The SCM is that Supply Chain Network is Promptly and Voluntarily Optimized in Unstable Market Change Environment. The Cash flow Efficiency of Hole Supply Chain Network is Improved by Changing the Information and Changing the Foundation of Business Processes. The Role of WMS has been Changing Importantly with the Introduction of SCM. WMS Needed to Change to the Information Center in Order to Change Information in Real Time and the WMS of Information Storing in Order to Support an Idea Decision. This Development was Defined about the Importance of WMS in SCM Environment. The Criterion of Valuation is Normally Measured Time between Taking a Order Receive and Bringing the Items to Customer. The Decreasing Move Time of Order Picker in Warehouse is Directly Influence to the Job Execution. So, this Research is Defined about the Optimized Route of Order Picker and Suggests Algorithm. To do this, Past Algorithm is Studied. It's Easy to Introduce and this Study is Looking for Method about the Noticing of Order Picker. The Algorithm will Improve to be Adapt to Standard Process System.

The conflict between indoor environmental quality and energy consumption has become an unneglectable problem for highrise office buildings, where occupants' productivity is highly affected by their working environment. An effective Façade, therefore, should play the role of an active building skin by adapting to the ever-changing external environment and internal requirements. This paper explores the energy-saving and indoor environment-improving potential of a phase-change material (PCM) integrated Façade. Building performance simulations, combined with parametric study and sensitivity analysis, are adopted in this research. The result quantifies the potential of a PCM-integrated Façade with different configurations and PCM properties, taking as an example a south-oriented typical office room in Shanghai. It is found that a melting temperature of around $22^{\circ}C$ for the PCM layer is optimal. Compared to a conventional Façade, a PCM-integrated Façade effectively reduces total energy use, peak heating/cooling load, and operative temperature fluctuation during the periods of May-July and November-December.

Sea surface temperature derived from infrared images of NOAA satellites showed a warm eddy in the East Korean Bight(EKB) or Donghan Man during the winter 1997${\sim}$2000. To describe the warm eddy in the EKB, hydrographic data collected in 1934 and 1936 were also analyzed. The center of the warm eddy was located at about $39^{\circ}N$ and $129^{\circ}E$. The temperature and salinity of the eddy was about $4.0^{\circ}C$ and 34.0 psu, respectively, at 100m depth. The eddy rotated anticyclonically with a geostrophic current speed of about 20 cm/s. The mean state calculated from the data of 1922${\sim}$1960 showed the existence of a warm eddy over the EKB in winter. The eddy persists until late spring, and disappears from the previous location in summertime, only to be seen again in autumn.

This study was carried out for reading the change of local meteorological environment according to dam construction of Nakdong-river using numerical model. The study used PSU/NCAR Mesoscale Model version5(MM5) for inquiring effect of formation of artificial lake after dam construction. The colleague simulated temperature mixing ratio, latent heat flux and sensible heat flux in two cause of existing lake and not. Temperature and mixing ratio in southwest of Andong lake increased because of the air that was warm and moist above the lake moved to southwest due to the northeasterly wind. In the case of existing lake around Andong, latent heat flux increased much in the daytime after sunrise. However, sensible heat flux decreased but it didn't change distinctly in southwest of Andong like the other values.

According to Resource Dependence theory, an organization's behavior and strategy is affected by external resources. An organization has diverse resources interacting with environment. Because organization cannot focus on all those resources, it concentrates on its critical resources. In market environment, firm responds to other firms by controlling their internal critical resources or manages interdependency with environment to get market share. Thus Firm should choose best behavior and strategy when internal and external resources are change. When new brand enters, incumbents might change their strategy to protect their market share depending on critical value. More precisely, incumbents sharing market with entrant respond, but incumbents having competitive internal resources do not. In this article, we study incumbent's responses to a new brand entry and long-term effect. We show that how incumbents change their price strategy in reaction to the new brand' entry and also show these responses vary depending on interdependency of internal resources and external environments and ownership.

최근 해양환경법제도에 관한 정비작업이 활발하게 진행되고 있는바, 이는 "지속가능한 개발원칙"과 "사전예방주의 윈칙"을 "법(law)"의 형태로 내재화하고 "정책(policy)"으로 실현하기 위한 노력의 일환이라고 할 수 있다. 연안침식 방지, 기후변화 대책마련과 같이 해양환경에 관한 입법수요는 지속될 것으로 예상된다. 향후에는 해양환경 관련 법률의 법체계를 합리적으로 정비함으로써 법률간 연계성 및 정책의 효율성을 제고하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 해양환경을 효율적으로 보전하기 위해서는 법률과 정책의 정비와 함께 체계적인 연구와 조사가 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the land cover environment changes of tidal flat in the Hampyeong Bay. Especially, it centers on the changes in the sedimentary environment using remote sensing data. Multi-temporal Landsat data (Path-Row: 116-034) were used in this study. Remote sensing data can be effectively applied for quantitative analysis of geological environment changes in the Hampyeong-bay.

The biodegradability test of bulking agents in feces composting process is conducted to increase the management efficiency for environment-friendly rural toilet developed by National Rural Resource Institute in 2001. In the case study through references and field study, ash, fallen leaves, and wood chips are commonly used in the ecological toilet. Extension officers and farmers prefer rice straw, fallen leaves, and chaff among the rural resources as a bulking agents in the aspect of getting and storage as the result of questionnaire survey. As the result of biodegradability test including the temperature change, $CO_2$ gas production, and C/N ratio change of composting pile under the condition of aerobic composting apparatus, rice straw and chaff are good bulking agents for environment-friendly rural toilet. It is recommended that easy getting materials among the above mentioned materials are used for bulking agents as the region and season in environment-friendly rural toilet.

Re-consultation on Marine Environment Impact Assessment (MEIA) says that business operators are then licensed back from the disposition authorities undergoing a consultation process to change business plans. Marine Environment Management Act has provisions(Article 94) with respect to a case where the scale of business, the period of business, reflects the basic plan, including a plan to change a variety of reasons. But increasingly diverse types of businesses and projects which are the subject of MEIA, As it appears that the vulnerability issues and the problem of the re-consultation. In this study conducted an analysis of the literature review and comment on the re-consultation report four years. In addition, it presents a check to the problem through concrete examples related to the re-consultation and proposes improvement measures.
