인간의 능력 중 가장 주목할 만한 것은 언어를 습득하고 그것을 이용하여 서로 의사소통을 할 수 있다는 것이다. 모든 언어에는 그 언어만이 가지는 특수성뿐만 아니라 공통적으로 존재하는 보편적인 특성이 있다. 이것 외에도 언어 위에 입혀지는 사람의 목소리는 의사소통을 하는데 있어 상대의 심리를 파악하는 중요한 단서가 된다. 특히, 언어는 습득되어져야 활용되고 그 습득되어지는 환경에 영향을 받으며 이러한 환경에 따라 사람의 목소리, 억양 등이 변화하게 되는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 음성신호 분석 기법을 적용하여 장르별 영화시청에 따른 시각적, 청각적 요인이 목소리에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 장르별 영화를 시청한 후 성대 진동 및 음성에너지의 크기 변화를 측정하여 감정변화를 분석하는 실험을 수행하였다.

The most common urea cycle disorder is ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency. More than 80 percent of patients with symptomatic ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency are late-onset, which can present various phenotypes from infancy to adulthood. With no regards to the severity of the disease, characteristic fluctuating courses due to hyperammonemia may develop unexpectedly, and can be precipitated by various metabolic stressors. Late-onset ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency is not merely related to a type of genetic variation, but also to the complex relationship between genetic and environmental factors that result in hyperammonemia; therefore, it is difficult to predict the prevalence of neurological symptoms in late-onset ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency. Most common acute neurological manifestations include psychological changes, seizures, cerebral edema, and death; subacute neurological manifestations include developmental delays, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, executive function deficits, and emotional and behavioral problems. This review aims to increase awareness of late-onset ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency, allowing for an efficient use of biochemical and genetic tests available for diagnosis, ultimately leading to earlier treatment of patients.

The fundamental frequency (f0), representing an acoustic measure of vocal fold vibration, serves as an indicator of the speaker's emotional state and language-specific pattern in daily conversations. This study aimed to examine the f0 distribution in an English corpus of spontaneous speech, establishing normative data for American speakers. The corpus involved 40 participants engaging in free discussions on daily activities and personal viewpoints. Using Praat, f0 values were collected filtering outliers after removing nonspeech sounds and interviewer voices. Statistical analyses were performed with R. Results indicated a median f0 value of 145 Hz for all the speakers. The f0 values for all speakers exhibited a right-skewed, pointy distribution within a frequency range of 216 Hz from 75 Hz to 339 Hz. The female f0 range was wider than that of males, with a median of 113 Hz for males and 181 Hz for females. This spontaneous speech corpus provides valuable insights for linguists into f0 variation among individuals or groups in a language. Further research is encouraged to develop analytical and statistical measures for establishing reliable f0 standards for the general population.

본 연구는 급속한 근대화와 세계화 과정을 거치면서 한국의 전통적인 가치관의 변화가 한국노인들의 노화경험에 대한 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 사회적, 문화적인 변화가 한국노인의 노화 경험에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 이해하기 위해 한국의 도시, 농촌, 그리고 미국이라는 세 가지 지리적 위치에 거주하는 한국노인들의 노화 경험의 유사점과 차이점을 다차원적으로 비교분석하였다. 본 연구의 수행을 위하여 한국노인 30명을 대상으로 생애인터뷰를 하였으며, 신체적 쇠퇴에도 불구하고 노년기에 의미 있고 탄력 있는 삶을 사는 심리적, 사회적, 정서적, 영적 경험을 분석하는데 중점을 두었다. 분석결과 첫째, 내러티브 분석을 토대로 노화 경험에 긍정적, 부정적 영향을 미치는 영역으로 신체적 건강, 정신적 건강, 가족관계, 일, 여가/사회적 활동, 영성 요인이 도출되었다. 둘째, 주제분석을 토대로 공통적으로 도출된 노화의 요인은 '자식들에게 빚지지 않는 삶', '신체적, 정신적 건강', '잘 죽는 것'으로 나타났다. 특히 신앙은 노년기 삶에 대한 관점을 이해하고 받아들이는 데 중요한 역할을 하였으며, 특정한 종교적 신념에 뿌리를 두고 있었다. 셋째, 한국노인과 재미 한인노인 간에 '일이 갖는 의미'와 '여가선호 방식'에 차이가 드러났다. 넷째, 농촌지역에 거주하는 한국노인들에게 부정적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육을 받지 못한 수치심과 관련이 있었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 후속연구에 대한 함의점을 제시하였다.

