In this article the author provided a brief introduction to the function and activation of 4-H fanning organization. The strategies developed to improve the environmental-friendly Agriculture are as following : the efficiency cooperatives of 4-H fanning organization, invitation of the upbringing plan of organization leader for promotion of the pilot region project of environmental-friendly Agriculture connected with green tourism, the establishment of reasonable management plan and strategies. In conclusion, there must be strategic measures to increase the income of environmental-friendly farmers. All of this information could be useful for the further development of the strategy for environmental-friendly Agriculture in organization and management.

This work is for listing, patent, reasonable valuation of environmental-friendly agricultural company. In this study, agricultural company in environmental friendly industry that consider nature, customer's wellbeing and safe would be evaluated by DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) and ROV (Real Option Value). And company in environmental-friendly industry would be checked whether it is to be related and concerned to listing in the stock market and patent acquisition with the basis of company valuation. After then agricultural company value is evaluated with the consideration of growth in environmental-friendly industry, and company valuation comparison would followed about intellectual property right. It can be assumed that value of environmental-friendly agricultural company has low relation and concern to listing of stock market, and valuation would be increased through the intellectual property right such as patent, development or core search ability.

Recently, sustainable development is very important to all fields and environmental-friendly systems and this systems are also necessary to factory. The purpose of this study is to analyse environmental-friendly systems affect the working conditions of the factory's employees. In order to analyse the satisfaction levels of employees regarding their working conditions, the survey is conducted at various environmental-friendly factories and traditional factories. This survey shows that employees who work at environmental-friendly factories are more satisfied with their working conditions compared to their counterparts at traditional factories. Therefore, the factories that installed environmental-friendly systems provide better working conditions as to traditional factories.

Interests in tourism and leisure have increased with the quality of life in Korea. The government takes the lead in development of tourism for balanced development between regions and local governments use development of tourism as a means for vitalization of local economy. The sustainable and eco-friendly development plan is required for the tourism development, because it needs effective use of limited natural resources and consideration of environmental capacity in the region. This study analyzed the trend of tourism development during nine years, and problems with respect to planning and environment aspects on the basis of four examples which follow recent development trend. We suggest improvement plan that 1) establishment of consistency and systematics of tourism development, 2) enforcement of setting up regional tourism development plan, 3) comprehensive and systematic plan establishment in consideration of private sector, 4) reasonable adjustment and environmental management for development project of approval organization, 5) removal of duplicate regulations for development project. Application of the improvement plan while setting up tourism plan could contribute to vitalization of local economy, and environmental preservation and management.

As environmental Problems are increasing, many attempts to solve problems and preserve environment are appearing around the world. Not only in construction, but also dwelling life, residents attend many activities to improve environmental problems. Ecological development example of Freiburg in Germany was focused in this study to show the direction of development of environmental friendly housing complex in Korea. The target of study is Vauban Housing Complex of Freiburg in Germany. The study methods are literature study and field trip. Contents of the study include 1) formation process of the complex 2) physical environment of the complex 3) environmental friendly factors of the complex 4) environmental friendly life style of the residents, etc. Result of this study is as follows. Vauban Housing Complex was remodeled from the existed army buildings by residents themselves through education and negotiations. Residents' life satisfaction and housing adaptation level were high on the whole. The principle of the complex formation was use of natural feature itself in maximum against developing in minimum. For instance, construction materials, energy saving, resources saving were planned and used carefully. The residents led community successfully according to environmental friendly life principles. In conclusion, the persistent study on environmental components is necessary that is suitable to Korean situation.

The domestic industry of construction is requiring an application building concept which could be one of the solution to the environment problem sand to the sustainability of development. It means that the consideration of the housing from a environmental friendly point of view is importantly necessary all things and the housing should be planned or responding to the concept of a environmental friendly planing. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to derive the design elements for the environmental friendly housing and to choose the priority element and to bring the planning guideline for the environmental friendly housing. The purpose of this study is to identify pro-environmental attitude of environment-friendly apartment residents, to examine importance of environment-friendly planning features, and to examine environment-friendly planning features according to residents' environmental perception. and now i suggest that important improvement direction by housing estates be accessed and analyzed through environmental approach, because environmentally friendly paradigm is one of the most effective and fundamental methods for developing housing estates.

With the development of national economy and increase of income, consumers' demand for quality and safe agricultural products have increased and perception on environmental-friendly Farming products has been sharply changing. In other words, consumers increasingly show the tendency to prefer environmental-friendly farming products for considering health and environment protection, despite higher price. The environmental-friendly farming products in Jeonnam Province is still at its early stage, accounting for 1% or so of the total products. Considerable part of environment-friendly farming products, nevertheless, difficult problem to End consumers, thus sold at relatively high prices. To the questionnaire asking their most severe difficulty is about 30.5% for sale. This suggests that strategies for consumption expansion of environment-friendly farming products, including of consumers, confidence, publicity of consumers, should be established to increase the income of environmental-friendly farmers in Jeonnam Province.

The development of large-scale environmental friendly livestock complex in the reclaimed tideland is one of different alternatives to increase the competitiveness of internal livestock industry against an international opening markets as DDA and FTA in agricultural field. Recently, it is possible to introduce an environmental friendly livestock complex in the reclaimed tideland by an amendment of the acts for agricultural land. However more studies that are on the basis of nitrogen and phosphorus mass balance need to preserve the agricultural environments as the quality of agricultural water and soil in rural area. In this study, the reference for feasibility study is Whaong reclaimed tideland which located at Whaseong city, Gyeonggi Province, and a basic concept of environmental friendly livestock complex is the production of forage crops with the supply of liquid fertilizer and the production of bioenergy such as biogas by the recycling of pig slurry as a resource. The mass balance of nitrogen based on between forage crops such as maize, barley and liquid fertilizer supplied at the reclaimed tideland, and also it was estimated an economical efficiency as anaerobic digestion plant for treating pig slurry of $100m^3/day$ introduce in an environmental friendly livestock complex.

The chief aim of this study is to prepare the rational alternative plan of the environmental friendly intoner design which can improve sick house syndrome of an apartment house and clarify future-development and the method proposal of use activation and point out the present problem depended to investigate development and the use actual condition of domestic environmental friendly interior materials related in-and-outside-the-country example on a foundation about the various precedence researches on environmental friendly interior materials. The study was witten at first the concept of the environmental interior design which leads environmental friendly charactenstics of material, a interior design, and construction, at the first in the conceptual definition of sick house syndrome. and then it was introduced the present condition of domestic environmental interior materials, interior design and construction and an environmental regulation and standard of in-and-outside-the-country In Conclusion, it may try to present comprehensive analysis and an expansive alternative plan.

This work is for reasonable valuation method of environmental-friendly and organic company. Reasonable valuation method is principal for the sound development, the reasonable investment and the growth of stock market. This study proposes valid valuation and method for environmental-friendly and organic company. The author selected 4 companies from certificate list of environmental-friendly and organic food and LOHAS (Lifestyles Of Health And Sustainability) food of Korean standards association. Applying financial audit report of 5 years, the author output 5 variables from each companies by using Growth Option model of Real Option model. And the author valuated companies by adding option value calculated with these variables and residual value discounted with cash flow discounted method. Company values from ROV model were 1.71 time higher than DCF model. This results show that the value of environmental-friendly and organic food company may own high option premium, that is the growth factor.
