모멘트 균형점의 효율적 탐색을 갖는 비제산기 COA 비퍼지화기 (A dividerless COA defuzzifier with an efficient searching of momentum equilibrium point)

  • This paper proposes a new COA (center of area) defuzzifier that is working in the accurate and fast manner. The proposed COA defuzzifier involves both membership values and the spans of membership functions in clauclating a crisp value. In additon, it avoid division by replacing the COA calculation with the searching of the momentum equilibrium point. The moment equilibrium point is searched in the coarse-to-fine manner such that the moment computing points during the coarse searching are moved in the interval of fuzzy terms until they are reached at two adjacent fuzzy terms searching method accerlates the finding of the moment equilibrium point by O(M) mazimally when compared iwth the equal interval searching method of ruitz. In order to verify the accuracy of the proposed COA defuzzifier, the crisp values obtained form the proposed coarse-to-fine searching are compared with the precise crisp values from the arithmetic calculation. Application to the truck backer-upper control problem of the proposed COA defuzzifier is presented. The control performance is compared with that of the conventional COA defuzzifier in tems of the average tracing distance.

게임이론을 이용한 유한 전략 집합을 갖는 전력제어 알고리즘 (Power Control Algorithm with Finite Strategies: Game Theoretic Approach)

  • 본 논문에서는 무선통신에서 유한개의 전략집합을 갖는 전력제어 문제를 게임이론을 통하여 분석하였다. 기존의 게임이론을 이용한 전력제어에서는 개방루프 제어에서와 같이 초기전송 전력을 결정하는 연속적인 게임 모델에 국한된 반면, 본 논문에서는 폐루프 전력제어에서와 정해진 전력제어 step size 만큼 전력을 올리거나 내리는 전력제어 문제를 게임 이론의 전형적인 모델 중의 하나인 죄수 딜레마 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 전력을 올리는 전략이 내쉬 균형임을 증명하였고, 따라서 이와 같은 상황에서는 모든 단말기가 자신의 전력을 향상시키려고 시도하기 때문에 전체 시스템 측면에서는 효율적이지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 인접 셀 간 간섭이 심각한 환경에서 효율적인 전력제어 알고리즘을 구현하기 위하여 게임모형의 효용함수를 새롭게 정의하였고, 그 결과 모든 단말이 자신의 효용함수를 최대화 하려고 노력한다고 하더라도 자신의 송신 전력이 일정한 수준으로 유지될 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였다.

  • In this paper, we will introduce the generalized operator equlibrium problem and generalized operator quasi-equlibrium problem which generalize operator equlibrium problem due to Kazmi and Raouf into multi-valued and quasi-equlibrium problems. Using a Park's fixed point theorem, we will prove a new existence theorem on generalized operator equlibrium problem which serves as a basic existence theorem for various kinds of nonlinear problems.

비협조 동적게임이론을 이용한 경쟁적 전력시장의 발전기 보수계획 전략 분석 (An Improved Generation Maintenance Strategy Analysis in Competitive Electricity Markets Using Non-Cooperative Dynamic Game Theory)

  • In this paper, a novel approach to generator maintenance scheduling strategy in competitive electricity markets based on non-cooperative dynamic game theory is presented. The main contribution of this study can be considered to develop a game-theoretic framework for analyzing strategic behaviors of generating companies (Gencos) from the standpoints of the generator maintenance-scheduling problem (GMP) game. To obtain the equilibrium solution for the GMP game, the GMP problem is formulated as a dynamic non-cooperative game with complete information. In the proposed game, the players correspond to the profit-maximizing individual Gencos, and the payoff of each player is defined as the profits from the energy market. The optimal maintenance schedule is defined by subgame perfect equilibrium of the game. Numerical results for two-Genco system by both proposed method and conventional one are used to demonstrate that 1) the proposed framework can be successfully applied in analyzing the strategic behaviors of each Genco in changed markets and 2) both methods show considerably different results in terms of market stability or system reliability. The result indicates that generator maintenance scheduling strategy is one of the crucial strategic decision-makings whereby Gencos can maximize their profits in a competitive market environment.