아시아계통의 매미나방(Lymantria dispar asiatica) (나비목: 태극나방과)은 국내 토착해충으로서 지역에 따라 돌발적으로 대발생한 사례가 있으며, 다양한 수목 및 농작물에 피해를 끼치는 광식성 해충이다. 특히 2019년 이후로 경기도, 충청도, 경북 북부지역에서 대발생하여 산림 및 인근지역 도심에 발생하여 산림 및 도시민들의 정서적 피해를 끼치기도 했다. 본 연구에서는 2020-2021년 경북 예천지역에서 알집을 채집하여 사육한 결과, 매미나방 핵다각체병바이러스(LdMNPV) 감염에 의해 79.65% (321/403마리)는 사육중 사망하였다. 염기서열 분석은 2021년 국내 12 지역에서 매미나방 유충을 36마리를 조사한 결과, LdMNPV의 late expression factor-8 (lef-8), polyhedrin (polh) 유전자의 종내변이율이 0.80%, 0.86%로 확인됐다. NCBI database 자료와 비교 분석한 결과 일본의 LdMNPV와 가장 유사했으며, 터키의 LdMNPV와 가장 큰 차이를 나타냈다. 본 조사를 통하여 LdMNPV는 높은 감염율을 나타냈고 매미나방 중요한 개체군 조절인자중 한가지로 작용할 것으로 판단된다.

The experience of natural dyeing is expected to be effective in promoting health through good exercise, in giving emotional stability based on the functional aromatic components of the dyeing material, and in improving self-esteem and increasing positive experiences through the behavior of creation. A natural dyeing material easily found around us, artemisia has long been used in food and Oriental medicine and was recently found to contain antioxidative, anticancer, deodorizing, antibacterial, anti-obesity, and anti-diabetes substances through chemical analysis. It has also been reported that group reminiscence therapy using the fragrance of artemisia is effective in relieving pain and depression and in promoting ego integrity in the elderly population. This study aimed to make a comparative analysis of dyeability, washing fastness, and deodorization between Artemisia princeps, Artemisia iwayomogi, and Artemisia annua, all of which are considered to be healthful and functional dyeing materials, among about thirty domestic plants in the genus of Artemisia and to provide basic data concerning natural dyeing in mind-peace education for the silver generation. The fabric dyed and post-mordanted at $80^{\circ}C$ for 40 minutes showed the greatest surface color variation; in this condition, artemisia princes (32.29) gave the greatest color difference, followed by artemisia iwayomogi (31.07) and artemisia annua (26.17). While all the types of artemisia were excellent in washing fastness, dry-cleaning fastness, and rubbing fastness at the fourth- or fifth-grade, light fastness was at the third grade for artemisia princes, at the second to third grade for artemisia annua, and at the second grade for artemisia iwayomogi; therefore, artemisia princes was found to give better fastness than the other two types of artemisia. In determining functionality of the fabric dyed with artemisia, deodorization test also found that the fabric dyed with artemisia princes had 20% higher deodorization.

This study applied cartoon-like simple and implicit symbol of Keith Haring works to tubular jacquard knit, designed woman casual knit wear with fun, explicit and activities using fluorescent yarns with explicit features. This study aimed to propose the directions for new market pioneering that meets the emotional requirements of modern people by raising the level of utilization and expression area of knit fashion, and to present the constructive directions for high value-added knit wear by designing highly effective knit wear. Methods of this study examined the lifetime and artistic background of Keith Haring and collected his works through searching of internet, scholastic publications or thesis. Formative types and colors of works collected were analyzed and classified according to characteristic standards of Haring and characteristic formativeness and color of works were extracted. The result of this study is as shown below: First, the feature of his works can be summarized into motif that has symbolic and implicit cartoon-like lines including narratives as well as enormous number of works. Such feature is very suitable for variation and recombination in realization of design and has unlimited potentials for development. Second, image colors can be extracted such as black and white, original color and fluorescent paints, which reflects the intention of artist who put focus on communication with the public. Such color feature is very suitable for design motif that has explicitness of reflecting the intention of artist through use of special fluorescent yarn. Third, I made it as reversible wear that has effects of increasing or decreasing the explicitness according to color area ratio using the feature of textures allowing use of both sides as well as form stability of tubular jacquard. Fourth, by adjusting the thickness of fabric with controlling of ply in fabric using poly yarn and wool union yarn, I could obtain good results of study in terms of technique that can express various materials with embossed dynamic effects of unevenness on flat surface.

