor, and it is judged that continuous studies are necessary so that the perceptions of safety culture will spread in the establishment.

양자컴퓨팅 기술이 발전함에 따라, 양자컴퓨터를 이용한 공격에도 안전한 암호인 양자내성암호(Post-Quantum Cryptography, PQC) 기술의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. NIST에서는 2016년부터 시작된 표준화 공모 1,2,3 라운드를 통해 2022년 공개키 암호 및 Key-establishment, 전자서명 분야의 양자내성암호 표준을 선정한 바 있으며, 현재는 4 라운드와 전자서명 분야 추가 선정 공모를 진행 중이다. 이러한 배경에서 2022년 국내에서도 양자내성암호 알고리즘 표준화 공모인 KpqC 공모전 1라운드를 시작하였고, 공개키 암호 및 Key-establishment 7종, 전자서명 9종의 알고리즘이 표준 후보로 제출되었다. 본고에서는 KpqC 공모전 1 라운드 공개키 암호 및 Key-establishment 알고리즘 중 격자 기반 공개키 암호/KEM(Key Encapsulation Mechanism) 알고리즘 3종 NTRU+, SMAUG, TiGER에 대해 분석 및 소개한다. 각 알고리즘의 기반 문제, 설계 방식, 특징, 안전성 분석 방식 등을 분석하고, 구현성능을 비교 분석한다.

Cognitive small cell networks, consisting of macro-cells and small cells, are foreseen as a promising candidate solution to address 5G spectrum scarcity. Recently, many technological issues (such as spectrum sensing, spectrum sharing) related to cognitive small cell networks have been studied, but the common control channel (CCC) establishment problem has been ignored. CCC is an indispensable medium for control message exchange that could have a huge significant on transmitter-receiver handshake, channel access negotiation, topology change, and routing information updates, etc. Therefore, establishing CCC in cognitive small cell networks is a challenging problem. In this paper, we propose a potential game theory-based approach for CCC establishment in cognitive radio networks. We design a utility function and demonstrate that it is an exact potential game with a pure Nash equilibrium. To maintain the common control channel list (CCL), we develop a CCC update algorithm. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach has good convergence. On the other hand, it exhibits good delay and overhead of all networks.

Research was initiated to examine establishment efficiency of zoysiagrass by plugging. Zoysiagrass is known to be a slowly establishing turfgrass species. Properly-treated zoysiagrass seed can speed up the establishment rate, while initial irrigation practice is intensively required after seeding. A planting method with small plugs($2.5{\times}2.5cm$) from seeding can overcome initial watering requirement. Establishment speed, however, can vary with planting dates, planting spaces, and plastic film cover in early stage. Establishment characteristics were investigated for two years by planting dates that were April 5, May 18, July 13, August 24 and October 29 in 2004 and April 6 in 2005. They were also compared with three different spaces($20{\times}20,\;25{\times}25,\;and\;30{\times}30cm$) and three different fertilizer levels(15, 30, and $45g\;N{\cdot}m^{-2}$). Ground coverage reached to 90% in plugs of 'Zenith' zoysiagrass planted on April 5. It increased suddenly in period of July to August, resulting in about 50% of full establishment rate. Establishment rates were significantly faster over 9% in plugs spaced at $20{\times}25cm$ than in those at $30{\times}30cm$. No significant differences were observed on the stolen number and stolen length in the study. Survival rate in zoysiagrass plug was over 90% at all plantings. These results demonstrated that zoysiagrass establishment using small plug from seeding is considered to be a safe and efficient method.
