Modernization of the educational sector requires globalization, democratization, and the transition to an information technology society. The main goal of education at the present stage is to solve the problem of ensuring the priority of the development of education and science. In modern conditions, the quality of training of qualified specialists is becoming particularly relevant. The great role of teacher education is emphasized by its main goal, which is to train specialists who can ensure the versatile and innovative development of a person as a person and the highest value of society, its mental, physical and aesthetic abilities, high moral qualities, and, consequently, the enrichment on this basis of the intellectual, creative and cultural potential of the people. Among the strategic tasks of modernizing higher education is to ensure informatization of the educational process and access to International Information Systems. The essence of the concept of multimedia is clarified. In the context of media education, multimedia lists a number of functions: informational, interpretive, cultural, entertainment, and educational. The need to meet the needs outlined in the article in the conditions of informatization of the educational process requires the teacher to have knowledge and skills in the field of multimedia pedagogical technologies, knowledge of advanced methods and means of modern science. It is considered what relevant concepts of media education have been developed and are being developed in Ukraine and form an important basis for the modernization of education, which will contribute to the construction of an information society in the country and the formation of civil society. Distance learning is considered - the most democratic form of education that allows broad segments of society to get an education. Distance learning methods are used in higher education institutions, in school education, in the system of advanced training of teachers, in the system of training managerial personnel.

The purpose of this study is to analyze current status and teacher librarians' perceptions of school library space composition and indoor environment, and propose some methods for the school library to be a basic educational facility. The space most secured by the 126 teacher librarians who participated in the survey was the free reading area, and the space with the lowest level was the media production and group project area. The most important types of spaces for teacher librarians are the teaching area and the free reading area, while the recognition of the importance of media production and group project areas is relatively low. Among the elements of indoor environmental assessment, they showed that safety and comfort were the most important but diversity and flexibility were relatively less important. The result of this analysis is different from the school and library policy direction that emphasizes the learning commons and maker spaces. Teacher librarians still seem to appreciate the importance of traditional library space. Therefore, it is necessary to include the establishment and operation of maker spaces and learning commons in the teacher librarians training and retraining process. In addition, it is necessary to increase the participation of users such as teachers, students, and parents in space composition and interior design initiatives to increase the user's interior environment satisfaction.

본 논문에서는 우리 나라 학교환경교육의 발전 과정을 태동기(1980년 이전), 성립기(1981-1991년), 정착기(1992년 이후)로 구분하여 간략히 개관한 다음, 전국 수준의 초.중등학교 학생, 교사, 교육전문직을 대상으로 한 환경교육에 관한 의식과 요구 사항 등에 대한 조사 연구 결과 및 이를 바탕으로 한 환경과 담당 교사의 현직연수와 양성교육에 관한 정책 대안을 제시하였다. 또, 1993년 이후 우리 나라에서 이루어지고 있는 환경교육을 위한 교사교육의 변화 및 발전 현황을 다음과 같이 요약하였다. 첫째, 중등학교의 교사자격증 표시과목으로 '환경'과가 1994년부터 추가됨으로써 현직교사 연수 및 교사양성대학에 환경교육과의 설치가 제도적으로 가능해졌다. 둘째, 제6차 교육과정(1995년부터 적용)에 신설된 중학교 환경 및 고등학교 환경화학 담당 교사 확보를 위한 자격연수(총 180시간)가 1994년 여름방학부터 시작되었으며, 이를 통하여 1996연말까지 환경과 부전공 자격 소지자를 680명 배출하게 되었다. 셋째, 중등학교에서 환경과를 담당할 교사를 양성하기 위한 환경교육과가 전국 3개 대학(한국교원대학교, 공주대학교, 순천대학교)에 설치되었다. 넷째, 1995년부터 전국의 각급 학교에 환경주임교사를 배치하여 학생의 체험적 환경교육을 유동하고, 일반교사에게 환경교육의 중요성을 전파하는 역할을 담당하게 하고 있다. 다섯째, 환경과 부전공 제도가 1996년부터 시작되었다. 대학재학 중에 전공과목에 대하여는 42학점 이상, 환경교육 관련 과목을 21학점 이상 이수한 학생은 환경과 부전공 교사 자격증을 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 여섯째, 교사의 자생단체로 지역별 '환경교사연구회'가 구성되어 환경교육 자체연수, 교재개발과 보급, 환경캠프와 답사 등의 활동을 전개하고 있다. 끝으로 환경교육을 위한 교사교육에서 계속 노력해야 할 사항을 제시하였다.

This study presents how a professional development program (PD) of K-12 teachers affects participants' use of the earth system approach and their perceptions of using the urban environment for their science teaching and lesson unit development. This study utilized mixed methods to collect and analyze the data. Eleven urban teachers' pre-post lessons (45 lessons) were analyzed quantitatively using a lesson plan analysis tool, modified by the author, and their lesson reflections were analyzed qualitatively. The findings of this study show that the PD program influences the teachers to choose more topics and content knowledge based on the earth system approach and to assess the topics and content knowledge with more appropriate methods. Specifically, the teachers use more urban environmental factors/topics in their post lesson to teach the environmental topics of urban area. However, according to the statistical analysis of pre-and postlesson plan scores, the accuracy of the earth system knowledge that participants used in their lessons did not change significantly (p<0.05) (Table 4), which means that the PD program did not affect the improvement of the teacher's content knowledge in earth system science. Implications of this study are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation standard by which teachers in charge of environment and green growth education could conduct a project activity and examine its applicability. The results were as follows; First, 26 evaluation items were developed through interviews with teachers and expert meetings. These categories were base on 'Theme', 'Planning', 'Result' and 'Presentation', and 'Evaluation' of the project. Second, a reliability test showed that internal consistency of the items was currently high(Cronbach's alpha .8709). To examine the content validity, the project activity was evaluated by 5 different teachers, and the result showed that the evaluation standard developed in this study was a very effective tool for the teachers to do project learning. Third, from the 2011 revised national curriculum, the subject 'Environment' in middle schools would be renamed as 'Environment and Green Growth'. Also, environment project activity would be introduced in the middle school. Therefore, this study had a significant importance in the fact that it provided teachers and students with a practical evaluation standard for the environment and green growth project activity.

