본 논문은 EMS 기반 상정사고해석 프로그램의 기능을 향상시키기 위해 필요한 기능에 대해 소개하였다. 상정사고해석은 사전에 정의된 상정사고 리스트를 바탕으로 사고 발생시 과부하, 과전압 및 저전압 발생유무를 검토한다. 또한 SPS 상정고장에 대해서도 검토한다. 이와 같은 상정고장해석의 기능을 향상시키기 위한 기능에 대해 소개한다.

Based on the linear model of electromagnetic suspension (EMS) system, it is able to be further simplified into a standard second-order model with a modified PD control. In this paper static and dynamic characteristics of EMS with modified PD control are investigated when suspended weight of steel plate change. A experimental system has been built to verify static and dynamic characteristics of EMS system. Simulation and experiment are both given.

In EMS(environmental management system), environmental documents are very important elements to achieve ISO 14000 series certification. A organization or company which hope to acquire the certification must prescribe daily operation procedure and document them properly. Also these documents must be updated in new version. Especially, environment manual, describing EMS factors and correlation between them, is a basic document system. Therefore, a proper manual management tool help a organization or company to reduce the efforts to establish and to revise documents. So, in this paper we will present environment manual management system using database and a, pp.ication computer program.

본 논문에서는 Linux 상에서 SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) 에이전트(Agent)를 구현하고, 기존의 복잡한 명령어 체계를 향상하기 위해 shell을 통만 CLI (Command Line Interface)와 Jave를 통만 EMS(Element Management Station) 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 연구 개발된 에이전트는 매너저의 요정에 응답을 하고, 시스템 상의 오류와 같은 상황이 발생했을 때, 매니저에게 TRAP을 발생시키는 기능을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 SNMP 에이전트의 개발 환경, 개발 내용과 실험내용에 대해 언급하였다.

In this paper, we analyzed two methodologies to evaluate the total quality management activities comparatively. One of them is the traditional scoring system (TSS) by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the other is the efficiency measuring system (EMS) by data envelop analysis (DEA), It is demonstrated that the index by TSS and the efficiency index by EMS are not correlated. Also, the efficiency index by EMS in terms of company characteristics such as the size of company and ISO certifications is different from the index by TSS. The result implies that to evaluate the quality activities by EMS is needed as a supplementory methodology.

The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics and concepts behind Design for Environment(DfE) and Environmental Management System(EMS). This study highlights the success of domestics and foreign corporations that have utilized DfE and EMS as well as explored how DfT based EMS is being used in domestic corporations. Although corporations acknowledge that using environmentally conscious designs provide them with a competitive edge, only 53.6% of fashion corporations have established the environmental policies and use such tools. Furthermore, only 41% use DfE strategies for operating their corporations.

본 논문에서는 ATM 교환기 TMN EMS의 성능 분석을 위한 큐잉 모델을 제시한다. ATM교환기 관리를 위한 TMN 시스템은 관리자, 대행자, ATM교환기 등이 계층적인 구조로 이루어져 있다. 관리자는 여러개의 대행자와 통신하며, 대행자는 ATM 교환기의 관리 기능을 대행한다. 우리는 EMS를 구성하는 관리자의 용량과 성능을 예측하기 위하여 큐잉 모델을 정의하였다. 이 모델을 통하여 EMS의 평균 서비스 시간과 용량을 예측할 수 있다.

Automatic generation control (AGC) is an important function for load frequency control, which is being implemented in Energy Management System (EMS). A key feature of AGC is to back up governors to enhance the performance of frequency control. The governor regulates system frequency in several to ten seconds, while the droop control concept results in steady-state control error. AGC is a supplementary tool for compensation of the steady-state error caused by the droop setting of the governors. As the AGC target is delivered to each generator as an open loop control target, the generator output is not guaranteed to follow the AGC target. In this paper, we introduce generating unit controller (GUC) control block, which has the purpose of enabling the generator output to track the AGC target while maintaining the governor performance. We also address the tuning methods of GUC for better performance of AGC in the Korea Energy Management System (K-EMS).

EMS 계통해석 최적화기능은 전압계획(VVD), 안전도개선(SENH), 최적조류계산(OPF) 기능을 지원하고 있다. 그러나 이들 기능은 부등호 제약처리, 이산 제어요소 처리, 제어DB 구축과 최적화 파라미터 튜닝의 어려움, 급전 가능한 제어대상 최소화, 수렴특성 난조 등 프로그램의 강인성의 문제로 전 세계적으로 실 계통에서 활발히 사용되지 못하고 있다. 본고에서는 전력거래소(KPX) EMS 최적화 프로그램 기능소개와 실계통 활용을 위한 제어DB 재구축, 튜닝, 특성시험 결과와 향후계획을 소개하고자 한다.