  • We highlight the alternative presentation of the Cauchy-Riemann conditions for the analyticity of a complex variable function and consider plane equilibrium problem for an elastic transversely isotropic layer, in finite deformation. We state the fundamental problems and consider traction boundary value problem, as an example of fundamental problem-one. A simple solution of“Lame's problem”for an infinite layer is obtained. The profile of the deformed contour is given; and this depends on the order of the term used in the power series specification for the complex potential and on the material constants of the medium.

Strategy for Task Offloading of Multi-user and Multi-server Based on Cost Optimization in Mobile Edge Computing Environment

  • With the development of mobile edge computing, how to utilize the computing power of edge computing to effectively and efficiently offload data and to compute offloading is of great research value. This paper studies the computation offloading problem of multi-user and multi-server in mobile edge computing. Firstly, in order to minimize system energy consumption, the problem is modeled by considering the joint optimization of the offloading strategy and the wireless and computing resource allocation in a multi-user and multi-server scenario. Additionally, this paper explores the computation offloading scheme to optimize the overall cost. As the centralized optimization method is an NP problem, the game method is used to achieve effective computation offloading in a distributed manner. The decision problem of distributed computation offloading between the mobile equipment is modeled as a multi-user computation offloading game. There is a Nash equilibrium in this game, and it can be achieved by a limited number of iterations. Then, we propose a distributed computation offloading algorithm, which first calculates offloading weights, and then distributedly iterates by the time slot to update the computation offloading decision. Finally, the algorithm is verified by simulation experiments. Simulation results show that our proposed algorithm can achieve the balance by a limited number of iterations. At the same time, the algorithm outperforms several other advanced computation offloading algorithms in terms of the number of users and overall overheads for beneficial decision-making.

  • 최근 실시간 교통정보제공이 가능해지고, 사용자간의 커뮤니케이션이 활발해짐에 따라, 사용자간의 협력이 가능해질 것으로 보인다. 만약 이런 상황이 현실화된다면, 사용자간의 비협력을 전제로 하는 Wardrop 의 경로선택원리는 수정이 필요하며, 사용자간의 협력을 균형원리에 포함시킬 필요가 있다. 즉, 사용자간의 협력하에서 경로를 선택하는 원리를 새롭게 정의해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 교통정보를 통해 운전자간의 협력이 가능한 교통망 상황하에서 운전자의 경로선택기준을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 Wardrop의 사용자균형(Wardrop User Equilibrium)과는 달리 협력적 사용자균형(Cooperative User Equilibrium)으로 정의하며, 몇 가지 예제를 통하여 이들 두 개의 사용자 균형상태를 분석한 결과, 협력적 균형상태가 Wardrop의 균형상태 보다 더 좋은 해를 찾을 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

로짓 수단선택모형의 균형연구 (Equilibrium of transport mode choice in logit model)

  • 통행수단을 선택하는 문제는 기종점간을 운행하는 여러 교통수단 중 어떤 통행수단을 선택할 것인가를 결정하는 것이다. 현재까지 제시된 대부분의 통행수단 관련연구들은 모형의 속성이나 풀이과정, 현실 적용방법들에 관한 것으로서 수단선택시 통행수단간에 존재하는 균형(equilibrium)에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 즉, 통행자가 통행수단을 선택할 때 이들 수단간에 균형이 존재한다는 것으로 이는 마치 통행배정모형(traffic assignment)에서 경로선택(route choice)시 경로들간에 Wardrop의 사용자 균형(user equilibrium)이 존재하는 것처럼, 수단선택시에도 수단간에 균형이 존재할 수 있다는 것이다. 본 연구는 통행수단간에 이런 균형이 존재함을 증명하며, 국가교통DB(KTDB)자료를 이용하여 균형이 존재함을 확인한다. 또한, 본 연구에서 증명한 균형상태의 수단간 선택확률을 구하기 위한 모형과 풀이과정도 제시하는데, 제시하는 모형은 고정점이론(fixed point theorem)에 기초한다. 제시된 모형은 간단한 예제를 통하여 평가하며, 통행수단간 균형상태의 해를 도출하고 있음을 확인한다.

Some explicit solutions to plane equilibrium problem for no-tension bodies

  • A method is presented to integrate explicitly certain equilibrium problems for no-tension bodies, in absence of body forces and under the assumption that two of the principal stresses are everywhere null. The method is exemplified in the case of rectangular panels, clamped at their bottoms and loaded at their tops.