The purpose of this study is to conduct classroom-friendly learning activity for sustainable development and to find out the learner's understanding level of experiences on sustainable development. The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, classroom-friendly learning activity for sustainable development which is focused on the sustainable flea market is concerned about enhancing learner's understanding sustainable development. It could be emphasized a viewpoint of sustainable development, and a possibility of expanding learner's experience in dealing with sustainable development. Second, this study shows also a application of the teaching & learning strategy for classroom-friendly learning for sustainable development. Three different group of pre-service teachers were participated in sustainable flea marker activity. It is considered to make the student be able to catch up core knowledge and value of sustainable development during the classroom-friendly learning activity. In conclusion, this research asserts that classroom-friendly learning activity for sustainable development could make students improve the knowledge and value of sustainable development. It is emphasized to advance education for sustainable development as a new teaching & learning strategy.

Recently, honorary retirement is spreading like a fashion among teachers. This was due to rapid environmental changes and stress. Therefore, in this study, we examined the relationship between teachers' stress and job exhaustion. The study was conducted for middle school teachers in Changwon city. The results of this study were as follows: First, job stress of middle school teachers affected emotional exhaustion. Second, job stress of middle school teachers had an effect on impersonation. Finally, job stress of secondary teachers did not affect the reduced individual achievement. The results of this study suggest that job stress of middle school teachers is closely related to job exhaustion. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the administrative simplification based on the analysis of the teacher 's stress factors and the immersion into the class.

Healthy second generation is considered the wealth of the nation. Recant statistical data revealers that student population: primary through university, is 25% of population. Despite the fact that health education is one of the three most valued educational aims of Ministry of Education, students, teachers and parents seem reluctant to its value. In this contort, influences of school health nurses on this aspect of education can not bi disregarded This study is designed to investigate the status and working condition of school health nurses and analyse the correlation between role perception and role expectation of school health nursers. teachers and students. Prior to main study. pilot interviews with 10 of each group according to check-list are performed. Data for main study is collected through check-list from September 10 to October 10. 1973 from 100 of each group. All responses of questionnaire item are categories into 4 aspects; health education, environmental sanitation qualification of school health nurses and social aspect of school. Results of study are as follows; 1. Differences on role perception of school health nurses and role expectation of teachers is revealed-non-significant by .05〈P〈.10 level. while between students is shown significant difference by P〈.005 level, in health education role of school hearth nurses. 2. The environmental sanitation category of school health nurses role: non-significant difference is revealed between teachers and school health nurses by. 05〈P〈.10 level, and significant difference-is revealed by P〈.05 level. 3. Difference in value orientation of school health nurses' personal quality; students and teachers differ with school health nurses by P〈.025 1eve1. 4. Social aspect of school in the community aspect: non-significant differences are revealed by.05〈P〈.10 level between air three groups. Conclusions: 1. Role perception of school health nurses is most closely correlated with their role expectation. Some individual differences are noted between items, and aspects. 2. Role perception of school health nurses is more closely correlated than that of with role expectation of teachers than that of students. Some individual differences are noted between items, and aspects. 3. Consensus of role of school health nurses between each group is relatively Low: student is the lowest group. teacher the second, and school health nurses the highest.

This study aims to investigate factors influencing customer behavior towards nylon bags and single-use plastics. These factors are environmental protection awareness, health protection awareness, sense of responsibility, expectations, and green marketing. A quantitative method with the use of surveys is deployed to collect data of young people under 30, generating 1650 valid responses. The collected data is then analyzed with SPSS 22, using Cronbach's Alpha and Exploratory Factor Analysis to test the reliability of the model before validating the hypotheses by regression analysis. The study found that the majority of respondents are inclined to use plastic bags, despite their environmental awareness. The results also demonstrate that health consciousness, environmental concerns, self-driven responsibility for the sustainability of young people have a significant impact on their behaviors in using nylon bags and plastic products, whereas expectation and green marketing are confirmed not to be the factors. The study suggests that if green marketing is to gain higher influence, an increase in research and development to support other environmentally friendly packaging would be the right path. Finally, this research proposes some feasible recommendations for the government, which include imposing bolder and more targeted environmental policies on consumers and introducing educational campaigns to raise awareness about minimizing plastic consumption.

This study aims at figuring out perception of teachers on the education of a child's personality development using concept mapping and demonstrating its importance. To recognize concept mapping of teacher's perception on the education of a child's personality development, the procedure of the research are as follows. The specific research results are as follows: First, based on the categorization, using multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis, the results were concept mapping with 2-dimensions and five clusters. Second, dimensions of perception of teachers on the education of a child's personality development in concept mapping, showed virtue in left and performance in right, respectively, in X-axis, while environmental factor was in the upper area and personal factor was in the lower area, in Y-axis. Third, teachers' perception on the importance on education of child's personality development was evaluated in 5 categories as follows: 'Emphasizing adult's role'(M=4.45) was perceived as the most important among categories related to the education of a child's personality development. These results can be used for developing teacher's training program or an institutional supporting plan to raise performance of the education of a child's personality development in the future.