This study has the purpose to review the way of experience element and property of space design appearing in vocational experience space and accumulate basic study material for children's vocational experience space and build systematic and specialized modules. Analysing the marketing elements of experience space through pilot research to arrange frame of analysis, and in a determined range, experimental marketing's property appearing in children's vocational experience center is analysed. This researcher analysed experimental displaying space's function of recognition, emotional, behavior, sense marketing and experimental marketing induced from pilot research on space design expressive elements of experimental marketing when it is applied to spaces through the frame of analysis with the combination of total 8 kind's experience display space function such as investigative, conceptional, aesthetic, entertaining, logical, relative, participating, and comprehensive experience based on 5 vocational experience spaces located in Seoul and Gyeonggi, opened after 2010, being operated at present with more than 500 pyeong (about 1,650 square meter) and targeted for children, after this researcher visited the site directly to make check list with the frame of analysis together with the staff and administrator in charge of vocational experience education. As a conclusion, vocational experience center is a space of edutainment helping children experience various profession more easily to find their interest and to bring up their dream. By analysing current vocational experience center through the element called experimental marketing, current status of vocational experience center could be known. the experience itself in vocational experience center becomes a merchandise. Instead of mere experience, so as to get professional experience and new information, new experiences should be provided by incessant variation and development. This study is to build basic research data for children's vocational experience space, however not only drawing specialty of vocational experience center through the connection of enterprises based on the contents arranged above but also systematic and specialized modules are expected to be built in next researches.

Chair design in recent international furniture exhibitions showed that chair products were varied with several elements in simple and basic shapes. Likewise, the project supposedly referred to a group that could be classified as a design with a concept of ranges, and if the design were aimed at mass production, those group concept could be even stronger in the fields of design. Based on many modern and contemporary examples of mass-produced chairs from three Scandinavian countries namely Denmark, Sweden, and Finland, this study was aimed at discovering new points of view, characteristics, and chair design concerning dominant products. The six companies and three artists were selected as this research's samples. The companies have to have more than four kinds of ranges, and they were Fritz Hansen, Bl Station, K llemo, Lammhults, Artek, and Vivero. We have chosen the 3 artists such as Hans J. Wegner, Bruno Mathsson, and Alvar Aalto who have repeatedly used their own motives to reflect their national identities in various works. The method of the research was the analysis of the current situations of chair designs' ranges. The results of the analysis on the product group for each of the six selected companies show the following variables: 1)Formative characteristics 2)Structural characteristics 3)Emotional characteristics. The artists' groups have symbolically expressed personal identities, and consequently, national identities. Finally, the variation in the simple elements of chair design made the identification of product groups ultimately easier, as the expressions and applications of their identities were used within the scope of mass products in various designs.

There is always a rhythm in our language and speech. As soon as we speech out, even just simple words and voice we make are edited as various emotions and information. Through this process we succeed or fail in our communication, and it becomes a fun communication or a monotonous delivery. Even with the same music, impression of the play can be different according to each musician' s emotion and their understanding. We 'play' our language in the same way as that. However, I think, people are used to the variety, which is, in fact, the variation of a set format covered with hollow variety. People might have been living loosing or limiting their own creative way to express themselves by that hollow variety. SPACIAL POEM started from this point. This is a new type of 'real-time visual interaction' expressing our own creative narrative as real-time visual by playing a musical instrument which is an emotional human behavior. Producing many kinds of sound by playing musical instruments is the same behavior with which we express our emotions through. There are sensors on each hole on the surface of the musical instrument. When you play it, sensors recognize that you have covered the holes. All sensors are connected to a keyboard, which means your playing behavior becomes a typing action on the keyboard. And I programmed the visual of your words to spread out in a virtual 3D space when you play the musical instrument. The behavior when you blow the instrument, to make sounds, changes into the energy that makes you walk ahead continuously in a virtual space. I used a microphone sensor for this. After all by playing musical instrument, we get back the emotion we forgot so far, and my voice is expressed with my own visual language in virtual space.
